According to authorities, a man armed with a gun, pepper spray and a hatchet, was killed Wednesday afternoon after a fire fight with law enforcement officers in a movie theater outside Nashville, Tennessee.

Authorities made quick work of the timeline of events explaining the use pepper spray on three apparent victims, but glossing over other details such as the hatchet and ‘hoax explosive device’ strapped to the alleged shooter, whose identity was withheld for a short period after the incident.

UPDATE* – Authorities reveal the alleged gunman’s identity –  As 29 year-old Vincente David Montano from Nasville.

The main suspect, was listed as a “51-year-old white local man,” who was shot by police upon leaving the Carmike Hickory 8 Theater in the town of Antioch, while at a screening of Mad Max: Fury Road.

However, reports now state that the gunman was a 29-year-old white male.

The change in the alleged shooter’s age is a strange twist to an already scripted-like story.All told, the main suspect was the only person killed in the incident, as three others were treated after being pepper sprayed at the scene.

ABC reports: “As he fled out the back, Montano encountered a SWAT team and was shot dead, Aaron said. About two dozen gunshots could be heard in a 10-second period in raw video footage posted online by WKRN TV.”

The latest Tennessee shooting, comes just two weeks after a suspicious theater shooting in Lafayette and three weeks after a bizarre shooting incident in Chattanooga at a military facility, along with being nearly six weeks after the polarizing shooting at a church in Charleston, South Carolina. 

All of these shooting events come as jurors in the trial for the Aurora Theater Shooting decide the fate of ‘mentally ill’ lone gunman, James Holmes, who killed 12 and injured 70 others during his alleged shooting spree in 2012. Holmes may face the death penalty.

In recent weeks, we’ve seen how these televised shooting events have become a staple part of our day to day lives, complete with identical gunman profiles, media talking points and staged press conferences – a buffet laid out for America, and always within just minutes or hours of each alleged ‘active shooter’ event.

Operation Overkill 

According to reports and Don Aaron, a spokesman for the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department:

 “The only person shot was the suspect as he emerged out of the rear door,” Aaron said. There were eight people, including the gunman, at the time of the attack, he said.

Police were called to the theater, which was playing “Mad Max: Fury Road,” at around 1:15 p.m. local time (2:15 p.m. ET) and officers arrived “within minutes” Aaron said. The gunman was wearing a backpack worn on the front of his chest and was wearing a surgical mask.”



DRILL? Dozens of federal agents could be seem festooning around the crisis site for hours after the alleged incident.  
So officers just happened to be there at the theater. What a lucky break. And then, as if by magic, over 100 officers and agents from 10 different local and federal law enforcement agencies and EMS units – all appear at the scene. Within minutes, you had the Nashville Metro Police, ATF, SWAT Teams, TBI, FBI, DHS, Fire Department (with 3 fire trucks) EMS (at least 4 ambulances), Highway Patrol, and last but not least – the Bomb Squad.  

If there was ever a multi-agency ‘active shooter’ or crisis management drill - this certainly was it.
According to CNN: 

“A woman who worked at a Sprint store near the scene told CNN’s Brooke Baldwin that about three hours earlier, a man with two backpacks tried to enter her store through their back door.”

With so many ‘theatrical’ shootings occurring back-to-back – you have to wonder if the entire event wasn’t a police drill meant to test both “security and emergency protocols.”


SHOW OF FORCE: CNN and other US news outlets made a concerted effort to train their cameras on heavily-armed officers pacing back and forth in front of the cameras, carrying assault rifles and shotguns. They were shown continuously for hours even after the shooter was allegedly subdued. This particular tough-looking, bearded ‘officer’ (likely a hired contractor) was kept on heavy rotation by CNN for hours, long after the alleged threat had been ‘neutralized’.  

Exactly like the recent shootings in Charleston, Chattanooga and Lafayette, the Nashville shooting featured a gunman suffering from “mental illness”. 

In a CNN report were told Montano had a history of 'mental illness' and had been missing for two days according to police reports:

“Vincente David Montano was committed twice in 2004 and twice in 2007, said Aaron, citing officials in Rutherford County. Montano had been arrested Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in 2004 in a case of assault and resisting arrest, police said.”

“We have no motive for (Wednesday’s attack),” Aaron said.

“Montano had an airsoft pistol with him that he aimed and fired at police in the theater, Aaron said. Such a weapon looks like a semiautomatic pistol but fires plastic or BB pellets.”

