Duty, honor, courage. These are the attributes of the men and women who are today on your front lines making the arrests that your people of Earth have demanded and that are opening the door to freedom, sovereignty and prosperity for every man, woman and child who calls your planet Earth their home. What we are seeing in your world the last few days is a monumental site to behold, as doors are being broken down that have stood between you and the world that you all deserve, a world that has been possible for all of you for a very long time. We are delighted to report that the arrests of the members of your criminal cabal are proceeding and are proceeding smoothly and efficiently, with no problems, delays or obstacles presenting themselves that will slow or hinder in any way the delivery of the new world that, by decree, the people of your world demand for themselves and their families.
We, the Galactic Federation of Light, are also involved in our own way in these arrests. We are issuing updates in the form of bulletins to your troops and law enforcement officials who are on the front lines, and we are, through the means of our technology, keeping them abreast of the movements and whereabouts of those of your cabal who may try but who will not succeed to delay the inevitable which is their apprehension and incarceration into the same internment camps that they have constructed through the pilfering of your hard earned money for your arrest and incarceration in the very near days ahead if you did not obey each and every command that they chose to make. How ironic life can be, can it not dear ones? Do you see the lesson in this for those who have plotted and schemed against your people? We hope that they do see this irony, and we hope that from all this they can derive some sort of lesson that will assist them on their continued journey, no matter where it shall take them, which in many cases will be someplace far from you and your new world.
These men and women of your criminal cabal have very harsh lessons to experience before them now. This is the way it must be, and this is the way that they have chosen for themselves to learn what is necessary for a being to prosper, to grow and mature, moving on to new, more joyful, more educational and more fruitful experiences. Do not for a moment feel sadness for these beings, as all beings receive the experiences and the lessons that they need, and these beings are no different from any other beings in this universe in this regard. They have made their beds and now must lie in them, this is the bottom line, and there are other lines as well to read from this wonderful script. There are lessons in this play about love, about tolerance, about understanding, about equality, about righteousness, about doing others wrong, about greed, about peace, prosperity, determination, courage, guidance, friendship, hope, dreams, futures, and our universe as a whole and as an entity all in itself, living and breathing, thinking and delivering just what it is a being needs for him or herself to better him or herself, to strengthen him or herself and to grow, gaining wisdom, knowledge and experiences that will lift them up and out of a current existence that they are growing out of like an old pair of shoes when it is time to experience more of what this universe offers them.
What is being offered many of you at this time is a new beginning, a fresh start, a new world to call your home, free from the carnage, from the violence, from the pollution, from the never ending mounting problems and difficulties, shortages, conflicts, struggle and strife. A new world created and designed from scratch, right from the purest dreams, hopes, intentions and prayer of those children who will now call this new world their home. Are you, our Creator’s children, ready now to experience the blossoming of your new home now that the cabal's days are surely numbered indeed and soon the playing field will be clear for us of the higher realms to come down from our positions in your skies and meet you face-to-face and begin restoring your planet to the immaculate condition she belongs to be in, deserves and has earned, just as you, her children, have earned and deserve? If you are ready, then we are ready. This is how it is, and this is how it has always been. We will not keep you waiting one moment longer than you have to wait.
We say to your men and women on the front lines clearing the way for this reunion to continue your brave efforts and continue to knock down those obstacles that stand before humanity and their new, beautiful, prosperous and free global society that will cater to the needs of every man, woman and child no matter where it is they live. A world that will allow each and every dream a being has to take wings and take flight, a world that will feed every hungry mouth and a world that will quench the thirst of every being whether it be a thirst for water, for knowledge, for freedom, for prosperity or for artistic expression. Whatever it is a being shall need or desire for themselves to prosper and to enjoy their world will be provided. There is no ceiling, there are no limits on what will now be offered you once those who have worked and schemed so hard for so long to deny you just about everything you could ever need or want are removed from your society to where they can no longer plot and scheme any longer against you. This is our promise to you; we will never allow these beings to walk freely the face of your Earth until a time when they are fully and completely purified and rehabilitated. This is the way it must be and there shall be no other way, you have our word, the word of your friends, families and cosponsors of your new and unlimited world.
Taking account of what is transpiring on the front lines, we will report to you that we now see many arrests taking place simultaneously, where at one time these arrests were few, scattered and far between. We see the momentum picking up as more troops and more agencies zero in on their prey and move in for the capture but not the kill, and this is important, as these beings deserve their right to fair and just rehabilitation services just as all the men, women and children who today languish in your prisons deserve a second chance at true rehabilitation programs and not the barbarism of medieval- like imprisonment behind bars and in small cells surrounded by no one who can shine light upon them to lead them out of the darkness that is their presence state of mind or condition. We, among many precious gifts, will offer you improved state-of-the-art rehabilitation programs that will effectively alter a beings desire to commit the crimes that they have been incarcerated for.
In the cases where crimes have not been committed against another individual, these beings will be released from their imprisonment after an examination has been performed on them to make sure they have not succumbed mentally or emotionally to the vibration that pulsated around them throughout, what is in many cases, a long incarceration. This preventive measure must be taken, as your new world will be a world of peace, of safety, of tranquility, where every being no matter where it is they live can walk the streets at any hour of the day or night without hesitation, without taking a risk for their safety or well-being. This is a huge project we will undertake with you, and just as all our other projects, we will require the assistance of a great number of you who are stirred within their hearts at the site of so many men, women and even children locked away behind bars for mistakes they have made, a mistake that in many cases has cost them their freedom for the rest of their natural lives.
We of the higher realms do not take what some of these beings have done to others lightly; please understand this, as all crimes against another are serious. We, however, have certainly different views of rehabilitation and justice, and we look very forward to sharing these methods and practices with you in the days ahead which now look to be approaching very rapidly as we continue to see a mounting number of arrests of your criminal cabal and associates that so many of your world have longed for with great eagerness and anticipation. As we have said, we would like to see you, the people of Earth, celebrate these arrests as a signal to your brethren that these arrests are good news and the news that your people have waited a lifetime for and even beyond into many past lifetimes.

