FORMER PRESIDENTS WARN ABOUT THE "INVISABLE GOVERNMENT" RUNNING THE UNITED STATES

Past presidents of the United States and other high profile political leaders have repeatedly issued warnings over the last 214 years that the U.S. government is under the control of an “invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people.”\"


According to six of our former presidents, one vice-president, and a myriad of other high profile political leaders, an invisible government that is “incredibly evil in intent” has been in control of the U.S. government “ever since the days of Andrew Jackson” (since at least 1836).  They “virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes. They practically control both parties… It operates under cover of a self-created screen [and] seizes our executive officers, legislative bodies, schools, courts, newspapers and every agency created for the public protection.”
As a result, “we have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated, governments in the civilized world—no longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and the duress of small groups of dominant men.”


The sources for the above quotes (and more) are listed below. All of the quotes in this article have been verified as authentic and have associated links to the source materials.  Also included below are statements made by David Rockefeller, Sr, former director of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and Federal Reserve Chairman’s Alan Greenspan and Ben Bernanke that appear to confirm some of the warnings.

Warnings About the Invisible Government Running the U.S.

The warnings listed below, which appear in chronological order, began with our first president – George Washington. The last president to speak out was JFK, who was assassinated. Read what they and other political leaders have said about the invisible government.


George Washington wrote that the Illuminati want to separate the People from their Government:


“It was not my intention to doubt that, the Doctrines of the Illuminati, and principles of Jacobinism had not spread in the United States. On the contrary, no one is more truly satisfied of this fact than I am. “I sincerely believe, with you, that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies.” —Thomas Jefferson, dent of the United States (1801–1809) and principal author of the United States Declaration of Independence (1776), in a letter written to John Taylor on May 28, 1816

Note that it appears that Washington’s and Jefferson’s concerns regarding bankers and separation of the people from the government was realized by 1836.  This fact was confirmed in a letter written by FDR in 1933 (see below) in which he wrote that “a financial element in the large centers has owned the government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson.”  Jackson was the seventh president of the United States (1829-1937).  Calhoun served as Jackson’s vice-president from 1829-1832.

The Federal Reserve

In an interview with Jim Lehrer that was aired on PBS’ News Hour on September 18, 2007 that you can watch on YouTube, formal Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan said, essentially, that the Federal Reserve was above the law and that no agency of government can overrule their actions:


Jim Lehrer: “What is the proper relationship, what should be the proper relationship between a chairman of the Fed and a president of the United States?”


Alan Greenspan: “Well, first of all, the Federal Reserve is an independent agency, and that means, basically, that there is no other agency of government which can overrule actions that we take. So long as that is in place and there is no evidence that the administration or the Congress or anybody else is requesting that we do things other than what we think is the appropriate thing, then what the relationships are don’t frankly matter.”


The fact that the Fed is above the law was demonstrated by current Fed chairman, Ben Bernanke, during his appearance before Congress on March 4, 2009 (as shown in this video). Senator Bernie Sanders asked Bernanke about $2.2 trillion in American tax dollars that was lent out by Federal Reserve. Bernanke refused to provide an answer:


Senator Sanders: “Will you tell the American people to whom you lent $2.2 trillion of their dollars? … Can you tell us who they are?”


Bernanke: “No”

David Rockefeller and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR)

In 1921 the stockholders of the Federal Reserve financed an organization called the “Council on Foreign Relations” (CFR).  A full discussion on the CFR is beyond the scope of this article.  Suffice it to say that the CFR likely plays a prominent role in the invisible government that we have been warned about. The CFR is alleged to be the arm of the Ruling Elite in the United States. Most influential politicians, academics and media personalities are members. The CFR uses its influence to push their New World Order agenda on the American people.


David Rockefeller, Sr is the current patriarch of the Rockefeller family. He is the only surviving grandchild of oil tycoon John D. Rockefeller, founder of Standard Oil.  Rockefeller began a lifelong association with the CFR when he joined as a director in 1949.  In Rockefeller’s 2002 autobiography “Memoirs” he wrote:


“For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as internationalists and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure — one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”


James Warburg, son of CFR [Council on Foreign Relations] founder Paul Warburg, delivered blunt testimony before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on February 17, 1950:


“We shall have world government, whether or not we like it. The question is only whether world government will be achieved by consent or by conquest.”

Cognitive Dissonance

Because of a deep rooted beliefs that the U.S. government is “for the people” and the protector of the free world, many will reject the notion of an evil shadow government.  When our beliefs are challenged or when two beliefs are inconsistent, cognitive dissonance is created. It’s human nature to try to hold our beliefs in harmony with our world view and avoid disharmony (or dissonance).


For those of you who having difficulty believing the information presented in this article, I fully  understand.  For the first 57 years of my life, I would not have believed in the possibility that a shadow government could exist.  Three years ago my world view changed. While on vacation in Mount Shasta, I came across a book titled “Global Conspiracy” that seemed strangely out of place in a metaphysical book store.  I had never heard of the author before – some guy named David Icke.  I scanned through the book and frankly didn’t believe 99% of what I read.  But, I saw one thing that caught my attention in that I knew that I could easily verify Icke’s assertion.  I did my own research and turned out what Icke had stated was true.  That led me down a rabbit hole and many, many hundreds of hours of independent research.


