A bill filed this week in the Florida House
could pave the way for faster foreclosures in Florida.

TALLAHASSEE -- A “faster foreclosures” proposal that sparked consumer outcry and protest last year has resurfaced in a
more moderate form, with a new bill filed this week by Rep. Kathleen Passidomo, R-Naples.
The bill, HB 87, offers a slew of changes to the civil procedures
governing foreclosures in Florida, where home repossessions are on the rise
again.
Most of the provisions are aimed at speeding up and cleaning up
the foreclosure process, which currently takes more 600 days to run its course
in Florida.
“We need to make the sure the process is as efficient as possible
while at the same time giving the borrower their due process rights,” said
Passidomo. “Unfortunately, if you don’t have an income or you can’t afford to
pay anything, the property can’t just sit in limbo forever.”
The bill — which proposes strict paperwork requirements for
lenders, fast-track foreclosure procedures and a shield against some thorny
legal scenarios — comes at a time when banks are beginning to rev up their
foreclosure machines again after a two-year lull.
Foreclosure filings in Florida jumped 20 percent in the last year,
and the Sunshine State now has the nation’s highest foreclosure rate. And even
though the housing market is improving, there are plenty of foreclosures still
set to take place in the coming years. One in five mortgages in the state are
currently delinquent, and more than half of those have not yet entered the
foreclosure process, according to Lender Processing Services.
Lenders spent two years cooling down their home repossession
machines after news surfaced in 2010 that bank employees had been rapidly
filling out foreclosure paperwork without properly reviewing it. The “robo-signing”
scandal led to a landmark $25 billion national settlement between states and
five major banks last year, clearing the way for a more streamlined foreclosure
process.
But nearly a year after the settlement was announced, foreclosures
continue to slog slowly through the court system in Florida.
Passidomo’s bill aims to speed things up. It requires mortgage
lenders to certify that they have the correct paperwork proving they have the
right to foreclose.
The measure also gives condominium associations the ability to
speed up the foreclosure process when a bank is moving too slowly. Condo
associations have been forced to shoulder significant maintenance costs while
banks carry out foreclosures. Banks have been accused of purposefully slowing
down the process in order to limit their costs.
For their part, banks get a bit of a gift in the bill as well.
Currently, if a lender forecloses on a home and later is sued for doing so
wrongfully, the lender can only be forced to pay monetary damages. That means
the homeowner can’t get his or her house back — a proposition that could be
especially difficult if the bank has sold the home to an unsuspecting third
party. Passidomo’s bill would eliminate that awkward scenario, and free the
bank from having to recoup a house it sold to another party after a faulty
foreclosure.
Some consumer advocates are already speaking out against the bill.
It’s the third attempt by lawmakers in the last three years to push for
foreclosure reform — and each has led to consumer outcry, including a march on
the state Capitol last year.
“Might be a good time to start contacting your Florida state
representatives in the state House and Senate on this issue,” Lisa Epstein, a
West Palm Beach foreclosure activist, wrote in an email to her followers. “The
more Floridians who oppose this bill and the earlier they oppose it, the
better.”
The bill sheds some of the controversial provisions of the 2012
proposal, which passed the Florida House but died in the Senate last year.
A provision that would have allowed for faster foreclosures on
homes that appear to be abandoned has been scrapped from the new bill. The
“apparently-abandoned property” measure faced backlash from consumer advocates
who said people would be thrown out of their homes without proper notice.
The measure includes a provision that consumer activists supported
last year to limit banks’ ability to go after homeowners for additional debt
after a foreclosure.
Banks currently have five years to pursue a so-called “deficiency
judgment” against a homeowner. The bill reduces that time-period to one-year.
“The bill has far more borrower protections than what is current,”
said Passidomo.

