On
December 18, 2014, President Barack Obama secretly signed an executive
order creating a Presidential Task Force geared at 21st Century
Policing. This Force seeks not only to identify ways for police
departments to better themselves but also promotes increased interaction
of our local police officers in our schools, businesses, communities
and many other aspects of our lives. The main objective of the force is
to get the public acquainted with their presence and to establish a
trust connection in communities.
While this all sounds like “sunshine and
lollipops” we must consider this a step towards the integration of
preparation for martial law. Considering this task force comes on the
heels of Jade Helm—who’s object it is to gain public trust as well— we
must consider the possibility. What are the chances that both Jade Helm,
(a military training exercise) and the Presidential Task Force for the 21st Century (a police objective report)
are geared at gaining the publics trust? Could there be a link between
them and martial law preparation? Or am I thinking too much into it?
Here is the breaking report….
According to Jade Helm one of the main
objectives for the Military is to: “…work with civilians to gain their
trust and an understanding of the issues.”
According to the Presidential Task Force for the 21st Century Policing Report
the main objective is to promote: “Trust between law enforcement
agencies and the people they protect and serve…” It further states that
“People are more likely to obey the law when they believe those who are
enforcing it have the right—the legitimate authority—to tell them what
to do.”
A white North Charleston police officer was
arrested on a murder charge and the FBI opened a civil rights
investigation Tuesday after video surfaced of the lawman shooting eight
times at a 50-year-old black man as he ran away.
Walter L. Scott died Saturday after Patrolman 1st Class Michael T. Slager, 33, shot him in the back.
The video footage, which The Post and Courier
obtained Tuesday from a source who asked to remain anonymous, shows the
end of the confrontation between the two on Saturday after Scott ran
from a traffic stop. It was the first piece of evidence contradicting a
statement that Slager released earlier this week through his attorney.
The U.S. Department of Justice said in a
statement that FBI investigators would work with the State Law
Enforcement Division, which typically investigates officer-involved
shootings in South Carolina, and the state’s attorney general to
investigate any civil rights violations in Scott’s death. North
Charleston Mayor Keith Summey said during a news conference that Slager
had made a “bad decision.”
“When you’re wrong, you’re wrong,” Summey said.
“If you make a bad decision, don’t care if you’re behind the shield or
just a citizen on the street, you have to live by that decision.”
The three-minute clip starts shaky, but it steadies as Slager and Scott appear to be grabbing at each other’s hands.
Slager has said through his attorney that Scott had wrested his Taser from him during a struggle.
The video appears to show Scott slapping at the
officer’s hands as several objects fall to the ground. It’s not clear
what the objects are.
Scott starts running away. Wires from Slager’s Taser stretch from Scott’s clothing to the officer’s hands.
With Scott more than 10 feet from Slager, the
officer draws his pistol and fires seven times in rapid succession.
After a brief pause, the officer fires one last time. Scott’s back bows,
and he falls face first to the ground near a tree.
After the gunfire, Slager glances at the person taking the video, then talks into his radio.
The cameraman curses, and Slager yells at Scott as sirens wail.
“Put your hands behind your back,” the officer shouts before he handcuffs Scott.
As another lawman runs to Scott’s side.
Scott died there.
Deputy Coroner Brittney Martin was not immediately available Tuesday to confirm how many times Scott was shot.
At the time, Scott was wanted for arrest on a Family Court warrant, Charleston County sheriff’s Maj. Eric Watson said Tuesday.
He had a history of arrests related to contempt
of court charges for failing to pay child support. The only accusation
of violence against Scott during his lifetime came through an assault
and battery charge in 1987.
The mayor and Police Chief Eddie Driggers
expressed sympathies to Scott’s family. Driggers grew emotional as he
referred to his police officers as his children.
“It’s been a tragic day for many, a tragic day
for me,” Driggers said. “It is not reflective of this entire police
department. … One does not throw a blanket across the many.”
Attorney David Aylor, who released a statement
on Slager’s behalf earlier this week, said Tuesday that he wasn’t
representing the officer anymore.
