I take a different point of view with regards to Supreme Court Justices and their impact upon the U.S. They are strictly an “opinion based bench” and do not make law. The Sovereign States keep them in line by Nullification. 

So even if SCOTUS were all benched with monkeys, the Sovereign States always make the final decision upon Constitutionality by either agreeing with SCOTUS or nullifying SCOTUS.

The GOTS Checklist – A Review

Dear CIGAs,

Jim has asked me to review “G.O.T.S.” (Get Out of The System) with you and comment on it. From a timing standpoint, I can tell you he is as adamant as I’ve ever seen, now, RIGHT NOW you must exit the system! You will not be afforded the opportunity if you are even one second too late!

For your convenience, here is the GOTS check list:

1. Your equities are held in certificate form or direct registration
2. You have no Federal sponsored retirement funds such as 401K etc.
3. You have no CDs and investments in bonds.
4. You have modest money deposited among selected BRICs countries or BRIC protectorates like Singapore
5. You store your own precious metals.
6. You have no mortgage obligations.
7. You keep cash on hand for 6 months expenses. That is cash, not plastic with credit open
8. You have no consumer debt at all. Pay it down or off.
9. You have a small hobby farm for protein and veggies outside of where you are living with no mortgage debt, set up green.
10. You have a gas, diesel or electric car with high fuel mileage for the farm.
11. You have a generator with large fuel capacity for the farm.
12. 33 1/3% of your liquid net worth is in gold and silver or according to your preference.

The above is by no means a complete checklist. Please keep in mind, not everyone even has the ability to attain the position of this checklist because they simply cannot afford to. In a perfect world, the above checklist would be a “start” only and situated on a private island, preferably with other likeminded people.

Let’s break this list down into groups. Numbers 1-4 pertain to your “paper assets”. When the system comes down and is reset, do not count or rely on your paper wealth as an “asset”. There are two problems, first whether your institution will even survive and then of course whether the paper itself retains value. The basic premise is to rely as little as possible on paper and the institutions holding that paper. #4 is notable because having some capital outside of the West and within the BRICS ahead of time will leapfrog any capital controls put in place.

#5 is very important because of the counter party risk issue. Is it really and truly gold and silver that you own? Or is it a piece of paper or a receipt “promising” you gold or silver? Promises are made to broken …and “promises” are the only thing holding the financial system up from total collapse. 

Better said, it is the “belief” in these promises preventing an outright collapse. I have maintained all along, all that has been done has been to hide the relationship of values between paper currency and gold. Quite simply, more paper exists than is believed and less gold is held than claimed. We will find out the true relationship as the promises are broken!

Numbers 6-8 are all about debt, have as little as possible! For some, this is impossible. Some believe gold will explode in current dollar terms (it will) and their debt will be washed away via inflation (it will not). 

Jim wrote to me:

“Anyone who knows the real history of Weimar collapse know that the banks were not hurt as mortgages & debts owed were readjusted to value to gold before the collapse to the value of gold after the collapse so you owed the bank the exactly the buying power in terms of the Rentenmark (new currency) after the currency collapsed.

 
Those that owned gold, closed debt obligation ahead of time and GOTS to the greatest degree they could were the winners to the degree they GOTS. They and the banks were the only winners.” I agree with this, there will be no “debt jubilee”. 

I would also add this, with gold (and especially silver) priced as they are right now, selling metal to pay down debt is not smart because the relationship is skewed. I believe you will have a better gold/dollar relationship at a later date and prior to the issue of a new currency. 

That said, having zero debt means zero chance of becoming a slave.

Numbers 9-11 are the hardest of all because they require a lot of capital. Being totally self sufficient may only be a dream to you, ignoring this and living in a city will be a nightmare! If the best you can do is to live 30 miles away from a city and in a rural setting, this certainly will be a better choice than living in a metropolis. Remember, food stocks will run out within 3 days and even if you have paper dollar bills, they cannot spend on what does not exist.

