A Ministry of Foreign Affairs report circulating in the Kremlin today states that United States President Obama has undertaken a campaign to “crush” the nation of Poland after its government this past week officially banned the planting of Monsanto’s MON810, a genetically-modified (GM) variety of maize (corn) that produces its own built-in Bt insecticide in every kernel and is held to be responsible for the global collapse of bee populations and the catastrophic killing of all bat species in North America.
To understand Obama’s anger against Poland and his ties to the most dangerous food ever known to man we can read as reported by Ronnie Cummins, Founder and Director of the Organic Consumers Association:
President Obama knows that agribusiness cannot be trusted with the policy and regulatory powers of government. On the campaign trail in 2007, he promised:
“We'll tell ConAgra that it's not the Department of Agribusiness. It's the Department of Agriculture. We're going to put the people's interests ahead of the special interests.”
But, starting with his choice for USDA Secretary, the pro-biotech former governor of Iowa, Tom Vilsack (who in a stunning reversal greenlighted Monsanto’s genetically modified alfalfa without testing), Obama has let Monsanto, DuPont and the other pesticide and genetic engineering companies know they'll have plenty of friends and supporters within his administration.
President Obama has taken his team of food and farming leaders directly from the biotech companies and their lobbying, research, and philanthropic arms.
Michael Taylor, former Monsanto Vice President, is now the FDA Deputy Commissioner for Foods.
Roger Beachy, former director of the Monsanto-funded Danforth Plant Science Center, is now the director of the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture.
Islam Siddiqui, Vice President of the Monsanto and DuPont-funded pesticide-promoting lobbying group, CropLife, is now the Agriculture Negotiator for the US Trade Representative.
Rajiv Shah, former agricultural-development director for the pro-biotech Gates Foundation (a frequent Monsanto partner), served as Obama's USDA Under Secretary for Research Education and Economics and Chief Scientist and is now head of USAID.
Solicitor General Elena Kagan, who took Monsanto's side against organic farmers in the Roundup Ready alfalfa case, has been nominated to the Supreme Court.
Now, Ramona Romero, corporate counsel to DuPont, has been nominated by President Obama to serve as General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
DuPont's lengthy record of lies, crimes and misdeeds are well known, and the company's efforts to deceive the public and cover-up risks of its products continue to this day.

Obama Attorneys Without Defense In FL Eligibility Case

Judge Terry Lewis in Leon County has set a hearing for June 18 to consider arguments from the attorneys for Barack Obama and Attorney’s representing Michael Voeltz, who filed the challenge to Obama’s name being on the state ballot.
Judge Lewis is famous for being the judge that was crucial in the 2000 election between Geroge W. Bush and then vice-president Al Gore.
Voeltz is represented by Attorney Larry Klayman’s law firm. Support for Klayman is coming from ConstitutionActionFund.org. What is most interesting in all of this is that this case is not being brought forth by Republicans, but a Democrat.
Klayman cited a U.S. Supreme Court case, Minor v. Happersett as the grounds for determining a “natural born citizen.” The Constitution puts a restriction on the office of president of the United States that it puts on no other office and that is to make sure there are no divided loyalties to any other nation.
Klayman’s argument is one that has not been used in each of the previous cases in the states where Barack Obama’s eligibility has been questioned before a court.
In Minor v. Happersett, Virginia Minor was petitioning the court for the voting rights of women and eventually that was ruled unconstitutional at the time.
However, one thing was clear in the outcome. The Minor v. Happersett ruling defines “natrual born citizen” as the offspring of two U. S. citizens. Klayman is thus making his argument from the birth certificate that Barack Obama has put out which clearly shows that his father was not a U. S. citizen but was a citizen of Kenya.