“Montano’s mother filed a missing person’s report with Texas Rangers two days ago and they had notified authorities in Tennessee, Aaron said.“

“In the report, his mother, Denise Pruitt, told authorities that Montano was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia in 2006.”

“Ms. Pruitt advised Vincente has several other health issues and has a hard time taking care of himself,” the report says. It lists his address as “homeless.”

“Pruitt, who lives in Florida, last saw her son in Illinois in March 2013.”Montano’s 'history of mental illness', trouble with the law and overall ‘drifter’ persona, provides the typical backdrop of a law enforcement informant or patsy – someone who could be used during a staged drill.

“The man who was injured by the axe, who only identified himself as Steven, said he has no idea why he and his family were attacked. A 53-year-old woman, and a 17-year-old woman were also treated for pepper spray exposure, officials said.”

“I would ask anyone to pray for his family, because he obviously has mental problems or something else,” Steven told reporters.”

“I’m very, very grateful that no one else got injured here today other than the person who perpetrated this,” he said, and thanked police for their swift response.

Miraculously, police were nearby at a traffic accident when a group of people ‘ran over’ to alert them that the 'gunman' was in the theater.

NERVOUS: As the media continued to fire more inane and trivial questions at Fire Chief Haas, he grew more visibly nervous and short tempered. Did Haas know something he wasn’t saying?

Bizarrely, Brian Haas, a public affairs officer for the Nashville Fire Department, remarked that injuries sustained during the incident looked like “bruises.”If the victim was truly ‘attacked’ with a hatchet, then how on earth did he only sustain a bruise?

In another conflicting report, CNN reported that the victim (Steven) suffered minor cuts: 

“(Don) Aaron told reporters that one patron at the screening of “Mad Max: Fury Road” suffered a minor cut on a shoulder from a hatchet before officers killed the suspect.”Was he bruised, or cut?

The Tennessean reports the following:
“After the incident, police discovered two suspicious backpacks: One on the suspect and one left in the theater. By 4 p.m., they had detonated one of the bags. Police determined the bag strapped to the suspect’s chest contained a hoax explosive device.

A second bag, found inside the theater, had yet to be detonated. A bomb squad is on the scene.”Many critics of these types of events, have long asserted that ‘crisis actors’ are often used during police active-shooter drills and that at any moment those events could go live.

The idea that staged recreations of a shooting scenarios  “improve response times and inter-agency organization” is not much better than ‘hair-trigger’ video game culture we live in. The new ‘shoot first’ methodology we see in today’s law enforcement operations –  pushes the public into accepting new “rules of engagement” based on new, fear-based ‘anti-government’ profiling.

Over the next 24 hours, you will see the media, along with those others at the scene, turn this incident into a PR packed event with new mental health proposals and predictable tales for heroism.

A SWAT team responded to an active shooter situation at the Carmike Hickory 8 theater in the 900 block of Bell Road in Antioch, a suburb southeast of Nashville, Tennessee. Officials say the attacker had a gun and a hatchet. The movie was reportedly ‘Mad Max’.

It is unclear whether the  suspected shooter was killed by a police officer who helped evacuate the theater, or by the SWAT team that responded to the emergency. His dead body was found inside the theater after the SWAT secured the building.Three patients have been treated for pepper-spray exposure, while one had “superficial wounds” probably caused by a hatchet, according to Brian Haas, public affairs officer for the Nashville Fire Department. He described the injuries as “bruises” on the person’s shoulder.

Finally the third tree said, 'I want to grow to be the tallest and straightest Tree in the forest. After a few years of praying that their dreams would come true, a group of woodsmen came upon the trees. When one came to the first tree he said, 'This looks like a strong tree, I think I should be able to sell the wood to a carpenter, 'and he began cutting it down. When the first tree arrived at the carpenters, he was made into a feed box for animals. He was then placed in a barn and filled with hay. This was not at all what he had prayed for.

 

The second tree was cut and made into a small fishing boat. His dreams of being a mighty ship and carrying kings had come to an end.

 

The third tree was cut into large pieces, and left alone in the dark.

 

The years went by, and the trees forgot about their dreams.

 

Then one day, a man and woman came to the barn. She gave birth and they placed the baby in the hay in the feed box that was made from the first tree. The man wished that he could have made a crib for the baby, but this manger would have to do. The tree could feel the importance of this event and knew that it had held the greatest treasure of all time.

