Unfortunately there are reports surfacing that are proving the American people are being lied to in regard to the restoration of the Republic. Recent example: being told that bozo is in Dubai while at the same time he is being televised on TV speaking at Dem political rallies out west and also being interviewed by various 'news' agencies such as CNN. Bozo was 'reported' to have signed his 'resignation' from the presidency of the criminal cabal corporation in Wash DC a few weeks ago - yet he and the rest of the traitors continue to carry on business as usual and this while the corporate charter is reported as being expired and the corporation bankrupt? If you think that there are those behind the scenes working for the restoration of the 'Republic,' what are you going to do if and when it is proven that this ‘restored republic’ is yet another criminal mob ‘republic’ corporation, a rerun of the same tyrannical practices and procedures that this nation has suffered under for the past 200 years - only with a new name? And as for the RV/GCR. How many years now have the exact same 'intel' reports been circulated, perhaps with a date or location change but still the same old story line. All the 'intel sources' you people spend your whole day and night every day calling and calling and re-calling with the questions 'have you got anything? and 'any intel updates?' is like a blind hamster on a hamster wheel - you keep doing the exact same things and getting the same reports and your hamster wheel keeps going round and round and round getting you nowhere. WAKE UP for pete sake. IF the REAL Republic EVER IS re-established, all will know and there won't be a need for all the ridiculous phone calls. Same holds for the RV and your ability to exchange your currencies. These two situations hold the attention of only a handful of Americans, and those handful are exhibiting less than intelligent thinking and activities. People, how many more LIES are you going to believe before you finally come to the conclusion that we are being played and made as fools.

All readers of this blog need to read all of the comments which may take you a few minutes and help you to understand what is going on.... this American really surmised what we are being distracted with.... well done commenters... We have some outstanding people commenting.... Nice work folks....

I think it does you good to do your due diligence. The act of 1871 has never been officially ratified or repealed. I see that there is a huge amount of people behind the scenes restoring the republic, yet I highly doubt it has anything to do with an anonymous judge.

More than likely all of it are just sideways distractions for when the real fireworks start. People are right that the markets are going down right now so it is going to be an interesting time!

According to the supreme court, District of Columbia v. Camden Iron Works, 181 U.S. 453 (1901) 181 U.S. 453

"June 20, 1874, an act was passed entitled 'An Act for the Government of the District of Columbia, and for Other Purposes.' 18 Stat. at L. 116, chap. 337. By this act the government established by the act of 1871 was abolished and the President by and with the advice and consent of the Senate was authorized to appoint a commission, consisting of three persons, to exercise the power and authority vested in the governor and the board of public works, except as afterwards limited by the act."

The Act of 1871 was repealed in 1874. However, all that is irrelevant. All the Act of 1871 did was create a local government for D.C. NOTHING ELSE!!. There is nothing there about creating a huge corporation for which the president is the CEO, congress is its administrative rulemakers, and the courts its administrative tribunals. If anyone believes otherwise, SHOW ME THE MONEY. In other words show me where it says that.

UCC 9-307(h): "The United States is located in the District of Columbia." All territories of the United States where Federal law applies are listed in USC Title 48. Check it out! No union states listed. "All offices of government are vacant and have been usurped by private corporate interests" says the high Court. Hmmm?

It may very well be that "in time" and with the proper instruments and research, we will know a lot more than we do about "everything" including the Crucifixion BUT in today's world I would not put my money on "remote viewers" who could easily be

Absolute nonsense Anonymous @ 6:47. Stop picking and choosing words to fit your agenda. Here is what it says:

CHAP> LXII -- An Act to provide a Government for the District of Columbia.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all part of the territory of the United States included within the limits of the District of Columbia be, and the same is hereby, created into a government by the name of the District of Columbia, by which name it is hereby constituted a body corporate for municipal purposes, and may contract and be contracted with, sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded, have a seal, and exercise all other powers of a municipal corporation not inconsistent with the Constitution and laws of the United States and the provisions of this act."

Act of 1871 says for "municipal purposes". Even your quote says it created the "municipal corporate body" which is referring to the local D.C. government. The new government referred to in your quote is the newly formed municipal government for D.C.

Once again you have never pointed out where it says the president is the CEO of a corporation. the congress is an administrative lawmaking body, and the federal courts are administrative tribunals. Please point this out.

What "high court"? List name of case and citation.

UCC 9-307 deals with the location of the debtor. Keep that in context UCC 9-307(h) which locates the United States as a debtor. It has nothing to do with the United States being a corporation, nor does it say anything about the United States being a corporation.

U.S. Code: Title 48 - TERRITORIES AND INSULAR POSSESSIONS. Title 48 does not deal with the states because there are no states that are territories and insular possessions. It does not say federal law does not apply to the states. Under the constitution, congress has exclusive jurisdiction over these areas. It has limited jurisdiction over the union states, but it does have some. States are not totally outside of federal jurisdiction.

You really have to grasp at the ridiculous to try to support this corporate United States argument.

That we as a people have been hoodwinked?
that is a forgone conclusion.
Do we as a group have confidence that change
can be effected?
Time, attrition and outmaneuvering will
accomplish this.
Faith?
Faith in all we've ever been taught about God

I watched the Courtney Brown film just because
it aroused such a negative response from 4:15.
I am not scripturally illiterate, and viewed
it from combined sources of cumulative information.

This was my take away from the summary
message at the end;

Anonymous 10:43 is either a liar or just wishes to misdirect people. It clearly says United States included within the limits of the District of Columbia, which conveys and confirms the entire thing is a corporation. EVERYTHING - United States, Washington D.C. City Courts and councils is included under their definition.

Also look how both of the above trolls leave this quote out:
"And be it further enacted, That the legislative assembly shall have power to divide that portion of the District not included in the corporate limits of Washington or Georgetown into townships, not exceeding three, and create township officers, and prescribe the duties thereof; but all ownership officers shall be (s)elected by the people of the townships respectively."



Now why is that? There should be no reason to leave that quote out since it proves to the whole world they are dealing with an incorporated business claiming territory. A general assembly is only used in corporations. Stop parsing words!

The United States is a corporation. See Penhallow v. Doanne's Administrators. Respublica v. Sweers 1 Dallas 43. Treaty of Commerce 8 Stat 116. The Society for Propagating the Gospel, and Company v. New Haven 8 Wheat 464. Treaty of Peace 8 stat 80. IRS publication 6209, Articles of Association October 20, 1794. The UCC was and is codified into the codes of all the States by 1926. I've won half a dozen court cases by simply proving the defendant was not a corporation or a corporate employee and therefore the plaintiff STATE had no standing to enforce its codes on the defendant as the codes were copyrighted "Corporate policy", the STATE was in bankruptcy receivership and the DA was not a trustee in bankruptcy that could present a bill (charge) owed to the STATE, therefore there was no plaintiff in the Courtroom and since the codes are not law the plaintiff had not presented the court with a violation of a law that the court could consider. Do your homework like the rest of us so you can have a grasp on the ridiculous.