Toronto, Canada – History was made yesterday when a legal team headed by Jason Bowman of the ACP was granted the right to proceed with its filing of a criminal conspiracy lawsuit against the Vatican, Crown of England and other parties.
A Federal Court judge in Toronto examined the material and granted leave for the full application to be filed and presented in court next Monday, July 9.
According to Bowman, who acted on behalf of both the ACP and ITCCS,
We expected to simply file a motion … Instead, the Court directed that we file not only the ex-parte motion materials, but also our entire Application a full week earlier than we were expecting. Naturally, I was elated.
A crowd of supporters accompanied Bowman to the Federal Court where he secured a preliminary hearing and approval to proceed from the on duty judge.
Afterwards, the group held a press conference nearby and was harassed by security guards and at least one agent provocateur named Greg Renouf who tried to incite violence and discredit both Bowman and ITCCS founder and co-applicant Kevin Annett. Renouf has since then posted a derogatory and untruthful YouTube posting about the event.
An attempted livestream broadcast of the event was inexplicably disrupted, although blog media activists who were present reported the news extensively on the Internet.

None of the “mainstream” media in Toronto attended the press conference.
The ACP-ITCCS lawsuit is the first of its kind: a class action aimed at so-called heads of state, including the Pope and the Queen of England, on behalf of victims of alleged crimes against humanity committed by churches, governments and corporations.

I’m very disappointed in Congressman Allen West, who observed that Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels would be “truly proud” of the Democratic Party’s “lies and deceit.”

