Surprise! Look who's getting power to kill you New bill in works would end life despite patient, family wishes WELCOME TO SOCIALIZED MEDICINE! A new bill advancing through the Texas Legislature would allow doctors to decide when you die, giving them the authority to issue “Do Not Resuscitate” orders regardless of the wishes expressed by patients or their families. The legislation, known as Texas S.B. 303, is sponsored by State Sen. Bob Duell, vice chair of the Texas Senate Committee on Health and Human Services. Duell is a Republican, and the GOP holds the majority in the chamber. The bill has already been approved by the committee. “This should scare a lot of people because what this bill says is that a doctor can impose a Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) order, write it into the patient’s chart even over the patient’s objection,” said Burke Balch, director of the National Right to Life Committee’s Robert Powell Center for Medical Ethics. Balch told WND the patient would be left with few options. “The patient could then appeal to an ethics committee. In the meantime, until that appeal is registered, if the person goes into cardiac arrest, then that person will die. And more to the point, you don’t even have the right to appeal to the committee if the doctor says, without being checked by anybody else, that in his opinion your death is imminent,” said Balch, who noted that classification is not as clear-cut as people might think. “The problem is that there’s no definition of imminent. There used to be a definition in the law that said your death is considered imminent if you’re going to die in minutes to hours. Now we’ve got some people who say if you’re going to die within six months or you’re going to die within a year, that means your death is imminent. So what this bill is saying, essentially, is that if the doctor thinks that you’re going to maybe die in six months, maybe in a year and they say, ‘We think this is imminent,’ then you don’t even have the right to try to go somewhere and ask that this Do Not Resuscitate order be lifted,” he said. Balch said the bill gets worse. Family guardians and surrogates would also be overruled by the doctor’s decision. In addition, the language could also endanger people with nonthreatening conditions if medical professionals determine their quality of life is too poor. “That means if you’ve got diabetes, all sorts of things that you’re not necessarily going to die of, but if somebody else thinks that person’s quality of life is too poor, we shouldn’t let them live. In fact, this committee is able to make decisions, not just about resuscitation, but about any other sort of life-saving treatment, even providing food and fluids to you with medical assistance,” he said. “If they say that they think that giving you this treatment would ‘seriously exacerbate other major medical problems not outweighed by the benefit of the provision of the treatment, then you can be denied this treatment so that you die.’” Balch said the provision leaves it up to doctors to make the value judgment of whether a person’s life is worth living because they have a long-term health challenge. Sen. Duell and his allies say the NRLC is missing the point in the bill. In fact, Duell argues the legislation gives patients more options when appealing a medical order from their physician. However, Balch said the only part of that defense that rings true is a 10-day period that patients and their families have to find a doctor or hospital that will provide the treatment being denied by the original physician. On the other hand, current Texas law requires doctors to explain to patients and their loved ones how to challenge the decision. The new bill would make an official from the same hospital that patient’s advocate. Balch said that would simply result in hospital administrators trying to convince patients and family members that their lives are not worth living. In addition to all the other exotic fumes roiling around the subway, the NYPD will this summer release some nice, "harmless" gases into several stations in order to test for "risks posed by airborne contaminants, including chemical, biological and radiological (CBR) weapons," the department announced today. “The NYPD works for the best but plans for the worst when it comes to potentially catastrophic attacks such as ones employing radiological contaminants or weaponized anthrax,” Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly said in a statement. The airflow tests will be performed in partnership with the energy department's Brookhaven National Laboratory using perfluorocarbon tracer gases (PFTs), which, though alarmingly named, are apparently benign. (Wikipedia tells us the gases are regularly used to map oil reserves and, awesomely, to track ransom money following kidnappings.) The $3.4 million study, called the Subway-Surface Air Flow Exchange, will be the largest of its kind. The exact dates of the test, to be held over the course of three non-consecutive days in July, will be determined by weather conditions and announced to the public one day in advance. Research will be conducted during the daytime in parts of all five boroughs, but is not expected to hamper operations. “The NYPD, in partnership with the MTA, is responsible for keeping more than 5 million daily subway customers safe and secure, Acting Chairman Fernando Ferrer said in a statement. Now that the dust has settled a little bit it is clear that something fishy may have happened in Boston. No kidding. Enough eyeballs are on the Boston Marathon false flag that it will probably not endure for long. Numerous theories now exist as to why the presented materials for the official version are so sloppily created or so patently created, or are so misleading. Among them are that one faction is deliberately trying to undermine the activities of the other faction by presenting disinformation, sloppy product as though its own, and conflicting facts. Another speculates that the active faction is deliberately throwing confusion into the works to rile the public up enough to start reacting so they can be shut down by official nation wide martial law. Or simply, that they really are unbelievably incompetent and are doing their sic, best. At any rate, here are some more anomalies that are so brazen in their obviousness that it beggars the imagination and will work for any of the scenarios. First where the heck are they, certainly not on the street where the bombings occurred as there is no bombing related activities any where in site, Also it looks pretty clear that it was taken behind the grandstand as you can see a worker in yellow leaning over a handrail over top of the paramedic in yellow. Also see that the amputee does not look particularly stressed. Plus you can see the blue tarps covering the back of the stands. In other words, Lights, Camera, Action! Take a good look at at the guy in yellow leaning casually against a guard rail like nothing to get excited about. Like he's the director. Take a good look at at the guy holding the cowboy hat just in front of him. It's the same one helping the amputee in the wheel chair. Also notice that the main body of people are way up the street. Also notice that there are no paramedics or emergency workers of any kind around the scene even though there are supposedly a number of badly wounded. In a blow up, Take a look at the guy in the light colored hood and shades lying on his back looking up at the guy in the red jacket. He's smiling. Also take a look at the glass all over the street in front of the blown out windows. How could a bomb that allegedly went off in front of a window, cause all the glass to land in front of the windows. A picture is worth a thousand words. The clincher involves the men from Craft who were filmed all over the scene when the bombs first went off but whom the authorities have categorically denied were ever present. The idea that they are being sloppy deliberately in order to raise an eventual public reaction looks more and more plausible all the time. Finally, the evidence suggests that one of the sic, CST guys may have placed one of the bombs. The picture clearly shows one of them carrying a backpack marked with a white square on the top grip. The picture below clearly show a blown up backpack with the white square on the grip. No other backpack observed at the scene, before or after had a white square. Finally, photographs exist showing the operative leaving the scene sans backpack. Rap has it that the bombing was actually a first time 'in the live' field test for a new type of explosive called a hot and cold fusion device. Which would explain all the bogies around the scene just before hand, and why at least one of them was carrying a radiation sensor. All you Ayn Rand faithful understand what I'm talking about. If you don't you should read "Atlas Shrugged" about 100 times and get back to me.