Mr. Klayman said, “The framers were not stupid. They understood that a president with divided loyalties could present a security and other risks for our nation.”
According to Klayman, “Obama’s Muslim heritage, which emanates from his Kenyan father (who had to be deported from the U.S.), frankly explains why he frequently sides with and takes actions to further the interests of Muslim nations against the United States; specifically his refusal to take forceful action against the Islamic Republic of Iran and its leaders over nuclear armament and human rights violations and atrocities.”
WND reports,

Klayman told WND that the case is in the discovery stage in which attorneys are supposed to be able to request documents, evidence and testimony that would further refine and define the issues in dispute for the court.
“Obama’s briefs [said] it would be an undue burden and expense to have discovery,” Klayman said.
Then the judge said he wanted Obama’s representatives to cite the “authority” on which they based their argument that it isn’t necessary to have two citizen parents to be a natural-born citizen.

So far Obama’s attorneys have been unable to cite a credible authority.
According to the Steady Drip the “bare essence of the case” is,

1 The sitting president’s birth certificate is fraudulent.
2 The sitting president is not a natural born citizen, and is therefore ineligible for the presidency, because his father was not a US citizen.
3 If the sitting president is formally ruled ineligible to be on the ballot in Florida, he will not be able to be elected as President of the United (50) States.

The article goes on to say, “Our high profile attorney, Larry Klayman, is the only one who has ever sued a sitting president and won.”
So far Barack Obama’s attorneys have been unable to produce anything credible to demonstrate legally that he is eligible to be president.
Barack Obama is not the only defendant in the case. The Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner and the state Elections Canvassing Commission have also been named as defendants.
One thing that many people, including myself, are wondering is what will happen as far as laws signed and supreme court judges appointed along with a host of other things during Barack Obama’s occupying of the White House would be overturned. In a constitutional crisis of this magnitude, how will it all be handled? Second, we also have to wonder how exactly this would effect Barack Obama. Since it would most definitely fall under “high crimes and misdemeanors,” would that entail impeachment proceedings and then since the Senate is controlled by Democrats, would they vote to impeach him?

It has been an interesting May with the Solar Eclipse and the alignment with the Pleiades, Alcyon. Several CMEs – coronal mass ejections – have also shifted the energies. We are seeing another major time compression where days seem like hours, weeks like days and months like weeks. Many are reporting contacts with Angelic realms, Ascended Masters, spiritually and technologically advanced off worlders, our ancient ancestors, as well as some of what was thought to be mythical Gods of old. In meditations people are seeing visions of Poseidon, now Prometheus, Egyptian Gods in what seems to be a great reunion. Prometheus the God of fire might just be warning us about the upcoming Solar Flares just as Poseidon warned us about the tsunamis in the past.
On a more scientific note Solar Cycle 24 has fully kicked in and according to NASA it is expected to be 50% stronger than 23; which unleashed monumental flares. I would not have any expectations for the electrical and communication grid to go unaffected or even go down now and then possibly for months. The GPS equipment and cell phones are already having problems along the equator due to massive energy bands forming which seem to reverse direction wreaking havoc on airlines and other modalities of travel depending on GPS for navigation. Earthquakes in areas never before seen are unfolding and with these flares will come and increase in erratic weather, tornadoes, hurricanes, quakes and volcanic activity.
There will also be major social and economic changes as well as personal relationship changes all having to do with this process. The Earth is ascending, raising her frequencies, people and institutions that do not align with the Earth’s evolution and are not frequency specific will not be able to maintain with these new energies. We are getting overwhelmed with emails from people going through their dark night of the soul, trying to hold on to the past and refusing to let go of their comfort zones and embrace the changes gracefully. We are doing our best to help those in transition yet we are also having our own challenges and will continue to send out personal healing practices empowering people to heal themselves as well as knowledge about these changes to help in the transition. It is good to know you are not alone in these challenges and the greatest healer you will ever encounter is within. We also acknowledge there is a time to assist as we are assisted thus we offer various modalities of healing at the Ranch.
June we will have a full moon lunar eclipse on the 4th followed by a Venus transit. We do live in an electric universe, the Moon and Venus will bridge other cosmic and solar energies to Earth. It seems the whole timeless multiverse with all of its Gods and ultradimensional beings are coming to the party. The multidimensional light and energy ships are being seen around the world with major cities observing large motherships and in some cases fleets. Those who are spiritual advanced and sensitive are fully aware of this phenomena. Looks like SETI members, debunkers and disinformation folks are jumping ship and don’t want to be caught with egg on there faces. Local news stations are covering these events yet national news is still following the corporate agenda holding tight to the powers that were agenda. This will not last much longer.
As Baba ji said, ” It is time to lovingly and joyously prepare, physically, mentally and emotionally.” Do not forget all aspects in preparation because those who prepare physically and do not release the past preparing mentally, emotionally and spiritually will not endure or be frequency specific to the Earth’s evolution. It is also good to remember Confucius, ” Man with head in clouds, stumble in ditch.” Get in touch with the Earth, put in your gardens, get access for fresh water, set aside some supplies for any disruptions and work together in the days to come. You cannot eat your paper money or your plastic especially if the grid goes down. Also remember gas and water pumps wont work not to mention sewage that needs to be pumped. Not a good note to end this message.
It is imperative you do not get into fear, do not fall for the feel good prophets promoting a false sense of security that will tell you everything will continue uninterrupted due to saviors or those who tell you the Earth is finished along with all of its inhabitants. She will go on and on yet we have to be realistic. We all are involved in a major cycle, she is expanding, growing, shifting, shaking and cleansing. If you look at what has been done to the air, water, land, forests, oceans it is inevitable a major cleansing is necessary for her to continue to be the platform for life and support us in our own cleansing and healing process. What if on the other side of this process was a polluted, desolate planet? We all have to flow with these changes, release the past, let go of our comfort zones establishing and acting on our own inner guidance. Do not be a lemming of social consciousness or follow the herd of the cliff of social, economic and environmental collapse. Discontinue any action that is not in the highest and best good of Humanity and the Earth. Your TV is not going to tell you what you need to know in the days to come. Between now and November we are going to go through what would have taken a thousand years in months. Be well, be safe, tune in and act.