Companies whose executives made lavish contributions to the Obama campaign ended up with contracts worth hundreds of millions for products that couldn’t possibly be manufactured with private financing. Solyndra is the most glaring example. The private/government partnership typical of fascism is taken a step further. In January 2011, Obama appointed General Electric CEO Jeffrey Immelt head of his jobs council. Need you ask which candidate GE’s executives will invest in next year to keep their jobs?
2. Cult of personality – Hitler, Stalin and Mao were its most prominent practitioners. Obama is no slouch. It started at the 2008 Democratic nominating convention in Denver. Mere mortals accept their party’s nomination at the convention site. Not Barack Obama, whose campaign packed 80,000 delirious followers into the Denver Bronco’s stadium to hear Glorious Leader-in-waiting deliver his coronation speech amidst fake Greek pillars. (It was all reminiscent of the elaborately-staged events in Nuremberg, where the masses worshipped another man-God). At Obama’s $150-million inauguration, celebrity cretins like Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore and Cameron Diaz, pledged to their leader to “be the change” (his change). In a recent “60 Minutes” interview, the man whose hubris is in perpetual overdrive obliquely declared himself the 4th best president in American history. Why only 4th? Can the divine image on stamps, coins and statues be far off?
3. Penchant for thuggery – The Nazis used their S.A. street fighters to intimidate opponents. In 1972, during the McGovern campaign, the national Democratic Party was taken over by the New Left, whose hallmark was violent confrontations with the police during the ‘60s anti-war movement. (Obama has never disavowed ex-Weatherman Bill Ayers, who still boasts of blowing things up in the 1960s.) In answer to Tea Party activism and Republican victories in 2010, Democrats have become increasingly unhinged. In February, Massachusetts Congressman Mike Capuano told a gang of labor goons in Boston, “Every once and awhile, you need to get out in the streets and get a little bloody when necessary.” (The goons proceeded to rough-up counter-protestors.) On Labor Day, Obama appeared at a rally with AFL-CIO Capo Richard Trumka, who had earlier told Illinois UMW members to get out and “kick the sh-t out of every last” worker who crossed picket lines. Lately, we had the Occupy Wall Street Movement (the Obama Jugend) battling cops who came to evict the squatters. Totalitarians of all stripes believe adherence to their vision justifies violence.
4. They’ve come for your guns –The National Socialists inherited a firearms registration law from the Weimar Republic and preceded to make it progressively harsher. In 1938, gun ownership was limited to Nazi party members. Earlier, the Weimar registration lists were used to confiscate guns from “undesirables.” The German socialists feared guns in the hands of their opponents. Starting with the U.S. Gun Control Act of 1968, every major piece of anti-Second Amendment legislation has been passed by Democrats. Fast and Furious, through which the ATF ran guns to Mexican drug cartels, was intended to discredit firearms dealers. Democrats call their gun-grabbing mania crime-prevention. Can they really be that stupid? The states with the least restrictive gun laws have the lowest crime rates. In a recent speech to the NRA, Newt Gingrich unmasked Obama’s stealth strategy – rather than push anti-gun legislation, he appoints anti-gun judges and signs anti-firearms treaties. The result is the same.
5. Undermine traditional religion while seeking to exploit it – But didn’t Hitler say he was a Christian. So does Obama. The religion mongered in the temple of Jeremiah Wright (anti-America, anti-Israel) bears the same relationship to normative Christianity that Obama-nomics does to the free market. Hitler idolized philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche and composer Richard Wagner – both militant atheists. In public, Hitler would try to use Christianity. Privately, he was contemptuous of the faith as a conspiracy of the Jews to foist their morality on happy pagans. In 1942, his deputy, Martin Bormann, flatly stated, “National Socialist and Christian concepts are incompatible.” The Democrats never miss a chance to undermine traditional religion, especially by placing Church-State fetishists on the bench. Until it was exposed by a Republican Congressman and hastily rescinded, Obama’s New PC Army tried to ban gifts of Bibles to wounded warriors at Walter Reed Army Hospital. The National Christmas Tree on the Capitol grounds has a number of ornaments with references to Obama, but nothing about Christmas or the Nativity or a crèche at the base. The Capitol police threatened to arrest Rev. Patrick Mahoney if he carried out plans to read the Christmas story or sing carols at the lighting ceremony. Totalitarians don’t like competition for the people’s loyalty. One god at a time, please.
6. Anti-progress – The Democratic Party is the Sierra Club in office. It opposes coal-mining, domestic oil production and nuclear power. If they could, Democrats would happily ban the internal-combustion engine. In 1935, the Third Reich passed a precursor of today’s environmental legislation (the Reich Nature Protection Law), which required “environmental effect reports” (environmental impact statements?) for any construction that might alter the landscape. Nazi biologist Ernst Lehmann explained: “We recognize that separating humanity from nature, from the whole of life, leads to humankind’s own destruction and the death of nations. Only through the re-integration of humanity into the whole of nature can our people be made stronger.” Sound familiar? Had it been published in Berlin in 1935, “Earth In Balance” would have become an instant classic.