 

Years later, a group of men got in the fishing boat made from the second tree. One of them was tired and went to sleep. While they were out on the water, a great storm arose and the tree didn't think it was strong enough to keep the men safe. The men woke the sleeping man, and He stood and said 'Peace' and the storm stopped. At this time, the tree knew that it had carried the King of Kings in its boat.

 

Finally, someone came and got the third tree. It was carried through the streets as the people mocked the man who was carrying it. When they came to a stop, the man was nailed to the tree and raised in the air to die at the top of a hill. When Sunday came, the tree came to realize that it was strong enough to stand at the top of the hill and be as close to God as was possible, because Jesus had been crucified on it.

 

The moral of this story is that when things don't seem to be going your way, always know that God has a plan for you. If you place your trust in Him, God will give you great gifts.

 

Each of the trees got what they wanted, just not in the way they had imagined.

 

We don't always know what God's plans are for us. We just know that His Ways are not our ways, but His ways are always best.

Dozens of people, including the local sheriff, gathered outside a Navy veteran’s home in Idaho this week because of their worries a federal gun grab program may have authorities confiscating his guns – in what may be the first public protest to a strategy on which WND has been reporting for two years.

That strategy simply is for federal bureaucrats to find someone receiving federal benefits, such as a veteran, send a letter that she or she is incompetent and a manager is being appointed to handle those benefits.
And then note, because of the designation, that person no longer is allowed to buy or have a gun.
The public protest caught the attention of Associated Press.
The wire service reported the northern Idaho residents “lined up outside a U.S. Navy veteran’s house … to protest claims that federal officials are planning on confiscating the man’s weapons.”
The Department of Veterans Affairs had notified John Arnold of Priest River that he cannot have or buy any firearms, and state Rep. Heather Scott of Blanchard organized a protest that drew about 100 people, AP reported.
“Among them were Bonner County Sheriff Daryl Wheeler, who promised to stand guard against any federal attempts to remove Arnold’s guns, and Republican Washington state Rep. Matthew Shea of Spokane Valley, who described the event as a ‘defiance against tyranny,’” the report said.
“I took an oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution and uphold the laws of Idaho,” Wheeler told the AP. “This seemed appropriate to show my support. I was going to make sure Mr. Arnold’s rights weren’t going to be breached.”
Veteran Affairs spokesman Bret Bowers told AP the agency doesn’t have the authority to confiscate weapons, but as WND has reported, it can notify federal law enforcement agencies when such letters are issued that a particular person needs to be added to the national gun ban list.
WND has reported the effort was ramped up several years ago with letters from the Veterans Administration informing returning veterans they were being declared incompetent and someone would be appointed to handle their financial affairs.
Then a similar plan was being considered for recipients of Social Security, the Los Angeles Times said recently.
The paper said the Obama administration is pushing to ban Social Security beneficiaries from owning guns if they “lack the mental capacity to manage their own affairs.”
The story of Vietnam, from Gen. Patrick Brady, one of the nation’s Medal of Honor recipients, in “Dead Men Flying.”
Michael Connelly of the United States Justice Foundation has been working on the VA case since several veterans contacted him several years ago to say they had been determined incompetent without so much as a hearing and wanted to fight back.
According to the Social Security plan, the federal benefit recipients would be told they are incompetent and can no longer have weapons. Then their names would be added to the National Instant Criminal Background Check system, which is used by governments to try to keep weapons out of the hands of felons, drug addicts, illegal aliens and others.
Targeted would be Social Security beneficiaries who have “marked subnormal intelligence, or mental illness, incompetency, condition, or disease.”
An estimated 4.2 million adults get Social Security payments that are managed by “representative payees.”
The Times said the move is part of a concerted effort by the Obama administration after the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, to strengthen gun control.
After Congress shot down virtually every legislative change Obama wanted, the president began to makes changes through rewriting rules and definitions.
The reaction to the announcement about Social Security has been negative on a number of fronts.
“Someone can be incapable of managing their funds but not be dangerous, violent or unsafe,” Marc Rosen, a Yale psychiatrist, told the Times. “They are very different determinations.”
Steven Overman told the newspaper he was declared 100 percent disabled and also incompetent after a bomb hit his Humvee in Iraq in 2007. So he gave his guns to his mother and has been working with a lawyer to get them back.
Connelly told WND that if the government is successful in its attack on Social Security recipients, there will be other targets soon.
“They could go after student loan recipients. What about people getting food stamps? Medicaid? Potentially anybody working for any government contractor,” he warned.
He said he’s been warning on on his blog since earlier this year the Social Security move was coming.
He said the government was using veterans “as guinea pigs to develop methods that can be used to steal their constitutional rights.”
