Military Documents Confirm  “Chemtrails” Originated in the US Air Force       

Contrary to rumors of “conspiracy theory”, the Department of Defense first published “Chemtrails” in 1990 as the title to a chemistry course for new pilots attending the esteemed US Air Force Academy.

The term “Chemtrails”, and its implied meaning was eventually adopted by civilian observers to describe unusual military jets and later,  commercial aircraft contrail emissions.

 

In etymological terms, the origin of a word is very important. Regardless the intended definition, history clearly shows the term “Chemtrails” originated at the US Department of Defense as the title for a Chemistry manual used at the Air Force Academy cadet training program in the early 1990’s. Two editions of the “Chemtrails” manual are known to exist – A 200 page version for the 1990 Fall class and a 232 page version for the 1991 class. The course title “chemtrails” was so popular as to be adopted by the DoD for at least two academic years (1990-1991).

Definition – A:  The Oxford Dictionary provides an accurate description of “chemtrails” even if they are unaware that the DoD is the “inventor” and original publisher of the word, “chemtrails”.

In 2001, US Rep., Dennis Kucinich introduced HR 2977 “Space Preservation Act of 2001″. The text of the Bill defines Chemtrails as an exotic weapon.

Method: An inter-library loan initiated by the Alachua County main library yielded a microfilm copy of the 1990 Chemistry 131 Manual used in training by the US Air force Academy. The lending institution was the William T. Young Library at the University of Kentucky as shown in the label below.

                    

The microfilm was in acceptable condition, however the 1990 Chemtrails manual was scanned in 1992 under less than optimum conditions from a well-used original.

The Alachua County Library equipment was used to scan each of the 200 pages to digital *.TIF files. Photoshop was used to optimize each image to the smallest file size that would permit adequate resolution for on-line viewing. Each image was imported to a Microsoft Word page where the complete manual was saved to a 30 MB PDF file. (Portable Document File).

Disclaimer: The purpose of this post is to establish the term “chemtrails” was invented by the DoD and USAFA. However compelling, we resist claiming that the title and/or content is directly linked to the covert aerosol geoengineering and “chemtrails” operation that has been infecting planet earth for the past quarter century. Hired Protesters Making $18 An Hour To Support Red Light Cameras

