| Hi John I ran a race in the rain and 40 degrees this weekend called the "Shamrock Run." It's a short course--just 4 miles--but for someone who usually "treadmills it" until it's at least 50 degrees out, it was a stretch for me! There's still snow on the ground, but I could definitely see signs of spring. That made me think back to the days when I suffered with allergies. Back then an early morning spring run would have me sniffling and sneezing for hours. But not any more...