“Veterans get the letter from the VA telling them that because of physical or mental disabilities they are going to be declared incompetent to handle their own financial affairs, and the VA will appoint a fiduciary for them. The veterans are given 60 days to prove they are competent, which is a direct violation of the due process clause of the Constitution that requires the burden of proof be on the government,” he wrote.
“In none of the cases that we know of has there been an adjudication process with a hearing before a judge or an administrative judge. Nor have the veterans in most cases been examined by a psychiatrist, psychologist or even an MD,” he continued. “[Then Attorney General]-Eric Holder decided that anyone who works for the VA can declare veterans incompetent for any reason including having their bills paid automatically out of their bank accounts.”
Lately, he reported, some veterans “have never gotten any letter or official notification from the VA. They find out they are on the NICS list when they try to purchase a firearm. Often they can’t even find out why they are on the list.”
He said his fight so far includes the VA, the FBI, the DoD and the DHS.
Most of those agencies have been sued under the federal Freedom of Information Act because they have refused to turn over basic information that would document their actions, he said.
He told WND that a fifth agency, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, recently appeared in the arguments.
“The agency said that the FBI sent seven pages of documents to the BATF to determine if they should be turned over to us. The BATF informed us that we could not see any of the documents,” Connelly said.
WND had broken the story that the Obama administration insisted it was routine for officials to send out letters informing veterans that an unidentified “report” indicated they may be declared incompetent and consequently stripped of their Second Amendment rights.
It’s the same administration that in 2009 warned that “returning veterans possess combat skills and experience that are attractive to rightwing extremists.”
The 2009 report from the Department of Homeland Security was called “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment.” It also said Obama’s governmental managers were “concerned that rightwing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to boost their violent capabilities.”
So when hundreds, perhaps thousands, of veterans began receiving letters like the one dispatched from the Portland, Oregon, office of the Department of Veterans Affairs, alarm bells went off.
The door to the dispute opened when USJF received a copy of a letter to a veteran from the Portland VA Medical Center.
The letter warned the vet that “evidence indicates that you are not able to handle your VA benefit payments because of a physical or mental condition.”
“We propose to rate you incompetent for VA purposes. This means we must decide if you are able to handle your VA benefit payments. We will base our decision on all the evidence we already have including any other evidence you sent to us.”
The VA also warned: “A determination of incompetency will prohibit you from purchasing, possessing, receiving, or transporting a firearm or ammunition. If you knowingly violate any of these prohibitions, you may be fined, imprisoned, or both.”
The letter was signed by K. Kalama, Veterans Service Center manager in the Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs. But it didn’t present the “evidence,” the source of the evidence or why the veteran’s competency even was questioned.
At the time, WND contacted the Department of Veterans Affairs, and spokesman Randy Noller responded with a statement that the letters were no more than routine. But questions about why the letters are being sent, what evidence is used to determine a veteran is incapable of managing his or her affairs, who provides that information and why it is provided remain unanswered.
“The Department of Veterans Affairs’ policy to inform veterans of their rights regarding the Brady Act has not changed,” the statement said. “As has been policy for multiple administrations, VA acts in accordance with federal law and works with the Department of Justice to properly maintain the NCIS database. VA notifies any veteran who may be deemed by VA to be mentally incapable of managing his or her own funds of the opportunity to contest this determination and also to seek relief from the reporting requirements under the Brady Act, as required by law.”
Also unanswered was who makes the decision to put in motion the department’s decision to “deem” veterans “mentally incapable.”
Connelly noted the letter “provides no specifics on the reasons for the proposed finding of incompetency; just that is based on a determination by someone in the VA.”
“In every state in the United States no one can be declared incompetent to administer their own affairs without due process of law and that usually requires a judicial hearing with evidence being offered to prove to a judge that the person is indeed incompetent,” he explained.
“This is a requirement of the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that states that no person shall ‘be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.”

The number of people not in the labor force reached another record high in July, according to new jobs data released Friday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The BLS reports that 93,770,000 people (16 and older) were neither employed last month nor had made specific efforts to find work in the prior four weeks.

The number of people outside the workforce in July increased 144,000 over June’s record when 93,626,000 were not in the workforce.

July’s labor force participation rate however remained the the same as June at 62.6 percent. Before last month the labor force participation rate had not been that low since October 1977, when the participation rate was 62.4 percent.

