The Sheriff is one of three positions that can Arrest the President of the United States, and the other two are the Provost Marshall and the State Attorney General!

If your Sheriff refuses to investigate then you can have them Criminally Charged for doing business with a corporation that is Bankrupt, and We ALL Know the Cities and Counties Financially Support the Federal Government, or Truly they Receive Federal Grants, which is a crime when they are Bankrupt.

It is best to get the Sheriff in the County with the State Capital to do the investigation for their whole State, and then in ALL 48 States to focus in as then the State Capital itself cannot reject it for themselves for the State to stay in business, as they are a Sub-Corporation.

It could be a lot easier for the Sheriff to Mandate the Judge's decision on Bill Benson's 2 Volume Book “The Law That Never Was” to be overturned to have the Book released as the Judge actually placed a GAG order on the Info of the Truth of the 16th Amendment Ratification, and that Judge works for the American BAR Association who works for the Queen!

Over the past several years, incidents involving fake gold (usually in the form of gold-plated tungsten) have emerged every so often, usually involving Manhattan’s jewelry district, some of Europe’s bigger gold foundries, or the occasional billion dealer. But never was fake gold actually discovered in the form monetary gold, held by a bank as reserve capital and designed to fool bank regulators of a bank’s true financial state. This changed on Friday when Russia’s “Admiralty” Bank, which had its banking license revoked last week by Russia’s central bank, was reportedly using gold-plated metal as part of its “gold reserves.“
According to Russia’s Banki.ru, as part of a probe in the Admiralty bank, the central bank regulator questioned the existence of the bank’s reported quantity of precious metals held in reserve. Citing a source, Banki.ru notes that as part of its probe, instead of gold, the “regulator found gold-plated metal.”
The Russian website further adds that according to “Admiralty” bank’s financial statements, as of August 1 the bank had declared as part of its highly liquid assets precious metals amounting to 400 million roubles. The last regulatory probe of the bank was concluded in the second half of August, said one of the Banki.ru sources. Another source claims that as part of the probe, the auditor questioned the actual availability of the bank’s precious metals and found gold-painted metal.
The website notes that shortly before the bank’s license was revoked, the bank had offered its corporate clients to withdraw funds after paying a commission of 30%. This is shortly before Russia’s central bank disabled Admiralty’s electronic payment systems on September 7.
Admiralty Bank was a relatively small, ranked in 289th place among Russian banks in terms of assets. On August 1 the bank’s total assets were just above 8 billion roubles, while the monthly turnover was in the order of 40-55 billion rubles. The balance of the bank’s assets was poorly diversified: two-thirds of the bank’s assets (4.9 billion rubles) were invested in loans. The rest of the assets, about 30%, were invested in highly liquid assets.
Or at least highly liquid on paper: according to Banki.ru the key reason for the bank’s license revocation was the central bank’s insistence that the bank had insufficient reserves against possible loan losses.
The Russian central bank has not yet made an official statement.
The first question, obviously, is if a small-to-mid level Russian bank was using gold-plated metal to fool the central bank about the quality of its “gold-backed” reserves, how many other Russian banks are engaged in comparable fraud. The second question, and perhaps more relevant, is how many global banks – especially among emerging markets, where gold reserves remain a prevalent form of physical reserve accumulation – are engaging in comparable fraud.
Finally, what does this mean for gold itself, whose price on one hand is sliding with every passing day (thanks in part to what is now a record 228 ounces of paper claims on every ounce of physical gold as reported before), even as it increasingly appears there is a major global physical shortage. If the Admiralty bank’s fraud is found to be pervasive, what will happen to physical gold demand as more banks are forced to buy the yellow metal in the open market to avoid being shuttered and/or prison time for the executives?

Managers of Winnipeg's North End Ambassador Program are searching for private sponsors to allow the program to expand after enduring a successful summer. 

