Power of Affidavits... Common Law
Ignorance of the Law does not excuse misconduct in anyone, least
of all a sworn officer of the law. (Maxim of law)

AFFIDAVITS
All Affidavits are TRUTH AFFIDAVITS-for they are the manner for the Sovereign People to address other Sovereign people or government. The Constitutions state that all cases of Common Law will be tried by Affidavits. Affidavits state only the facts provable by the maker.
Affidavits
are mainly in COMMERCE and deal with COMMERCIAL MATTERS.
Affidavits entered in the County Records/Public Records become PUBLIC POLICY and are established as the facts of the case/issue.
Affidavits entered in the County Records/Public Records and not REBUTTED after 30 days becomes the Law of the (particular) Case/Issue.
Affidavits establish the Law for the cases in COMMON LAW and through the County Recorder/Public Record they become PUBLIC POLICY. PUBLIC POLICY is not for the Sovereign People. It is for the PUBLIC (SERVANTS) OFFICIALS, OFFICERS, WORKERS, AGENTS, etc.
Sovereign People are PRIVATE, the government is PUBLIC (including everything in the public corporations).
After entering the AFFIDAVIT into the County Record/Public Record, three certified copies should be obtained from the Notary Public, if the case is in a CORPORATE COURT (which it always is).
One copy is entered into the Records of the Court (file stamp into case) and take the other two copies to court.
Upon the court appearance, present one to the Plaintiff and give the other to the bailiff to hand to the Judge.
From this point on you are the Creditor or Secured Party in the case and the case cannot proceed until your AFFIDAVIT has been rebutted.
At that point simply notify the Judge (administrator), My AFFIDAVIT has not been rebutted, I am Creditor and Secured Party to this action and I, Sui Juris, John, a competent natural man of the genealogy of Doe, on the Land do hereby choose to honor your offer and accept the constitutions of the United States of America and the State of Illinois and your mandated Oath of Office as the designated PUBLIC SERVANT, doing business as “Judge – Circuit Court Cook County,” as found filed and recorded in the official public records of Cook County Illinois, as instrument 2003023744 dated the 19 day of January 2012, successor, assigns and Court Clerks and all PUBLIC SERVANTs relating, as your open and binding offer of promise to form a firm and binding contract between the respective governments, their political instrumentalities and all the above so recognized PUBLIC SERVANTs and Me, in My private capacity. Certified copy of instrument 2003023744 attached. By My acceptance for "full acquittance and discharge" with prejudice and I am leaving.
If you do not want to go to the court-simply write an order to the court for Full Acquittance and Discharge with prejudice.

They arrived to the phenomenon with the computer model, which was proved by experiment, and it creates two waves of light, of the same wavelength, but of opposite phase, so that they actually cancel each other out. Light of other wavelengths, which is located between the two waves passes normally, and MIT claims that the same method can be applied to other types of waves - sound, radio and even water waves and electrons (whose behavior is described by wave equations). there. Instead, there'd be a Jury, and that group would number 12.
They'd be drawn from the vicinage. A Jury would also be instructed that
they'd have the authority to determine all the evidence, as in not only
the "evidence of fact" but also the "evidence of law."