It was not immediately clear whether Slager had hired a new lawyer. An attempt to contact Slager before his arrest was not successful.
“This is a terrible tragedy that has impacted our community,” his former attorney said.
National sentiment
The footage comes amid a discussion about race and policing in the U.S. fueled by the fatal shooting in August of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo.
Brown, an 18-year-old black man, was unarmed at
the time, but witnesses said he got into a struggle with Officer Darren
Wilson, who is white, and was shot during the scuffle.
Though a grand jury did not find any reason to
indict Wilson, the shooting ignited protests, some of which turned
violent. A “black lives matter” movement inspired talk about whether
police nationwide resort to deadly force too quickly against black men.
During the wave of sentiment that prompted
rallies in the Charleston area, a state trooper was captured on video
shooting a man who had reached for his driver’s license during a
Columbia traffic stop. The trooper was arrested.
Community leaders in North Charleston stressed
the need for calm in the aftermath of Scott’s death. The North
Charleston Police Department has fought accusations in past years that
aggressive enforcement tactics have unfairly targeted poor, black
communities.
Slager, a former Coast Guardsman, served for
more than five years with the department without being disciplined, his
attorney said.
Two people filed complaints against Slager
during his time with the force, including one man who said the policeman
shot him with a Taser for no reason in September 2013. Internal
investigators, though, exonerated the officer of any wrongdoing.
Ed Bryant, the president of the North Charleston
chapter of the NAACP, was taken aback by a description of the video. He
had not seen it, he said.
But he encouraged investigators and prosecutors to pursue justice in Scott’s death and urge openness from the authorities.
“If he was running away, how does that pose the
need for deadly force?” Bryant said. “If he’s leaving, they should just
pursue him. But shooting him? That’s another story.”
Pastor Thomas Dixon said that he has not yet
seen the video but said that “it’s necessary to expect that there may be
some sort of community reaction.”
Dixon added that he is concerned about outsiders
coming into the community to incite violence and rallies. He said the
outcry of anger so often ends up “tearing down our communities,” and
emotions should be diverted to something more constructive than
violence.
“Good people get caught up with crazy people,”
he said. “The smart reaction is to just gather and peacefully let your
voice be heard without any foolishness or craziness.”
Dwight James, executive director of the S.C.
State Conference of the NAACP, said leaders were gathering in Columbia
on Tuesday afternoon to discuss the case.
James said he was looking forward to all the facts coming out.
“We’re in touch with law enforcement on multiple
levels,” he said. “The last feedback I got was that (the officer) was
not talking.”
Officer’s account
Slager said earlier this week in the statement
from his attorney at the time that his encounter with Scott had started
Saturday morning as a routine traffic stop.
His department said he pulled over Scott’s
Mercedes-Benz sedan near Remount and Craig roads because it had a broken
brake light. But at some point, Scott ran away with Slager in pursuit
on foot. Scott’s passenger stayed with the Mercedes.
During the foot chase, Scott confronted Slager,
according to the lawyer’s statement. Slager got out his Taser to subdue
the man, but Scott took the device during a struggle, the statement
said. That’s when the officer fired at Scott several times because he
“felt threatened,” it added.
The bystander’s cellphone camera continued to roll as Slager stands over Scott and another officer puts on gloves.
“(Expletive) abuse,” the cameraman says. “(Expletive) abuse.”
During the 21/2 minutes after the shooting until
the end of the video, the backup officer lifts up Scott’s shirt to
check his wounds. But no one immediately starts CPR.
The video ends with Slager standing next to Scott, who was still face down, and checking the dying man’s pulse.
Summey, the city’s mayor, said the cameraman
handed over the footage to Scott’s family, who gave it to SLED. City
officials reviewed it late Tuesday afternoon.
The mayor said that the case could have ended
differently if it weren’t for the footage. But Summey said he couldn’t
speculate about what would have happened.
“Without the video … it would be difficult for
us to ascertain exactly what did occur,” Summey said. “We want to thank
the young person who came forward … because it has helped us resolve the
issue.”
North Charleston Pastor Nelson Rivers, who is a
vice president in the Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network, called
the cameraman a “hero.”
