Obama’s Secret $8 Billion Bribe To The Muslim Brotherhood

According to Arabic News Channel TV14 and reported on by Egypt Daily News, Obama’s relationship with recently deposed Muslim Brotherhood President Mohammed Morsi goes far deeper than mere support as a democratically elected President.

Per TV14, Obama conducted secret negotiations with Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood outside of normal diplomatic channels.

According to sources cited by TV14, Obama secretly transferred eight billion dollars to the Muslim Brotherhood—not the Egyptian government—as payment to guarantee that a large portion of the Sinai Peninsula be turned over to the terrorist organization Hamas, an avowed enemy of both the United States and Israel.

The secret agreement was signed by deposed Egyptian president Mohammed Morsi and his second in command, Khairat el Shater.

Who on the U.S. side signed the agreement and where Barack Obama got the eight billion dollars is not clear. When Mohammed Morsi was deposed and arrested by the Egyptian military, evidence of the secret agreement was discovered and seized.

Further, per the news segment, which has been uploaded to YouTube and has since gone viral, secret negotiations between Obama and the Egyptian military—specifically Colonel Abdul al-Sisi, head of the Armed Forces—were ongoing to ensure the agreement remained hidden. Per the secret negotiations, in exchange for Obama recognizing the Egyptian military as legitimate, Colonel al-Sisi promised to keep Obama’s illegal agreement with the Muslim Brotherhood secret. However, a source within the Egyptian military leaked Obama’s nefarious activities to TV14 and the world.

If Obama’s secret agreement with the Muslim Brotherhood is proven correct, it may spell the end for the Obama administration once and for all. Obama may have illegally siphoned off funds from the US Treasury and committed treason by attempting to turn land over to Hamas, a group that is not only an enemy to the United States, but has vowed to destroy every Jew on the face of the earth. If Obama’s nefarious plan would have been realized, Hamas’ control of the Sinai Peninsula would have put Israel in an indefensible position and would have led to a second holocaust.

If proven to be true, this would go far beyond the Constitution’s requirement of High Crimes and Misdemeanors as a basis for impeachment. It would mean treason, possible life in prison, or even the death penalty for Barack Hussein Obama.