WASHINGTON -- Top defense officials were to meet Thursday to
discuss trimming the list of countries where servicemembers’ paychecks are
pumped up by imminent danger pay. The officials were considering eliminating
imminent danger pay in 18 countries and five waterways around the world that
military officials believe may no longer be hazardous enough to warrant the
extra pay. According to a Wednesday report from The Associated Press, that
could affect up to 56,000 troops who serve in, sail through or fly over
designated danger zones, saving the department $120 million annually. A defense
official who spoke on the condition of anonymity because he was not authorized
to speak publicly about the matter cautioned that no decision has been made to
eliminate danger pay, which amounts to $7.50 a day, or a maximum of $225 a
month, in designated countries. It would be the second cost-cutting move
related to danger pay in just over a year. Last February, the Defense
Department began prorating danger pay by the day -- instead of paying the full
monthly amount for even one day in a designated country -- to save up to $30
million annually. The move isn’t sitting well with some in the military. Petty
Officer 3rd Class Brandon McGowan has been stationed in Bahrain for the past
two months. He is married, but his wife did not accompany him to Bahrain. “If
stuff goes down, we have two minutes before the missiles hit here,” McGowan
said. “It really is imminent danger if something really does happen in the
region. “It’s not necessarily that you are getting shot at everyday, but we’re
in an area where you don’t know who’s friendly and who’s not.” He added that
the money is an added “incentive” to taking an assignment in Bahrain. “It does
impact your life. It definitely changes things for a lot people the way their
lifestyle.” Some Fort Bragg, N.C., soldiers told the Fayetteville Observer that
cutting the pay would demoralize troops who already sacrifice much during
deployments, no matter where they’re sent. “It’s really a slap in the face,”
said one Special Forces major. While people don’t join the military for combat
pay, he said, “they do expect that pay. The savings as to personal benefits is
a horrendous mistake. The [Department of Defense] trying to save money at the
expense of the service member is a mistake.” James Bratcher, 65, served 22
years in the Air Force. His military career included two tours of duty in
Vietnam. “I think a person serving over in that theater (the Middle East)
should be paid danger pay,” Bratcher told the Observer. “I think it would be an
injustice to a person serving” to eliminate the stipend. “How long they stay in
the military is dependent on their pay,” he said. Crystal Jarrett, 35, is an
assistant manager at Troopers Military Supply in Fayetteville, and the wife of
a sergeant in the 82nd Airborne Division. Her husband has deployed three times.
Danger pay “was a big part (of his pay) when he would come back and pay off any
outstanding bills,” she said. “Also, when he came back, and I had a new baby.”
Military officials have argued that if a location is safe enough for
servicemembers to bring their families with them, such as Bahrain, the location
does not merit extra danger pay, The Associated Press reported. Troops receive
imminent danger pay in nearly 50 nations, according to a list compiled by the
Pentagon in 2011. In addition to war zones, the 2011 list included countries
such as Cuba, Djibouti, Serbia, Turkey and Jordan. Danger pay could be affected
for some countries in the Middle East, but not anywhere U.S. troops are
carrying out combat operations. But officials would not speculate on which
countries are most likely to be removed from the list. “The Department is
currently in the process of reviewing Imminent Danger Pay for our
servicemembers,” a defense official said in an emailed statement.
"However, it would be inappropriate at this time to discuss any possible

Sanford, Florida (CNN) -- An employee of the Florida State Attorney's Office who testified that prosecutors withheld evidence from George Zimmerman's defense team has been fired.
Ben Kruidbos had been on paid administrative leave since May 28 from his job as director of information technology for the State Attorney's Office.
A spokeswoman for Fourth Judicial Circuit State Attorney Angela Corey said Kruidbos was no longer an employee of the office.
Zimmerman, a former neighborhood watch volunteer in Sanford, is on trial in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin last year.

Kruidbos testified before Zimmerman's trial began that Martin's cell phone contained images of Martin blowing smoke, images of marijuana and deleted text messages regarding a transaction for a firearm and that those images had not been given to Zimmerman's defense team.
He received the termination letter, dated July 11, on Friday, the same day jurors began deliberating Zimmerman's case. The letter states: "It has come to our attention that you violated numerous State Attorney's Office (SAO) policies and procedures and have engaged in deliberate misconduct that is especially egregious in light of your position."

Kruidbos said that, when he printed a 900-page Florida Department of Law Enforcement report from Martin's cell phone in late 2012 or early 2013, he noticed information was missing.
Concerned that attorneys did not have all the information they needed to prepare the case, he said, he reported his concerns to a State Attorney's Office investigator and later to prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda.
Kruidbos said he generated a report that was more than three times the size of the one that had been handed over.
For example, Kruidbos said that 2,958 photos were in the report given to the defense but that his report contained 4,275 photos.
Kruidbos also said that he has been told to not put specific case-identifying information into internal e-mails.
Through his attorney, Wesley White, Kruidbos informed Zimmerman's defense team that the information existed.
Did investigators blow the Zimmerman case?
In court, Kruidbos testified that he was concerned that he could be held liable if all information wasn't shared. "All the information is important in the process to ensure it's a fair trial," he said.
In a six-page dismissal letter, the State Attorney's Office, Fourth Judicial Circuit, blasted Kruidbos' assertions and motivations. Managing Director Cheryl R. Peek accused Kruidbos of having erased data from a laptop in violation of the Public Records Law and derided his concern about being held liable as "feigned and spurious" and "nothing more than shameful manipulation in a shallow, but obvious, attempt to cloak
yourself in the protection of the whistleblower law."
She concluded, "Because of your deliberate, willful and unscrupulous actions, you can never again be trusted to step foot in this office. Your have left us with no choice but to terminate your employment."
But the defense said Kruidbos' testimony supports its claim that the state violated the rules of discovery.