(TEXAS)  The fight over traffic cameras in one Texas city has both sides seeing red – and hired protesters making $18 an hour.
Voters in Arlington, Texas, will head to the polls Saturday to decide whether red light cameras should stay or go, after a charter amendment was placed on the ballot that, if passed, would ban them. Tea Party leader Kelly Canon and another woman, Faith Bussey, spearheaded a petition drive last year to eliminate the cameras, claiming they are money-making machines that do little to deter drivers from running red lights.
Meanwhile, city officials, police officers and the camera company, American Traffic Solutions (ATS), argue the cameras are essential live-saving tools required at traffic spots.While the debate over red light cameras is an old one that spans several states, the situation in Arlington has taken a unusual twist.
A political action committee called, “Save Lives, Save the Cameras,” hired a Cleveland, Ohio-based marketing firm to pay people $18 an hour to act as protesters against the amendment, according to Canon and others, including Arlington City Councilman Robert Rivera.
While the firm, Extreme Marketing and Promotions, declined to comment on their involvement, FoxNews.com obtained emails and archived Facebook posts from a firm employee, recruiting “sign holders” and “brand ambassadors” to get “a certain message across with holding signs, during the voting process.”
The advertisement calls for candidates who are “outgoing and have high energy” and requires they wear khakis and a “solid nice white top.”
“The marketing firm is trying to create an illusion of local support for the cameras,” said Canon, who is vice president of the Arlington Tea Party. “You basically have a camera company trying to save their monetary hide. They are creating fake groups that they hide behind.”
“This is a corporate money making enterprise trying to influence a campaign,” added Rivera, who said he advocates more effective ways to ensure safety at intersections.
Canon, who said she received her first citation in January 2014 after making a right turn on red, claims the fines from the cameras do nothing to stop people from running red lights.
“We don’t see it as a safety measure,” said Canon. “The cameras can’t prove who is driving and the cameras can’t stop an accident from happening.”
During the midterm elections last year, Canon and Bussey set up their petition drive outside voting precincts and collected 11,405 signatures — well over the 9,300 needed to get their charter amendment on the ballot.Canon said her initiative was given momentum by activists successful in banning the red light cameras in other Texas cities, like Conroe, Dayton, Houston, Baytown, League City and College Station. She and Bussey are now part of a PAC, “Citizens For a Better Arlington,” that formed late last year.
Under the traffic camera system in Texas, drivers who run a red light are fined $75 for the initial infraction and then a $25 late fee if the money is not paid within 30 days.
“On the copy of the late notice it says, ‘If you don’t pay it, we will turn it over to a collection agency,'” claimed Canon. “But we came to find out — by looking at state law — that a credit agency cannot touch your credit report for the failure of your payment for a civil penalty.”
The address for the “Save Lives, Same the Cameras” PAC is a UPS storefront in north Arlington. Canon and others said the PAC missed the deadline to report its finances, making it difficult to confirm who is funding it.
ATS spokesman Charles Territo said in an e-mail the company supports the efforts of “Save Lives, Save the Cameras,” but directed questions about the campaign and its activities to the PAC itself.
Jody Weiderman, spokesman for Save Lives, Save the Cameras, told FoxNews.com, “All too often in these debates those who get tickets for red-light running act like they are the victims. The real victims of red-light running are the families and loved ones of those injured or killed in red-light running related collisions.
“The fact of the matter is that there have been zero fatalities at any of the intersections with cameras in Arlington since red-light safety cameras have been deployed.”
Police officers in Arlington say they are opposed to the removal of the red light cameras.
The cameras have reduced accidents up to 75 percent at some intersections and revenue from the cameras heavily funds the city’s DWI unit, according to ABC affiliate WFAA.
If the cameras were removed, “It would be a huge impact on the Arlington police department,” Arlington Police Sgt. Becki Brandenburg told the station. “We would no longer have a DWI unit.”
“I think we’ll have an increase in DWI’s, DWI accidents, and DWI fatalities,” said Brandenburg, who is president of the Arlington Police Association.
ATS states on its website that, “A crash caused by a driver who runs a red light is more likely to result in serious injury or death.”
The site also posts testimonials from law enforcement officials around the country touting the effectiveness of red light cameras.
“When asked if we still need this program, the majority of people still said yes.
And I notice when I am on the road that, even at the intersections where there are no cameras, more people are approaching those intersections more cautiously,” the site quotes a Florida sheriff as saying.
Still, Canon claims the system is flawed and designed to rake in as much revenue as possible.
“I’m very confident this amendment is going to pass,” she said.