By no means was this all inclusive, the exercise was undertaken to make people think. It was meant only as a start for some or a reminder for others of what you may have forgotten. When Jim requested a review, he finished with the following “GOTS = Get out of the system. It is as or more important than owning gold and being in the system.”

Please understand what he is saying, “gold will help but it is not a magic bullet.” Gold is meant to get your wealth “from here to there.” In other words, gold will transport wealth from today into tomorrow. It is up to you to live long enough to get there. Sufficient quantities of water, rice, beans and lead will be more helpful than gold or silver in this department!

Do the best you can with what you have, do not beat yourself up because you forgot something …you will. 

Plan with like-minded people or neighbors and don’t mistake what is most important, your family and your spirituality.

Do what you can even while being laughed at by your friends and family.  In the end, they will “get why you GOTS”!

And no matter what your faith or who your God is, make your relationship right because when push comes to shove, there are no atheists in a foxhole! For those who have a belief, this is the Absolute GOTS of them all!

Unfortunately there are reports surfacing that are proving the American people are being lied to in regard to the restoration of the Republic. Recent example: being told that bozo is in Dubai while at the same time he is being televised on TV speaking at Dem political rallies out west and also being interviewed by various 'news' agencies such as CNN. Bozo was 'reported' to have signed his 'resignation' from the presidency of the criminal cabal corporation in Wash DC a few weeks ago - yet he and the rest of the traitors continue to carry on business as usual and this while the corporate charter is reported as being expired and the corporation bankrupt? If you think that there are those behind the scenes working for the restoration of the 'Republic,' what are you going to do if and when it is proven that this ‘restored republic’ is yet another criminal mob ‘republic’ corporation, a rerun of the same tyrannical practices and procedures that this nation has suffered under for the past 200 years - only with a new name? And as for the RV/GCR. How many years now have the exact same 'intel' reports been circulated, perhaps with a date or location change but still the same old story line. All the 'intel sources' you people spend your whole day and night every day calling and calling and re-calling with the questions 'have you got anything? and 'any intel updates?' is like a blind hamster on a hamster wheel - you keep doing the exact same things and getting the same reports and your hamster wheel keeps going round and round and round getting you nowhere. WAKE UP for pete sake. IF the REAL Republic EVER IS re-established, all will know and there won't be a need for all the ridiculous phone calls. Planned Parenthood Shoots Themselves in Foot

Are you familiar with the metaphor ‘shoot yourself in the foot’? It’s an expression referring to making one’s own situation worse. The origin of the metaphor appears to be unsure and lost. Some believe the origin may have arisen from someone actually shooting themselves in the foot by accident due to their own ineptitude

 

Others point to World War 1 when it was reported that soldiers in the trenches would intentionally shoot themselves in the foot in order to get out of combat, but once discovered that it was done intentionally, the soldiers faced charges, making their situation worse.

It seems that PP's endorsement of Hillary Clinton has made the situation worse for the bloody organization.  After their public endorsement of Clinton and promise to spend at least $20 million on the 2016 elections, some of which will go to Clinton’s campaign, the baby murdering organization is getting backlash from many of their supporters. 

Clinton has always been a supporter of abortion. In 2009, Planned Parenthood bestowed their esteemed Margaret Sanger Award on Clinton for her fight for abortion and women’s rights. So why the outrage?

Planned Parenthood’s Facebook page has been filled with negative comments about the Clinton endorsement and to the surprise of many, those negative comments are being posted not by pro-lifers but by their own supporters. Many are vowing to stop donating to the abortion giant.

What I would like to know is how much of that $20 million worth of campaign donations comes from our tax dollars that are illegally funneled to Planned Parenthood by the federal government, but no one seems to be questioning this issue. 

I didn’t think tax dollars could be used for political campaigning.  Besides, if Planned Parenthood can afford to blow $20 million for political donations, then why do they need MY tax dollars in the first place?

I hope and pray that the negative backlash of Planned Parenthood’s endorsement of Hillary Clinton greatly impacts them to the point of having to close more abortion clinics for lack of funding. Hopefully the shot in the foot causes a system wide infection that eventually kills their entire organization. Wouldn’t that be an answer to pray!