Colin Powell obtained by RT.The mysterious computer hacker known only as Guccifer has once again supplied RT with a trove of presumed personal emails in which the private correspondence between some of the world’s most influential men is put under the looking glass. The hacker’s target is once again former Secretary of State Colin Powell, and this time the discourse dives into a topic rarely discussed: the annual summer retreat at California’s Bohemian Grove.
Guccifer has previously taken credit for hacking Gen. Powell’s Facebook, compromising what are believed to be sensitive emails sent to former-President George W. Bush and even uncovering emails about last year’s Benghazi, Libya terrorist attack allegedly sent to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. In the latest leaked emails sent to RT, Guccifer showcases a number of emails reportedly sent to Colin Powell’s AOL account during the last few years.
The few dozen emails forwarded to RT offer what appears on the surface to be little insight into Gen. Powell’s personal habits, but one email in particular referenced enough other well-known individuals that it couldn’t help but raise a red flag: in correspondence dated March 21, 2012, Knight asks Gen. Powell to have a few words with Mr. Blair about preparing for that year’s Bohemian Grove retreat, an annual gathering of the rich and powerful that has stayed so elusive for decades that countlesst;height:385.5pt'>
Weiss adds that during the event’s middle weekend — the busiest session of the two-week gathering — he saw roughly 2,200 guests, all male, on the camp ground. Just last year, though, Powell was asked to ensure that Blair made it for that portion of the festivities.
“Might you be able gently/firmly to point out to Tony that you rank the Bohemia Middle Weekend in your diary before allowing any other duties to get in the way?!” writes Knight, a journalist who currently serves as a director of billionaire Rupert Murdoch’s multinational News Corp, in the latest leaked emails. “Lack of exposure suggests that Tony has not yet got his priorities straight.”
Also included in the email is a PDF attachment — unavailable to RT’s reporters — said to include a response of sorts from Mr. Blair to George Shultz, a longtime member of Washington’s elite that worked as secretary of state underneath US Pres. Ronald Reagan in the late 1980s while Gen. Powell held the position of national security advisor. In his own right, Shultz has been associated with the secretive Bohemian Grove group for decades.
In the leaked emails, Knight says to Powell, “I’m going to suggest the same to Henry,” likely implying that the journalist was determined to make sure Mr. Kissinger — who served as secretary of state under Pres. Nixon and Ford, and before that was national security advisor himself — was preparing to attend last year’s event.

visit San Francisco, California — less than 100 miles away from the Grove’s
gated campsite—where he dined with Shultz.“There was speculation that Mr. Blair might even have been a guest at the male-only event, following in the footsteps of John Major and Prince Philip,” the UK’s Daily Mail reported at the time. “As it is, the Shultz party was said to have been littered with guests who had left the Grove in order to meet Mr. Blair.”
The San Francisco Chronicle also reported that summer that Prime Minister Blair was rumored to be attending the festivities, which have long become a topic of debate and discussion of conspiracy theorists, largely due to the sheer elusiveness of an event that attracts high-profile men of power with a strict embargo on admitting the media.
“Less than a mile from us there are millionaires,
billionaires, people who control the world, control the central banks, build
nuclear weapons. This is their summer playground,” Sonoma State University
sociology professor Peter Phillips told RT in 2011. “We know for sure
that Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan sat down and had conversation about who
was going to run for president when and they made a deal.” The

a planning meeting for the Manhattan Project occurred at the grove in 1942,
leading eventually to the creation of the atom bomb.
Since the list of
attendees is kept under lock and key, only a confirmation from Powell or Blair
themselves could verify whether or not the four star general did in fact