7. Intellectual apologists – The left has dominated our college campuses since the 1960s. As early as 1931, the Nazis enjoyed far more support in German universities than with the general public – among both professors and students (the later through the National Socialist German Students). Philosophers, poets and scientists lined up to pledge allegiance to the Thousand Year Reich. Hitler railed at intellectuals. The Hitler Youth barbecued books. But if there’s one thing intellectuals like even more than their pet theories it’s the power to force them on the public, which is why every totalitarian regime has its intellectual running dogs. In 2012, watch for prominent economists (like Nobel laureate Paul Krugman), writers and scientists (especially the global warming crowd) to line up behind the man who celebrates himself as the smartest president since Thomas Jefferson.
8. Anti-Jewish – Hitler’s anti-Semitism is too well known to require elaboration. Less well known is that, like the liberal left, he was appreciative of Islam and viewed Muslims as allies. Haj Amin al-Husseini – Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and uncle to Yasser Arafat – spent World War II in Berlin and recruited a Muslim SS division in the Balkans. The degeneration of the Democratic Party from Harry S. Truman, who made the Jewish state possible, to Barack Hussein Obama (who would make the Jewish state impossible to maintain) is unprecedented. Obama’s open contempt for Israel caused a heavily Jewish congressional district in New York to elect a Republican for the first time in 70 years in 2011. The Democratic think tank Center for American Progress compares Israel’s fight for survival to segregation in the pre-Civil Rights era. Obama’s ambassador to Belgium is reported to have remarked that a “distinction should be made between traditional anti-Semitism, which should be condemned and Muslim hatred for Jews (which should be tolerated?), which stems from the ongoing conflict between Israel and the Palestinians” – thus excusing the ongoing Kristallnacht in Europe, courtesy of the religion of peace. Should this be surprising from the president who sat in a pew of the Trinity United Church for 19 years and listened to Wright rant about “state terrorism against the Palestinians”? Obama’s “The Audacity of Hope” was inspired by one of the Wright Reverend’s sermons. In turn, Jeremiah gave an award to Louis, who called Judaism a “gutter religion.”
9. Practice the big lie – The Nazis were infamous for their propaganda techniques – which were actually pioneered by the Bolsheviks. Goebbels advised: “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe.” Although the competition is fierce, probably the Democrats’ most outrageous lie is that they are for the middle class and all of the problems of Main Street can be laid at the door of Republicans and Wall Street. Democratic solicitude for Middle America is manifested by: giving us chronic 9% unemployment, an anti-progress tax system, crippling domestic energy production (leading to pain at the pump, among other effects), growing the national debt to shrink the economy (Obama increased the debt almost 30% in less than 3 years), leaving our borders unguarded so that blue-collar workers have to compete with hordes of illegal aliens, and a government-created crisis in the mortgage-housing market, putting homeownership out of reach for young families for decades. Democrats’ declaration of solidarity with the middle class is as sincere as Hitler’s assurances throughout the 1930s that he wanted peace – up until the moment he invaded Poland. While assuring us they have our interests at heart, Democrats invade our bank accounts and pension plans.
10. Come to power democratically, retain power dictatorially – Hitler came to power through the democratic process, then proceeded to eliminate his opponents, by banning competing parties, dissolving trade unions and, eventually, sending the leadership of both to concentration camps. Like the Nazis, Democrats believe their opponents are evil. They’ve done their best to demonize the Tea Parties and talk radio. Periodically, they threaten to revive the Fairness Doctrine and apply it rigorously to the only media they don’t control. Oklahoma Senator James Inhofe says that in 2007, he overheard a conversation between Hillary Clinton and Barbara Boxer in which they agreed that something had to be done about talk radio and “there’s got to be a legislative fix for this.” Democrats also seek to stifle dissent through hate-crimes laws and campaign spending limits. Would they go so far as to imprison opponents of the regime? The president has done a complete about-face on indefinite detention of suspected terrorists, which he swears would never, ever be used against U.S. citizens. In 2009, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said future terrorists would likely come from the ranks of Second Amendment activists, anti-tax protestors, proponents of border security and disgruntled Iraq war veterans. Connect the dots.
Comparisons are always imperfect and at some point break down.