Rivers said he was alarmed by the ease at which
the officer shot Scott. He called it disturbing for the officer to show
so little about “what life means.” He called it “sobering and evil.”
“If not for the video, we would still be
following the narrative from the officer,” Rivers said. “If not for this
video, the story would be entirely different.”

Company Drug Policy Alliance y Open Society Foundation, funded by

of marijuana, particularly in Uruguay.
Uruguay – the first country in the world to
officially legalize the production and sale of marijuana. Initiator of
the law was the leadership of the State, headed by President Jose

marijuana legalization should be state regulation of prices for hemp.
There are many reasons why Monsanto and other
companies producing GMOs would like to learn a new product. Marijuana
may be the next major GMO crop. First of all, the company plans to
produce GMO manipulate so-called “medical marijuana”. If pharmacists
join with GMO companies, pharmaceutical mafia can create transgenic

patented and can be implemented as a medicine.
It is also worth noting that former strategic
director Jamin Shively Microsoft also announced that it plans to patent
in the U.S. is the first national brand under which will be produced
hemp imported from Mexico. The new company is based in Seattle.
Businessman said that the initial funding for
the project is $ 10 million to start the company’s products will be
distributed only in two U.S. states, but at the request of Shively: “We
will seek to ensure that in our hands was 40% of cannabis in the world.”

how can you treat hives - how to cure urticaria permanently More info: http://www.niche-finder.net/myhivescure Finding an urticaria treatment is by no means easy.... If you have suffered with urticaria for any length of time you will undoubtedly know what I mean. Of course if you only suffer with the occasional bout of acute urticaria as the result of coming into contact with a specific allergen, then antihistamine may do the trick. The truth is that medications designed to block or reduce the production of histamine in the body are really just a way of masking the symptoms of urticaria and not really an urticaria treatment or cure. This is new & complete-relief tips for urticaria sufferers: I wanted to write this article as I have a couple of great tips to share with urticaria sufferers. Many articles skirt around the same old urticaria treatment methods, and I'm sure many are written by people who really have no experience and perhaps very little knowledge of urticaria as a chronic condition. The following details are based on my own experience with chronic urticaria, I personally suffered with the condition for some years on and off, more on than off as I got older, but that's a different story. So let me tell you about an urticaria treatment method that I discovered while hunting for a way to stop my urticaria. What I'm about to describe is what I like to call a quick fix, it's not what you would call an urticaria cure, it's not even a long term urticaria treatment, but I had some great results using the following method. Note: this quick urticaria treatment may help those suffering with hives (urticaria), urticarial wheals and whelts and deeper swelling such as mild angioedema, for serious cases of angioedema this method probably won't help much. I say this method may help as I don't have any medical training and the method I'll tell you about is something I used as a quick urticaria treatment, basically it may or may not have the same effect on you as it did on me. If in doubt please consult a professional. My Quick Urticaria Treatment: Before I explain what my solution is let me first explain my urticaria symptoms, how this urticaria treatment helps and what results you can expect, oh, and how long it takes for this urticaria treatment method to work. My Urticaria Symptoms: I'll keep this short, just thought it might be helpful, especially if you suffer with the same kind of urticaria symptoms as me. OK, for the last 2 years of my chronic urticaria I had urticaria on my face and neck for an average of around 3-4 days out of every seven.
Allergic To Water: Teen Who Suffers From Extremely Rare Condition Can Barely Shower.....
For allergy sufferers, life isn’t simple, whether it’s avoiding sunlight or steering clear from certain foods, the sometimes daily battle is a tough and challenging one.