Joe Wright Activist Post There are some stories that are so over the top as an example of the brazen disregard for human dignity that they defy imagination. But, we know that truth is stranger than fiction . . . and this latest event is certainly proof of that. Foreclosure fraud has become institutionalized within a corrupt banking structure; it began at the top with banks such as BoA and has trickled down into nearly every community. For example, one couple had their home in Tampa foreclosed on even after they had paid off the full amount in cash. Countless others have been victims of mortgage payment modification schemes. However, the predatory nature of what is happening to 75-year-old Aron Ezilla Ridge in Travis County, Texas might in fact be what one news outlet is calling "The Saddest Story You Have Ever Heard." This story involves a mortgage company, but it also has a scary link to property taxes that should raise questions about the very nature of home ownership. Back in 2010, at the peak of "Foreclosure-Gate," a few members of the banking consortium went on record to deny their responsibility for creating a system that might have given mortgage holders a raw deal: Jamie Dimon, CEO of JP Morgan Chase, whose bank is implicated in the scandal, said this week in a conference call that there have been no accidental evictions. “We’re not evicting people who deserve to stay in their house,” the multimillionaire banker declared. “If you didn’t pay your mortgage, you shouldn’t be in your house. Period,” Walter Todd of the investment advisory firm Greenwood Capital Associates, told Reuters. “Everyone’s responsible for following the law. If we all don’t have to pay our mortgage, should we just stop paying taxes, too?” said Anton Schutz, president of Mendon Capital Advisers. (Source) Interestingly enough, even if you follow the law (and pay your taxes) as the above paragons of ethics assert, apparently your home can still be taken by sleight of hand and/or bureaucratic ineptitude. Such is the case with elderly and infirm Aron Ezilla Ridge, who is debilitated in a variety of ways as Courthouse News reports: Ridge is partly blind, has diabetes, congestive heart failure and had surgery for colon cancer several years ago. "She needs a wheelchair to leave her home and is largely housebound at this point in her life," the complaint states. "She can read but her reading level is approximately at the 6th grade level and her ability to read is, of course, further limited by her failing eyesight." Regardless, she had paid off her mortgage 20 years ago, but needed repairs for which she did not have the immediate cash. She entered into an agreement for a "reverse mortgage" of $39,000 with a nationwide mortgage lender called James B. Nutter & Co. A reverse mortgage is geared toward those who are 62 years and older, and essentially serves as a revolving credit line with title still held by the homeowner rather than with the lender as it would for a typical mortgage. Instead of the borrower making payments, the lender pays the borrower with the promise that the loan is to be paid at the time of death or sale. It hasn't been so cut-and-dried for Ms. Ridge who is now the plaintiff in a case against James B. Nutter & Co. after payment of her property taxes came into question. Ridge says she was told by the Travis County Tax Assessor's office in 2000 that she did not need to pay property taxes because the value of her home was below homestead and senior exemption caps. But she received a property tax bill in 2011 for $20.31. She says she was able to drive to the assessor's office and pay the taxes in full and on time. In April 2012, the assessor's office informed her that her home was valued at $60,743 and that her taxes were estimated at $46.87, according to the complaint. Ridge says she did not receive a tax bill, but later received a receipt stating that $49 in taxes were paid in late 2012. "She assumed that the receipt meant she was again exempt from property taxes," the complaint states. "She did not call the tax office to see why she had received a receipt without having received a bill." This confusion, which has every indication that it was created by an outside party, gave an opening for Nutter & Co. to pounce via the "acceleration clause." In January this year, Nutter's attorneys told Ridge her reverse mortgage had been accelerated, and that she had to pay off the entire loan "or the lender would exercise its right to enforce the lien on her home." Ms. Ridge's home officially went into foreclosure Jan. 30th, 2013. Unbeknownst to many older homeowners who take out reverse mortgages (especially those who have a 6th-grade reading level), an acceleration clause is there to ensure immediate payment. However, it is supposed to only be triggered upon the sale of the home, or death. Nutter & Co. are invoking this due to supposedly unpaid taxes. Ironically, Financial Web defines this clause in the following way: At that point, the proceeds from the sale of the house, or the life insurance policy will have to pay for the remaining balance on the reve0099;">Ms. Ridge has signed on with an attorney who appears to be taking this very seriously and is going on the offensive in just about every way possible. Courthouse News lists the following that is being sought on her behalf: . . . actual and punitive damages, an injunction and declaratory relief for wrongful foreclosure, breach of contract, negligence, real estate fraud, unjust enrichment, attempted conversion and violations of the Unfair Debt Collection Act and Deceptiv: #000099;">"The only property to which the application could possibly refer were the taxes for 2012 - which were not due until January 31, 2013. Yet defendant intended to enforce its right to foreclose on Ms. Ridge's home because she had not paid $49.00, which at the time the application was filed, was not due yet." It's hard to imagine this situation getting any more convoluted . . . but it does. Not only is the lender looking for immediate payment of the original loan of $39,000, the company seeks that amount, plus interest, fees, and subsequent attorney's fees that total more than the actual appraised value of her home. In essence, she couldn't even sell the home (or die) to pay off what is being demanded. Ms. Ridge has signed on with an attorney who appears to be taking this very seriously and is going on the offensive in just about every way possible. Courthouse News lists the following that is being sought on her behalf: . . . actual and punitive damages, an injunction and declaratory relief for wrongful foreclosure, breach of contract, negligence, real estate fraud, unjust enrichment, attempted conversion and violations of the Unfair Debt Collection Act and Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Gunther Russbacher was a CIA operative.
Rayelan was a lecturer and investigator who worked with Barbara Honegger, the
author of the first book on the October Surprise scandal. When Gunther and
Rayelan married in 1989, the Bush Administration panicked. As a result, Gunther
became the most famous political prisoner of the George H.W. Bush
administration. Russbacher was the pilot who flew Bush back from the
negotiations in Paris that finalized the October Surprise. Rayelan was an
investigator who was working to expose the October Surprise!
From 1989 to late 1996, when he disappeared,
Gunther spent all but 9 months of their marriage in prison! During that time,
there were numerous attempts to kill both of them. Their lawyer and friend Paul
Wilcher WAS murdered! Gunther's sons were beaten and jailed, he was told they
would be gang raped if he talked. Rayelan was charged with trespassing on a
military base and faced prison. To keep her out of prison, where he was told
she would be murdered, Gunther pled guilty!
The story of what they went through is
compelling! They loved each other and they fought to stay together. Only the
CIA and Mind Control separated them! To understand what they went through,

Amazing Rayelan Allan". These two articles are short and give a
concise overview of the first two years of their marriage. Little has been
written about either of them since that time! The article, "Gunther
Russbacher, Prisoner of the New World Order" was the last article
written about them. Their story ends in late 1996 with Gunther's disappearance.
He re-appeared in early 1997, with a new wife and NO memory of every being
married to Rayelan.
This is a picture of the Naval Postgraduate
School in Monterey California. Rayelan's first husband, Dr. John N. Dyer, was
the Dean of Science and Engineering at NPS. In 1976, Rayelan and her husband,
John attended a cocktail party for visiting dignitaries. One of the visitors
was a Naval officer named Robert Andrew Walker. Many years later, Rayelan found
out that Bob Walker and Gunther Russbacher were one and the same!
Admiral Gunther K. Russbacher was a 30 plus year veteran of the
CIA and the Office of Naval Intelligence.