So, keep an open mind, do your own research, and use discernment.   Beware that there is a ton of disinformation on the internet, much of which is intentionally placed to confuse the public. 


At a CFR meeting on geoengineering (see the article “Millions Spent to Confuse Public About Geoengineering“),  M. Granger Morgan stated (it’s captured on video for you to see and hear for yourself):

“First of all, of course, there is a lot of money getting spent to make sure that a very substantial portion of the public stays totally confused about this. And, I mean, it’s been really quite pernicious. But there’s been literally tens of millions of dollars spent on every little thing that comes along that might, you know, relate to some uncertainty.”

THE SECRET STORY OF PEARL HARBOR, DEC. 7, 1941 FROM ERASMUS OF AMERICA - APRIL 9, 2015

    

     Just because I take honest stands in Christian issues does not mean that I am naive or stupid in military intelligence issues or other issues important to the future survival of America. In a sense, I am a man with many different faces in important national issues. 

     Sir Winston Churchill before World War II organized a secret spy ring across Europe without the knowledge of London, England. I copied his idea and organized a 30 nation spy ring without Wash., D.C. knowing what I was doing or how I recruited for this. Fortunately I had received a secret oral charter from the Pentagon telling me to do whatever I judged would protect the national defense and security of America. This legalized what I was doing, but I was not required to report to any special center in Wash., D.C. 

     I was colossally daring in tactics in military intelligence, but the Joint Chiefs of Staff liked my style and results. They called me "The Michaelangelo of American military intelligence" and commented like him in art could tell him to create masterpieces in art and tell me to create masterpieces in military intelligence but not how to create these masterpieces in military intelligence for America. They said that they rated my "Slavic Royal Alliance Ruse" over Soviet Intelligence which kept America out of World War III with the Soviet Union had been the most brilliant military intelligence ruse in the military history of America. I had to trick them at the Pentagon at the time so the Soviet spy ring would think this "Slavic Royal Alliance" was for real and about to overthrow the Iron Curtain then. I used a contact of mine with the I.R.A. as the key contact to outwit and trick Soviet Moscow from winning the Cold War then and conquering America in the process. 4 Communist spies had infiltrated the I.R.A. in Dublin, Ireland and they fed to Soviet intelligence the information I wanted Moscow to receive. By the time the Joint Chiefs of Staff figured out how my strategy and tactics had worked, they grinned and judged that this was a classic what I had pulled off successfully as later confirmed by Comrade Girdy, secret head of the Soviet spy ring in America.The head of the Soviet spy ring said to an F.B.I. undercover operative (D.M.F.) pretending to be a Communist spy that they had penetrated White House security and were confident of world victory over America until my ruse tricked them out of world victory. When finally they put all the pieces together, they were outraged and Moscow ordered my immediate murder, but I disappeared from military school the day before they were to kidnap me and murder me by drowning me in the Great Lakes with a typed suicide note saying that due to emotional problems, I had committed suicide. I figured when Moscow finally figured out how I had tricked them out of world victory, they were going to be mad as hornets at me and figured it smart to briefly disappear from military school rather than be dead in a few days in their rage against me.  

      Sir Winston Churchill with his spy ring he had recruited on the side may well have saved England from being defeated by Nazi Germany in World War II. But one or more times when his spy ring alerted him that Coventry in England was going to be smashed by a major Nazi air strike against it, he couldn't alert British air defense in advance so they would be prepared to fight against this Nazi air strike which would devastate Coventry. If he showed prior knowledge of this pending Nazi attack, then Nazi Germany would know that he had penetrated the security of Nazi Germany and knew of many of their secret plans in military. So the people of Coventry had to be smashed in order to protect this auxiliary British spy ring from being exposed to Nazi Germany. And this spy ring was deadly enough that maybe they saved England from being defeated by Nazi Germany in World War II.

        I had connections in Wash., D.C. and knew the real story to Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941. President Franklin D. Roosevelt had the decoded Japanese messages to this delivered to him either 7 or 10 days before the Japanese attack of Dec. 7 occurred. I frankly forget which number of days it was in advance as this is the first time I have talked about this in many years! I worked with a retired Naval NCO whose best friend in Naval Intelligence personally delivered the decoded Japanese messages days before the attack occurred. From a separate source I learned that the Joint Chiefs of Staff advised President Franklin D. Roosevelt to allow this attack without notifying Pearl Harbor in advance. It was a dreadful decision but the military leaders wanted this attack by Japan in advance before Japan was strong enough to invade America directly. If Japanese spies at Hawaii reported Pearl Harbor suddenly going on military alert for an attack before the Japanese attack planes arrived, the attack might be cancelled and Japan then not invade America until they were much stronger while America was not because public opinion did not see the need of heavily arming America before a Japanese attack would occur on America. The military saw the loss of aircraft carriers as a disaster they could not allow, so quietly removed the aircraft carriers from Pearl Harbor before the attack so they would not be sunk with other naval ships in port at Pearl Harbor then. The Japanese spies did not notice this to alert the Japanese military that the key prize to sink at Pearl Harbor would not be there which were the aircraft carriers at Pearl Harbor. Military intelligence and military strategy can be a very cold blooded business.

