The more things change, the more things stay the same. The Great Depression actually started in 1929, but as you will see below, as late as 1933 the Associated Press was still pumping out lots of news stories with optimistic economic headlines and many Americans still did not believe that we were actually in a depression. And of course we are experiencing a very similar thing today. The United States is in the worst financial shape that it has ever been in, our economic infrastructure is being systematically gutted, and poverty is absolutely exploding. Since the stock market crash of 2008, the Federal Reserve has been wildly printing money and the federal government has been running trillion dollar deficits in a desperate attempt to stabilize things, but in the process they have made our long-term economic problems far worse. It would be hard to overstate how dire our situation is, and yet the mainstream media continues to assure us that everything is just fine and that happy days are here again. As I have already noted, the mainstream media was doing the exact same thing back during the days of the Great Depression. The following are actual Associated Press headlines from 1933... "Decisive Break from Panic Shown in Business Figures" "Markets Spurt To New Highs" "New Farm Bill to End Depression" And the following is a headline discovery from 1933 that was made by Linda Goin... I was browsing through old newspapers the other day and discovered a page filled with news about the stock market and banks in the Daily Capital News from Jefferson City, Missouri. The date was March 15, 1933, well into the Great Depression, and the news was cautiously celebratory as a headline read, “Era of Fear is Declared at End Now.” The Depression-era classic song entitled "Happy Days Are Here Again" was played at the Democratic National Convention in 1932 and it went on to be featured by the Democrats for many years after that. The following is an excerpt from a Wikipedia article about that song... Today, the song is probably best remembered as the campaign song for Franklin Delano Roosevelt's successful 1932 presidential campaign. According to TIME magazine, it gained prominence after a spontaneous decision by Roosevelt's advisers to play it at the 1932 Democratic National Convention, and went on to become the Democratic Party's "unofficial theme song for years to come". There is only one huge problem. The election of Roosevelt didn't end the depression. Years of bitter economic suffering and dust bowl conditions were still ahead. The Great Depression continued all the way up to the start of World War II, and the war years were certainly no picnic for average folks either. But at least cheery headlines can make people feel better, right? That is what some believe. Others believe that giving people false hope is very cruel and that it sets up people for failure. The following are some actual headlines that were found on mainstream news sites today... CNBC: "Recession risk gone in all US states but 1: Moody's Analytics" CNN: "Foreclosure crisis is drawing to a close" NBC News: "Stocks close near highs; S&P logs 7-day rally" Wow, those headlines sound great! So are happy days here again? Not quite. In fact, things continue to get even worse in a whole host of ways. Just consider the following statistics... -According to a brand new Gallup poll that was just released, 20.0% of all Americans did not have enough money to buy food that they or their families needed at some point over the past year. That is just under the record of 20.4% that was set back in November 2008. -Gallup also found that the ability of American families to meet some of their other most basic needs is near an all-time low... The Basic Access Index, which includes 13 questions about topics including Americans' ability to afford food, housing, and healthcare, was 81.4 in August, on par with the all-time low of 81.2 recorded in October 2011. -More than 90 million working age Americans are considered to be "not in the labor force". -The labor force participation rate is the lowest that it has been in 35 years. -516,000 Americans "left the labor force" last month. That was a brand new all-time record high. -The number of private sector jobs dropped by 278,000 last month. -77 percent of the jobs that have been "created" so far this year have been part-time jobs. -Approximately one out of every four part-time workers in America is living below the poverty line. -Right now, 40 percent of all U.S. workers are making less than what a full-time minimum wage worker made back in 1968. -The U.S. trade deficit with China has hit a brand new record high. -The U.S. trade deficit with the EU has hit a brand new record high. -The number of U.S. households on food stamps is at a brand new record high. -One of the largest furniture manufacturers in America was just forced into bankruptcy... The maker of furniture brands such as Thomasville, Broyhill, Lane and Drexel Heritage said Monday that it has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. -Total mortgage activity has dropped to the lowest level that we have seen since October 2008. Yes, those in the top 1 percent are doing very well for the moment thanks to the reckless money printing that the Federal Reserve has been doing. But for most Americans, the last several years have been a continual struggle. The rise of Al Qaeda in Syria and the predictable bloodbath that followed is the documented work of US, Israel, & Saudi Arabia.