How this debt-addicted world could go the way of the Mayans

(SATYAJIT DAS)  Nowadays many countries’ social and political structure relies on debt-driven consumption and increasing levels of entitlements.
Blame the policy makers. To drive economic growth, boost living standards, and manage growing inequality, policy makers have used debt and monetary tools to create economic activity. This has resulted in excessive borrowing and imbalances in global trade and capital.
Governments played a part, too, allowing the buildup of social entitlements to win or maintain office. Private companies also encouraged the growth of employee benefits to avoid immediate pressure on wages as well as boost current earnings and share prices.
But such expensive commitments were rarely fully funded.
Rather than deal with the fundamental issues, policy makers substituted public spending, financed by government debt or central banks, to boost demand. Strong growth and higher inflation, they hoped or believed, would correct the problems.
The current state of affairs echoes Archaeologist Arthur Demarest’s observation about the Mayan civilization: “Society had evolved too many elites, all demanding exotic baubles…all needed quetzal feathers, jade, obsidian, fine chert, and animal furs. Nobility is expensive, non-productive and parasitic, siphoning away too much of society’s energy to satisfy its frivolous cravings.”
Seven years into this crisis, the level of debt in major economies has increased. Global imbalances have decreased, but primarily as a result of slower economic growth. Countries such as China and Germany are reluctant to inflate their domestic economies, moving away from their export-driven model. Major borrowers, such as the U.S., refuse to reduce spending and bring their public finances into order. Enthusiasm for fundamental financial reform has dissipated, driven by concern that lower credit growth will decrease economic growth.
Policy makers refused to acknowledge that available fiscal and monetary policy tools cannot address the underlying problems. They repeatedly use complex jargon, obscure mathematics and tired ideologies to disguise their failures and limitations. Perhaps, as the writer G. K. Chesterton suggested: “It isn’t that they can’t see the solution. It is that they can’t see the problem.”
The policies, now centered around debt monetization entailing zero interest-rates and quantitative easing (QE), have potentially destructive side effects.
The resultant loss of purchasing power effectively represents a tax on holders of money and sovereign debt. It redistributes real resources from savers to borrowers and the issuer of the currency, resulting in diminution of wealth over time.
Debt monetization also creates moral hazards. Low rates and easy availability of credit reduces market discipline. Borrowers face less pressure to cut back on their debts. Low borrowing costs allow unproductive investment to be maintained. It reduces incentives for governments to bring public finances under control.
Ultimately, the policies being used to manage the debt crisis punish frugality and thrift, and reward borrowing, profligacy, excess, and waste.
The policies might have been defensible if successful. But evidence to date suggests that policy makers are unlikely to succeed. The Bank for International Settlements and other central bankers now stress the limits to monetary policy in boosting economic growth without addressing the underlying issues.
Ordinary people fear the consequences on their lives from the Great Unraveling. The political and social response is likely to be volatile. It was the fear and disaffection of middle-class citizens who had lost their savings in the Great Depression that gave rise to fascism.
Governments have shown little willingness to inform the electorate about the magnitude of the economic problems, the lack of solutions, and cost of possible corrective actions. Politicians have taken regard of historian Simon Schama’s comment that no one ever won an election by telling voters it had come to the end of its “providential allotment of inexhaustible plenty.” In a moment of unusual candor, Prime Minister of Luxembourg and Head of the Euro-Group Jean-Claude Junker stated: “We all know what to do, we just don’t know how to get re-elected after we have done it.”
Precious political and economic capital has been wasted with inadequate policies that have side effects and decrease chances of a recovery. For policy makers everywhere, to paraphrase Alexander Solzhenitsyn, the “permanent lie [has become] the only safe form of existence.”

Another US Retailer To Close 243 stores

 Less than a month after filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Birmingham-based Simply Fashion owners have announced the impending closure of 243 stores nationwide.
Gordon Brothers Group and Hilco Merchant Resources will close its Simply Fashion and Dots units after being awarded the store closing process by the bankruptcy court on May 6, a release from the joint venture said.
The stores will liquidate with sales that will offer discounts up to 30 percent off all merchandise, the release said.
“We anticipate that this will be a short sale due to the outstanding savings and the desirable assortment of fashions and accessories. Consumers are encouraged to shop early while the selection is best,” said a representative of the Joint Venture.
The BBJ reported on April 16 that Simply Fashion Stores Ltd. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection with plans to liquidate its assets.
Founded in 1987, the chain had grown at one point to over 250 locations across 25 states, with over 1,300 employees.
The company’s April filing listed more than $24.7 million in debts, with an inventory valued at $22 million.
Revenue and profits too had dipped from an average of $114 million between 2006 and 2011 to just $65 million last year.

Here’s How to Download and Delete What Google Search Knows About You

Yep. Everything.

The feature, which was spotted by the unofficial Google Operating System Blog — though VentureBeat points out that the function was made available in January — gives you access to everything from what you searched for to the links you clicked on from those searches. It also shows you the addresses you’ve searched for.

I was even able to see the list of images I clicked on while searching for pictures of cats eating spaghetti. Now imagine what you’ve looked for. Oh, and clearing your browser history won’t delete this data.

But there’s no reason to panic, because in addition to being able to download your search history, you can clear it.

