The global head of Citigroup's environmental and social risk management was found dead in his New York apartment on Tuesday with a laceration to the throat.

The body of Shawn D. Miller, 42, was discovered in the bathtub of his condo in Manhattan's Financial District about 3.11pm.
There was no knife or obvious weapon found at the scene, leading police to believe the death was suspicious, according to The New York Post.
Investigators are now trying to work out who may have gained access to the upmarket one-bedroom apartment at 120 Greenwich Street.
There were no signs of forced entry.
The gruesome find was made by the building's doorman.
It is believed a worried friend called the building - located near Albany St street and the September 11 Memorial and Museum - and asked if the doorman if he could check on Miller.
The banker was pronounced dead at the scene.
A medical examiner will determine the official cause of death.

Many people now are refusing to use their assigned, legal, dead fiction names and are having great successes!  If you are still paying taxes, you are condoning your criminal governments.  After the Nuremberg trials, there were new laws enacted allowing people to refuse to pay taxes to criminal governments, and I don’t know about you guys, but mine - here in Canada - has been committing treasonous and criminal acts for decades.  Our scientists are gagged, our people are not allowed free speech (unless we are agreeing with their insanity), we are needlessly indebted to private banks - when we have a national bank we could and should be using, our jails are full of victimless crime prisoners, we are feeding our people GMOs and refuse to even label them, we support the murder of Palestinians and our police are killing innocent people on a daily basis.
There's a climate of fascism and fear here now, and this is not the place I grew up in.
Stand up, people.  Say no!  You know we are only governed by our CONSENT, right?  Do you consent to this madhouse called earth?  My 7 year old granddaughter could do a better job.

     Russia has recently made various moves indicating that she is ready to fight America in major war anytime America thinks it is ready to fight Russia. She thinks that her electronic military technology is better than America's now. She just boasted in Pravda how she is now officially stronger than America or Nato in quantity and quality of important military weapons she possesses. She admits that she broke the treaty with  Obama to keep Russia weaker than what she is now. Her attitude towards Obama is, "So what can you do? We beat you in military chess and what the hell can you do about it now?"
     In secret American power circles they think that they are in charge of America and the world. And no one is powerful enough to overcome their control of Wash., D.C. and their partially set up secret international world government. However, in private schools I went to due to his money, I met the missing families who secretly rule over America and you don't know them. I went to the same private school among others as your second Pres. Bush and Dan Brown of "The DaVinci Code" went to which is for the sons of the power elite of America. I was an editorial writer for the school newspaper when there. Also, an editorial writer for the school newspaper in military school and at the university I attended as a history major.
     The American people have much potential to them but little used as they are trained to not use most of their talents as being "politically correct" in public education to not think independently as Americans. People still have a hidden God-given common sense to them that public education finds hard to destroy in them. For example, I mentioned in my many national reports that I have posted on the internet through Nesara News that the F.B.I. visited me at my large retail store in Seneca, SC in 1990 and asked me to help save America from a pending  World War III. They said that their computer files rated me one of the few top military intelligence experts in America and they were very respectful in talking to me. If that story were not true, then the F.B.I. would have rushed in long ago to arrest me for inventing a monstrous lie story like this about myself and F.B.I. The F.B.I. came from their Greenville office in S.C. under instructions of Wash., D.C. The F.B.I. agent in charge was very smart and when I build my Camelot Project, if he is interested, I would invite him to join me in security for the Camelot Project which will have the most advanced military technology in the world. Our security will be top as required as our military technology will be the best in the world. I have not been dealing with super geniuses in science and engineering for years without knowing how to beat the standard governments in creating military technology better than they have. By the way, there was a woman witness there when this F.B.I. meeting occurred with me at my large retail store!
     Two believed allies of the power elite were believed to be both Russia and China. The power elite do not understand the Chinese race well enough. I grew up with Chinese families which they did not. The Chinese will not be ruled by the power elite. When they are ready after pretending to play ball with the power elite, the Chinese would then arrest the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, etc. as they would know they now held the upper hand and execute them as they would hold them in contempt and would never consent to let these non-Chinese rule the Chinese like their masters.

     As for the Russians, even Communism could not erase the true basic Russian character in them and they will kick the teeth in of the power elite once they have the upper hand in world power. Again Rothschilds, Rockefellers, etc. all killed and their great hidden wealth  confiscated to Russia and maybe also split with China.

I am correct to say that Russia is technically ready to  militarily defeat and even annihilate America if judged necessary. But the Russians have too much national pride and racial identity and will not let the power elite rule over them once they have the upper hand. When I studied with the defector from the Moscow Institute For Nuclear Studies, the Communists had secretly planned to crush the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, etc. once they had the final upper hand in the world. Even though one Rothschild was treated like royalty and given an honor guard when he flew into the Soviet Union I think during the Cold War, they were playing politics with him and once they no longer needed him for pulling strings in America, then he would have found out that he was no longer needed by Russia and so he could be eliminated along with his secret power clique in America and Europe. 

    Today I sent to three sources by email listed as being part of Pravda.ru the official state newspaper of Russia during the Cold War and now editorially anti-Communist. I sent to them the report of Russia Targets Nuclear Annihilation Of America. From Erasmus Of America (my pen name). I am offering Russia a great future that the power elite cannot. If this report spreads across Russia, I think the Russians will welcome the great future I will offer to Russia then. And since my father's Vatican endorsed industrial food process was tested in university tests and indicated that before long the entire human race will go extinct on earth if this Vatican endorsed food product is not added to the human diet in time, the nation or nations having this trade secret industrial food process should become the most powerful nation or nations on the earth. Also, Al Gore while I think he missed the mark with his "global warming" message still did write the foreword to a science book reporting on medical lab reports from all over the earth indicating that the entire human race will soon go extinct on the earth if an antidote is not found fast enough to keep the human race fertile so they can continue to have future generations of children on earth. My father's Vatican endorsed industrial food process is the only guaranteed antidote to save the human race from pending biological extinction on earth. I use the Vatican reference as it is a prominent endorsement for this wonderful food discovery of my father, but also other prominent sources in America and abroad endorsed it also including Ezra Taft Benson who had been U.S. Secretary of Agriculture under President Eisenhower and later head of the Mormon Church in America. The Mormons are strongly interested in smart health angles in top quality health foods!

Next there will be a military takeover, region by region, as the government declares a state of emergency and martial law. And once the Omni Law is passed, I will see that grand juries investigate who was trying to hurt or ruin the American economy by continued blockage of the "RV" which sources tell me that Obama is blocking as his way of trying to hurt the American economy. If the RV occurs fast enough, I won't bother with the investigation. If stalled, then once the Omni Law is passed, we will assign grand juries to investigate this sabotage of the American economy and charge him or them with high treason in that case. As I was trained under six of the most brilliant economists of America and Europe including a German economist endorsed by Albert Einstein, once the Omni Law is passed, then the American economy is not going to collapse regardless of schemes of the power elite who want to soon do this to America.

The two used together while the snow with the heavy radiation dropped should help greatly increase your chances of not dying from or else getting deadly sick from intensive radiation poisoning. i understand that his information had originally come from some who had experimented with radiation poisoning and thought that these were smart answers to use.