September 13, 2013 (Tony Cartalucci) - Tens of thousands of deaths, devastated cities, and the scattering of terrified Syrian minorities add up to a catastrophe that has unfolded in Syria over the last 2 years. International organizations including the UN call it the worst humanitarian catastrophe of the 21st century, and despite this, have put little effort into tracking down the actual genesis of the conflict, the key players perpetuating the violence, and in prescribing the obvious solutions to this conflict. With a recent initiative by Russia and Syria blunting the West's pro-war drive, Western propagandists have attempted to reassert their crumbling narrative regarding the conflict, past, present, and future.

The Genesis of Syria's Conflict

We are told by Western politicians and Western media houses that the conflict in Syria began with a spontaneous "peaceful," "pro-democracy" uprising influenced by similar demonstrations in Tunisia and Egypt. We are told that these peaceful protests were brutally crushed by the Syrian government and resulted in the militarization of the so-called "opposition."

This is a verified lie.

In an April 2011 AFP report, Michael Posner, the assistant US Secretary of State for Human Rights and Labor, admitted that [emphasis added]:

"US government has budgeted $50 million in the last two years [starting in 2009] to develop new technologies to help activists protect themselves from arrest and prosecution by authoritarian governments."The report went on to admit that the US (emphasis added) "organized training sessions for 5,000 activists in different parts of the world. A session held in the Middle East about six weeks ago gathered activists from Tunisia, Egypt, Syria and Lebanon who returned to their countries with the aim of training their colleagues there." Posner would add, "They went back and there's a ripple effect."

Not only were the protests in Syria planned, funded, and directed by the US State Department, years before the so-called "Arab Spring" began, but so were the alleged protests that "triggered" events in Syria - namely similarly engineered protests in Tunisia, Egypt, and the violent US-led subversion carried out in Libya.

What's more disturbing is that the US-engineered "protests" were not designed to overthrow targeted governments, but instead to serve as a smokescreen for similarly pre-planned armed subversion. As early as 2007, under then President George Bush, the arming, funding, and otherwise supporting of sectarian extremists across the Middle East to undermine Lebanon, Syria, and Iran was put into motion.

Admissions by administration officials, intelligence agents, and the very militant groups the US was funding and preparing for armed subversion in 2007 were documented in Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh's New Yorker extensive 9-page report, "The Redirection: Is the Administration's new policy benefiting our enemies in the war on terrorism?" In it he would state clearly that:

"To undermine Iran, which is predominantly Shiite, the Bush Administration has decided, in effect, to reconfigure its priorities in the Middle East. In Lebanon, the Administration has coöperated with Saudi Arabia’s government, which is Sunni, in clandestine operations that are intended to weaken Hezbollah, the Shiite organization that is backed by Iran. The U.S. has also taken part in clandestine operations aimed at Iran and its ally Syria. A by-product of these activities has been the bolstering of Sunni extremist groups that espouse a militant vision of Islam and are hostile to America and sympathetic to Al Qaeda."

Six years later, it could not be more obvious that indeed, militants aligned to Al Qaeda have been armed, equipped, and unleashed in an unprecedented wave of US-Saudi-Israeli state-sponsored terrorism against Syria and neighboring Lebanon. With safe havens in NATO-member Turkey, US-occupied Jordan, and pouring in from Saudi-friendly regions of Lebanon, it could not be clearer who is behind the rise and perpetuation of Al Qaeda in Syria.

Sheriffs,

You Sheriffs need to respond and go after the IRS and NSA for possible THREATS against me, and others, as a human being!
Brandon White has called me twice today, and states he works for the IRS, Internal Revenue Service.
It is hard for me to understand what he says as he has some kind of an accent.

He said I have an issue with the IRS in which I must settle and call James Miller with the Investigation Department of the IRS.
I tried calling the number XXXXXXX and it comes up dead air, no busy signal, and no fax line signal.

Therefore when Brandon White called me the second time a couple hours later he has made a THREAT on me to answer or they will be coming after me.