The non-confrontational street patrol program is run by the North End Community Renewal Corporation, and its aim is to create a safe and clean neighbourhood. 
Specifically, what the group does ranges from organizing safe walks, to picking up needles and crack pipes, to reporting illegal dumping in the area. 
"It takes time to find needles because they are so small, some of them are clear, not all of them have caps on them. It's unbelievable how many needles are in the North End, especially where the children are walking towards their schools and that," the program manager Kenneth Harry said.
"People say they're in the back lanes, it's not in the back lanes anymore. It's mostly in the boulevards, in parks and stuff. We found them in St. John's Park."
In the last year alone, the group has picked up more than 1,500 used needles, Harry said. 
Currently, the program relies on a number of volunteers, if the program can secure sponsorship, Harry hopes to be able to pay some of those volunteers. 
"We'd like to have some sustainable funding. It's a chance for organizations to show some visible support for the health and safety of Winnipeg's inner city communities," Harry said.
Marcel Anderson volunteers with the ambassador program, and he said his son has inspired him to help create change in the community.
"My role basically is ... just be a role model in the community. Doing what I can do for the next generation to have a safe and cleaner environment there in the North End," he said.

I bring this information to the public with a very heavy heart. Some journalists revel in being able to expose the type of dramatic conspiracy contained in this article.

Four firefighters suffered burn injuries while battling a new wildfire in California that broke out Saturday and quickly grew, authorities said.

The firefighters were injured while working to put out the so-called Valley Fire in Lake County northwest of Sacramento, which swelled from 400 acres to 10,000 acres in a matter of hours, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, also known as Cal Fire, said.

By Saturday night the fire had grown to 25,000 acres, Cal Fire said. Ash was reported to be falling in Sacramento, about 90 miles away, the Sacramento Fire Department said.

Hundreds of firefighters were working to protect homes. The community of Cobb, an area of about 1,600 people, was under mandatory evacuation orders.

All Cal Fire personnel were called back into duty late Saturday because of fire activity statewide, and all days off were cancelled, a fire official said.

The drachma drama may be over and the Brussels bailout agreed – but businesses in Greece are looking for alternative currency models. More than 1,000 ATMs are set to spring up in the country as trust in the banking system is disappearing.

And bitcoin, the so-called 'crypto-currency' could be the solution. According to Coin Telegraph, BTCGreece, the first bitcoin exchange in Greece, plans to install 1,000 bitcoin machines in partnership with bitcoin platform, Cubits.

Strict capital controls have been in place in Greece since June, leaving people and businesses unable to withdraw more than $66 (60 euros) a day and banned from transferring money to foreign bank accounts. This has led to more people viewing Bitcoin as a viable alternative.

"We are creating the ecosystem of bitcoin and blockchain solutions in the Greek market," BTCGreece founder Thanos Marinos told CoinTelegraph.

"That will include the roll out of 1,000 ATMs and solutions for the e-commerce and tourism industry."

The oil-rich nation also claimed that it has given permanent residency to hundreds of thousands of Syrians ever since 2011.
Rich Gulf nations have been condemned for not welcoming Syrian refugees, who are fleeing the civil war and the Islamic State (Isis) onslaught in the country and making perilous journeys to Europe via sea. While numerous countries apart from Europe are embracing thousands of migrants, Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) members Saudi Arabia, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrainand Qatar have been blamed for remaining silent on the issue.
However, according to the Saudi Press Agency, an unnamed official of the Saudi foreign ministry has said that nearly 2.5 million Syrians have been given shelter in the Islamic kingdom. The official stressed that Syrians are not treated as refugees and are not placed in camps “to ensure their dignity and safety”.

The Department of Veterans Affairs inspector general says more than 300,000 veterans likely died waiting to be added to to the beleaguered federal program, and one of the leading congressional investigators says solutions are slow in coming because VA leaders are slow to report critical data and what they do submit often cannot be trusted.
Last week, the inspector general reported that 800,000 veterans suffered unacceptable delays in getting their applications processed just to enter the system. That information did not come willingly. It was demanded by Congress.
“This is a report that came out from the inspector general simply because our committee asked for it,” Rep. Dan Benishek, R-Mich., told WND and Radio America. “Now the VA’s own inspector general is admitting 800,000 records were stalled in their system.”
Benishek was a surgeon for decades at a VA hospital in his district. He is now a member of the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee and chairman of its health subcommittee.
The IG report is the latest massive black eye for the VA. In May 2014, whistleblowers revealed veterans were forced to wait months for treatment in many cases, and some facilities cooked the books to make it look like care was being delivered in a much more timely fashion.
Despite a major reform bill signed into law last year, Benishek said it’s unclear what progress is actually being made.
“I understand it’s difficult to get things moving in government,” he said. “You need to make some dramatic steps to get this ship turned around, but I don’t know that it’s actually turning around.”