However, life is more like hell for 17-year-old Alexandra Allen from Utah, who is actually allergic to water. Her condition, known as aquagenic urticaria, is so rare that there are only 35 known cases in the world. That fact doesn’t help poor Alexandra much as there is absolutely no known or even treatment for the rare condition. Alexandra’s water allergy is so bad that she has to shower quickly, in cold water, and can never even consider taking a long relaxing bath. According to her, Alexandra said that she only discovered she had the allergy after soaking in a hot tub while on vacation, an activity which resulted in a serious rash, internal bleeding and painful joints. Alexandra spoke to reporters about how she needs to avoid water as much as she can, “It’s not worth it anymore. It’s both emotionally strenuous and physically painful. I can’t let myself go there,” she said. As well as being allergic to water, Alexandra is also allergic to her own sweat, which means she can only exercise when the weather is cold, in order to sweat as little as possible. As Alexandra continued, “It feels like your skin has been sandpapered down until there’s only one layer left and it itches, but you can’t itch it or it will break and burn and bleed. You just feel like you’ve been dipped in a vat of acid, not for long, but for long enough to tear off a layer of skin,” she shared. Unfortunately, one of the only things known about the condition is that it gets worse with age, and can even result in a deadly anaphylactic shock. Despite everything, Alexandra is determined to live with her condition, and make the best of it, “I think I’m lucky, compared to a lot of other diseases I could have had. At least this is tolerable and manageable.”
The human body has an immune system that can cure almost anything, but it must be fed properly. That means 67 NATURAL minerals each day, 18 natural vitamins each day, and avoiding as many chemicals as possible, including prescription drugs. I predict this will remove the WATER allergy.

Official: Power-plant blast responsible for DC power outages
Associated Press
1:39 PM, Apr 7, 2015
Widespread power outages hit across Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, affecting government and privately-owned buildings intermittently early in the afternoon.
The outage struck everything from the White House to the State Department, where government employees and reporters saw lights and power flicker out.
The power went out during the daily State Department briefing, with Deputy Spokesperson Marie Harf using a phone light to continue taking questions from reporters.
Power remained off for the State Department as of 1:15 p.m., though most other affected buildings appeared to have power restored within seconds of it going out.
The White House, State Department, Justice Department and Capitol were all briefly affected. Power also went out at the University of Maryland and various Smithsonian museums. Several were evacuated.
Metro said 14 of its 91 public transit stations were affected. A spokesman says power to trains remains on, with trains moving system wide.
By officials' counts, at least 28,000 customers in the metro area were affected.

A reader sent me the video from 2012. I watched. I didn’t expect it
but I should have. I know we are screwed up. I am a parent, America
is a diseased sinkhole that no one should raise kids in.
Should I be pleased that states like Indiana are trying to enforce a
delusional version of righteousness steeped in hypocrisy and fraud?
With family in half a dozen states and Germany, I live in the midst of
this dialog. At the heart of VT is the rabid PTSD that runs in so many
of our veins, with it a need to protect and secure, a sense of justice
and retribution some should fear.
Imagine how many homeless we could feed, or how many children we could REALLY educate with kick assed educations, for this.
Hundreds of millions of dollars are missing in
action in Afghanistan, and auditors are blaming the Pentagon’s flawed
accounting practices for the problem.
A new report
from the office of John Sopko, the Special Inspector General for
Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR), revealed that there’s virtually no
way to know what happened to a large chunk of money the Defense
Department spent in Afghanistan before 2010.
Related: $100 Billion in Aid Squandered in Afghanistan
The auditors said DOD handed over data only for
$21 billion of the total $66 billion it spent rebuilding the war-torn
country. But unlike most cases of missing money in Afghanistan (of which
there are plenty), the auditors don’t blame this on corruption or
waste—but rather on accounting issues.
The Commander’s Emergency Response Program, for
example, is set up in such a way that it’s extremely difficult to
monitor all of the money spent on the program’s projects. Under that
program, commanders may spend money to respond to emergencies like
floods and fires. Any expense below $500,000 isn’t treated as a
traditional defense contract and doesn’t have to be recorded in the same
way.
The Pentagon only had data for about 57 percent of the total $795 million spent by that program between the years 2002 and 2013.
It
would be great for these folks (many in the medical field themselves).
The article spoke many truths about the nature of the AMA and their old
and outdated thought processes. Below is a snip:
Do read the entire article
as it is well written. So do the CDC and the NIH stay in the dark with
their eyes covered or are they going to find their heart. Guess the end
result tells us who is in control of society.