The BLS reports that the civilian labor force did experience a slight uptick from 157,037,000 in June to 157,106,000 in July after the month of June saw it drop by 432,000.

While the labor participation rate remains at the lowest its been since the late 1970s, the BLS highlighted that the unemployment rate remained at 5.3 percent and nonfarm payroll jobs increased by 215,000.

The sky's the limit and big banks are investing in energy sectors such as nuclear power instead of renewable energy at the expense of humankind, the biome and biota, and future generations of the Earth. Banks like Goldman Sachs have been investing in the uranium market which is one of the reasons the transition away from a dangerous, nuclear power system to a more viable and safer renewable energy system is taking so long to occur.

Nuclear expert Arnie Gundersen of Fairewinds reminds us that Tokyo Electric Power Company (Tepco) and the Japanese government have consistently refused help from foreign engineering firms who have proposed solutions at “Dai-ichi,” Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant #1 (FNPP#1) (2). But due to reasons of national security or cultural pride, they refuse help despite Fukushima having dumped 23,000 truckloads of radioactively contaminated water into the Pacific Ocean.

The ice wall meant to prevent leakage from the plant appears to be an engineering failure (as previously documented: 3; see also other technical hurdles: 4).

Tepco blunders on, marauding the global commons like the deranged bandits who pillaged farmer's crops in Seven Samurai.

Ring Of Fire

Gundersen noted that Japanese banks are demanding the restart of the nuclear reactors, despite clear public reluctance or opposition to doing so. The banks loaned Tepco and other utilities money while the were shut down after the 311 disaster in order to carry on operations. But it is costly to keep a full staff on hand while no electricity is being produced.

The banks, like Shylock in The Merchant of Venice, want their pound of flesh and don't care if Japan is contaminated by another nuclear disaster caused by earthquake, tsunami or volcano. It's just business.

Money Rules

Look around the world these days. Money Rules. Power Rules. Usurious, Fractional Reserve Banking Ponzi Schemes & Financial Scams Rule. Greece is now under the control of the central bankers who are grinding it into the dust of bones. The Parthenon may be sold off to Sheldon Adelsen and relocated in Las Vegas.

Big banks like Goldman Sachs (GS), who the prolific author, Texe Marrs calls the “world's most evil and corrupt bank,” while its CEO, Lloyd Blankfein “arrogantly boasts 'I'm doing God's work' ” are busy bodies hard at work stealing other people's money (5).

The excellent X-22 Report often notes that the “US central bankers” care nothing about the welfare or suffering of people whose lives are destroyed through anti-growth austerity policies, rather only about giving you more DEBT. The business of usurious banking is the art of selling debt as product. Modern society has adopted the mentality of “debt slave.”

Take Over The World

Dean Henderson of the Left Hook website offers a historical context from which the Vampire Squid Blood Suckers of Goldman Sachs emerged:

“For over a century Goldman Sachs has joined the Houses of Morgan, Rockefeller, Rothschild, Warburg and Lazard in lording over the US industrial base, profiting from boom and depression alike. In July 1929 Goldman launched the Shenandoah and Blue Ridge investment trusts, at a time when the burgeoning middle classes were eager to hop on the Wall Street easy money bandwagon. The Goldman Sachs Trading Corporation sold hundreds of millions of dollars worth of shares to public. They peaked at $104. All the while Goldman insiders were selling. Mike King's new and authoritative history of the Rothschild family is essential reading for anyone who wants to understand the central banking cartel which owns much of the world's money supply and controls the politicians who serve its interests (7).

The context is relevant, after a century of struggle is was the Federal Reserve whose creation in 1913 was the final nail in the coffin of the American republic. A private banking cartel, the so-called “Federal Reserve” was finally able to monopolize US money supply. In the same year the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) were created to force citizens to pay income tax to cover interest on the “loans” from the Fed to the US government (8). No nation needs “bankster gangsters” to print their nation's currency. The richest country in the world, blessed with resources and ingenuity, yet 20 percent of children are raised in poverty.

Where did the money go? After the 2008 financial crash trillions of it went to Goldman Sachs. The Federal Reserve is the fount of insider info to their tribal brethren at the desks of Goldman Sachs where the rigging of markets occurs.