When is a non-governmental organization (NGO) actually an arm of state power and interest, masquerading as a non-political do-good civil society group? For starters, this absurd category, known as a GONGO – a governmental non-governmental organization – applies to the dozens of Israeli and Palestinian advocacy groups that are funded primarily by the European Union, its member states, as well as Norway and Switzerland.
For Europe, NGO funding is a major form of promoting state interests, with goal of changing Israeli policy through the political activities of these organizations.
In politics, as in nature, such hostile actions produce opposite reactions, and the impact of these Europe-funded political campaigns has alerted Israel’s democratically elected representatives in the Knesset.
These objections often take the form of proposed legislation that seeks to prevent such abuse. The latest draft would prohibit all foreign government grants above NIS 20,000 for political entities whose members or employees promote NGO political warfare against Israel. In particular, the proposal refers to NGOs that campaign for discriminatory boycotts, use false war crimes allegations to urge legal action in international courts, deny Israel’s legitimacy as a Jewish and democratic state, incite racism and support armed attacks or terrorism.
While more specific than similar legislation introduced (and withdrawn) last year, the definitions remain problematic, and the new proposal was immediately denounced as “anti-democratic.” Supporters, in turn, refer to the abuses of European soft power as anti-democratic and neo-colonial, in that they seek to use the power of unaccountable NGOs to impose their preferences on Israel.
Given the complexities, instead of proceeding directly to legislative proposals, the concerned MKs should begin by reviewing the details, holding hearings and inviting European officials. This process would show that every year, taxpayer funds are channeled to tens of fringe groups many of which engaged in demonization. Some of this money comes from government aid and development ministries, while more goes first to private or church groups such as Diakonia in Sweden and ICCO in Holland.
From there, the funds are allocated to numerous NGOs active in BDS – boycotts, divestment and sanctions – as well as promoting false war crimes allegations and other forms of political warfare.
For example, B’tselem, Yesh Din, Gisha, Breaking the Silence and their Palestinian allies were responsible for many of the allegations in the infamous UN Goldstone report on Gaza, designed to promote the isolation of Israel. (To his credit, Judge Goldstone later acknowledged that these claims were invented, but NGO officials did not.) Similarly, many of the lawfare cases against Israeli officials, including efforts directed at the International Criminal Court, involve the European funded GONGOs.
This externally-funded NGO network is also active in anti-Israel warfare throughout Europe, poisoning relations and increasing demonization. In one of many such events, a June 20 hearing in the EU Parliament subcommittee on human rights regarding the Beduin population – another issue exploited simplistically for Israel bashing – heard statements from Adalah and other NGOs, but not from any Israeli government officials. In Knesset hearings, the broader process by which Europe uses NGOs to bypass Israeli democracy and national sovereignty would be documented.
In addition, this process would highlight the extreme secrecy with which the EU and its member states make decisions on NGO funding – without the transparency that they preach to others.
All significant documentation that might explain how the EU manages to fund the same anti-Israel NGOs year after year is classified top secret, on the invented grounds of “public security.” In response to questions, officials repeat the mantra that they fund only approved projects, and not NGOs – a non-distinction.
A few years ago, I was invited by a visiting committee of the European Parliament to present my research as head of NGO Monitor. The head of the EU delegation to Israel at the time tried to prevent me from revealing what he referred to as “classified information.” Perhaps he missed the brochures of the recipient groups, which proudly displayed European flags.
In 2011, the Knesset took a major step in promoting the public’s right to know the details of foreign government manipulation through NGO funding, passing legislation requiring all recipients regardless of political agenda to report quarterly. Implementation began last year, and the reports to date have shed some light on this process. But many NGO recipients have not filed the required reports – another dimension that would be highlighted in the hearings and documentation.
The secrecy of the European NGO funding process also prevents accountability – both before European taxpayers who pay the bills without any policy achievements, and to Israelis who are damaged by the NGO-led BDS and lawfare campaigns.
The officials would be asked to explain the double standards and huge budgets for fringe Israeli political advocacy NGOs – far more than the EU provides to NGOs focusing on the worst dictatorships and abusers of human rights.
Knesset fact-finding hearings will give the Europeans officials responsible for enabling GONGO-led political warfare the opportunity to respond directly to Israel’s democratically elected representatives. If this does not bring the long-overdue end to secrecy and damaging political warfare, carefully considered legislative measures might then be justified.

What a week we have had in Dinarland. From the big buildup of all the PTB of Iraq seemingly demanding an RV, to now rumors and reports of rumors regarding possible international announcements that may have recently been made. The timing of that Stage 2 Omega conference call with the PTB giving us the answers in real time only added to the excitement and the intensity of the drama seems to get bigger by the week but what does it all mean? What it means is that we are now growing up as Dinarians and we are beginning to take this currency exchange seriously. It means we understand that "intel" has proven to probably have the wrong name and should honestly be called "unintel" because nothing as far as timing or even projections of timing or deadlines or drop dead dates has ever shown any intelligence whatsoever so we take it with a very large grain of salt. It means we now understand that, among other options, some good people have already done a great job inventing a working wheel and put together a group that will give us an email AS SOON AS THIS HAPPENS! As SOON as WF gets the signal from the BIS, UST, and WB that the IQD is now an international and tradable currency with a NEW asset backed rate, WE WILL ALL GET AN EMAIL! I cannot stress that enough. Just in knowing this mere fact should take all of the stress out of this and worrying about what guru might accidentally get it right because it actually happened on one of the 365 days of the year he called the RV. This is the time to be spent putting our action plan together if you don't have it done already. Some things we will learn on the fly and adapt to specific parameters we won't know about until it happens, but we should have all of our options a, b, c, and so on to be flexible in our ultimate plans. If you really think logically and take all the emotion out of this, the fact that we will all get the email should tell us that we are either there or in the process of getting there preparation wise, and we're ready for this life changing event without a bunch of stress anymore. Who cares who calls the RV or what is happening in Iraq or here or there or anywhere because at this point nothing will change in any of our lives until we get the email. All of our "intel" is doing what it always does and even on a more imminent level than usual that this is supposed to be happening as we speak and all positive RV indications are even more hyped and out there than usual but to this point none of it has put that email in any of our inboxes so all we can do is continue to hone our Post RV plans, stay abreast of any changes we may hear that will affect our options, be ready with Stage 2, and check our emails each day.