       The Japanese did not decide to invade America shortly after Pearl Harbor because they knew that the private citizens of America were mass armed with rifles. They figured this was too great of a risk to fight millions of regular Americans while fighting the regular much smaller U.S. military at that time in America. Hint to Americans today. If enemies of America know that the American people are mass armed and millions had military training to them while active in military service, America looks like a tough nut to crack and this may prevent major enemies from deciding to invade America. A disarmed people in America coupled with a heavily disarmed military under Obama may tempt major powers to try and invade America then. Russia would like to claim Alaska back and so invade America under that excuse and occupy much of America after that. China has already claimed that she has claim to all of America as she claimed Chinese galley ships found North America around 1,000 A.D. One of the top generals of China and I have his speech said that China should kill off around 66% of all Americans and then the remaining one-third or so can then be the slaves of the Chinese sent over the Bering Straits to mass occupy and colonize America then (including Canada and Mexico if I am correct!)

      It is a shame that U.S. military intelligence is too much used to cover mass corruption and mass treason instead of strengthening and upholding the national defense of America. I had a notary public who served at the White House during the Kennedy and Johnson administrations and overheard President Lyndon Johnson talk to the two bankers in New York City who ordered C.I.A. to murder President Kennedy and frame Lee Harvey Oswald who correctly called himself a "patsy" or fall guy in this situation. She also overheard at the White House how C.I.A. murdered something like 46 witnesses who could identify that C.I.A. had murdered President Kennedy under apparent Rockefeller orders. I also had a Secret Service agent at the White House who taped Lyndon Johnson talking to the two bankers in New York City who ordered C.I.A. to murder Pres. Kennedy and Johnson told them that he would take orders from them so don't kill him at the White House. This Secret Service agent smuggled this tape out of the White House but when I contacted members of Congress to hear this White House tape and start an honest investigation into the assassination of President Kennedy, none answered back from Congress but one and he said, "This is so hot, I wouldn't touch this with a 50 foot pole!"

      I am going to stop this report shortly, but to hint to you how massively Wash., D.C. covers up corruption and high treason in Wash., D.C., a top official in Pentagon intelligence secretly got word to me after 9/11 but so the corrupt evil running Wash., D.C. wouldn't  know that he had contacted me. He said that part of Washington intelligence knew that the 9/11 attack was coming. They did nothing to contact the rest of Washington intelligence on this. They did nothing to stop the 9/11 attack. They wanted this 9/11 attack to occur. All your excuses to turn America into a total federal police state under Wash., D.C., all started from this 9/11 attack that my information indicated was organized by C.I.A. for the purpose of establishing a federal police state in America. And some of the Arab terrorists who died in the crashed planes on 9/11 strangely enough were not killed and reported by a major Arab ally to all be alive and well in the Middle East after 9/11. How Wash., D.C. lies to the American people and being so evil those who do this, they see nothing wrong in lying and tricking the American people into giving up all their legal rights in America for staged events designed to crush the American people and trick them into giving up all their legal rights in America.

     Having lived in and near Wash., D.C. for years, only my proposed Omni Law is going to restore honest government back to America and control of government back to the American people who have lost it to con artists running Wash., D.C. today. I think President Ronald Reagan tried to be honest while in the White House and this is likely why the Secret Service dropped their security in Wash., D.C. so a murder attempt could be tried on him. I was familiar with the hotel where he was shot at and I see no reason why this murder attempt could have succeeded without it staged for the Secret Service to drop their security for President Reagan there. Probably C.I.A. staged the event and supplied the brainwashed assassin who but for the grace of God would have successfully murdered President Reagan that day when he shot Pres. Reagan at close range. 

        Congress does not have the legal integrity to investigate serious corruption and treason in Wash., D.C. Folks, that is both parties! Pass my Omni Law and we can investigate what should be investigated in Wash., D.C. and restore honesty to government by exposing what is outrageous corruption and treason running Wash., D.C. too much of the time. Full name of the Omni Law as shown on our website is "The Omnibus Civil Rights Act For America." It appoints ten honest legal trustees over Wash., D.C. to investigate and stop major corruption and high treason in government. They can arrest and prosecute when required! This will slam the brakes on big corruption and treason currently running Wash., D.C. behind the scenes. Also, the people under the Omni Law have the legal right to have national referendums to force laws and policies to be only those that the American people approve of when they vote in national referendums to either pass or else cancel laws and policies to run Wash., D.C. with. Also, the threat of the Omni Law will force Congress and federal agencies to start seriously respecting and obeying the will of the American people so national referendums will not have to be often called to straighten out misrepresentation of the people by government, stop high treason and high corruption in government. Also, word I have received is that the secret power elite who run government behind the scenes are planning to soon crash the American dollar so it is only worth maybe 25% of what it is now. This would crush the American people and make nearly all the people feel like they are now living in virtual bankruptcy in America. We pass the Omni Law and this nonsense is either stopped or does not get started in America. 