Irish Say Yes to EU Pact, Now Seek EU Growth Deal

Ireland's voters have agreed to ratify the European Union's deficit-fighting treaty with a resounding 60.3 percent "yes," results Friday showed, but government leaders and pro-treaty campaigners alike expressed relief rather than joy because of the stark economic challenges ahead.

The treaty's approval, after weeks of nervousness in Dublin and Brussels, relieves some pressure on EU financial chiefs as they battle to contain the eurozone's debt crisis.

But critics said the tougher deficit rules would do nothing to stimulate desperately needed growth in bailed-out Ireland, Portugal and Greece, nor stop Spain or Italy from requiring aid too.

Prime Minister Enda Kenny agreed, stressing in his stern-faced victory speech that the Irish voters' verdict would strengthen his hand as he seeks, with many other European nations, to shift Germany's opposition to boosting growth through government spending.

"I have consistently argued that budget rules alone will not be enough to overcome the economic crisis that faces Europe. They must go hand in hand with a real and concrete growth program for Europe," Kenny said in a nationally televised press conference on the steps of his central Dublin office.

Kenny said EU and European Central Bank chiefs must agree on a European-wide new system for managing the toxic banking debts that brought Ireland to the edge of bankruptcy in 2010 and now threaten to do the same to Spain. Ireland long has pressed EU partners, particularly Germany, in vain to permit write-downs of Irish banking debts that could ultimately cost Irish taxpayers €68 billion ($85 billion) and have already given Ireland the worst deficits in Europe.

Kenny spoke by telephone with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Europe's leading champion of austerity. In a statement afterward Merkel welcomed Ireland's willingness to vote yes to more cuts as an outcome that "deserves particular recognition and respect."

And Merkel mirrored the language, if not the detail, of Kenny's call for new growth initiatives. She said debt and deficit reduction across the 17-nation eurozone "must go hand in hand with the strengthening of forces for growth and competitiveness." She didn't elaborate, but in recent comments has stressed that those forces needed to be boosting efficiency and competition, not funding state investment through increased debt.

German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle said all EU nations should follow Ireland's example and speedily ratify the treaty, which 25 nations signed in February and which is supposed to come into force by early 2013. Ireland is the only signatory that required public approval before its ratification; the rest require support only from their own parliaments and heads of state.