I found the below message posted on Facebook this morning and was inspired to share it here. What it represents, is merely one of an infinite amount of possible approaches "the people" can/will be taking in the days and weeks to come. At this point, there is no one right way. There is only opportunity to experiment...and each one taken will birth another, and another, and another...

Buckminter Fuller put it so perfectly when he said, "You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete." It's game time...

This example is not perfect, but it is a great start. I also included a comment made on FB, so if anyone would like to use this model and incorporate the suggestion made, feel free to DO so.

Re: Revised banking practices and new opportunities

Dear Angela,

An avalanche of information has recently come before me that concerns 1) the true legal status of the world’s banks and corporate governments and 2) the actual process that banks use to create ‘credit’ with the undisclosed use of borrowers’ signatures for the bank’s benefit.

The purpose of this letter is to give you and Bendigo Bank an important opportunity to set new standards of behaviour and intent, as the banking sector navigates: 1) the new legal landscape as mentioned above and 2) new ways of doing business with the public based on transparency and legitimate services rendered.

Let me explain…

The following quote from an IMF publication categorically states that the origin of money loaned by banks actually comes from the “borrower”:

“... under the present system banks do not have to wait for depositors to appear and makes funds available before they can on-lend, or intermediate, those funds. Rather, they create their own funds, deposits, in the act of lending. This fact can be verified in the description of the money creation system in many central bank statements, and it is obvious to anyone who has lent money and created the resulting book entries.” 1

Other excerpts from various Central Bank Statements are just as clear as to the origins of money and the creation of credit through standard negotiable instruments:

• “Banks create money when they lend it”2
• “... banks extend credit by creating money.”3
• “What they do when they make loans is to accept promissory notes in exchange for credits to the borrowers' transaction accounts.”4
• “...credit of promissory notes (money of account) become money when banks deposit promissory notes with the intent of treating them as cash.”5
• “Commercial banks create checkbook money whenever they grant a loan, simply by adding new deposit dollars to accounts on their books in exchange for a borrower's IOU.”6

From these quotes it is obvious that the use of promissory notes as credit i.e. cash, is not only legal but also widespread in the industry, a fact not generally known by the public. I will come back to this in a moment.

As mentioned above, it has also come to my attention that according to recent Uniform Commercial Code filings, all the worlds’ banks Bendigo Bank and corporate governments are foreclosed, and therefore all and any alleged debt is cancelled. (Please see attachment for links to the UCC filings).

The reason I am writing to you is to let you know that I have a meeting booked with my local branch manager, with the objective of ensuring they are made aware of the recent foreclosures, how the nature of banking and borrowing has been forever changed and that people are now able to access any additional value they require, for whatever purpose, using the bank’s existing money creation practices.

I will then be providing the manager with the necessary documentation to open a new account with your bank, accompanied by a Promissory Note/Declaration of Value of Deposit to be used as funding to open that account. I will also give them the opportunity to continue to provide banking services to myself, under a revised set of Terms and Conditions that ensures the bank still receives fees from any transactions we may have, whilst maintaining complete transparency and integrity in those dealings.

Please let your branch managers know, so they and your other agents are prepared and awakened to the facts as they stand today, because, as more and more of your customers and the general public become aware of the above matters, many will be seeking to do business with you, only in new and exciting ways.

Finally, this is an open invitation to you personally, to become one of the fore-runners in pioneering these new standards in the banking and financial sector in Australia, and we look forward to a meeting of the public and financial sectors hearts and minds, to create a mutually beneficial partnership going forward.

Comments:

This letter has good intention by offering the banker an opportunity to "pioneer". My observation is that bankers generally have set definitions for the concept of a loan (lending) that involves proof of collateral. IUV/TOP has, for us of course, changed where the value defining "collateral" comes from and this letter gives info on that, which is grand, however, the traditional mind-set is myopic and will need further proof of the value as "collateral" - because of the difficult to understand legalese in the UCC filings. A banker is not a lawyer and will initially assume it only a purported claim. Whether the money is created on the spot, by signature as these references clearly imply, bankers are still looking to create "secured" loans and we are not seeking a loan (unless it has no conditions for repayment - which of course is not a loan). All efforts to inform are a good step even if not the exact step needed.