     I studied with six of the most brilliant economists of America and Europe including a German economist who was personally endorsed by Albert Einstein and Sir John Maynard Keynes as teaching the smartest and soundest economic science in the 20th century. As both Einstein and Keynes betrayed the liberal side by this endorsement of scientific free enterprise, their endorsements were never reported in the regular news sources of America, etc. Also, Prof. Irving Fisher of Yale University, rated top economist of America during the Depression of the "thirties," also endorsed this as the economic answer to end the American Depression virtually overnight and skyrocket the American economy very fast after that. Prof. Irving Fisher was threatened to be destroyed by the power elite if he continued pushing his endorsement of this economic science for America. In a moment of honesty, President Franklin D. Roosevelt at a major university said he was going to dump the federal reserve and replace it with this much more high powered monetary system based upon economic tactics which always worked when used in national economies. The corrupt central bankers said they would overthrow the federal government if he did not shut up. He shut up then as the American people did not know that for once President Franklin Roosevelt tried to be on the side of the American people but the people did not understand and back him.

     I got the secret documents on this whole story that C.I.A. frantically tried to block me from ever getting. They work for the corrupt power elite, not the American people at this time. I outwitted C.I.A. and even supplied conservative sources in America with copies of the sworn testimony on behalf of witnesses who were personal witnesses on why America had to go through the Depression when it was totally unnecessary for them to have had to suffer through! The answer was available endorsed by some of the most brilliant brains of the Western World but the evil cabal did not want the people to be blessed with mass prosperity in society!

     The other side is getting frantic trying to figure out how to stop my Omni Law from being passed as a constitutional amendment and added to the U.S. Bill of Rights. The Omni Law puts enforcement back into the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights that they have to be obeyed as binding law on Wash., D.C. which secretly hates the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights! As President Kennedy said maybe 10 days before he was shot, he planned to expose before he left office who was secretly really running the government in Wash., D.C. About 10 days later the guilty parties answered back and had him murdered by ordering C.I.A. to do this but be slick to con the public so they would not realize that a virtual coup in the government had just been achieved by the murder of President Kennedy. President Kennedy was going to be honest in the White House and that could not be allowed in Wash., D.C!

Even working in smart business and economic projects interests me far more than swimming in the cesspool called current American politics. But I have the professional skills and knowledge to deliver victory of freedom and prosperity to the American people. 

     The other side once tried to recruit me to their "SECRET GOVERNMENT."  I did not like what they are doing to the American people, so had no interest in joining them. I was offered to be either one of the top leaders in America through them or else be made President by them, but did not accept their offers by joining with them. I hope to only have to help the American people a few years at most in the political field and the moment I see I am no longer needed, I will instead work on my proposed Camelot Project to have the greatest research and development center in the world built in America and other things which interest me far more than corrupt politics, etc. I have to bribe myself to deal with the cesspool politics of Wash., D.C. by working on the Camelot Project and other worthy projects while giving a hand in end corruption, treason, and other forms of bad government the American people will have if I don't help them! 

      I once met a strange man when a young man on summer vacation from military school. He was incredibly accurate on me and things that I would do in life. His knowledge had to be supernatural as I could not have predicted what he did and it all come to pass. Not much is left on his predictions which have not already occurred. He indicated that God liked me because I had integrity in important issues, guts to do what is right in life, and God knew that I would realize the people would need answers that I had so would be forced by conscience to help the people  until the problem issues were resolved to help them. God approved of this because God wanted me to help the people who needed the answers I had. Wash., D.C. would make such a mess out of the pending future of the American people, I had to help the American people to have a future to live in instead of the disaster that Wash., D.C. was engineering for the American people. Once I got the people back on their feet, then I was permitted to go other directions if I wanted to. 

     Because I was engineering "The Slavic Royal Ruse" over Soviet Moscow at this time, part of the predictions of this man got recorded by the F.B.I. then so likely recorded in secret records of the F.B.I. some of the comments I made what this man said. The key one was that I would receive authority for a foreign nation where some of my forefathers came from 100 years earlier when I was around 20 years old. I frankly questioned that prediction very much, but was startled when several branches of the descendant Jefferson Davis family signed over all their claims to the Confederate Government to me at the predicted time since the Confederate Congress never signed surrender papers to Wash., D.C. as was required under the Confederate Constitution. One of the British Commonwealth Parliaments later legally recognized this as legally valid under international law. The man with the prophecies said that this prophecy of a foreign government authority being fulfilled at the stated age would be the sign of God that God endorsed me and not Wash., D.C. which was not loyal to God. 

     At the time of this man with the strange prophecies, he indicated that God would bless my pending Slavic Royal Alliance Ruse which would save the American people from pending Judgment of God as they were not right before God then! But if I would not do this, then America would fall as it was not right before God at that time and God would not save a people not loyal to God. He told me secrets about my family background. I had to ask my mother who surprised me and told me the powerful French background we came from and which she had not mentioned before. She said that she did not think it necessary to tell me this. I saw this man once more when walking my dog on a city street. He sort of grinned and asked if I had asked my mother about the family background that he said my mother's side of the family came from. I said that she confirmed what he had said about the family background which very much amazed me. We had the hereditary birthmark recorded in history books and she looked like the twin sister to the famous forefather we descended from. And she had the same photographic memory that this forefather had. It was all genetics and inherited from the family line. We were the line that the Rothschilds thought that they had successfully murdered in Europe so it could not stop the Rothschilds from setting up later the world government dedicated to Satan as world ruler that the Rothschilds were conspiring to later establish in world history. 

