India Shocks World, Joins Russia Against Obama Regime

A new report prepared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) circulating in the Kremlin states that India’s veto earlier today of a landmark World Trade Organization (WTO) treaty has “shocked the world” and could very well lead to the entire collapse of this Western led global organization that forpast 66 years has, in essence, economically destroyed too many once free nations to count.

According to this report, India was forced to take a stand against the West who were attempting to force this sub-continent nation into starving hundreds-of-millions of its own citizens should this WTO treaty taken effect.

In a nutshell, according to press reports, India was facing extreme pressure, mostly from the Obama regime led West, for holding up the Trade Facilitation Agreement under the WTO.  It did so because it wants to first settle the question of flexibility to buy and stock as much food as it wants from its farmers. This is important to ensure the implementation of its Food Security Act.

Current WTO rules cap subsidies to farmers at 10 percent of the total value of farm production based on 1986-88 prices. [Example: Wheat: 1986:$2.42 per bushel 2014: $5.93 per bushel]

India, however, had wanted the base of calculating food subsidies updated to current price levels, taking into account inflation and currency movements. Otherwise, the government would not be able to provide subsidized food to some 67 percent of its 1.2 billion people it wishes to cover under its food security law.

Obama regime spokesman, Secretary of State John Kerry, this MoFA report continues, had flown to India to pressure Prime Minister Narendra Modi into signing this treaty but was quickly rebuffed. After which the US then blamed India for the collapse of these talks and stated that by New Delhi taking a hard-line position, the future of the WTO is now on “uncertain ground”.

In a further Indian move against the Obama regime, this report says, the Bank of Russia and the Reserve Bank of India, this week, agreed to set up a working group to devise tools to use their national currencies in bilateral payments bypassing the US Dollar in a further blow to the West.

Important to note of these events, this report continues, is that India in being a member of the anti-Western economic alliance known as BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) that last month signed an historic agreement to break the Obama regimes hegemony over the world by establishing their own monetary system.

Director Domenico Lombardi, an expert on the global economy from the Canadian think tank Center for International Governance Innovation's (CIGI) global economy program, in commenting on the BRICS establishment of their New Development Bank (NDB) to counter the destructive policies of the Western-led World Bank (WB) and International Monetary Fund (IMF) further stated:

“...one of the main sources of frustrations for the BRICS economies and of course for China in the first place, has "pushed the BRICS countries to come together to try to quash [Western] political power, try to leverage on their rising economic power and provide a political leverage to their rising economic power.”

The BRICS’ new financial institutions, it has been further warned, could also undermine US-EU global dominance as they have had unchallenged sway over the decision-making institutions of global financial governance for 70 years, and the last thing they want to see is competition.

So deadly serious have the US-EU become in trying to maintain their global economic hegemony, MoFA experts in this report say, one need look no further than Libya, where in 2011, Muammar Gaddafi planned to quit selling Libyan oil in US Dollars — demanding payment instead in gold-backed“dinars” (a single African currency made from gold).

Within weeks of Gaddafi announcing his plan to replace the US Dollar, it should be remembered, his regime was attacked by a supposed popular uprising by what were described by the West as rag-tag revolutionaries who curiously announced the designation of the Central Bank of Benghazi as a monetary authority competent in monetary policies in Libya and the appointment of a Governor to the Central Bank of Libya, with a temporary headquarters in Benghazi.

So absolutely astounding was it that these “rag tag” Libyan rebels were able to establish a central bank before they had even formed a government, even Robert Wenzel of the US Economic Policy Journal was forced to admit to CNBC, “I have never before heard of a central bank being created in just a matter of weeks out of a popular uprising.”

Wenzel in his CNBC interview further revealed that foreign powers may have a strong influence over the rebels and stated: “This suggests we have a bit more than a ragtag bunch of rebels running around and that there are some pretty sophisticated influences”.

Most critical to note in this report, however, is its warning that while the whole world is in the middle of a global currency war (i.e. a situation where nations all compete to devalue their currencies the most in order to boost exports), the Obama regime has now “set its sights” on Russia like it did in 2011 against Libya, and in 2003 against Iraq, and in 2000 against Iran…all nations that have sought to break away from the US Dollar.