Lawyers Have Already Drafted 13,000 Pages of Regulations for New ObamaTax Law

Officials have already drafted 13,000 pages of new regulations for the new ObamaTax law.
FOX News reported:

With the Supreme Court giving President Obama’s new health care law a green light, federal and state officials are turning to implementation of the law — a lengthy and massive undertaking still in its early stages, but already costing money and expanding the government.
The Health and Human Services Department “was given a billion dollars implementation money,” Republican Rep. Denny Rehberg of Montana said. “That money is gone already on additional bureaucrats and IT programs, computerization for the implementation.”
“Oh boy,” Stan Dorn of the Urban Institute said. “HHS has a huge amount of work to do and the states do, too. There will be new health insurance marketplaces in every state in the country, places you can go online, compare health plans.”
The IRS, Health and Human Services and many other agencies will now write thousands of pages of regulations — an effort well under way:
“There’s already 13,000 pages of regulations, and they’re not even done yet,”Rehberg said.
“It’s a delegation of extensive authority from Congress to the Department of Health and Human Services and a lot of boards and commissions and bureaus throughout the bureaucracy,” Matt Spalding of the Heritage Foundation said. “We counted about 180 or so.”
There has been much focus on the mandate that all Americans obtain health insurance, but analysts say that’s just a small part of the law — covering only a few pages out of the law’s 2700.
“The fact of the matter is the mandate is about two percent of the whole piece of the legislation,” Spalding said. “It’s a minor part.”
Much bigger than the mandate itself are the insurance exchanges that will administer $681 billion in subsidies over 10 years, which will require a lot of new federal workers at the IRS and health department.
“They are asking for several hundred new employees,” Dorn said. “You have rules you need to write and you need lawyers, so there are lots of things you need to do when you are standing up a new enterprise.”
For some, though, the bottom line is clear and troubling: The federal government is about to assume massive new powers.

To all my friends, particularly those conservatives who are despondent over the searing betrayal by Chief Justice John Roberts and the pending demise of our beloved country, I offer this perspective to convey

some profound hope and evidence of the Almighty’s hand in the affairs of men in

relation to the Supreme Court’s decision on Obamacare.

I initially thought we had cause for despondency when I only heard the results

of the decision and not the reason or the make-up of the sides. I have now read a large portion of the decision and I

believe that it was precisely the result that Scalia, Alito, Thomas, Roberts

and even Kennedy wanted and not a defeat for conservatism or the rule of law.

I believe the conservatives on the court have run circles around the liberals

and demonstrated that the libs are patently unqualified to be on the Supreme

Court. Let me explain.

First let me assure you that John Roberts is a conservative and he is not dumb,

mentally unstable, diabolical, a turncoat, a Souter or even just trying to be

too nice. He is a genius along with the members of the Court in the

dissent. The more of the decision I read the more remarkable it

became. It is not obvious and it requires a passable understanding of

Constitutional law but if it is explained anyone can see the beauty of it.