     My great grandfather gave his six children the family names from this French line and named one son and one daughter with the same first name to emphasize what family line they came from. God sometimes pulls jokes on the schemes of evil men such as the great world plan of the Rothschilds to later make Satan the "god" of this world. And create a one world government dedicated to this Satan as the claimed ruler of the human race on earth. Oregon Sheriff: Gun Control Push ‘Borderline Treasonous,’ Will Not Enforce

While Oregon Democrats stood with Gabby Giffords and the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence to push expanded background checks on April 1, Grant County Sheriff Glenn Palmer stood for the law-abiding citizens whom the checks will target by describing the gun control push as “borderline treasonous.”

Palmer also made clear that if the Democrats pass the measure there is zero chance of his office enforcing it.

Breitbart News previously reported that the push for expanded background checks in Oregon is being spearheaded by state senator Floyd Prozanski (D-Eugene). His efforts are strongly supported by the Brady Campaign and Giffords.

Giffords, in particular, believes every potential gun purchaser should have to pass the same background check her attacker passed to acquire his firearm, which the same background check Jerad and Amanda Miller (Las Vegas), Aaron Ybarra (Seattle Pacific University), Elliot Rodger (Santa Barbara), Ivan Lopez (Fort Hood 2014), Darion Marcus Aguilar (Maryland mall), Karl Halverson Pierson (Arapahoe High School), James Holmes (Aurora theater), Nidal Hasan (Fort Hood 2009), and many, many others passed to get the guns they used in their crimes.

The irony is not lost on Sheriff Palmer, who sees the push for expanded background checks as just another way to infringe on the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens without impacting crime or criminals. Way to go, People!  This is one battle we can fight diplomatically and without bloodshed and let the cabal know we see what they are up to, we won’t be intimidated, and will not stand for it. We will protect our own. 
The best thing about these arrests is that it becomes crystal clear who we will be arresting and shipping off to a FEMA camp. The corrupt police force members and judges stand out like sore thumbs and basically signed their own arrest warrants. Kind of like the “backfiring” that Tanaath spoke of, isn’t it?   ;0)  ~ BP

It was triangular in shape, massive in size and eerily quiet.

I was a State Trooper working the night shift and was patrolling US83 south of Canadian, TX. It was around 10:30PM local time.

I always had a citizens band radio on and had been listening to two truck drivers enjoying a conversation. It was an unusually warm evening for a winter night and I was wearing short sleeves and had the car window cracked a bit as I slowly patrolled northbound.

As this is the Texas panhandle area, the land is fairly flat, but with some rolling hills every so often. I could see the two trucks ahead of me and all three of us were driving north. The two trucks were approximately 1 - 1.5 miles ahead of me. As we neared the Washita Creek bridge on US83, the road dipped down into a little valley.

I lost sight of the trucks as they dipped lower than me. One of the drivers was talking away when he suddenly stopped and said "What the hell is that"? I heard the second driver say "What are you...oh hell!".

The radio was silent for a few seconds and then I heard the second trucker say "I nearly ran into you when you stopped. Are you pulling over?" To which the other trucker said "Hell yes...I want to see it".

By this time I was starting down the incline toward the creek and I could see one truck stopped and on the side of the road and the other pulling past it to park in front of it. I still didn't know what they were talking about but started slowing down.

I crossed the bridge and at that point I saw the driver of the truck just in front of me standing in the middle of US83. He was looking west and upward. This was the first time that I realized a very bright light was shining onto the ground from what appeared to be a very large dark object which seemed to be about 1,000 feet in the air and maybe a mile and a half away.

I remember thinking this because I'd been down the dirt road that runs from this location west and was fairly familiar with the topography here...and I could make out it was over another hill. I was afraid I'd be run over from behind so I started to park my patrol car on the shoulder beside the first truck.

I could see the second driver running to the first one and pointing at the object. At this point, a small passenger car topped the hill just north of us and started slowing down...probably from seeing the two trucks and my car parked there. But as the car passed by I saw the brake lights come on and the car slightly screeched to a stop right in the middle of the south-bound lane.

There was a female driver and she stepped out of her car, right foot still inside but standing outside the car, and was looking at the object. I asked her to quickly move out of the road. She turned to me and said "What is that?" I told her I didn't know, but to please move. She did so quickly and then came back to us.

Now there were the two truckers, the lady and myself standing on the shoulder of the southbound lane. I couldn't hear a sound from the craft but could see a immensely bright beam of light shining straight down. The light didn't sway back and forth like a search light or anything...it just shone straight down. Suddenly I was aware of the fact that the object appeared to be moving toward us very slowly. This was because I realized the sheer dimensions of the craft.

It was a moonless night..or as best as I can remember it was moonless. Thousands of stars in a totally black sky made it very easy to see that the object was indeed moving toward us. It was triangular in shape. That was obvious almost from the start. The point was forward as if you'd imagine a triangle being mobile and one of the points being the front of the object. (I hope that makes sense)

There was absolutely no sound coming from the craft. Not even a whisper.

I realized no one was talking... I think we were completely confounded by what we were seeing. After around five minutes, the object had gotten to a point that I felt it was within a mile of us. I still had the strong sensation that it was higher above us than it appeared. That's when the bright light simply shut off and it was easier to see the outline of the craft.