First, here’s how to download your history:

1. Navigate to Google’s Web and App Activity page.

2. Next, click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Then select Download from the drop-down menu.

You’ll then receive a pop-up window warning you not to download your search history to a public computer, as it contains a large amount of sensitive information.

Toothpaste

Flossing
Flossing is just as important in a natural regimen. The type of floss you use isn’t as important as your choice of toothpaste. Generally, you will want to use a plain, white floss with no added flavor.
Mouthwash
Mouthwash is a regular part of a traditional oral hygiene program, and many people feel like they are missing out on that final minty-fresh touch without this product. While you don’t necessarily need a mouthwash, there is no issue in using one, if you use the right product. Just like toothpastes, most mouthwashes have fluoride, glycerin, alcohol and other ingredients that are not needed. Instead, buy a natural mouthwash from the brands listed earlier or make your own.
Oil Pulling
Oil pulling as part of regular dental hygiene is foreign to many people. Oil pulling, though, has lots of benefits. It freshens the breath, helps remove stuff food and plaque, and removes bacteria from the tongue. You can do oil pulling with a couple of different oils but coconut oil is an ideal option. You can oil pull every day for up to 15 or 20 minutes, although this will take some practice. Treat oil pulling like a mouthwash. Do not swallow the oil after pulling as it contains bacteria!
Tooth Whitening
If you’re a coffee/tea/wine drinker, a smoker, or otherwise want a whiter smile, there are some natural options. First off, if you do have some staining, they may very well disappear once you’ve started a regular natural regimen. Many ingredients in the toothpastes listed above have whitening ingredients (like baking soda). Oil pulling with coconut oil also whitens the teeth by lifting stains. Another method of whitening that sounds like it would achieve the opposite affect is brushing with turmeric. This golden spice can make a real mess but actually is very effective at lifting stains, although it looks terrible during the process. I’ve tried this myself with excellent results. If you use turmeric, DON’T use your regular toothbrush as it will permanently stain it yellow. Rather, use a soft toothbrush from the dollar store.
Tooth Tools
Additionally, always use a soft bristle toothbrush. The actual toothbrush brand you use doesn’t matter much. If you prefer a regular plain toothbrush, that’s fine. If you enjoy using the newest electric toothbrush, that’s fine, too. Another important item is a tongue scraper.
A tongue scraper is a cheap, simple tooth that really isn’t utilized enough. Our tongues contain a lot of bacteria and even brushing with a toothbrush often isn’t enough to get it off. In fact, a study done by Brazil’s San Paulo University showed that a basic tongue scraper removed 75 percent of the VSCs (volatile sulfur compounds — the nasty stuff that causes bad breath) while a toothbrush alone removed a measly 45 percent.
It might take a while to get used to a natural tooth care regimen but the change is well worth the effort. If you currently suffer from dental problems, it is still recommended to visit your dentist to get these issues addressed. Also, if you haven’t looked into a diet change, please do. A heathy smile is more than attractive white teeth, but also is a sign of a healthy body.

It’s time for a credible alternative to the “New Evil Empire”

Why is this needed? Google is now known as “the new evil empire” according to this Fox Business article. It quotes Google Chairman Eric Schmidt as saying:
We don’t need you to type at all because we know where you are. We know where you’ve been. We can more or less guess what you’re thinking about … Is that over the line?
“Google may very well be the most sinister threat and wicked incarnation of them all,” writes Fox Business author Steve Tobak. “The Google Empire is expanding into everything from self-driving cars and virtual reality to broadband fiber and neural networks. It’s even collecting genetic and molecular information from thousands of people to map humans in a way that’s eerily reminiscent of how it maps the world’s streets.”
The search engine I’m launching engages in NO surveillance of users. It does not record your search history or click history, nor does it link your IP address to any activity. Instead of spying on you, it protects your privacy while delivering far more accurate and truthful independent search results from non-corporate-controlled information sources.