"The fiscal compact stands for long-term financial policy good sense. If all of Europe decisively commits itself to this course, we will be rewarded with new confidence," Westerwelle said.

The result of Thursday's referendum represented a surprisingly strong victory for Kenny, who courted unpopularity by insisting that Ireland — already four years into a brutal austerity program that has slashed 15 percent from many workers' incomes — had no choice but to vote in support of yet more cuts and tax hikes.

And when the official result was announced in Dublin Castle, victorious campaign officials engaged in few of the cheers, shouts and hugs normally associated with the occasion.

(Reuters) - Louisiana is embarking on the nation's boldest experiment in privatizing public education, with the state preparing to shift tens of millions in tax dollars out of the public schools to pay private industry, businesses owners and church pastors to educate children.
Starting this fall, thousands of poor and middle-class kids will get vouchers covering the full cost of tuition at more than 120 private schools across Louisiana, including small, Bible-based church schools.
The following year, students of any income will be eligible for mini-vouchers that they can use to pay a range of private-sector vendors for classes and apprenticeships not offered in traditional public schools. The money can go to industry trade groups, businesses, online schools and tutors, among others.
Every time a student receives a voucher of either type, his local public school will lose a chunk of state funding.
"We are changing the way we deliver education," said Governor Bobby Jindal, a Republican who muscled the plan through the legislature this spring over fierce objections from Democrats and teachers unions. "We are letting parents decide what's best for their children, not government."
BIBLE-BASED MATH BOOKS
The concept of opening public schools to competition from the private sector has been widely promoted in recent years by well-funded education reform groups.
Of the plans so far put forward, Louisiana's plan is by far the broadest. This month, eligible families, including those with incomes nearing $60,000 a year, are submitting applications for vouchers to state-approved private schools.
That list includes some of the most prestigious schools in the state, which offer a rich menu of advanced placement courses, college-style seminars and lush grounds. The top schools, however, have just a handful of slots open. The Dunham School in Baton Rouge, for instance, has said it will accept just four voucher students, all kindergartners. As elsewhere, they will be picked in a lottery.
Far more openings are available at smaller, less prestigious religious schools, including some that are just a few years old and others that have struggled to attract tuition-paying students.
The school willing to accept the most voucher students -- 314 -- is New Living Word in Ruston, which has a top-ranked basketball team but no library. Students spend most of the day watching TVs in bare-bones classrooms. Each lesson consists of an instructional DVD that intersperses Biblical verses with subjects such chemistry or composition.
The Upperroom Bible Church Academy in New Orleans, a bunker-like building with no windows or playground, also has plenty of slots open. It seeks to bring in 214 voucher students, worth up to $1.8 million in state funding.
At Eternity Christian Academy in Westlake, pastor-turned-principal Marie Carrier hopes to secure extra space to enroll 135 voucher students, though she now has room for just a few dozen. Her first- through eighth-grade students sit in cubicles for much of the day and move at their own pace through Christian workbooks, such as a beginning science text that explains "what God made" on each of the six days of creation. They are not exposed to the theory of evolution.
"We try to stay away from all those things that might confuse our children," Carrier said.
Other schools approved for state-funded vouchers use social studies texts warning that liberals threaten global prosperity; Bible-based math books that don't cover modern concepts such as set theory; and biology texts built around refuting evolution.
TEACHERS WEIGH LAWSUIT
The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that vouchers can be used for religious education so long as the state is not promoting any one faith but letting parents choose where to enroll their children.
In Louisiana, Superintendent of Education John White said state officials have at one time or another visited all 120 schools in the voucher program and approved their curricula, including specific texts. He said the state plans more "due diligence" over the summer, including additional site visits to assess capacity.
In general, White said he will leave it to principals to be sure their curriculum covers all subjects kids need and leave it to parents to judge the quality of each private school on the list.
That infuriates the teachers union, which is weighing a lawsuit accusing the state of improperly diverting funds from public schools to private programs of questionable value.