On a side note, I would expect many of the liberals who support Planned Parenthood to be pro Clinton, but evidently that’s not the case. Is it a sign of Clinton’s support foundation beginning to crumble due to all of her scandals, lying and investigations? We can only hope so.

Governor to Protect Religious Rights

Indiana Governor to Protect Religious Rights of Hoosiers

Over the past decade, we’ve seen far too many reports of Christians having their religious rights violated by Selective Allowable Discrimination. Gay activists have pressed for preferential treatment and rights that trump the rights of Christians. They know that Christianity is one of their biggest enemies because it reveals the truth about their sinful lifestyle. With liberals running our government and courts, homosexuals have been successful in their battle against the truth and for the most part, Christians have allowed it to happen.

At least one politician is vowing to protect the religious freedoms of his people in the face of today’s liberalism. Gov. Mike Pence, the conservative leader of Indiana delivered his State of the State address. 

Pence’s address also included statements about the state’s strong economy and comments about Obama’s gun control measures.  In his address, Pence reiterated his conservative stand on religious rights, saying:

"I will not support any bill that diminishes the religious freedom of Hoosiers or that interferes with the constitutional rights of our citizens to live out their beliefs in worship, service or work."

And according to the Indy Star:

“He asserted that Indiana is already ‘an open and welcoming state that respects everyone’ and said he believes ‘that no one should be harassed or mistreated because of who they are, who they love, or what they believe.’”

“‘And,’ he added later, ‘no one should ever fear persecution because of their deeply held religious beliefs.’”

“‘The issues confronting our state are complex,’ Pence said, ‘but I believe if we will hew to our roots, stand firm on the freedoms bequeathed to us by our founders, if we confront the challenges before us with common sense and craft Indiana solutions to improve the lives of Hoosiers, we will move forward together.’”

The problem is that gay rights activists don’t use common sense and generally are not willing to be tolerable or work with Christians to insure that their rights are not infringed. Like I stated above, homosexuals don’t want equality, they want superiority. 

They also want to crush Christian rights and authority because it reveals how abominable they are in the eyes of God.

Gay activists will fight Pence at every step and take him to court to force him to comply with their anti-Christian demands and in today’s liberal judicial system, they’ll most likely succeed. 

At least Pence is willing to take a stand and try to protect our religious rights. Not many politicians today are willing to stick their political careers on the line for what’s right and constitutional.

“We’ve got to accelerate the transition away from dirty energy. Rather than subsidize the past, we should invest in the future especially in communities that rely on fossil fuels. That’s why I’m going to push to change the way we manage our oil and coal resources, so that they better reflect the costs they impose on taxpayers and our planet.”

That’s what the president exclaimed in his dog and pony show Tuesday night.

But really, is it already too late for that? Americans have been told that global warming will surely cause worldwide drought. At the same time it will cause massive coastal flooding due to melting of all the ice over the entire globe. Even the ice in your freezer will melt.

I suppose then, for those living along the coast it will get really wet and those inland, assuming there is any inland, there will be barren conditions, not to mention packing more and more people into an ever-shrinking land mass – so I guess it’s pick your poison. This is what the so-called global warming experts tell us.

Now, for those poor saps living inland, it will be difficult to plant and grow crops. Subsistence will be very limited as crops wither away. And with dwindling land mass, overcrowding or overpopulation will be the unfortunate result. Add to the dwindling land mass, the fact that humans seem to be getting larger and taller with each passing generation will only add to the problem. Whatever are we to do? Just accept extinction?

Worry not, for the Darwinians are here to save us with one of the latest evolutionary theories on just how we solve the coming overpopulation crisis.

Dutch artist, Arne Hendriks claims the planet’s growing population will become a real problem. This pace he says, like other over-populationists claim, is unsustainable. He tells us that, “For much of the history of humankind, bigger has been better. As our ancestors got taller, they became faster and stronger, giving them the ability to better hunt food and avoid predators. But in a world where we no longer need to fight for our meals, our height offers no real advantage – being tall is no longer a desired result in an age of increasing scarcity.”