Google is actively punishing truth-telling websites that diverge from “official” sources

In addition to functioning as the police state surveillance branch of the NSA, Google is actively censoring Independent Media websites, punishing those sites’ rankings merely because they challenge the propaganda and fraud of the status quo.
Google’s search results are now determined by each page’s so-called “factiness” — a new algorithm that punishes all content which disagrees with official sources such as the criminally operated CDC, the pharma-controlled science journals, and biotech-infiltrated universities. Independent, truthful information is now punished in Google rankings, a search engine which has abandoned ranking based on merit and is now pushing rankings based on propaganda.
This shift effectively makes Google a real-life Ministry of Truth that censors the truth and promotes corporate propaganda (and government disinfo), all while spying on you to boot. It’s a lose-lose proposition: At the same time you are handing over your psychological profile to the search engine, it’s also filling your mind with lies disguised as “facts” from official sources. Think about it: Google heavily promotes Wikipedia, a discredited disinfo and defamation website largely edited by corporate-funded trolls hiding behind anonymity. Even though Wikipedia was co-founded by a “porn king” and carried child porn imagery on its site, Google gives it high rankings while punishing the independent media websites that actually publish the truth.
Google also strongly favors mainstream media news sources — precisely the news outlets that spew the most blatant disinformation about everything that matters: Central Banks, government debt, politics, economics, health care, immigration, crime, culture and more. Virtually all news sites that print the truth have been systematically removed from Google News over the last few years, and there is little doubt that Google plans to effectively remove all “alternative” websites from its index by penalizing them into oblivion.

On top of all that, Google is of course an extension of the NSA. It monitors your searches to build a psychological profile of who you are and how you think. Google has become the Orwellian surveillance apparatus it once assured us it could never be. And more than ever, the need now exists for a committed, trusted, alternative search engine that focuses on indexing independent, truth-telling websites rather than the lying “official sources” that Google strangely considers to be “trustworthy sources.” (If you trust CNN or MSNBC on anything, you probably need to have your head examined…)

The first search engine that launches with a Code of Ethics

This search engine will be the first in the world that launches with a Code of Ethics, outlining the permanent boundaries and limits of what the engine will do.
I’m still working on the final Code of Ethics guidelines, but they will cover these key areas:
• No indexing of sites promoting porn, gambling or Big Pharma.
• No surveillance of users and no storage of search history from users.
• No sharing of search data with the NSA or other spooks.
• No “gaming” of search results to favor my own projects (such as Natural News).

For over 13 years, I’ve been one of the top voices in the Independent Media, speaking out with truth-telling articles on the big issues of our day such as vaccine mandates, health freedom, food freedom, the coming global debt collapse, constitutional rights and civil liberties. The point is there are tens of thousands of courageous, independent voices of truth who are joining the fight for humanity by printing the truth about the corporate poisoners and Big Brother government. My aim with this search engine project is to help give these voices of truth a platform for increased exposure. While Google is censoring and silencing voices of courage and truth, I want to empower them with a new search engine that will actually favor their content over the lying mainstream media.
So for all of you in the Independent Media, you’re invited to submit your site URL and get indexed. This new search engine could become a dominant source for your web traffic, especially as Facebook is clearly experimenting with its own “publisher kill switch” that can cause all independent publishers to immediately lose all Facebook traffic.
The day is probably not too far off when Google and Facebook ban all independent media websites. When that day comes, it’s projects like the one I’m launching that will be the last remaining portals to real journalism and independent reporting. (For this reason, the entire project is also being mirrored offshore as well as hosted domestically.)