10 Countries That Love (and Hate) America the Most

Who loves ya, baby? If you’re the United States of America, the answer is fewer and fewer people around the world.

In Britain, France, Germany and nearly a dozen other prominent nations, the percentage of people with a favorable view of the United States has declined over the last decade, according to a new global survey by the Pew Research Center. That trend has been apparent since the 2003 U.S. invasion of Iraq, which was highly unpopular in many countries. The 2008 financial meltdown marked another slip in America’s reputation, as many people blamed Wall Street for a global recession that still weighs on the world economy. Controversial drone strikes aimed at terrorists and childish political antics in Washington continue to mar America’s image abroad.
Some nations still have a soft spot for the U.S., however. Of 39 nations where Pew conducted surveys, here are the 10 where people have the most favorable impression of the U.S.:
1. Philippines (percentage with a favorable view of the United States: 85%)
2. Israel (83%)
3. Ghana (83%)
4. Senegal (81%)
5. Kenya (81%)
6. El Salvador (79%)
7. South Korea (78%)
8. Italy (76%)
9. Uganda (73%)
10. Brazil (73%)
Why are these particular countries so fond of us? For many of the African nations, it's largely because of the aid we send them, which is a strong starting point for better relations with this increasingly important continent. Most Americans don’t think much about Africa, but other nations -- like China do -- because economic conditions in several African nations are improving rapidly, and some of them are rich in rare-earth minerals, oil and other valuable resources. Africa is also important because it can serve as a staging area for counterterrorism operations in Somalia, Libya, and wherever the bad guys try to hide out next.
The strong U.S. showing in South Korea shows the two nations remain unified in their approach to the cranks in North Korea, perhaps the most nettlesome nation on earth. Brazil is one of the world’s biggest and most important developing nations, so good relations there are important. Israel’s spot near the top of the list shows a strong alliance on Middle East interests, despite some sharp differences on how to manage some of the more divisive issues, particularly the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
America’s popularity in the Philippines, meanwhile, suggests Uncle Sam isn’t the exploitative quasicolonial power some critics claim it is. There's been a strong history of military and economic cooperation between the two nations since the Philippines became independent in 1946, including substantial U.S. aid to the archipelago. The Philippines also has territorial disputes with China, which could bind it even more closely to the United States.
It goes without saying that we remain unpopular in a few places. Here are the 10 nations with the least favorable impression of the U.S., according to Pew:

It’s not surprising that America is most unpopular in Pakistan -- there are deep divisions over U.S. drone strikes on Pakistani territory and other unilateral efforts to hunt down terrorists without that country's approval or cooperation. Strong U.S. support of Israel has long been generating enmity in Muslim nations, including Jordan, Turkey and Egypt, plus the Palestinian territories.
The negative view of America in China — where we're the biggest consumer of Chinese exports -- may come from government efforts to paint the U.S. as a hypocritical nation that badgers others about environmental issues and human rights, even though its own record is spotty. Argentina has developed strong ties with China in recent years, which might explain its modest antipathy toward America.
There’s some consolation in those weak approval numbers. In several countries, including Egypt, Jordan, Germany, Australia and even Russia, American citizens are more popular than the nation they hail from. That suggests the U.S. government and its policies are the biggest threat to our standing in the world. A lot of Americans probably agree.

-- TONY STATES: Iraq mosques had their announcements today. They are told it may happen from today to the next 10 days - Tony thinks possibly on Tuesday on their feast day ?BUT? Tony thinks with what news he has here in the USA it will happen sooner.

--In Iraq yesterday everybody's cards were loaded so they know it is coming and will be able to use them soon. Tony states his intel tells him there were planned riots in Iraq if something didn't happen so they had to announce this today as they did.

--Tony's notification of the RV announcement from the UN came to him out of Washington DC. I got it from the highest levels you can imagine that you can get it.

--It was announced for a purpose. Other Intel people are verifying the same info now. Tony was ahead of the curve and got a lot of heat for it.

--TONY STATES: People in the banks were in meetings for final instructions...(remember Citi last night) they were fully expecting it last night after 8pm and that was based on the bank meeting yesterday AM.

--TONY STATES: The meetings gave assignments for currency locations. Bank people were under Non-disclosure agreements regarding details. (Tony states how long do you think they can sit on this without talking so something has to happen soon)

--The qualifications and rates will be given to Tony when released.