The mere size of the craft was incredible. If my references are even near what I think they are, I'd estimate the size of the craft to be at least 1000' per side. It was massive. The reason I use this word is two fold. One is from the dimensions of it. But the other is this. As the craft neared being almost directly over us, I remember feeling weight... felt something heavy on me. It also seemed as if there was a haze around the object...just barely off of the surface that seemed to make the stars near the edge flicker before they were occulted by the
object itself.

I also remember realizing I was holding my breath.

And although we couldn't hear anything, one of the truckers said, "Do y'all feel that?" It felt as though everything, the road, the air, us... everything seemed to be vibrating.

Up to this point, I don't think what I felt was fear... just amazement. But when the craft was directly over us, something happened. I was staring straight up at it, and I remember at this point that the women started sobbing and ran away to her car. She left before I ever said another word to her.

The object was black. Much blacker than the sky. This may have been an illusion from all the stars in the background, but it was darker to me. But as I looked up, I suddenly saw a circle appear...just forward of what would be the center of the object. This circle didn't light up. It became darker... as if there was absolutely no light shining from it or reflected from it. Without a doubt it was darker than the rest of the craft.

The craft literally stopped directly above us.

One of the drivers asked me if I should call for help. I told him I didn't know what I'd say. The thought did cross my mind, but I was thinking they'd be thinking I was crazy back at the Sheriff's Office.

The craft then started pivoting above us...with the point moving clockwise in relation to me until it was pointed in a generally orth-west direction. Then it began moving again. I remember hearing one of the truckers talking, but my ears felt as if they were going to pop.

Again, there wasn't a sound from it... but a tremendous feeling of weight or pressure... sort of like when you dive deeply into the water. That kind of feeling.

As the craft moved off slowly, one of the drivers said something about driving to the top of the next hill to see it more clearly. He started to turn away and at that moment the craft sped up noticeably, then shot off to the northwest in a matter of 3-4 seconds.

The drivers asked me what we should do and I told them I didn't know. I don't know what we saw, what we experienced. One of the drivers, the one that said he wanted to see it from the hilltop, ran to his truck and drove north. I ran to my patrol car and got in, passed him on the way north and pulled over at the top of
the rise.

We all got out again but couldn't see anything. I remember my ears were ringing like mad. Looking back, I think this was side effects of an adrenaline rush. I've been in shootings, high-speed pursuits and numerous other tension-filled moments and I always have that reaction.

After some time, we all got in our vehicles and left. I went straight home. I undressed and took a shower. I still could see the object in my mind... and am absolutely convinced about the darker circle inside the craft. I then sat down at my desk in the study and sketched out the craft on a piece of paper. I then went into my bedroom where my wife was asleep.

As I lay down, she rolled over to kiss me goodnight but stopped and asked "Have you been fighting a grass fire or something?" I said no and asked why. She told me I smelled like burned grass or hair. I told her what I'd seen just an hour earlier. She knew I was sincere.

The next morning, I got out of bed and walked into the bathroom. As I looked in the mirror, I saw that my face looked like I had a very light sunburn. Not deep red... just a little blushed. I looked down and most of the hair on both arms looked as if I'd been synged with a flame.

I called my wife and she came in and gasped at how I looked. We looked in the bed and there was a mass of burned hair on my pillow and the sheets. I say burned... I mean it was very brittle and it and I still smelled like I'd been fighting a fire.

That was 12 years ago. I still see it in my mind and I sometimes dream about it. I've never told anyone other than my dearest and most trusted friends. I have no doubt that what I saw was real. I have no doubt that it was huge, it was manned, and it was being intelligently operated. I'm not assuming anything... that it was an alien craft, a military craft or whatever. But what I saw moved with great stealth when I first saw it and was able to reach an unbelievably high speed in the blink of an eye.

So... as you're reading this, you may think I'm nuts. But this is the single-most bizarre thing I've ever experienced, and I'm absolutely convinced it was real.

It is time to deal with the 64 dollar question - the biggest crazy aunt in the living room.

The questions that need to be raised in any effort to find the truth about a significant event related to power and money in the US - and answered if we are to ever find the truth of how our world works - are:

1. WHAT HAS BEEN THE SIZE OF THE U. S. BLACK BUDGET OVER THE LAST 50 YEARS?
2. WHAT ARE THE SOURCES AND USES OF FUNDS IN THE BLACK BUDGET?
3. WHO GOVERNS AND MANAGES THE BLACK BUDGET AND OPERATIONS?
4. WHY HAVE SO MANY DECENT PEOPLE SUPPORTED AN ILLEGAL BLACK BUDGET OPERATION OF SUCH MAGNITUDE FOR SO LONG?
5. IS THE WAR ON TERRORISM MOVING THE BLACK BUDGET ON BUDGET?

I do not know the answer to these questions. What I do know is that asking these questions brings up a whole pile of challenging uncertainty.

When dealing with challenging uncertainty, I find that many researchers simply delete the existence of such uncertainty from their reality. That is a big mistake - again pretending that we do not have a very big crazy aunt sitting in the living room.

George Orwell once said that,

"Omission is the greatest lie."

Hence, our crazy aunt has to be dealt with.

If you listen to the Ferdinand video/audio depositions in the Carone/Tyree lawsuit, what you will hear is something I have heard many times.