A Papal Encyclical is a letter concerning Catholic doctrine which is circulated by the Pope. This week, Pope Francis published a new Encyclical: Laudato Si’ of the Holy Father Francis – Care for Our Common Home.
The 180+ page document sounds the alarm regarding the global degradation of living things: people, animals and our environment.
If this document had been authored by a professor of theology, there would be much room for common ground. However, it has been written by the leader of an institution which has been the single most powerful in the Western world for the last 500 years – a period during which the central banking-warfare model has been busy harvesting our common home.
There is a profound disassociation from the nuts-and-bolts of what the Catholic Church (and its networks and investment syndicates) have been doing and the sources of their wealth. This Encyclical is, if you will, a concept piece independent of the financial and political realities of the Vatican, the Catholic Church and its allies.
Assuming that Pope Francis first and foremost addressed the Encyclical to bishops, patriarchs, primates, archbishops as well as to the general population, I would like to propose several steps which the Pope, the Vatican and the leadership of the Catholic Church (collectively, the “Church”) might take to integrate some of the best ideas in this document into the power lines controlled and influenced by the Church.

1. Disclosure

The world is struggling with propaganda, disinformation, and significant suppression of the truth.  The new Pope’s efforts to provide digital access to works in the Vatican Library on a selective basis are a good start. In the meantime, there is a great deal of knowledge which the Church, its libraries and networks can share:

• The Church can accelerate access to both the Vatican Library and Archives.
• The Church can publish all its information regarding global “black budgets.” This would include any information related to invisible weaponry and technology driving the real governance systems operating on Planet Earth.
• In the context of understanding what is happening to our environment, the Church can publish all its information on global geo-engineering and weather control programs as part of an open discussion to ensure that the global population and scientific community has accurate data on what is happening to our climate.
• The Church can provide open access to its financial information and persuade its affiliates, endowments and churches to do the same, including detailed disclosure on a place-based basis.
• The Church can encourage global governments to publish their budgets and credit information on a place-based basis. Place-based financial disclosure will permit the alignment of financial ecosystems with environmental ecosystems – a critical step to ensuring a healthy environment. This will create incentive systems which reward the health and well-being of all living things.
• The Church can disclose all information on its direct and indirect involvement in any illegal activities, including vote rigging, narcotics trafficking, and money laundering.
• The Church can use its shareholdings and ownership positions in media companies to insist on integrity in public information.
• The Church can use its shareholdings in pharmaceutical and food companies to insist on integrity and independence of scientific research.
• The Church can provide a safe haven for scientists, journalists and other professionals who are targeted for upholding high standards of integrity in science and information.

2. Individual Freedom

Slavery contributes significantly to the degradation of people throughout our planet.

• The Church can withdraw from supporting governments, corporations or any other organizations that support any form of slavery.
• The Church can destroy the “control files” of prominent businessmen and politicians created through the use of its networks.
• The Church can complete restoration efforts related to its pedophilia activities and publish complete figures on how much the Church has spent on all restoration efforts.
• The Church can use its shareholdings and ownership positions in government and corporate securities to insist on a withdrawal of corporate and government support for mind control, torture and slavery and the compromise of individual privacy and sovereignty.

3. Organized Crime & Lawlessness

The primary source of environmental damage does not result from market economics – quite the opposite. It results from the lethal combination of organized crime operating powerful and invisible weaponry coupled with invasive digital systems and sophisticated financial tools on scale. In short, those with the ability to kill, to destroy and to steal with impunity combine such force with fiat currencies, unsustainable debt, resource extraction, financial fraud, war and genocide in order to centralize wealth and power in a manner which shrinks total wealth.
Lawlessness on a global scale must be dealt with before it destroys our planet.

• The Church can divest its holdings in governments and corporations which engage in these practices. It should encourage its affiliates and members to do the same.
• The Church can also disassociate from foundations and not-for-profits that engage in these practices or that launder profits for those who do.
• The Church can make clear that the ten commandments apply not just to what we do, but to whom and what we finance.
• The Church can stop any and all participation by itself and its networks in narcotics trafficking and disgorge the profits of the same to the people harmed.

4. Debt & Fiat Currency
   

No less than The Economist has rightly pointed out that we are chocking on debt, in part because we provide enormous tax subsidies which encourage debt (see The Great Distortion). Debt throws people out of alignment with one another and with the environment around them. Ditto fiat currency which is used in a manner to debase global populations and economies.
We must shift to an equity-based financial system which facilitates the free flow of equity unencumbered by the intervention and control of organized crime. An equity-based system – which includes the financing of small businesses, small farms and local economies with equity – will permit us to evolve a financial system in which we can generate wealth from healing our environment and reducing consumption.