A big reason lawmakers struggle to chart any improvement at the VA is the stunning lack of cooperation from the VA itself.
"If we had facts, if we had the data, then we could make better decisions," Benishek said. "The VA's been unforthcoming to provide that data. The administration needs to get up front and center. The president should really make this a priority."
Adding to the frustration, Benishek said, is the nagging doubt about the accuracy of the little information the VA does provide to Congress.
"They keep saying, 'We're working on it. We're working on it,' and then you heard last year that all the numbers were cooked," Benishek said. "It's hard to trust what we get out of them. Frankly, that's a continued problem. Until I see some improvement there, I'm going to continue to hammer on them to make faster improvements."
So far, it's been one excuse after another.
"Just before we left for our break, they told us they were $3 billion over budget in providing health care for veterans, and they didn't even know it because they had 'old software.' This kind of mismanagement can't be tolerated anymore. We need to put a stop to it," he said.
One of the most hopeful aspects of the reform package last year allowed veterans to seek health care in the private marketplace and send the bill to the government. The "choice" program was expected to improve care and reduce the backlog, but it hasn't always worked out that way.
"It hasn't been working that well because the VA has had a hard time signing up providers for it. I've had veterans complain to me that it hasn't been working for them in all cases. I've had other veterans tell me that it's working OK," said Benishek, who noted that another massive headache centers around vast disparities in competency and leadership from facility to facility.
"Depending on where you are in the country, there's different performance of the VA. There's not a standardized performance nationwide," Benishek said. "If you've been to one VA hospital, you've been to one VA hospital."
Another part of the reform bill was the demand for an independent assessment of the VA's practices. That report is due soon, and Benishek said he is tentatively encouraged by the executive summary. He said one simple idea that could have avoided a lot of hassle for veterans is for the medical records of active-duty military personnel to automatically transfer from the Department of Defense to the VA.
But even the simple ideas tend to hit major roadblocks. Benishek said this idea has been tried before, and it was a flop.
"We've worked with the Department of Defense and the VA Department in the past, and both secretaries were in front of me in a committee saying, 'We're going to get this done.' We spent $3 billion on making it happen, and nothing happened," Benishek said.
He also believes the VA should study what works best at effective VA hospitals and push those standards and practices on the dysfunctional facilities.
"In my district, we have a good VA hospital director. He's been working with us well, solves the problems that we bring to his attention. That should be going on all over the country," he said.
Ultimately, he said, real progress will require the government making this a top priority, and that's not happening right now. He said loud insistence on progress from the American people could make a huge difference.
"It's really up to the American people to put enough pressure on the administration to make some real change in the VA," Benishek said.

Stunning rainbow emerges from the World Trade Center on the eve of the 14th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks

On the eve of the 14th anniversary of the September 11 terror attacks, stunning photos show a rainbow appearing to originate from the World Trade Center in New York City on Thursday. 

Ben Sturner, the CEO of sports marketing company Leverage Agency, has an unobstructed view of the Manhattan skyline including the World Trade Center, from across the East River. 

On Thursday morning, Sturner stepped outside of his apartment in Long Island City, Queens and onto the terrace to check the weather as part of his daily routine. 

The sight that he saw while standing outside just after 7:00am was nothing short of magical and stunning.

Stunning: Ben Sturner said that he stepped out onto his terrace to check the weather around 7:00am when he saw the stunning sight

 

'I see this rainbow, and it's coming from the World Trade Center and it's the most gorgeous rainbow I've ever seen,' Sturner told WNBC. 

'I took out my phone and started snapping photos.'

Sturner decided to share the captivating images to social media immediately and has since received dozens of responses from people noting the timing of the rainbow.