Carone Ferdinand gives his family the sense of all of the organized crime operations by CIA, Army and Mafia through the 1970's as legitimate for national security purposes that then got out of hand and turned bad in the 1980's.

That is, what started out as justifiable got out of hand.

This begs the question,

Why Were Such Activities Considered Justifiable?

The way to deal with uncertainty is with scenario design and probability - i.e. to create a framework of the possible explanations with your best estimate of the plausible scenarios and the probability (all adding up to 100%) of each one being true based on intuition.

Maintaining such a framework allows data collection on key variables and assumptions and an evolution to occur that can enlighten - even determine - concrete questions and answers over time.

So, let me tell a story, give you my framework that I use to handle the fact that I do not have the answers and invite your framework.

I am not looking to hear only what is wrong with my framework. I am looking to improve mine or find a better one. Or better inform my estimate of the probabilities that this one or that one is true. Hence, I invite you to put forward your framework for managing this uncertainty. If we had the truth of the issue I am going to introduce, I dare say we could get to the bottom of 9-11 faster.

In 1998, I was approached by John Peterson, head of the Arlington Institute, a small high quality military think tank in Washington, DC. I had gotten to know John through Global Business Network and had been impressed by his intelligence, effectiveness and compassion. John asked me to help him with a high level strategic plan Arlington was planning to undertake for the Undersecretary of the Navy.

At the time I was the target of an intense smear campaign that would lead the normal person to assume that I would be in jail shortly or worse. John explained that the Navy understood that it was all politics - they did not care.

I met with a group of high level people in the military, in the process - including the Undersecretary. According to John, the purpose of the plan - discussed in front of several military or retired military officers and former government officials - was to help the Navy adjust their operations for a world in which it was commonly known that aliens exist and live among us.

When John explained this purpose to me, I explained that I did not know that aliens existed and lived among us. John asked me if I would like to meet some aliens. For the only time in my life, I declined an opportunity to learn about something important.

I was concerned that my efforts with Arlington could boomerang and be connected with the smear campaign and the effects that I was managing. I regret that decision. At John's suggestion I started to read books on the topic and read about 25 books over the next year on the alien question, the black budget, and alien technology.

I had to drop from the project due to the need to attend to litigation and the physical harassment and surveillance of me and some of the people helping me.

This process - which turned out to be incredibly time consuming - I now believe was connected with the black budget/slush fund activities connected with FHA and Ginnie Mae at HUD. (See, "The Myth of the Rule of Law") John then asked me if I would join the board of the Arlington Institute.

When I attended one of my first meetings, I joined in discussion with about 10 people which included James Woolsey, former head of the CIA in the Clinton Administration, Napier Collyns, founder of Global Business Network and former senior Shell executive, Joe Firmage, and other members of the Arlington board.

The main topic of discussion was whether or not the major project for the coming year should be a white paper on how to help the American people adjust to aliens existing and living among us.

I said nothing - just listened. Not that long after, I dropped from the board due to the continued demands related to litigation with the Department of Justice and their informant.

To cut a series of additional long stories short, when I talk with my few sources from the military and intelligence community, I hear the same themes:

1. Aliens exist and live among us;
2. In part for this reason as well the accumulated investment over the last 50 years, the technology we have access to through the black budget is far more advanced than is commonly understood;
3. The black budget/slush fund construct was created to deal with this issue, which is why reasonable people thought selling drugs to the children who were US citizens was the better of several options - including the option of telling the American public the truth and funding the expenses on budget.

As a result of these experiences, here is my framework for dealing with this very large pile of uncertainty.

ONE OF THE THREE FOLLOWING POSSIBLE SCENARIOS MUST BE TRUE

• SCENARIO #1. ENTRE NOUS: The alien question is the single largest and most expensive disinformation campaign in the history of our race.
  
  
  A portion of the human race has advanced technologically so far beyond the rest of us - and is attributing various things to aliens as a way of managing their resulting risk - that we have become as aliens to each other.
  
  
  To fully understand this scenario, we need to try to understand the use of individual mind control such as criminal hypnosis to effect financial and government fraud and corruption and the truth, whatever it is, of wider subliminal programming and brainwashing. These are slippery subjects for most people to deal with, unless they have the training and ability to do so.
  
  
  % PROBABILITY SCENARIO #1 IS TRUE ______ (You fill in)
  
  
• SCENARIO #2 - HOLY COW!: Aliens exist and live among us. Planet earth is subject to the politics, economics and laws and/or lawlessness of a larger system or systems.
  
  
  The transfer of advanced technology into a society that has not evolved governance and legal systems to manage a world with the presence of such technology and the influence of such other system(s) helps to explain current events.
  
  
  To fully understand this scenario, we must also try to understand the use of individual mind control such as criminal hypnosis to effect financial and government fraud and corruption and the truth, whatever it is, of wide subliminal programming and brainwashing.
  
  
  Again, these are slippery subjects for most people to deal with, unless they have the training and ability to do so.

Could my experiences with Arlington and the Navy or any subsequent contacts fit with a disinformation scenario? Absolutely.

I have no evidence to support any scenario. The only evidence I believe I have is my experience dealing with tremendous amounts of money siphoned off over the years, whether through Iran-Contra S&L, HUD and BCCI fraud, or the latest round of money missing from the federal government in the last five years.

