The most recent study was published on July 8th by psychologists Michael J. Wood and Karen M. Douglas of the University of Kent (UK). Entitled “What about Building 7? A social psychological study of online discussion of 9/11 conspiracy theories,” the study compared “conspiracist” (pro-conspiracy theory) and “conventionalist” (anti-conspiracy) comments at news websites. The authors were surprised to discover that it is now more conventional to leave so-called conspiracist comments than conventionalist ones: “Of the 2174 comments collected, 1459 were coded as conspiracist and 715 as conventionalist.” In other words, among people who comment on news articles, those who disbelieve government accounts of such events as 9/11 and the JFK assassination outnumber believers by more than two to one. That means it is the pro-conspiracy commenters who are expressing what is now the conventional wisdom, while the anti-conspiracy commenters are becoming a small, beleaguered minority. Perhaps because their supposedly mainstream views no longer represent the majority, the anti-conspiracy commenters often displayed anger and hostility: “The research showed that people who favoured the official account of 9/11 were generally more hostile when trying to persuade their rivals.” Additionally, it turned out that the anti-conspiracy people were not only hostile, but fanatically attached to their own conspiracy theories as well. According to them, their own theory of 9/11 – a conspiracy theory holding that 19 Arabs, none of whom could fly planes with any proficiency, pulled off the crime of the century under the direction of a guy on dialysis in a cave in Afghanistan – was indisputably true. The so-called conspiracists, on the other hand, did not pretend to have a theory that completely explained the events of 9/11: “For people who think 9/11 was a government conspiracy, the focus is not on promoting a specific rival theory, but in trying to debunk the official account.” In short, the new study by Wood and Douglas suggests that the negative stereotype of the conspiracy theorist – a hostile fanatic wedded to the truth of his own fringe theory – accurately describes the people who defend the official account of 9/11, not those who dispute it. Additionally, the study found that so-called conspiracists discuss historical context (such as viewing the JFK assassination as a precedent for 9/11) more than anti-conspiracists. It also found that the so-called conspiracists to not like to be called “conspiracists” or “conspiracy theorists.” Both of these findings are amplified in the new book Conspiracy Theory in America by political scientist Lance deHaven-Smith, published earlier this year by the University of Texas Press. Professor deHaven-Smith explains why people don’t like being called “conspiracy theorists”: The term was invented and put into wide circulation by the CIA to smear and defame people questioning the JFK assassination! “The CIA’s campaign to popularize the term ‘conspiracy theory’ and make conspiracy belief a target of ridicule and hostility must be credited, unfortunately, with being one of the most successful propaganda initiatives of all time.” In other words, people who use the terms “conspiracy theory” and “conspiracy theorist” as an insult are doing so as the result of a well-documented, undisputed, historically-real conspiracy by the CIA to cover up the JFK assassination. That campaign, by the way, was completely illegal, and the CIA officers involved were criminals; the CIA is barred from all domestic activities, yet routinely breaks the law to conduct domestic operations ranging from propaganda to assassinations. DeHaven-Smith also explains why those who doubt official explanations of high crimes are eager to discuss historical context. He points out that a very large number of conspiracy claims have turned out to be true, and that there appear to be strong relationships between many as-yet-unsolved “state crimes against democracy.” An obvious example is the link between the JFK and RFK assassinations, which both paved the way for presidencies that continued the Vietnam War. According to DeHaven-Smith, we should always discuss the “Kennedy assassinations” in the plural, because the two killings appear to have been aspects of the same larger crime. Psychologist Laurie Manwell of the University of Guelph agrees that the CIA-designed “conspiracy theory” label impedes cognitive function. She points out, in an article published inAmerican Behavioral Scientist (2010), that anti-conspiracy people are unable to think clearly about such apparent state crimes against democracy as 9/11 due to their inability to process information that conflicts with pre-existing belief. In the same issue of ABS, University of Buffalo professor Steven Hoffman adds that anti-conspiracy people are typically prey to strong “confirmation bias” – that is, they seek out information that confirms their pre-existing beliefs, while using irrational mechanisms (such as the “conspiracy theory” label) to avoid conflicting information. The extreme irrationality of those who attack “conspiracy theories” has been ably exposed by Communications professors Ginna Husting and Martin Orr of Boise State University. In a 2007 peer-reviewed article entitled “Dangerous Machinery: ‘Conspiracy Theorist’ as a Transpersonal Strategy of Exclusion,” they wrote: “If I call you a conspiracy theorist, it matters little whether you have actually claimed that a conspiracy exists or whether you have simply raised an issue that I would rather avoid By labeling you, I strategically exclude you from the sphere where public speech, debate, and conflict occur.” But now, thanks to the internet, people who doubt official stories are no longer excluded from public conversation; the CIA’s 44-year-old campaign to stifle debate using the “conspiracy theory” smear is nearly worn-out. In academic studies, as in comments on news articles, pro-conspiracy voices are now more numerous – and more rational – than anti-conspiracy ones. No wonder the anti-conspiracy people are sounding more and more like a bunch of hostile, paranoid cranks.