Even Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff warned the West in 2010 that the last time there was a series of competitive currency devaluations … it ended in World War II.

Sadly, President Rousseff’s warning is being joined by some of the world’s top financial experts who warned this week that “World War III is coming”.

And with India now joining with Russia and China against the US and EU…it looks to be coming much sooner than later.

This update is concerning all submitted KYC packages to Landa, and all incoming submissions. 

Delays in responses and TTM scheduling have now been identified as an Administrative Block imposed on all redemption/settlement funds allocated to the historic bonds and other transactions. This Administrative Block was imposed by the IMF. 

As of Thursday July 24, 2014, the Block was removed. 

The end buyer, the Treasuries, and the flippers are now very active with formal requests for updated KYC packages for major closings scheduled for this coming week. 

The Block was not made general knowledge by the IMF. If it was, then the IMF would be inundated with calls 24 hours a day demanding that funds be released. We understand this logic, but also understand the frustrations and harms perpetrated on sellers by this action. 

Landa is now re-submitting updated packages to the end buyer as we now have good confidence as to the veracity of the process, and the release of funds. 

Please be aware that with the removal of the Block, the Treasury Reserve Note will be making its now expected debut starting Monday July 26, 2014. The debut of the TRN is also expected to trigger the GCR with all transactions Basel III compliant. 

Bond intake will stop at the end of the month. Restart is an unknown at this time.

Congress's power to coin money is exclusive: under Article I, Section 10, the states are not permitted to "coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; [or] make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts...." Whereas the prohibitions on the states are clear and detailed, Congress's grant of power under the Coinage Clause is open-ended.

Nonetheless, certain elements are clear. First, Congress is granted the authority to "coin money," which authorizes Congress to coin money from precious metals such as gold and silver. Under the Articles of Confederation, the power to coin money was a concurrent power of Congress and the states. To create a more standardized monetary system and reduce the costs of running mints, the Constitution granted this power to Congress exclusively. The elimination of the states' power to coin money and the exclusive grant to Congress provoked controversy because the power to coin money was traditionally understood as a symbol of political sovereignty. Second, Congress is empowered to regulate the value of the coins struck domestically and to set the value of foreign coins. Under the Articles, Congress held the former power but not the latter. The Constitution gave both powers to Congress to encourage domestic and foreign commerce by preventing the states from attaching disparate valuations to circulating coins.

Beyond these simple issues, however, the scope of the federal government's powers under the Coinage Clause is unclear. In particular, although the Coinage Clause empowers Congress to coin money from precious metals, it is not clear whether the federal government could also issue paper money. Linguistic and conceptual usage during the Founding era distinguished between several different concepts: the power to "coin" specie money (i.e., money backed by gold or silver), the power to borrow money through the issuance of interest-bearing "notes," and the issuance of "Bills of Credit." Unlike coined money, whose value was inherent in the metal that composed the coin, and unlike "notes" that accrued interest, a bill of credit was non–interest-bearing paper money issued on the good credit of the United States with no tangible backing in precious metal.

Under the Articles of Confederation, both the federal and state governments were guilty of rampant inflationary issuance of bills of credit to finance the Revolutionary War. In response to the revolutionary history, Article I, Section 10, of the Constitution expressly prohibits the states from issuing bills of credit. With respect to Congress's power, however, the issue is not as clear. At the Constitutional Convention, it was proposed to give the federal government the power to "emit bills on the credit of the United States," but the language was defeated as being too prone to abuse. As a result, the Constitution's monetary clauses expressly grant Congress the power to coin money and to borrow money by issuing "notes" (i.e., interest-bearing government bonds), but not to issue bills of credit. Given the Framers' general hostility to paper money (James Madison, for instance, bemoaned its "pestilent effects" under the Articles), it is likely that the Framers' intended to prohibit the federal government from issuing bills of credit, just as they expressly barred the states from doing so. Moreover, the Constitution itself created a government of enumerated powers; thus, absent an express grant, Congress lacked the power to act. In fact, both those who spoke for and those who spoke against the proposed language to grant this power to the federal government understood that striking the language amounted to a prohibition on Congress's power to issue paper money.