"When it takes me six months to get a color picture of my client, when the first one I get is a black and white, when I look at it and go, 'This is off a cell phone; cell phones don't take black-and-white pictures,' and I ask for a color copy, that takes two months," defense lawyer Mark O'Mara said Wednesday in an interview with CNN's Martin Savidge.
"And then I get a pastel-colored color copy of it, and it takes me to file a motion and have a hearing set before I get the actual .jpeg, no, that's frustrating. That should not happen. I've done this too long to make believe in my own mind that that's happenstance."
O'Mara said he learned about the missing information months after he was to have received it. "The only way that we really found out about it ... and the only way that we really found out about the intensity of the
failure to give us information was when a person from their own office, a whistle-blower, came forward and said, 'I gave them that information in the middle to end of January' and we didn't get it until June 4th."
He said he was "beyond" shocked. "It could have derailed the trial," he said.
The defense said it did not get the complete report until a few days before the trial. O'Mara and co-counsel Don West argued that they needed more time to go through the information found on Martin's phone and
asked for a delay, which was denied.
Judge Debra Nelson said before the trial that the possibility of sanctions -- requested by the defense -- would be addressed after the verdict.

Assassination Agenda - CFR Millions Spent Confuse Public. Unfortunately,
the source for the first part of the story (Snowden uncovers shocking truth behind Chemtrails),
in which Edward Snowden allegedly blows the whistle on chemtrails, is The
Internet Chronicle - a fake news site like The Onion. Here's another
example of one of their fake news stories: Justin Bieber Dead at 19 | The Internet Chronicle.
I almost
posted the fake article on ConsciousLifeNews.com. But, I did a little research
first and saw a post on a forum about it being a fake story. It happens.
I once got burned posting video by The
Onion about the CIA honoring Mark Zuckerberg for collecting
information on citizens. Fortunately, my business partner at the time
caught it within an hour, so the post was quickly removed. Now it turns
out (thanks to Snowden's leak on the NSA) that there was actually some amount
of truth to the story.
One thing Kimberly Gamble has
stressed with me is the importance of having somebody double check the facts on
stories that I post. Unfortunately, most of us don't have the funds to
hire a "fact checker." Speaking of Kimberly, she promised
to have a video blog about stopping chemtrails by the end of this month.
I will post it on both websites as soon as it comes out.

[DrRod] We at times know not where to turn. We read much, often wait for tidbits to keep us informed and so-called "in-the-game." I can share with you my friends that at times the information is confusing, contradictory, sometimes even totally untrue, and often interesting.
[DrRod] There is even an element of conspiracy which makes it exciting for some of us. There can be no doubt that we could probably write our own Clancey novel. The stories we have heard from many are worthy of novels, TV series and even a motion picture.
[DrRod] The information, chatrooms, skype rooms, private emails, private IMs and even phones calls have been the drug of choice. There is an intoxicating manner in which we have lived at least part of our lives for the past number of years. I can't even tell you how many hours I have personally wasted

DrRod] gdsgrl21 I have gotten more philosophical over the years... Certain things are important to me, other things take a back seat. I'm here for some light hearted chat... Not really here for intel because most of the stuff shared is anecdotal and not based on facts. I'm not bashing, just my opinion.
[DrRod] Over the years I have seen what is called circular intel... It starts in one chatroom and eventually gets to another chatroom within seconds. Most of the intel that is factual has never been shared because of the sensitivity. Some of the intel is skewed in one direction or another.
DrRod] But, I personally believe that folks like Jester have in my estimation done so much more research than some of the others. He has researched and tried to give us an overall picture, which in most cases, at least for the past 7-8 years was never done.
