According to the bank website and people in Panama - they announce the bank holiday on the 20th.... giving people 6 days to prepare.

Did anyone read the comments after the article. Seems like there was advance notice. This is one bank. And the amount of time needed is exactly what a system upgrade would require.

Well, I guess the gurus will claim this is the beginning of the RV. Don't get your panties in a wad, because it's not.

WAKE UP PEOPLE! The currency of Panama is the US Dollar and the National Bank of Panama is a branch of the Federal Reserve. October 1st is the end of the corporate fiscal year and a Bank Holiday generally means a collapse of the old! This suggests to me that a Bank Holiday in the USA is just around the corner! Just when you believe that its safe to go swimming... These people are Cabal and they are not your friends...just keep that in mind!

Don't know where tobi Greene gets his info from but speaking from 30 years computer experience with IBM the actual conversion from old to new system is a matter of typing in a few commands to init the new system which has already been installed and running in parallel for at least a month. If they are talking about branches they are done overnight over a period of 2 to 3 weeks.
Maybe they do things differently in Panama
Maybe they have found a trogen and are trying to figure out how bad the infection is