The
following analysis was originally published by James Quinn at The
Burning Platform. As always, Jim gives us some key insights into what
the government is saying is happening and what is actually happening. As
you may have guessed, all of the “official” statistics and reports
over the last several months and years are nothing more than
conjecture. There is no recovery. In fact, as Quinn explains, a
recession has now been confirmed.
Here’s the reality of the situation – from James Quinn:
It sure is lucky those Ivy League educated
economists at those Wall Street criminal banks are paid millions per
year. How else could we get such accurate forecasts about job growth in
the U.S. These mental midgets predicted 245,000 new Obama jobs
(bartenders, waitresses, house cleaners, clerks, fry cooks) in March.
Even the BLS has run out of bullshit and lies. Those dramatic job
increases in January and February were cut by 69,000 jobs. That is a 13%
error. If I make a 13% error doing my job, I’d be fired. The BLS
government drones have the power to move markets with their bullshit reports. It’s funny how the negative revision is put at the very end of their 2,000 word press release.
But getting back to the accuracy of Ivy League
educated Wall Street economists – they missed by 50%. That entitles them
to a $250,000 bonus. The Establishment Survey showed a pitiful 126,000
increase in low paying service jobs in March. Get prepared for the usual
weather excuse. They’ve been using it for the last four months. How
many companies make hiring decisions based on the weather outside?
Really? Do these highly educated assholes actually expect us to believe
the temperature outside stops companies from hiring? Hysterically, the
BLS says that 72,000 phantom jobs were created by new companies, even
though we know for a fact that more companies are closing than opening.
This 126,000 number will be revised to a negative number two years from
now in a press release on a Friday afternoon.
And it gets better. The Establishment Survey is
the good news. The Household Survey, that calculates the fake
unemployment rate, had even more dreadful results. It showed only 34,000
more people employed than last month. It shows only 130,000 more people
employed YTD versus the 390,000 in the other survey. Which number do
you not believe the most?

The U.S. Army is investigating an unauthorized
diversity training presentation on “white privilege” shown to hundreds
of Georgia soldiers, USA Today reported, citing an Army spokeswoman.
The Equal Opportunity training presentation was
shown to about 400 soldiers of the 67th Signal Battalion at Fort Gordon
on Thursday, according to Captain Lindsay Roman.
The portion of the program involved a slide
projected on a screen entitled ”The Luxury of Obliviousness,” which
listed elements of “white privilege.”
“Race privilege gives whites little reason to
pay a lot of attention to African Americans or to how white privilege
affects them. ‘To be white in American (sic) means not having to think
about it,’” one bullet point read.
After an image of the slide was posted to a Facebook page, the reaction was swift and pointed.
“That should be instant UCMJ and Dishonorable Discharge for the instructor who deviated in this manner,” George Stevens wrote.
“Pretty sick of hearing about white privilege.
Nearly my entire chain of command and NCO support channel have been
Hispanic or black since I joined,” Tim Wilson Jr. added.
“True story: I went to a forced EEO class and
the white female SSG said we white folks were a problem. I looked around
the room and everyone of every race were rolling their eyes,” Scott
Hampton Truelove recalled. “We of all races went fishing, eating out,
having BBQs, went to the club, together. We all never had a problem with
race. We as a group stood up and walked out. She was cutting into our
beer drinking time.”
Captain Roman said the instructor was out of line.
“The unit (Equal Opportunity) instructor
deviated from the authorized topic and content which was provided,”
Roman told USA Today. “To prevent further instances, all unit
instructors will receive additional training on the importance of
following Army EO training requirements.”
A
prominent climate scientist who's actively involved in developing
technologies to thwart the natural weather patterns of the globe says
he's disturbed by the prospect of having to make such drastic changes to
the common order of things in order to fight so-called "global
warming."
Dr. Matthew Watson from Bristol University in
the UK told the media recently that he's "terrified" by many of the
geoengineering projects currently in the works to thwart man-made
climate change, which is still being hawked by many in mainstream
science as a threat to humanity.
