Employers need to make a choice and be willing to take risk and doctors need to take action for the sake of their profession and the people under their care... ...Employers in mass should not cut their workers to part time. I say just ignore the law. Why? because cutting hours of employees takes money out of the economy. Their workers are also their customers.