• The Church can encourage these changes by shifting the significant funds it manages as well as those managed by its networks.
• The Church can encourage governments to reduce laws and regulations that prevent the local circulation of equity or that prevent the creation and success of local currency systems.

5. Sovereignty is Sacred

A global culture is one which respects the sovereignty of every individual. We respect human rights. We respect property rights. We respect privacy. We respect the right of each human being to make up their own mind.

• The Church can withdraw its investments from all governments and corporations (including media) which compromise people’s privacy or which manipulate them via mind control techniques, entrainment technology, subliminal programming or electronics.
• The Church can actively encourage its priests and networks to bring transparency to mind control techniques or any efforts to mislead people globally.
• The Church can offer sanctuary to scientists, government personnel or journalists who bring transparency to these efforts.

6. Capitalism: Let’s Try It

Before we dismiss capitalism, we should try it.
Organized crime is not capitalism. It is the application of force to control and to get one’s way. Market economics can solve many of the problems before us – but we have to unleash markets to work rather than prevent them from operating and then blaming the subsequent “mess” on them.

• The Church can call for all monies stolen by illegal means in the last two decades to be returned, including trillions which have disappeared from the US government or which have been accrued as a result of financial frauds prior to the bailouts.
• The Church can refrain from blaming our current situation on the people who have been harmed by these thefts or from insisting that the subsequent economic damage is a result of the victims’ poor values or “consumerism.”
• The Church can withdraw its investment from financial institutions, governments and corporations that:
  • Engage in market rigging and intervention.
  • Provide unlawful or unethical support to cartels and monopolies.
  • Engage in the purposeful suppression of technologies which would ease the harm we are doing to the environment.

The Church and its affiliates and members manage trillions in real estate and financial assets. As one of the most significant capitalist organizations/investment networks on our planet, it can institute policies to ensure that it does not invest in companies or governments which behave in the manner described in the latest Encyclical and that its real estate is not used to support such activities.
During Vatican II, the Church forced the sale of significant real estate holdings which were serving communities. The proceeds from these sales were reinvested in corporate securities. The Church can ensure that the Orders for whom these funds are managed have access to full transparency about these investments and are permitted to institute policies which ensure that these investments are managed in accordance with the goals of this Encyclical.

7. War

Published global military expenditures were $1.7 trillion in 2013. Add secret black budget expenditures and the total was likely much more. These funds – combined with savings from destructive behavior such as gambling, narcotics and alcohol – could be shifted into investment in healing our environment, our education systems, our health care systems and revitalizing global infrastructure.

• The Church can bring transparency to all worldwide resources which are related to killing. It can invite its members to pray that these resources be shifted to investments which increase productivity rather than enable a small group of people to own and control the planet.

8. Invite Feedback

Both the Church and our planet are dynamic living systems. Moving to a healthy global culture and aligning our financial ecosystems with our environmental ecosystems is a journey.

• The Church can encourage its entire network to adopt these goals in their lives so that achieving them is a partnership of the many for the benefit of all.
• The Church can publish an annual report on its efforts to take responsibility and to achieve these goals internally in its own operations, asset managements and investments and to invite feedback from all of its constituents to help it do so.

9. Wise as a Serpent
There is often a risk that any important policy will be misunderstood or misused by those who are centralizing control and power. The G-7 nations have experienced a financial coup d’etat.  A great deal of money and assets have been shifted out of sovereign governments into private hands – either illegally or under the guise of trillions in bailouts and quantitative easing – while liabilities have been shifted back into governments.
Now that these transfers are complete, it would be convenient to blame the victims and to abrogate their pensions and other savings plans and promises. It would be unfortunate if this Encyclical were used to justify the value of doing so in the name of “reducing consumerism” or to politically outmaneuver the victims by accusing them of being “selfish.”
Economies function on trust and such trust must come from honoring our agreements. As Pope Francis understands, it is easy to blame the victim and to take from the powerless.
Utah Phillips once said, “The Planet is not dying, it is being killed. And the people doing the killing have names and addresses.”
We commend the Pope for calling out for a cessation of the debasement of all living things. Let us hope that his latest Encyclical starts ringing doorbells – beginning with the opportunity to do so in the Church and in the Church’s asset and investment portfolios.

When borrowing become prohibitive (or impossible) and raising taxes no longer generates more revenues, state and local governments will have to cut expenditures.
Strangely enough, every easily foreseeable financial crisis is presented in the mainstream media as one that “nobody saw coming.” No doubt the crisis visible in these three charts will also fall into the “nobody saw it coming” category.
Take a look at this chart of state and local government debt. As we noted yesterday, nominal GDP rose about 77% since 2000. So state and local debt rose at double the rate of GDP. That is the definition of an unsustainable trend.