Speaking to the Daily Mail Online, Dr. Watson
explained how futuristic technologies like spraying chemical particles
into the sky to reflect sunlight back into space have the potential to
disrupt how rain falls, how plants grow and how life lives.
Right now, Dr. Watson is working on a $2.8
million project of this exact nature. The plan is to inject sulfur
particles into the earth's atmosphere with the stated goal of blocking
the sun's rays from reaching Earth, ostensibly to keep the earth from
getting too warm.
"Personally, this stuff terrifies me," Dr.
Watson told reporters. "Whilst it is clear that temperatures could be
reduced during deployment, the potential for misstep is considerable."
"By identifying risks, we hope to contribute to
the evidence base around geoengineering that will determine whether
deployment, in the face of the threat of climate change, has the
capacity to do more good than harm."
Geoengineering will likely cause irreversible damage to planetary ecosystems
The simplistic nature of such projects ignores the immense level of
irreversible damage that could result from interfering with the normal
functions of the planet. By blocking sunlight, plants won't be able to
engage in photosynthesis, for instance, which means no more oxygen and
no more food.
Similarly, humans won't be able to obtain
natural vitamin D if the sun's rays aren't allowed to penetrate the
atmosphere, triggering an epidemic of vitamin D deficiency and resultant
disease.
One proposed method of mitigating excess carbon
dioxide, which many would argue isn't even a real problem, involves
planting and irrigating millions of trees in the world's deserts. But
this would directly counteract the natural reflection of sunlight from
desert sands back into space, contributing to more warming.
Another proposal involves dumping iron particles
into the world's oceans to supposedly improve the growth of
photosynthetic organisms capable of absorbing carbon dioxide. But this
concept would only further toxify the world's oceans, harming sea
animals in the process.
Sulfur particles will destroy ozone layer, leaving animals and humans exposed to deadly radiation
Building upon an earlier idea pioneered by Dr. Watson, climate
scientists are also working on ways to pump sulfur particles into the
sky in order to disperse and reflect sunlight back into space. But this
process threatens to destroy atmospheric ozone, leaving plants, animals
and humans exposed to harmful solar radiation.
"Geoengineering will be much more expensive and challenging than previous estimates suggest and any benefits
would be limited," maintains Professor Piers Forster from the
University of Leeds, who has long tracked climate engineering projects
of this type and determined them to be more threatening than beneficial.
Professor Steve Rayner from Oxford University,
who specializes in the legal and ethical ramifications of
geoengineering, seems to agree. He told the Daily Mail Online that too
little is known about the long-term effects of geoengineering, including
their impact on planetary ecosystems.
"Mostly it is too soon to know what any of these
technology ideas would look like in practice or what would be their
true cost and benefit," he stated.

Question -- What is the goal of this website? Why do we share different sources of information that sometimes conflicts or might even be considered disinformation?
Answer -- The primary goal of Nesaranews is to help all people become better truth-seekers in a real-time boots-on-the-ground fashion. This is for the purpose of learning to think critically, discovering the truth from within—not just believing things blindly because it came from an "authority" or credible source. Instead of telling you what the truth is, we share information from many sources so that you can discern it for yourself. We focus on teaching you the tools to become your own authority on the truth, gaining self-mastery, sovereignty, and freedom in the process. We want each of you to become your own leaders and masters of personal discernment, and as such, all information should be vetted, analyzed and discerned at a personal level. We also encourage you to discuss your thoughts in the comments section of this site to engage in a group discernment process.

How can you treat hives - how to cure urticaria permanently
More info: http://www.niche-finder.net/myhivescure
Finding an urticaria treatment is by no means easy....
My Quick Urticaria Treatment:
Before I explain what my solution is let me first explain my urticaria symptoms, how this urticaria treatment helps and what results you can expect, oh, and how long it takes for this urticaria treatment method to work.
My Urticaria Symptoms:
I'll keep this short, just thought it might be helpful, especially if you suffer with the same kind of urticaria symptoms as me. OK, for the last 2 years of my chronic urticaria I had urticaria on my face and neck for an average of around 3-4 days out of every seven.