But here's a question I get all the time...

"Who is Roota?"

Even if you have been a traveler on my RoadtoRoota.com website since the beginning you probably can't answer this question easily as there are MANY potential correct answers.

Here are some:

1) Roota is a fictional comic book character from a Federal Reserve Bank publication meant to teach children about the need for scarcity in a monetary system. As the story plays out Roota comes to understand that Gold plays a necessary and key function in the acceptance of various forms of money. But because Roota lives in a society that does not have Gold backed money she devises a way to back money with oil and thus spread wealth and prosperity throughout her land. Although the plan works well for a while Roota knows that one day she will have to return to a true Gold backed monetary system. To this day Roota still searches for a way back to sound money.

2) Roota or "RootA" is the basis for all financial computer systems and is a key coding concept of the original sharable computer programming language called "BASIC". BASIC was invented by John Kemeny who worked hand-in-hand with Alan Greenspan in the 1960's to write the computer programs that became our developed our current system. In essence... "RootA" is the primary foundation of our Global Electronic Financial System.

3) The "Road to Roota" was a plan implemented in the early 1970's by Alan Greenspan, Arthur Burns and Stephen Devaux to rig the financial markets using computer programs in order to prolong the unbacked monetary system soaking up all the benefits of unbacked fiat before returning to the discipline of a true Gold Standard. This plan was based on Nobel Prize winning mathematical economic theories developed in the 1960's called the "Golden Rule Savings Rate" and "On the Road to the Golden Age". The Road to Roota theory is the reason the US Government continues printing money as fast as possible as they are trying to destroy the US Dollar in order to return to our Constitutional Gold Standard.

So that's what Roota is in a nutshell!

Okay...according to this article, they located 5 in Montana which have been defused.  Hopefully, (and, IF this is true...) they managed to locate all of them. Purportedly 9 men died in the dismantle. They were set to go off around May 6. More are purportedly set to go off in California as soon as April 28th.

It is curious to note that it has been reported that dark forces are trying to hold up the New Financial System from going into effect until May 6 or after. Gee....maybe this is why? They'd have us all 'sewed up' in Martial Law. ...Those that survived, that is.

Am wondering if this had to do with a rather considerable 'jets and choppers' incident that occurred here in Montana a couple of months ago. hmmm... It was quite an unusual site and many people saw various parts of it. From low flying military jets to low flying helicopters, some with their doors open. Some hugging the freeway from Livingston to Bozeman. All occurring over about an hour.

Would seem at the very least a heads up is in order.

a NAVY SEAL sniper with a record 200 hits, who told me some horrifying information. Yes, I know his full name, which I am not allowed to make known publicly at this time. Yes, I also know the name of the military contact of his in Washington DC. This Navy SEAL recently helped intercept, with other military men, nukes that were planted by NWO forces and destined to go off around MAY 5-6, to trigger martial law nationwide...RIGHT HERE IN MONTANA. I looked the guy up on the Internet. Gulp...yeah, he IS a biggie in military security!