He points to a study in Nature which “claims human actions are now changing the planet producing a new geological epoch, in which humans are causing widespread damage to the planet.”

 

And his answer to solving this new geological epoch is, “if we could shrink our size down to just 50cm, we would need only two to five per cent of the resources required by an average-sized human.” 50cm is about 20 inches, or, as Hendriks puts it, about the size of a chicken.

Of course we can no longer leave something so pressing to natural evolution. No, we’ll have to tweak it by cooking up “some type of elixir that will slow growth. Another way to do this would be to tweak our DNA.”

Okay, so the inland problem is solved. We’ll all be the size of chickens. Hopefully we won’t also taste like chicken or that may cause us problems dealing with our pets.

What about the coastal flooding problem? Does anyone know how long chicken people may float? There’s no need to find out because “Global warming could cause humans to develop webbed feet, cat’s eyes and gills.”

Dr. Matthew Skinner, a paleoanthropologist at the University of Kent in merry old England is definitely a scientist and definitely not a kook. He expects humans “would develop webbed hands [and feet] and eyes like those of cats to help us see in the poor lighting conditions underwater and an extra translucent eyelid to protect the eyes from water. We would also retain a layer of baby fat into adulthood as an insulator for spending long periods submerged. Regular foraging in shallow waters could lead us to develop ‘gills’ to help us breathe, extracting oxygen from the water and delivering it to the bloodstream.”

So there you have it. All is not lost. Now it’s just a matter of deciding which species you prefer – Chicken-man or Aqua-man, but choose wisely. I’m guessing that once you transform into a tiny Chicken-man, there’s no going back.

And don’t even get me started on inter-species hook-ups. What would an Aqua-Chicken look like? This is what passes for real science. These people are nuts.

What Obama State of the Union show would be complete (complete disaster that is) without a diatribe on Climate Change and further ruination of the coal and oil industries with his call to “accelerate the transition away from dirty energy.” Climate weenies lamented that “there was no laundry list of bold programs and budding proposals this time.” That is a shame.

“It's time to not only reform our fossil fuel leasing program, we need to keep fossil fuels in the ground,” said Erich Pica, president of Friends of the Earth, in a statement. Translation: the federal government must confiscate more and more land and place it off limits to any kind of exploration. Great idea! That will solve our energy needs moving forward.

“In fields from Iowa to Texas, wind power is now cheaper than dirtier, conventional power. On rooftops from Arizona to New York, solar is saving Americans tens of millions of dollars a year on their energy bills, and employs more Americans than coal… Meanwhile, we've cut our imports of foreign oil by nearly sixty percent, and cut carbon pollution more than any other country on Earth,” Obama  exclaimed.

When cars, trains, buses, and airplanes start running on wind power, let me know.  Well sure, if you subsidize something to the point where you’re practically giving it away it will be cheaper, but it’s still not cheaper than conventional power. That’s just a lie he threw out for the left to run with. Without government mandates and subsidies (with our money), none of this crap would be “cheap,” and no one would want it.

He is right about one thing. Oil imports have cratered, but not because of anything he did. His administration has done it’s darndest to stymie production, but “in the past seven years, domestic oil production shot up a stunning 77%, according to the Energy Information Administration, making the U.S. the biggest oil producer in the world.” And it all came from production on private lands that the greedy 'government' couldn’t claim.

Then Obama offered up the quip that, “Gas under two bucks a gallon ain't bad, either.” That’s an interesting and rather self-damning statement. Remember what President Obama said to Mitt Romney in their 2012 debate?

“Well, think about what the governor just said. He said when I took office, the price of gasoline was $1.80, $1.86. Why is that? Because the economy was on the verge of collapse, because we were about to go through the worst recession since the Great Depression, as a consequence of some of the same policies that Governor Romney's now promoting. So, it's conceivable that Governor Romney could bring down gas prices because with his policies, we might be back in that same mess.”

