Ever heard of E-Verify?
Most employers have. E-Verify is a free verification system under the umbrella of the Department of Homeland Security. Registered employers can use this system to make sure that job applicants are eligible for employment.
Interestingly enough, our own President doesn’t pass muster. As it would turn out, Barack Obama has been given the job of “leader of the free world,” but is not eligible to be a fry cook at your local Burger King.
The man couldn’t even get a job sweeping the floors at the White House yet he is living there.
How can this be?
This is a media and government cover up. It goes way beyond what you might think. Big right wing news sources have been accused of their complicity in the matter as well.
I will show you documents that leave little doubt to my claims, but ultimately it probably won’t matter. This is the biggest fraud in American history and no one in congress seems to care, courts won’t even hear the case, and the citizens are more worried about how many TD passes their fantasy QB has today than the fact that a usurper is in office.
Nevertheless, I present the truth.

Bill Clinton answered that. It depends on what the meaning of is; is.
Which of the three? Paul Andrew Mitchell's website http://supremelaw.org/fedzone11/htm/chapter4.htm discusses the three United States and those people who are Citizens of the United States belong to one of them.
Which makes an interesting point.
To defend against enemies foreign and domestic, the Citizen can be of the United States that is 'not' the Republic and in the case the Republic returns and the Citizen of the United States that is 'not' the Republic fights; well, well, well, that may be how the zionists get rid of their majority because the fighters will be foreign to the Republic United States, and not even know that in their claim to be Citizens of the United States, that they are claiming to be National to a different Nation than the one that has the power. Maybe the Republic has no Citizens, only sovereigns.
We will not know, because we never know what's really going on, and yes the martial law will be a false flag as who will know who is the enemy, or maybe it's already determined by the affiliations already made.

Correction: there is a much greater fraud in American history, a fraud that has permeated every aspect of our nation, from the very top, right down to the very bottom, that is, from the highest public office in our nation's capitol, to the lowest public office in my own town, your own town or city, and every other town and city. CEO Barrack Obama simply is a figurehead, a puppet used in a public relations and propaganda campaign aimed at keeping you and I pre-occupied with looking in one place while the real fraud happens right under our noses. You see this fraud, every day, but ascribe slanted meaning to it because you've been, and we've been, led by others throughout our lives to view these wrong-doings as something just and beneficial to all. The fraud of which I speak has a consequence with which you and everyone else is all too familiar, the blatant disregard for constitutional rights, constitutional law, and justice by those whom have been entrusted to protect the very rights, laws and justice which they've been violating. Why are they committing these violations? For profit. At your expense. And for control, to maintain those profits, until you and I have absolutely nothing left to be seized. At which point, you and I not only are no longer necessary, but you and I constitute a persistent threat to their cushy, ill-gotten lives.