Five years after financial collapse, says Sen. Warren, and biggest banks are now bigger than ever

US Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and others on Thursday introduced a new bill that revives the call to bust up the nation’s largest banks and financial institutions by once again demanding a separation between the traditional banking practices of savings and loans from the far riskier behavior taken on by large investment, complex trading, and hedge fund operations.

The legislation, called the 21st Century Glass-Steagall Act, is designed as the modern version of the Banking Act of 1933 (the original Glass-Steagall) whose repeal in 1999 many credit with ushering in the banking deregulations that spawned the housing crisis and financial collapse of 2008.
Despite repeated efforts to “break up the big banks” by public interest groups and some legislators, all of those efforts—despite the destructive recession, foreclosure crisis, and unemployment epidemic—have been thwarted by the politically powerful financial industry represented by Wall Street lobbyists and others.
“The four biggest banks are now 30% larger than they were just five years ago,” said Sen. Warren, “and they have continued to engage in dangerous, high-risk practices that could once again put our economy at risk. The 21st Century Glass-Steagall Act will reestablish a wall between commercial and investment banking, make our financial system more stable and secure, and protect American families.”
Reporting to the development, Huffington Post’s Zach Carter comments:
The legislation is unlikely to be signed into law, but underscores a deepening rift between the House and Senate over financial accountability. While bipartisan coalitions in the House have been moving legislation to deregulate swaps — the complex financial products at the heart of the 2008 banking collapse — a host of Senate bills cracking down on Wall Street risk have garnered Democratic and GOP support.

Whistleblowing website Wikileaks has released Edward Snowden’s statement to human rights groups in Moscow. In it the former NSA contractor asks for assistance in getting asylum in Russia until he can legally travel to Latin America. The White House said Friday that Russia granting political asylum to Edward Snowden would be on par with providing the National Security Agency leaker with a “propaganda platform” to further harm the United States.

Ms Reid-Smith said the Territory's relatively unpopulated and remoteness, within the near-equatorial orbital zone south of the equator, made it one of the most desirable places on Earth to launch a satellite into geostationary orbit. ***This has been relocated into this time slot due to the PTB pulling it and hiding it back on the schedule, several years ago.  I found it and reput it up. Something about this bugged them sufficiently to motivate them into removing it.  So if you saw this before, then know that it was gutted, and its now back up where it belongs.  

Vatic Note:  What is most interesting about this Zbig presentation is how little we we were awake back then compared to now, and yet  you could tell how very very concerned he was, so the awakening is an important weapon of mass destruction that we must continue on promoting everywhere internationally, but especially in the closed societies that need to see what is coming down the road for them.

I speak especially about Russia, who already has a history with these cretins, but they are not rid of them, so knowing is not exactly doing.  And China who has a deep lock on information fed into their society.   Then there is Brazil who has elected an avowed socialist to their leadership and now they are seeing the results of that mistake as evidenced by a blog we put up proving it was the Karl Marx minions that created socialism originally in order to land grab rather than for any idealistic reasons to help the people.

Finally, India, whose system is mired in ridged class structure that generationally cannot be overcome.  If you are born into  it, it does not matter how brilliant you are, how creative, how smart, How hard you work, you will never rise above that class structure.   So, if we can reach the people in these countries, we can possbility export our Constitution to the globe with fixes that we have discovered that need to be addressed.

Examples:   
1.  No political parties of any kind., people run as individuals, with allegiance only to their voters.

2.  No dual citizens of a  foreign nation to hold offices within a sovereign nation.
3. Absolutely no private money for campaigning.  The state taxes the corporations, and a percentage of the money is earmarked for campaigns paid for by the state for all candidates that meet an entry level count of the constituents (probably petition signatures).    
4.  No lawyers, No international bankers or professional politicians will be  allowed to hold elected  public office,  
5. graft in government is a death penalty offense.  (I believe that would be a big deterrant,  
6. all control of currency and credit for a nation shall reside with the state treasurer with congressional oversight and annual audits.  The state prints the money it needs to finance their operations, and it must be backed by an asset of value.
7.  Repeated  violations of the Sherman Anti-trust Act is a life sentence.
8.  All wars to be financed by the military industrial complex taxes levied in addition  to the regular tax system.
9.   All employed citizens, will be treated as owners of their own assets, the definition of assets shall include their labor for purposes of exchange for other assets such as cash, or other consideration of equal value.  The market place to determine such value of that asset.  
10 - The state has the right to impose tariffs on goods from slave labor countries.

There is more, but this gives you the idea. I could have put down a whole bunch about wars, declaring wars, and penalties for war crimes and crimes against humanity.  Time to go ahead and get  together and do it, then take our taxes and fund it ourselves .

