You Sheriffs need to respond and go after the IRS and NSA for possible THREATS against me, and others, as a human being!
Brandon White has called me twice today, and states he works for the IRS, Internal Revenue Service.
It is hard for me to understand what he says as he has some kind of an accent.

He said I have an issue with the IRS in which I must settle and call James Miller with the Investigation Department of the IRS.
I tried calling the number XXXXXXX and it comes up dead air, no busy signal, and no fax line signal.
Therefore when Brandon White called me the second time a couple hours later he has made a THREAT on me to answer or they will be coming after me.
Maybe it is because I have sent so many comments to nesaranews that the NSA has now made an effort to SHUT ME DOWN as a PERSON!

That is because the "PERSON" which is the fictitious "First Middle Last" Name is property of the STATE! Since the artificial fictitious legal "PERSON" is property of the STATE they have jurisdiction over that "PERSON" as legal owner.
So stop claiming yourself to BE that fictitious legal "PERSON" and stop claiming that is YOUR artificial legal "PERSON" when that property is vested in the STATE!
They have jurisdiction over "PERSONS" as legal owners of all "PERSONS"!
They do not have any jurisdiction or authority over private living Men and Women.
But if a private living Man or Woman makes false CLAIMS to they BEING that State property Name or if you CLAIM you have any INTERESTS in that State property Name, then YOU have given YOUR CONSENT to be held liable as the surety for that State owned property Name!
Just look at the birth certificate the STATE issued to you for you to only USE for the State's benefit! It CLEARLY has the Name of the STATE printed across the top showing that is STATE property, along with the STATE'S SEAL and it is signed by STATE officials! Is YOUR signature on that document? NO! Then that is not YOUR Name nor is that Name YOUR property! It is just a fictitious artificial legal Name which is the "PERSON" created and held by the STATE as legal owner.
So STOP CLAIMING that STATE property as if that is your property!

Maybe some of you should ask Former Sheriff Richard Mack if he is willing to Remove himself as a UNITED STATES Citizen, or a UNITED STATES Registered Voter.
If he refuses then ask him why.
Tell him that he is blind as a bat as on the Truth of Being a Subject of the Crown Bank of London, as we all have been since at least 1871!
As if this answer is going to do him ANY good whatsoever! If you're going to delve into sovereignty, at least do so with CLARITY and a REAL plan of action.

This was NOT just a SPAM phone call as I have been paying the IRS Extra since 2009 when they came after me for NOT Paying in 2001 and 2002.
I filed a Lawsuit after I had listened to Irwin Schiff and Bill Benson, and I did find out that the DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE was a Nevada corporation and the Judge thru that out as joined.
I kept asking Brandon White what the issue was and he refused to answer.
I do NOT have the finances to fight it anymore, and I have just learned about the SLAVERY going on with us just this year.
For ALL those Sheriffs that Refuse to remove themselves from being a UNITED STATES Citizen, then they are in it for the Pride and Money.

Dan, if you live in Nevada maybe you should know that in October 2010 the Nevada Secretary of State certified that no entity named INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE exists on record in their office. This could mean IRS does not even have legal jurisdiction over your PERSON.