--TONY STATES: When we go in to the bank, the person we deal with---works for the bank...remember that. They are there in best interest for the bank. Pay attention to what you are signing. Tony is trying not to say things too sensitive...appt's are to be 20 min or so...and then they want us to meet their broker to invest with them.

--TONY STATES: Did go live on NASDAQ at 5:45pm at $5.58 and $.58, 2 days ago but not FOREX.

--TONY STATES: Wells Fargo contracted with Mom and Pop type banks to send folks where there are no Wells Fargo near to the zip code of each person, of those who choose to dial the 800 number

--Tony does not see WF sitting on this exchange center information for 10 days and expect it to remain private and quiet ? somebody will talk.

--TONY STATES: The bankers in WASH DC are meeting right now to discuss activation.

--TONY STATES: A countdown already started today, but was put off. They were in the last 15 minutes count down this morning and they changed it and called this meeting in DC right now. He just got a text hearing they are back "at the starting line" and expect news later on today.

--TONY STATES: Banks - they have people/procedures in place to prepare for some employees who may go ballistic (when they find out about the Dinar and its value) they are prepared for this even for those people who are upset for having to wait so long for this to happen.

--TONY STATES: They do listen to these calls and they have made changes to procedures and policies based on what?s going on.

It’s another example of why you should never trust the government.
Back in April federal officialdom told us Boston bombing suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev was shot in the throat and unable to talk. Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick was trotted out to confirm this fantasy story. He said Tsarnaev was in “serious but stable condition” and “not yet able to communicate yet.”
Then we were fed a more theatric version where the young Tsarnaev attempted to take his own life when he was supposedly trapped in a boat. “It is thought the teenager placed a gun in his mouth and pulled the trigger in a desperate bid to avoid capture and a possible death penalty,” claimed the British version of the National Enquirer, The Mirror. “Reports say the bullet passed through his throat, just missing his spinal cord, and  came out the back of his neck.”

This Hollywoodesque version dovetailed nicely with the story that the evil Brothers Tsarnaev were in a running gun battle with the cops, flinging home-made pressure cooker bombs at their brave pursuers as the pair attempted to escape the long arm of the law.
Then we were told Dzhokar was being treated by Israeli doctors who “have abundant past experience treating victims of terror… because they’re from Israel.”
“Tsarnaev is in stable condition but that because of wounds to his throat, he may never be able to speak again,” The Blaze reported, feeding the fantasy.

In May, the story changed. It was said Tsarnaev didn’t have a bullet wound in his throat, but was cut. “I did see a throat injury. To me it looked more like a knife wound,” said Officer Jeff Campbell of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Transit Police SWAT Unit. “It wasn’t a puncture hole. It was a slice where it was spread open, possibly a piece of shrapnel from one of the explosives that they were using the night before. It didn’t look like a bullet wound to me. It looked like a cut of some kind.” Campbell was supposedly part of the team that apprehended Tsarnaev, so if anybody knew about his wounds, it would be Campbell and his fellow SWAT officers.
CNN later edited out the comment about the throat wound made by Campbell.
Now we have a photo of Tsarnaev allegedly surrendering. It was taken by a Massachusetts State Police photographer. CBS Boston reported on Thursday the photographer, Sgt. Sean Murphy, gave the photos to the Boston Magazine because he was upset by the Rolling Stone’s recent “glamorized” cover photo of the suspected terrorist. Murphy is under investigation for releasing photos to the magazine.
Note the absence of a throat wound in the photo.
The photo underscores the fact the government lied about Tsarnaev’s throat wound, as the photo clearly shows. Is there anything else the government is lying about? Is it possible the entire event is a government contrived fiction?
Now it’s time for somebody to release the video frame capture of the Brothers Tsarnaev dropping their bomb-laden backpacks, photos we are assured exist but were never released. Is it possible this is a lie as well?
Finally, it looks like the government no longer even cares about the quality of its deception. Earlier this week, a man we are told was Dzhokar appeared in court to plead not guilty to terrorism charges. However, according to a former wrestling teammate interviewed by the Boston Globe, the man in court “didn’t look like” Tsarnaev. Moreover, the man brought into court had a thick accent and Tsarnaev does not, as a cell phone video of him interacting with a child reveals (see video below).