The decision was going to be a 5-4 decision no matter what, so the allegation

that the decision was a partisan political decision was going to be made by the

losing side and their supporters. If the bill was struck down completely

with Roberts on the other side there would have been a national and media

backlash against conservatives and probably strong motivation for Obama

supporters to come out and vote in November. With today’s decision that

dynamic is reversed and there is a groundswell of support for Romney and

Republicans, even for people who were formerly lukewarm toward Romney before

today, additionally Romney raised more than 3 million dollars today.

Next, merely striking the law without the support of Democrats and libs would

have left the fight over the commerce clause and the “necessary and proper “

clause and the federal government’s role in general festering and heading the

wrong way as it has since 1942. As a result of the decision the libs are

saying great things about Roberts; how wise, fair and reasonable he is.

They would never have said that without this decision even after the Arizona immigration decision on Monday. In the future when Roberts rules

conservatively it will be harder for the left and the media to complain about

the Robert’s Court’s fairness. That’s why he as Chief Justice went to the

other side for this decision not Scalia, Alito, Thomas or Kennedy, all of whom

I believe would have been willing to do it.

Next let’s look at the decision itself. Thankfully Roberts got to write

it as Chief Justice and it is a masterpiece. (As I write this the libs

don’t even know what has happened they just think Roberts is great and that

they won and we are all going to have free, unlimited healthcare services and

we are all going to live happily ever after.) He first emphatically states

that Obamacare is unconstitutional under the Commerce Clause saying you cannot

make people buy stuff. Then he emphatically states that it is unconstitutional

under the “necessary and proper” clause which only applies to “enumerated

powers” in the US Constitution. Justices Ginsberg, Breyer,

Sotomayor and Kagan all went along with these statements. They

never would have gone along with that sentiment if that was the basis for

striking the law in total. This is huge because this means that the Court

ruled 9-0 that Obamacare was unconstitutional under the Commerce clause which

was Obama’s whole defense of the bill. They also ruled 9-0 on the

“necessary and proper” clause. Even better both of these rulings were

unnecessary to the decision so it is gravy that we got the libs to concede this

and it will make it easier to pare away at both theories in the future, which

we must do. Well done.

Roberts, through very tortured reasoning, goes on to find that the taxing law

provides the Constitutionality for the law. Virtually everyone agrees

that the Federal government has the power to do this as it does with the

mortgage deduction for federal income taxes. This too is huge because Obama assiduously avoided using the term “tax”

and now he has to admit this law is a tax and it is on everyone even the

poor. That will hurt him hugely in the polls and will help Romney.

More importantly though is the fact that this makes this a budgetary issue that

can be voted on in the Senate by a mere majority instead of 60 votes needed to

stop a filibuster. That means that if the Republicans can gain a majority

in the Senate, it can vote to repeal Obamacare in total.

Finally the Court voted 7-2 to strike down the punitive rules that take away

money from states that do not expand Medicare as required in Obamacare.

This too is huge because we got Kagan and Breyer to join

this decision and it can easily be applied to many other cases of extortion the

Federal government uses to force states to do things they don’t want to.

This is also amazing because Obamacare has no severability clause so by

striking the Medicaid mandate portion as unconstitutional the whole bill should

have been struck. If that happened none

of these other benefits would have been accomplished. I haven’t read far enough

to know how he did it but I am sure it is brilliant.

So to recap the Roberts court through a

brilliant tactical maneuver has: strengthened the limitations of the commerce

clause and the necessary and proper clause by a unanimous decision,

made Obama raise taxes on the poor and middle classes, converted Obamacare into

a tax program repealable with 51 votes in the Senate, enhanced

Romney’s and Republican’s fundraising and likelihood of being elected in November,

weakened federal extortion and got the left to love Roberts and sing his

praises all without anyone even noticing. Even Obama is now espousing the

rule of law just 2 weeks after violating it with his deportation executive

order.

That is why I have decided this was a genius decision and that I

did in fact get a great birthday present today not to mention

U. S. Attorney General Eric Holder being held in contempt. What a day.