One day soon after some global crisis on the level
of an Armageddon-like and all-out nuclear war the skies will by be filled
with a thousand starships descending upon the Earth… nothing less than an
invasion from space. This event will seem cataclysmic to normal, awake, and
conscious human beings. As was the case when actor Orson Welles broadcast the
Mercury Theater adaptation of H.G. Wells’ War of the Worlds, people across
the U.S. and the world will experience psychological break downs and post-
traumatic stress syndrome as the reality which they once believed in melts
all around them. The 1938 War of the Worlds broadcast created terror and panic across the United States as millions of people tuned in and believed that there was a real invasion of Martians. The broadcast was partially funded by the Rockefeller Foundation through The Princeton Radio Project and guided by the Council on Foreign Relations, evidence that it may really have been a psyops test to create “accidental” and “unfortunate” panic and hysteria throughout the United States. The Princeton University Radio Project, under supervision of psychologist Dr. Paul F. Lazarsfeld, Frank Stanton (later head of CBS), and Dr. Hadley Cantril, hired Orson Welles to adapt H. G. Wells' fiction book The War of the Worlds for radio in order to study the behavior of citizens under panic conditions. War of the Worlds was heard by six million people,1,700,000 of whom believed in a Martian invasion, and 1,200,000 of whom were frightened enough to take action… either by running away or by preparing to fight the invaders. Later Dr.Cantril wrote a paper entitled: "The Invasion From Mars…A Study in the Psychology of Panic." Cantril's study examined the power of the radio broadcast media and its effects upon a population under the direct influence of fear. Later on Project Blue Beam was developed by NASA, using EMF waves to project visual hallucinations inside people’s minds, and giant holographic images and other technology that could create a simulated alien invasion. Films like 2001: A Space Odyssey, the Star Trek series, Independence Day and Star Wars all deal with invasions from space and the coming together of all nations to repel the invaders. While the great masses on planet Earth, in a state of mass religious euphoria, will be convinced that the beings on these starships have come to save them there will be other, more analytical people who will question whether or not the event is real or is actually the outcome of a highly sophisticated mind control operation like Operation Blue Beam where those who have perceived the event have been given the electronic equivalent of LSD using EMF waves. This arrival of alien visitors from the stars or another dimension will be welcomed by most as the long-awaiting arrival of the Messiah. The ancient Pre-Flood civilizations who built highly sophisticated monolithic structures left evidence of a highly advanced and scientific civilization that came from the stars and “seeded” planet Earth with their DNA. These ancient races of god men coming to Earth established the legendary civilizations of Atlantis, Thule, and Hyperborea. The symbols found on the monolithic monuments, including pictures and inscriptions, are evidence of some kind of visitors from another world, who would one day return. This is the theme of movies like Prometheus. I have spent a great deal of time researching this for my new book, “A Prophecy of the Future of America.” However, there is another element that has to be added to the technology of mass mind control and the ancient legends of god men who came from the stars. The Bible records that the sons of God, or fallen angels, impregnated human women, producing the hybrid race of the Nephilim. The Nephilim are found throughout Old Testament history and referred to by Jesus Christ when he said, “For the days of Noah will be the days of the coming of the Son of Man,” which refers to the return of the Nephilim. The Nephilim were found throughout the ancient world in such places as Canaan and other regions. Apparently, the builder of the world’s first one world government, with its capital at the Tower of Babel, was Nimrod, who was a Nephilim. David fought Goliath from Gath, and Goliath was a Nephilim. According to researcher David Flynn, in the apocryphal Book of Enoch it reads, ”And when the sons of men had multiplied, in those days, beautiful and comely daughters were born to them. And the Watchers, sons of heaven, saw them and desired them. And they said to one another, Come, let us choose for ourselves from the daughters of men, and let us beget for ourselves children…And they descended onto the peak of Mount Hermon…” As we explore the possibilities of a Fourth Dimensional War and the return of the Nephilim we need to examine whether or not this invasion of Earth is a mind control experiment, the invasion of aliens from another world, or an invasion of aliens from another dimension. Again, the words of Jesus Christ should ring true in our ears for He said, “As it was in the days of Noah so it will be in the days of the coming of the Son of Man.” The Biblical record indicates that Lucifer’s fallen angels came to Earth as the sons of God and had sexual intercourse with human women, which produced a hybrid race of god men known as the Nephilim.