As noted earlier in the week, state and local taxes have soared 75%. While this would be no big deal if wages and salaries had risen by 75% in the same time frame, but earnings have barely kept pace with inflation (38% since 2000).
So state and local taxes have risen at a rate twice that of wages/salaries. State and local governments can keep raising taxes, but where’s the money going to come from? 



State and local government expenditures have risen faster than inflation or GDP.
 


Here is the context that matters: household income. This is median real income, i.e. adjusted for inflation.



Wages and salaries are barely keeping up with inflation, real household incomes are down 8.5% since 2000 and state and local government taxes and spending are rising at twice the rate of inflation–where does this lead to?
1. The bond market may choke if state and local governments try to “borrow our way to prosperity” as they did in the 2000s.
2. If state and local taxes keep soaring while wages stagnate and household income declines, households will have less cash to spend on consumption.
3. Declining consumer spending = recession.
4. In recessions, sales and income taxes decline as households spending drops. This will crimp state and local tax revenues.
5. This sets up an unvirtuous cycle: state and local governments will have to raise taxes to maintain their trend of higher spending. Higher taxes reduce household spending, which reduces income and sales tax revenues. In response, state and local governments raise taxes again. This further suppresses disposable income and consumption. In other words, raising taxes offers diminishing returns.
At some point, local government revenues will decline despite tax increases and the bond market will raise the premium on local government debt in response to the rising risks.
When borrowing become prohibitive (or impossible) and raising taxes no longer generates more revenues, state and local governments will have to cut expenditures. Given their many contractual obligations, these cuts will slice very quickly into sinews and bone.
If this doesn’t strike you a crisis, please check back in a few years. It is easily foreseeable, but very inconvenient. As a result, it too will be a crisis that “nobody saw coming.”

THE FBI HAS ISSUED AN ALERT ACROSS THE COUNTRY out of concern for military families, particularly in Wyoming and Colorado.

The FBI says that Middle Eastern men have recently been approaching the homes of U.S. military members in Colorado and Wyoming. 

One such example happened in May when two men approached the wife of a soldier and told her that her husband was an interrogator. 

After she denied their accusations, they left in a dark sedan that she had seen several times in her neighborhood. 

Apparently, similar stories are being reported throughout the region. These men seem to be trying to obtain personal information. 

Many of the families report feeling intimidated and scared. 

Our soldiers have enough to worry about without having to live in fear for their families back home. 

It’s disgusting and the authorities need to do something to stop this from happening again. (No MORE interference from a rogue defunct make believe UNLAWFUL ''gov" and its "authorities".  Enough is enough.  AMERICA - RISE UP AND DEFEND YOUR NATION!)

This was confirmed in Perry v. US (1935) 294 U.S. 330-381, 79LEd 912, as well as 31 U.S.C. 5112 and 5119 and 12 U.S.C. 95a.
Title 28, 3002(15)(3): States that all departments of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION are part of the corporation.
The original United States has been usurped by a separate and different UNITED STATES formed in 1871, which only controls the District of Columbia and it's territories, and which is actually a corporation (the UNITED STATES CORPORATION) that acts as our current government. The United States Corporation operates under Corporate/Commercial/Public Law rather than Common/Private Law. The original Constitution was never removed; it has simply been dormant since 1871. It is still intact to this day. This fact was made clear by Supreme Court Justice Marshall Harlan (Downes v. Bidwell, 182, U.S. 244 1901) by giving the following dissenting opinion: "Two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions; the other to be maintained by Congress outside and Independently of that Instrument." The Restore America Plan reclaimed the De Jure institutions of government of the 50 State Republics in order to restore Common Law that represents the voice of the people and ends Corporate Law that ignores the voice of the people while operating under Maritime/Admiralty/International Law. This occurred when warrants were delivered to all 50 Governors on March 30, 2010. The rewritten Constitution of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION bypasses the original Constitution for the United States of America, which explains why our Congressmen and Senators don't abide by it, and the President can write Executive Orders to do whatever he/she wants. They are following corporate laws that completely strip sovereigns of their God given unalienable rights. Corporate/Commercial/Public Law is not sovereign (private), as it is an agreement between two or more parties under contract. Common Law (which sovereigns operate under) is not Commercial Law; it is personal and private.