As Americans Reject Monsanto, Organic is Booming Like Crazy

(Christina Sarich)  For every farmer who sold out to Monsanto’s agenda, they’ll likely be kicking themselves in the plants soon enough.What will it take for America’s farmers to realize that Americans don’t want to eat genetically modified food when they don’t even want to purchase it as feed for their livestock? Sorry Monsanto, but demand for organic food is absolutely booming.
We’re importing organic corn from Romania, and organic soy from India. (Soybeans are the second-biggest US organic import, with $184 million shipped last year from various countries.) Much of our organic produce comes from Mexico.
As consumer demand for organic products explodes, America’s farmers seem slow on the uptake. Of course with rare exceptions, like the organic farmer in California that is grossing $100,000 an acre even during the state’s worst drought on record.
Other than the odd non-profit that promotes organic farming through recognizing the direct connection between our health and how the food we eat is produced, the organic farming market is not getting the support it deserves. Omitting artificial fertilizers and encouraging farmers to develop fertile soil by rotating crops and using compost, manure, and clover is essential to produce good, non-toxic food.
Is it that America’s farmers can’t feed America, or just won’t?
After all, we primarily grow GM corn and soy, used as ethanol and animal feed. By 2012, 88 percent of corn (maize) and 94 percent of soy grown in the United States were genetically modified, according to the US Department of Agriculture.
While many Americans are in a food crisis – we’re growing GM crops for petrochemical-subsidized fuel, not food.

“The Enogen-branded corn is being grown for the first time commercially on about 5,000 acres on the edge of America’s corn belt in Kansas, following its approval by the US Department of Agriculture last February. In its promotional material Syngenta says it will allow farmers to produce more ethanol from the corn while using less energy and water.”

Other countries are now even turning our genetically modified crops away too. China has now refused at least a dozen several-ton shipments of GM corn.
Even our own farmers won’t eat what they are growing. Kirk Bair, a farmer that grows GM seed from Monsanto feels he has no choice. He grows GM crops but won’t eat them.

Meanwhile, farmers in India, Argentina, Mexico, and other countries all over the globe are refusing to grow Monsanto, Bayer, Dow, and Syngenta’s poison crops.
I’m asking all farmers – when will you stop growing GM and start growing organic? You are missing out on an industry that is absolutely exploding, and an opportunity to stand for the brave and the free. Ditch the GM corn and soy and start planting something we can actually eat.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott blasted the Obama administration Friday after Justice Department attorneys admitted the administration violated a federal court order by granting about 2,000 extended work permits to illegal immigrants.

“After months of obfuscation and stall tactics by the Obama administration, the president’s lawyers, have been forced to admit that they acted outside the law by implementing president’s executive amnesty – even after a federal judge had ordered them to stop,” Abbott said in a statement.

Texas is leading a multi-state lawsuit to stop President Barack Obama’s executive actions from November to shield about five million illegal immigrants from deportation. In February, U.S. District Judge Andrew S. Hanen issued an injunction to halt much of the order.

But late Thursday, Justice Department attorneys admitted to Judge Hanen that the Department of Homeland Security had approved about 2,000 applications for three-year work permits.

“The government sincerely regrets these circumstances and is taking immediate steps to remedy these erroneous three-year terms,” the administration lawyers said.

However Abbott sees the admission as part of a pattern.
“Not only did President Obama’s executive action violate the U.S. Constitution; his lawyers’ actions show a blatant disregard for the rule of law that has become typical of this administration and directly violates one of the fundamental principles upon which our nation was founded,” Abbott continued.

- Jail or prison sentences need to be applied to these people in order to make others think twice about blatantly breaking the law and to punish these law breakers.

Powers, 629 F.2d 619, 627 (9th Cir.1980). The distinction between the two forms of contempt lies in the intended effect of the punishment imposed. United States v. Asay, 614 F.2d 655, 659 (9th Cir.1980). The purpose of civil contempt is coercive or compensatory, whereas the purpose of criminal contempt is punitive. United States v. Rylander, 714 F.2d 996, 1001 (9th Cir.1983), cert. denied, — U.S. —-, 104 S.Ct. 2398, 81 L.Ed.2d 355 (1984); Powers, 629 F.2d at 624. - Weird how when any other Americans “act outside the law,” they go to prison. I don’t know what that lawless punk has to do before Americans will finally march on DC with weapons loaded to bring him and his criminal enterprise to justice.

- So hold Obama accountable like you would a regular citizen when they break the law, or defies a judges order. If you judges and politicians will not uphold the law, then we the people will be glad to.
Like Loretta Lynch, she is going to investigate the Baltimore PD for possible civil violations, but why is she not investigating Obama, Eric Holder, and especially Hillary Clinton? What we have here is reverse racism. Whites are being targeted by our own government as punishment for what happened before our time, and because we do not follow their leeching, thuggish, behavior.