The monetary system that prevailed throughout most of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries up until the Civil War comprised a hodgepodge of different types of money. Circulating money consisted of specie, coins minted by the government; privately minted coins; certain foreign coins; and paper banknotes issued by state-chartered private banks and backed by those institutions. Congress regulated the weight of gold and silver required to be contained in coins, but these ratios were often manipulated for political purposes. There were also several private mints, which stamped coins whose value reflected their intrinsic weight in specie. The dominant form of circulating money for most of this period was currency issued by state-chartered private banks and redeemable in gold or silver from the banks. Privately stamped "token" money, often made of copper, also circulated as an instrument for low-value exchange.

In general, the federal government did not issue fiat money (paper money not backed by specie) prior to the Civil War. Issuances were usually short-lived and were intended to be temporary solutions for government finance needs during a war or to shore up the bank system during a crisis. They were receivable for payment of government obligations and taxes, but none of these issuances were declared legal tender for private debts, although they did circulate for private transactions to some degree. Issuances usually were interest-bearing and of relatively large denominations that discouraged the circulation of the notes as money. The federal government issued large denomination interest-bearing notes at the outset of the War of 1812, but subsequent issuances declined in denomination and did not pay interest. Interest-bearing notes also were issued in response to the Panic of 1837. Notwithstanding the Framers' opposition to paper money and principles of constitutional interpretation that suggest that Congress is barred from issuing paper money, in Veazie Bank v. Fenno (1869), the Supreme Court held that the federal government's issuance of bills of credit to fund government operations was a valid exercise of the Necessary and Proper Clause.

To fund the Civil War, Congress also passed the Legal Tender Act of 1862. Unlike earlier issuances that were used to pay government obligations (as well as the paper money issued by the Confederate government), Civil War "greenbacks" (for which redemption in gold was "postponed") were for the first time declared legal tender for all debts, public or private. Even if the federal government had the authority to issue bills for payment of government obligations, it was a distinct question whether the federal government could also force private individuals to accept them for private contracts, an issue specifically withheld in Veazie Bank.

The Framers believed that in prohibiting the authority of the federal government from issuing bills of credit, they also were prohibiting their recognition as legal tender by definition. Moreover, they also separately and expressly barred the states from recognizing anything as legal tender other than gold or silver, which was generally understood as further evidence of the Framer's hostility to legal tender laws. Even those at the Constitutional Convention who supported Congress's power to issue bills of credit opposed granting the power to declare them legal tender.

In a series of nineteenth-century cases dubbed The Legal Tender Cases, the Supreme Court addressed the federal government's power to order its bills of credit to be accepted as legal tender for all debts, public and private. In Hepburn v. Griswold (1870), the Court held it a violation of the Obligation of Contract Clause to retroactively alter contract terms by permitting payment in "greenbacks" of an obligation incurred in gold dollars. Greenbacks were not immediately redeemable in gold. Following a dramatic change in membership, however, just one year later in the Knox v. Lee (1871), the Court expressly overruled Hepburnand upheld the Legal Tender Act as applied to both prospective and retrospective debts. Pointing to the crisis occasioned by the Civil War, Knox upheld the power to declare paper money to be legal tender. In Julliard v. Greenman (1884), the Supreme Court extended Knox, upholding the validity of legal tender laws during peacetime. The Court held that the federal government's monetary power was inherent in its sovereignty; thus it need not be enumerated in the Constitution. Justice Stephen Field's blunt dissent declared, "If there be anything in the history of the Constitution which can be established with moral certainty, it is that the framers of that instrument intended to prohibit the issue of legal tender notes both by the general government and by the States; and thus prevent interference with the contracts of private parties." The recognition of Congress's expansive discretion on monetary issues in The Legal-Tender Cases was later used to support the federal government's invalidation of gold clauses in private contracts in the 1930s.

Whether that is due to cabal shenanigans, or those "cleaning house" in the US corporatocracy, or both, I don't know. I know there are people working on our behalf, and, that much of what they do must be kept from the public till it's done. 

I just hope we suddenly see our RV and the arrests in short order.