Input on this seed of an idea is appreciated.   As most who have been with  us know, we put the mission statement, strategies and tactics and the people to people initiative up back when we first started the blog, but no one was ready for solutions since most were ignorant of the issues, now, the movie thrive has all but a couple of our recommendations.

That means they either lifted them from our blog (lets hope it did some good and happened that way), or they simultaneously saw the same needs as we did.   I think we are ready now, and we can begin locally and move  up as we grow.

Never stop, never surrender!! by Zen Gardner I’ve thought about this quite often since hearing the idea on one of Freeman‘s talks. As these exposes, staged and otherwise keep rolling out, it appears we’re being steered toward a major breaking point leading to the dissolution of America as it once was. What if a 9/11 inquiry were held in the European or World Court in The Hague and the real truth came out and was publicly validated? It’s not that far fetched. It would be purely by design of course, as perhaps these latest NSA revelations are scripted to be part of as well; the deliberate downfall of America, its false facade and eventually its infrastructure. Remember the end game: the establishment of a One World Government. American sovereignty and what it stands for in the world mind stands in the way of this. Wouldn’t it be peachy if this new, benign defender of the rights of humanity that arises out of an indignant “World Court” saved the day and brought justice to the American War machine via 9/11 truth, and via the collapse of its image and sovereignty converted into a subordinate fiefdom of the new world state? I don’t put anything past these psychopaths. They kill their own when they need to and would gladly sacrifice Americans and even Israelis in their quest for world dominance. It wouldn’t be the first time. They’d then repackage whatever was left in North America as one of their already designed world zones and just relabel the American military apparatus as international peacekeepers, something already well under way with even the infusion of foreign troops on American soil, while converting the government to some international substate. Not only do you get this legacy of supposed freedom deleted but the world elites behind this would come off looking like the saviors of humanity. If this NSA scandal with stale surveillance news is causing this kind of fury where countries are reconsidering their financial dealings with America, 9/11 Truth would sound a stunning and ominous death knell as a furious world would recoil in horror and disgust, only to soon turn to rage as the peoples of the world would look for revenge in any way possible. Bringing this into “approved” public awareness would have to be with their consent; in other words, it would be by design if it happened. Sure, millions worldwide know 9/11 was a complete scam, but look at the NSA scandal to know which “scandals” they allow or don’t allow into “approved” public awareness. And yes, things are that controlled. Hey, in the real courts of Truth and Universal Conscious Awareness it’s already been tried the day this perfidy was conceived – the deserved consequences will come one way or another, whether or not vast swathes of humanity “get it” or not. The NSA spying on everyone has been in the news for quite some time but never took hold. Now it’s taking a front seat, perhaps because some of the media themselves have found out they’ve been targeted. We don’t really know for sure, but it’s now out in the open and has gained traction and having a very serious effect. Or at least we’re being told it is. Whether this is another “release valve” or running something up the flagpole to judge for reactions, or a genuine leak, we don’t really know for sure, but the effects we’re seeing are nonetheless there. Whole governments, not just targeted individuals, are threatening to take action. It’s a completely different dynamic. Whether it was engineered or “allowed” we don’t know, but I always lean toward the sceptical side due to all I’ve learned over the years. The fact is, there’s a level of mass conscious awareness that has a dynamic all its own, especially when that consciousness is more awake and aware and old paradigms are crumbling into dust. That changes people’s whole perspective and whole new realms open up to them. Part of rebuilding New Orleans caused residents often to be challenged with the task of tracing home titles back potentially hundreds of years. With a community rich with history stretching back over two centuries, houses have been passed along through generations of family, sometimes making it quite difficult to establish ownership. Here's a great letter an attorney wrote to the FHA on behalf of a client: You have to love this lawyer... A New Orleans lawyer sought an FHA loan for a client. He was told the loan would be granted if he could prove satisfactory title to a parcel of property being offered as collateral. The title to the property dated back to 1803, which took the lawyer three months to track down. After sending the information to the FHA, he received the following reply: (Actual reply from FHA): "Upon review of your letter adjoining your client's loan application, we note the request is supported by an Abstract of Title. While we compliment the able manner in which you have prepared and presented the application, we must point out you have only cleared title to the proposed collateral property back to 1803. Before final approval can be accorded, it will be necessary to clear the title back to its origin." Annoyed, the lawyer responded as follows: (Actual response): "Your letter regarding title in Case No.189156 has been received. I note you wish to have title extended further than the 206 years covered by the present application. I was unaware any educated person in this country, particularly those working in the property area, would not know Louisiana was purchased by the United States from France in 1803, the year of origin identified in our application. For the edification of uninformed FHA bureaucrats, the title to the land prior to U.S. ownership was obtained from France, which had acquired it by Right of Conquest from Spain. The land came into the possession of Spain by Right of Discovery made in the year 1492 by a sea captain named Christopher Columbus, who had been granted the privilege of seeking a new route to India by the Spanish monarch, Queen Isabella.