"Because it's private, it's considered to be inherently better," said Steve Monaghan, president of the Louisiana Federation of Teachers. "From a consumer perspective, it's buyer beware."
To date, private schools have not had to give their students state standardized tests, so there's no straightforward way for parents to judge their performance. Starting next year, any student on a voucher will have to take the tests; each private school must report individual results to parents and aggregate results to the state.
The 47-page bill setting up the voucher program does not outline any consequences for private schools that get poor test scores. Instead, it requires the superintendent of schools to come up with an "accountability system" by Aug. 1. Once he does, the system cannot be altered except by legislative vote.
White would not say whether he is prepared to pull vouchers from private schools that do poorly on tests.
He pointed out that many kids applying for vouchers are now enrolled in dismal public schools where two-thirds of the students can't read or do math at grade level and half will drop out before they graduate high school. Given that track record, he argues it's worth sending a portion of the roughly $3.5 billion a year the state spends on education to private schools that may have developed different ways to reach kids.
"To me, it's a moral outrage that the government would say, 'We know what's best for your child,'" White said. "Who are we to tell parents we know better?"
That message resonates with Terrica Dotson, whose 12-year-old son, Tyler, attends public school in Baton Rouge. He makes the honor roll, but his mom says he isn't challenged in math and science. This week she was out visiting private schools. "I want him to have the education he needs," she said.
The state has run a pilot voucher program for several years in New Orleans and is pleased with the results. The proportion of kids scoring at or above grade level jumped 7 percentage points among voucher students this year, far outpacing the citywide rise of 3 percentage points, state officials said.
Studies of other voucher programs in the U.S. have shown mixed results.
In Louisiana the vouchers are available to any low- to middle-income student who now attends a public school where at least 25 percent of students test below grade level.
Households qualify with annual income up to 250 percent of the poverty line, or $57,625 for a family of four.
Statewide, 380,000 kids, more than half the total student population of 700,000, are eligible for vouchers. There are only about 5,000 slots open in private schools for the coming year, but state officials expect that to ramp up quickly.
NO FISCAL ANALYSIS
Officials have not estimated the price tag of these programs but expect the state will save money in the long run, because they believe the private sector can educate kids more cheaply than public schools.
Whether those savings will materialize is unclear.
By law, the value of each voucher can't exceed the sum the state would spend educating that child in public school -- on average, $8,800 a year. Small private schools often charge as little as $3,000 to $5,000 a year.
Yet at some private schools with low tuition, administrators contacted by Reuters said they would also ask the state to cover additional, unspecified fees, which would bring the cost to taxpayers close to the $8,800 cap. The law requires the state to cover both tuition and fees.
In the separate mini-voucher program due to launch in 2013, students across Louisiana, regardless of income, will be able to tap the state treasury to pay for classes that are offered by private vendors and not available in their regular public schools.
White said the state hopes to spur private industry to offer vocational programs and apprenticeships in exchange for vouchers worth up to $1,300 per student per class. Students can also use the mini-vouchers to design their own curriculum, tapping state funds to pay for online classes or private tutors if they're not satisfied with their public school's offerings.
State officials will review every private-sector class before approving it. They are still working out how to assess rigor and effectiveness.
The state has not done a formal fiscal analysis, but public school advocates say subtracting the costs of vouchers from their budgets is unfair because they have the same fixed costs -- from utilities to custodial services -- whether a child is in the building four hours a day or six. White responds that the state is not in the business of funding buildings; it's funding education.
While public schools fear fiscal disaster, many private school administrators see the voucher program as an economic lifeboat.
Valeria Thompson runs the Louisiana New School Academy in Baton Rouge, which prides itself on getting troubled students through middle and high school. Families have struggled to pay tuition, she said, and enrollment is down to about 60 kids.
"We're a good school," Thompson said, "but we've been struggling fiscally."
The vouchers have brought in a flood of new applicants and the promise of steady income from taxpayers. Thompson enrolled 17 new students in two days last month and hopes to bring in as many as 130. "I'm so grateful," she said. "You can't imagine how grateful."