We always come home to the loving arms of our Creator, and the other energy forms we recognize as our Brothers and Sisters, our Twin Flames, our soul partners and soul mates.  Now it is the next step in your development to see the continuum of Life which runs through all your experiences, whether you are here in a human body or traveling the Universe in your light bodies, or incarnating on a distant planet to experience a life of comfort and harmony. Beloved Ones, we are like the fish of the sea - any fish, any sea - in that we swim in the great ocean of God's Love.  We breathe the air of God's creation, we eat the food God created for us, and we live out the lifetime of the body we have chosen to inhabit for this life experience.  We cannot be abandoned by God, no matter how dark our thoughts might be; we cannot be punished by God for sins or for anything else, because God sees us as a part of him/herself, and loves all Creation as One.  God would find it unthinkable to punish any creature, any being, because it is not a part of the Great Plan to control or destroy the precious beings who were created in Love. We are given free reign to live well or badly, whichever we choose, and to learn from the experience.  When you become used to incarnating here on Earth, it is easy to begin to feel that this experience of suffering and conflict is just the way of the Universe, or what Life is, but it is not true.  Life is LIFE.  The life force that courses through your veins is not concerned with whether you feel it or not, whether you acknowledge its presence or not, it just is, and it will remain to sustain you as long as you continue in this body. It is a gift, a blessing that is given freely and without conditions.  It is only you, Dear Ones, who place conditions and judgments and restrictions on your own joy. God did not create you to suffer, or to worry, or to feel alone and separate.  Let's be clear here.  You, the soul that you are, are an integral part of the whole that is Creator.  There is no parting from that, or being left out, or separating yourself.  It cannot be done.  Only when you come here - the soul that you are - to inhabit a human form, do you begin to think in terms of how you are alone in the Universe, and wonder if there might be intelligent life somewhere in the Cosmos like you.  From the point of view of the higher dimensions it would be amusing that you would even think to ask such obvious questions, and that you might actually believe you are the only conscious beings, if it were not so completely and sadly delusional. You see, your suffering comes not from the physical conditions of your life, for it takes very little for a human being to live happily, as many indigenous cultures have shown us throughout the ages.  Look at a baby, and see just how much that child really desires.  A reasonable supply of nourishing milk, a deep and loving gaze from a parent, a little comfort in the form of a clean diaper and a cozy hug, and the child will supply the rest from their connection with God, their guardian angels, and the light and energy patterns surrounding them. As the current legislative session winds down, Texas Rep. Steve Stockman has one specific issue to tackle before the upcoming recess. During a recent interview with Newsmax TV’s Steve Malzberg, he indicated that he will put the proposition of arresting former IRS official Lois Lerner to a congressional vote.

Lerner, who was charged with contempt of Congress for her obstruction during questioning about her role in the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups, made headlines again Wednesday when an email surfaced in which she called conservatives “a—holes” and “crazies.”

“My contention is if you charge someone with contempt and you don’t take action, the contempt citation is meaningless,” Stockman explained.

He acknowledged that support for his proposition varies greatly throughout the chamber; however, he suggested that a thorough review of her actions during the investigation might convince some detractors to change their opinion.

“I would challenge any Democrat or Republican to defend Lois Lerner’s actions,” he said; “and if you don’t vote to uphold a contempt charge and make her accountable then my question is are you advocating the behavior which she has displayed?”

Stockman said he has gotten some significant support from many of his colleagues already.

“They said some things about ‘Jail a word that rhymes with witch’ to me several times,” he said, “so some people are very adamant about it and other people are less.”

As for where she might serve her time, he concluded that “everybody jokes about having her serve here in the House,” though he noted that his request “is that we just put her in a local institution somewhere in D.C.”

He described Lerner as someone who has shown “total disrespect for Congress” throughout the inquiry.

“She has been insolent,” he said. “She is in no way compliant. She declared her Fifth Amendment right and then went ahead and talked.”

Stockman also touched on the possibility of impeaching Obama, which he said would likely just play right into the administration’s plan.

Although he confirmed that Obama has committed impeachable offenses while in office, he asserted that the president is “begging to be impeached so he can raise money and recruit volunteers.”

According to Stockman, Obama and his supporters are trying to “encourage people like myself who feel he’s violated the law to do just that.”

In any case, with just 12 legislative days left in the session as of his interview, Stockman doesn’t think that impeachment proceedings are a feasible pursuit prior to the upcoming midterm elections.