- How about a contempt of court citation and some jail time. There doesn’t seem to be any recourse for the American people. Not “should be” but “is.” It is a “misdemeanor” as the word is used in the Constitution.

- We are living in a lawless and criminal society run by psychopaths. This is no big deal to Obama or his minions they think who cares that a judge orders them to stop the immigration policy. He is the king. People wonder why citizens and the governor are concerned over the Jade Helm military exercises. Remember Obama has purged all the military leaders who question him.  All the while the casturated republicans sit around and lick their wounds as if they are powerless. I guess they are too worried about how to pass the trans-pacific trade pact that would give foreign and US corporations the ability to challenge state and local laws that impede on their ability to make a profit through international courts. Too hell with the environment, too hell with public health and safety, too hell with state rights, to hell with the US constitution… Profit is all that matters. 
 

- Just wait until a Chinese run hog CAFO (concentrated animal farm) with 10,000 pigs moves in next to your town. Just wait until Cargill demands that they have a right to have all the cheap immigrant labor they want irregardless of immigration laws.

- This judge can issue all the contempt charges or rulings he wants. Illegal immigration and illegal work permits will continue to be issued. My guess is he will soon end up dying of sudden heart attack or some other unexplained accident. The lawlessness of this government is beyond comprehension.

- Oh they lied and they violated a federal judges order? Well, of course they did. Just like Obama say he once was an instructor of the U.S. Constitution and said these words with his hand on the Bible: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” He then proceeded to blatantly violate the Constitution so much that even the extreme leftist jurists on the SCOTUS joined in unanimously slapping him down 9 times and majoritively another 4 times, to make Obama the most unconsitutional POTUS in U.S history!

- The judge who issues the injunction against Obama’s scam… okay, his immigration scam, scam alone was to broad. There are a great many things this judge could do. Issue an injunction removing these attorneys from practice prior to suggestion to have them disbarred for violating his order. Fine Obama personally, freeze all of Obama’s personal assets and fine him a million dollars per violation and a half a million a day, until he complies. Issue an incitement to take effect the day he is out of office. A few months ago, Obama said that DHS and ICE would follow his orders, or there would be consequences. Extend his injunction to every federal and state employee. They must not obey an illegal order or they may be found in personal contempt. i.e. make them more afraid of the federal court, than they are of Obama. This also should include the attorney general and her staff.
 

- Obama can pardon anyone he wants, but he cannot pardon himself. If he continues anyway. Make it felony contempt and suggest, when he’s out of office, he may not need to look for a home for a few years.

- This legal action was from the states, and they have, not only the right to bring this, they should have an expectation the court orders will be complied with.

'Approaching The Event Horizon' - Mysterious Deaths Linked To CERN

An event horizon is a boundary in spacetime beyond which events cannot affect an outside observer. In layman's terms, it is defined as "the point of no return", i.e., the point at which the gravitational pull becomes so great as to make escape impossible. An event horizon is most commonly associated with black holes.