Huh? That doesn’t say much for the great Obama recovery now does it? Is this a tacit admission that his economy is also on the verge of collapse? Of course not. He counts on the press never to remind the low information public of these falsehoods. Political Messiahs can’t be wrong, so they dutifully fall in line.
Obama is right about yet another thing that also turns out to be rather damning if one chooses to look at the results.

“Obama did pour billions of dollars into wind and solar subsidies, and various state governments added still more to sweeten the pot. And what did the country get for all that money? Solar and wind still account for just 24% of renewable energy supplies and a tiny 2% of total energy production, government data show.”

But as we conservatives say: You can’t judge liberals on the outcome of their pie-in-the-sky schemes. You may only judge their good intentions. And their intentions are always more enlightened than are ours.

The glossed-over facts are that “after spending billions subsidizing solar and wind, the share of our energy that comes from renewables is the same as it was when Obama took office.”

Exactly the same!

I received an email from a friend and they gave me this type of information on Donald Trump. That friend knows that I am awake but he also knows that I share things from Trump's twitter so he wanted to inform me that, when I vote for Trump, I am voting for the CORPORATION. (I am not on the voter roll as of yet) He thought that I would be disappointed because he was a Freemason or a part of a Mafia but I told him this...

I know all of this information but until the American people get off of their indoctrinated *ss*s and take down the filth who run this world, then I am hoping that he gets in because I cannot take the alternative. 

Even though they are a foreign corporate mafia, they have overstepped their bounds and, no matter if they are a corporation or not, their police force still arrest, beat, jail and kill the American people. Their corporate sheriff's still allow the feds to steal the ranchers land. They steal our money and our children. So, regardless if they are the foreign corporation, we are not under their jurisdiction unless we consent (until we have no choice most of the time, that is) or until the American people surround them like they surrounded Frankenstein, they will never go away and we will always have to deal with them. 

Until people wake up and arrest and kill/hang/carry out whatever type of punishment they deserve, I would much rather listen to Trump than Hillary or any other so called ‘republican’. 

That being said, Trump needs to know that not only will "THE POWERS THAT BE" be after Trump for doing good for the American people, so will the American people go after Trump if he does NOT do what he promises and more as in the questions which I have already asked him/his staff. He is promising to stop the immigration, to help the vets, to stop common core and get rid of the refugees. That is his first hour in office.

9.  ARE YOU TO DO SOMETHING TO BRING BACK THE FARMERS AND THE RANCHERS AND HELP THIS NATION FOOD SUPPLY (ORGANIC FARMING?) 

10. ARE YOU FOR THE REPUBLIC? OR ARE YOU GOING TO GO ALONG WITH AND  BE ALIGNED WITH THE FOREIGN CORPORATE MAFIA?

11. ARE YOU GOING TO WORK WITH 'WE THE PEOPLE' TO RESTORE OUR LAWFUL REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT?  OR CONTINUE TO BE A PUPPET AND WORK WITH THE CRIMINAL MAFIA POSING AS OUR GOVERNMENT?

TRUMP NEEDS TO ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS BECAUSE, IF THERE ARE BEHIND THE SCENE THINGS HAPPENING TO RID THIS PLANET OF THE FILTH WHO RUN THE WORLD (AND I PRAY THAT THERE IS), THEN WE NEED TO KNOW WHICH SIDE HE IS REALLY ON, AND IF HE IS REALLY GOING TO DO ALL OF THESE THINGS OR NOT. 

IF TRUMP DOES NOT ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS, THEN HE IS JUST AS FILTHY AS THE REST OF THEM.  SO LET'S DO AN OPEN LETTER TO TRUMP AND ASK HIM THESE QUESTIONS AND MORE AND MAYBE ANONYMOUS 2 CAN COME UP WITH AN EVEN BETTER SOLUTION AND QUESTIONS. THIS IS JUST A SUGGESTION.    Marie