Maybe it is because I have sent so many comments to nesaranews that the NSA has now made an effort to SHUT ME DOWN as a PERSON!

As Glenn Beck correctly predicted from day one, Barack Hussein 0bama is following the plan of Cloward & Piven, two professors at Columbia University... they outlined a plan to socialize America by overwhelming the system with government spending and entitlement demands.

Add up the clues below. Taken individually they're alarming. Taken as a whole, it is a brilliant, Machiavellian game plan to turn the United States into a Socialist/Marxist state with a permanent majority that desperately needs government for survival... And can be counted on to always vote for even bigger government. Why not? They have no responsibility to pay for it.


Universal Health Care:

The Health Care bill has very little to do with healthcare.. It has everything to do with unionizing millions of hospital and healthcare workers, as well as adding 15,000 to 20,000 new IRS agents (who will join government employee unions). 0bama doesnt care that giving free healthcare to 30 million Americans will add trillions to the national debt. What he does care about is that it cements the dependence of those 30 million voters to Democrats and big government. Who but a socialist revolutionary would pass this reckless spending bill in the middle of a depression?

Cap and Trade:

Like healthcare legislation having nothing to do with healthcare, Cap and Trade has nothing to do with global warming.. It has everything to do with redistribution of income, government control of the economy and a criminal payoff to 0bamas biggest contributors. Those powerful and wealthy unions and contributors (like GE, which owns NBC, MSNBC and CNBC) can then be counted on to support everything 0bama wants. They will kick-back hundreds of millions of dollars in contributions to 0bama and the Democrat Party to keep them in power. The bonus is that all the new taxes on Americans with bigger cars, bigger homes and businesses helps 0bama spread the wealth around.

Making Puerto Rico a state:

Whos asking for a 51st state? Whos asking for millions of new welfare recipients and government entitlement addicts in the middle of a depression? Certainly not American taxpayers! But this has been Barack Hussein 0bamas plan all along. His goal is to add two new Democrat senators, five Democrat congressmen and a million loyal Democrat voters who are dependent on big government.
(This will tip the balance of those living off the government to more than those who must pay for it; and we're done for.)

Legalize 12 million illegal Mexican immigrants:

Just giving these 12 million potential new citizens free healthcare alone could overwhelm the system and bankrupt America. But it adds 12 million reliable new Democrat voters who can be counted on to support big government. Add another few trillion dollars in welfare, aid to dependent children, food stamps, free medical, education, tax credits for the poor, and eventually Social Security. (see note above re: Puerto Rico)

Stimulus and bailouts.

Where did all that money go? It went to Democrat contributors, organizations (ACORN), and unions -- including billions of dollars to save or create jobs of government employees across the country. It went to save GM and Chrysler so that their employees could keep paying union dues. It went to AIG so that Goldman Sachs could be bailed out (after giving 0bama almost $1 million in contributions). A staggering $125 billion went to teachers (thereby protecting their union dues).


All those public employees will vote loyally Democrat to protect their bloated salaries and pensions that are bankrupting America. The country goes broke, future generations face a bleak future, but 0bama, the Democrat Party, government, and the unions grow more powerful.

The ends justify the means. Raise taxes on small business owners, high-income earners, and job creators. Put the entire burden on only the top 20 percent of taxpayers, redistribute the income, punish success, and reward those who did nothing to deserve it (except vote for 0bama).

Reagan wanted to dramatically cut taxes in order to starve the government. Barack 0bama wants to dramatically raise taxes to starve his political opposition. With the acts outlined above, Barack Hussein 0bama and his regime have created a vast and rapidly expanding constituency of voters dependent on big government; a vast privileged class of public employees who work for big government; and a government dedicated to destroying capitalism and installing themselves as socialist rulers by overwhelming the system.

Add it up and you've got the perfect Marxist scheme all devised by my Columbia University college classmate Barack Hussein 0bama using the Cloward-Piven Strategy.

Last point: think about what this designed rule of the rabble will do to anyone successful and everyone receiving this is. What will your lives be like under Communism? The time to fight this abomination is now.