At around 1 a.m. on Sunday, April 26th, two doctoral students at the Louisiana State University (LSU) were mysteriously found dead at the bottom of a local swimming pool. 28-year-old Ishita Maity and 25-year-old Anton Joe were with the schools physics and astronomy department with Maity studying theoretical astrophysics while Anton was a 3rd-year graduate student studying theoretical gravity.  Maity was an author of one of the journal 'New Astronomy's' most popular recent papers entitled “Black hole spin dependence of general relativistic multi-transonic accretion close to the (event) horizon”; Joes' most recent paper was called “Kantowski-Sachs spacetime in loop quantum cosmology: bounds on expansion and shear scalars and the viability of quantization prescriptions.” Over a year ago, Joe uploaded a paper to Academia.edu called 'Search For Three-Jet Resonances in pp Collisions at s+7TeV', the paper was written for the European Organization For Nuclear Research, also known as CERN.
Back on March 20, 2015, Susan Duclos wrote a story in which members of the scientific community talked about CERN and the possibility of it creating black holes and parallel universes, warnings not given by 'conspiracy theorists' but experts, members of the same fields of study as Ishita Maity and Anton Joe, warnings that we should all be concerned about as we do all live upon the same planet. Did Maity and/or Joe discover something that they were not supposed to know which led to their mysterious deaths? Both of them were considered stunningly intelligent with brilliant minds.
These two deaths were just the most recent deaths of people who were linked to CERN following the death of another CERN team member during a recent ski trip and happens during a strange week of people drowning in pairs; two Navy SEAL's were recently found at the bottom of a swimming pool during what was supposed to be a training exercise. SO1 Seth Cody Lewis and SO1 Brett Allen Marihugh were from ATC (Advanced Training Command) in Little Creek, Virginia.

While friends of Maity have confirmed that she knew how to swim, should we find it odd that two individuals who were known as being 'geniuses' and 'brilliant' and who deeply studied the kind of science involved in CERN would both mysteriously drown in a swimming pool soon after another CERN member is killed? Stephen Quayle has two lists of scientists, astronomers, chemists and physisists who have mysteriously died, one from 2004 to 2015 and the other from 1994 to 2003. Are Maity and Joe just the latest brilliant minds to be killed for what they knew or was this just a sad accident of accidental drowning as claimed by authorities? From Maity's most recent study:

We introduce a novel formalism to investigate the role of the spin angular momentum of astrophysical black holes in influencing the behavior of low angular momentum general relativistic accretion. We examine the properties of infalling material for both prograde and retrograde accretion as a function of the Kerr parameter at extremely close proximity to the event horizon. Our formalism can be used to identify a new spectral signature of black hole spin, and has the potential of performing the black hole shadow imaging corresponding to the low angular momentum accretion flow.

What is CMS?

The LHC smashes groups of protons together at close to the speed of light: 40 million times per second and with seven times the energy of the most powerful accelerators built up to now. Many of these will just be glancing blows but some will be head on collisions and very energetic. When this happens some of the energy of the collision is turned into mass and previously unobserved, short-lived particles – which could give clues about how Nature behaves at a fundamental level - fly out and into the detector.
CMS is a particle detector that is designed to see a wide range of particles and phenomena produced in high-energy collisions in the LHC. Like a cylindrical onion, different layers of detectors measure the different particles, and use this key data to build up a picture of events at the heart of the collision.
Scientists then use this data to search for new phenomena that will help to answer questions such as: What is the Universe really made of and what forces act within it? And what gives everything substance? CMS will also measure the properties of previously discovered particles with unprecedented precision, and be on the lookout for completely new, unpredicted phenomena.

That, what was demonstrated and explained during this session by Mr. Keshe and Prof. Luzzi, will change your way of thinking not only in respect of the medical science but of understanding life and the working of the universe itself.

Now to the selection from the 60th Knowledge Seekers Workshop held on May-07-2015.

The fact is (08.20) that we have launched the ultimate goal of the Keshe Foundation to teach worldwide and in the coming weeks, if things go correctly we will teach freely worldwide and all equipments and teaching facilities of the Keshe Foundation will be made in the coming months freely available. Which means whatever we do in the new structure, will be taught that the limit of funding will go out of the way. In the past three days even so with some broken pieces in between has proven that we are ready to release technology worldwide on an equal basis to all nations and nationalities (09.40).

So once we reach and achieve this goal we will announce the free teaching worldwide of the KF on a daily basis and then all our books and all our downloads will become free, you just pay for the postage and packaging and most of the medical equipments we will produce is on a donation basis so you pay as you like as a minimum standard to cover the costs (09.54).

This way we all work together as one group, as one mankind into space at one team. So this is the part what we call “one nation one planet” and we make one nation without the heads of the states and this is the first step, your life depends on it (15.04) ...... defeating cancer becomes obsolete by the use of this technology (16.15)