This is all documented in the articles below. This cash flow and the operations and syndicates it appears to fund are important to what drives the governance and allocation of resources in this country and around the globe.

There is a reason that power and money are centralizing and the rich are getting richer. I want to know what it is.

Whichever scenario is true  - and I do not know which one is  - if we had the truth it will help us grapple with 9-11 and the War on Terrorism. It would also help us better understand all the efforts to press for centralization of economic and political power that have grown as the black budget has grown since WWII. The reality is the possibilities of why 9-11 occurred and how it was operationalized are impacted by the facts of the US black budget and the advanced technology it has developed.

Why would sane and even decent people think it was the best option for the good of the whole? We must sit in the shoes of the person or people who gave the order - whoever they may be and wherever they may be - and understand how their power and money worked.

Why would a group with the operational and financial capacity to effect a 9-11 operation give the green light to plan 9-11, finance 9-11, do 9-11, stand down so 9-11 could happen, take advantage of 9-11 or to make sure the truth was not illuminated? My experience in Washington and Wall Street would indicate that there is a reasonable chance that all these various people and many in the food chain Are Not Bad Or Irrational People.

That is, we have a better chance of finding the truth if for purposes of our explorations we assume that the people involved in all these roles were people like you and me - just with a different map of certain parts of the world and dealing with a variety of stress and pressures trying to build cooperation or achieve goals that we do not understand.

Watching the federal government contract announcements and without benefit of seeing the full budget and assuming The Disclosure Project allegations regarding the estimates of the black budget size, if I had to guess today my guess would be that 9-11 has been highly successful in permitting the black budget to be moved on budget, partly in the normal budget and partly in the budget that is only disclosed to the Congressional intelligence committees.

The solution to continued growth and funding of the black budget may have been to steal as much money and assets as possible from the federal budget and then to move the black budget on budget when control of media, Congress, Justice and Securities & Exchange Commission ensured that the legal budget was non-transparent, controlled by private government contractors and could not be harmed or fiddled with by Congress.

Grossly oversimplified, by the end of the 2004 fiscal year, covert operations and the black budget may be fully legal, run and controlled by corporations and banks without interference from knowledgeable career civil service, taxpayer funded, and non-transparent.

Why do I say all of this?

We do not have time to pay attention to people who use smears like "conspiracy theorist" to waste our time. Money, budgets, finance... these are all facts. If something does not work, and it continues to not work, there is a reason.

Systems have a logic. They have a rationale. Money helps explain and illuminate that rationale. Anyone who would smear a serious researcher or writer for trying to understand where a great deal of money is disappearing to as a "conspiracy theorist" is someone who would never be taken seriously or associated with in the circles in which I travel.

The exception is if the person doing the smearing is a professional being paid to smear those who have the scent of "the real deal" - Cointelpro or related public relations. The number of people paid to do such things are many and growing.

9-11 was an operation that was implemented by a conspiracy. To get to the bottom of what happened and why one must develop and use conspiracy theories to research in what can only be described as a conspiracy reality.

We know in regards to 9-11 one of two scenarios must be true - some portion of the US military and intelligence are,

1. complicit and/or
2. guilty of criminal gross negligence

We also know that the official story is not truthful. Either scenario and the reality of the official story beg the question, "why?"

This course always leads us to consider the fact that US military and intelligence have enjoyed significant expansion of their budgets and powers as a result of 9-11. We are rewarding failure. 9-11 was great for business. Lockheed Martin's stock is up over 50% in a falling stock market. The oil companies have their pipeline.

When a system does not work and continues to not work, there is something that prevents its learning.

Ultimately what we must understand [is] that the problem is not that the system does not work and that it is not learning. The problem is that the system is controlled and operated by the most powerful forces in that system and that the system is indeed working and learning in the general direction they want it to go.

This happens in a manner that is highly organic and requires lots of planning, trial and error and factionalism that involves competition and cooperation over time in the pursuit of the system's real goals. Hence, the system is working and is learning. It is our construct that is wrong. We do not understand the system and the goals of the system.

Once we are clear that the system is working and is learning, once we stop falling back on scapegoating as a technique to explain events, we can start to understand the real system that we are a part of. This is how power and money work in reality.

The amount of money and power spent to keep the general population from understanding this - and focused on things like scapegoating, which keep us from building a good map of "the real deal" or gaining the power to impact events by using our money and time as a vote in the marketplace in which the banks and corporations must thrive - is immense.

That is why I strongly encourage reading Jon Rappoport's back interviews on his Infomonster and becoming a subscriber for his ongoing interviews.

As for me, I do not have the answers. I wish I did.

1. WHAT HAS BEEN THE SIZE OF THE U. S. BLACK BUDGET OVER THE LAST 50 YEARS?
2. WHAT ARE THE SOURCES AND USES OF FUNDS IN THE BLACK BUDGET?
3. WHO GOVERNS AND MANAGES THE BLACK BUDGET 'BUDGET' AND OPERATIONS?
4. WHY HAVE SO MANY DECENT PEOPLE SUPPORTED AN ILLEGAL BLACK BUDGET OPERATION OF SUCH MAGNITUDE, FOR SO LONG?
5. IS THE WAR ON TERRORISM MOVING THE BLACK BUDGET ON BUDGET?
