An earthquake swarm has struck near Pisgah craters / Volcano East of Los Angeles California (in Ludlow, CA).

So far, the largest of the swarm has measured in at M3.2, at a relatively shallow depth of just over 1km, since the initial earthquake multiple mid-upper M2.0 events have struck the same location.

Some of my long time viewers / readers may remember Pisgah crater Volcano from 2011, when a strange plume was observed on RADAR coming from near these very same volcanoes for multiple days.

Worthy to note at this point, the last eruption of this volcano occurred approximately 10,000 years ago.

At the time in 2011, the USGS issued a press release response to my video showing the plume where THEY said the plume was a “thunderstorm”.  The US military responded to me directly via a message from the base media relations department at 29 Palms, where they told me the plume was “military drills”.  

At the same time the media picked up the story, and said it was a “dust storm”.  Finally, even more skeptics online accused me of photoshopping the plume on RADAR, also saying the plume was flocks of birds.

The USGS said rain storms.  The US military said “bombs”.  The media said “dust”.  The skeptics said birds… Meanwhile an earthquake swarm struck Pisgah 1 month after the plumes appeared.

Thus, we must rely on other peoples videos at the time which show the actual plume event in July 2011 as it began to occur.

New BRICS bank to change world's financial system

NEW BRICS BANK TO CHANGE WORLD'S FINANCIAL SYSTEM

Russia was the first among BRICS members to have ratified the establishment of the New Development Bank, the main goal of which is to support investment projects for participating associations. The new bank is seen not only as support to economies of the five countries, but also good counterbalance to the IMF, the World Bank (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, IBRD) and other creditors.

The history of the New Development Bank of BRICS

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law on the ratification of the agreement about the new New Development Bank in early March, while the State Duma of the Russian Federation ratified the agreement on February 20. The establishment of the bank and its political and economic importance in the world was widely discussed in the summer of 2014.

The BRICS countries contrived the new organization as an alternative to borrowing from the IMF. The idea of ​​this financial pool was first discussed at a meeting of the BRICS countries during the G20 summit in Los Cabos back in 2012. Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa approached the creation of the New Development Bank as an analogue to the IMF.

The BRICS Development Bank has pretty good prospects, given the fact that the developing countries of the bloc will continue to accept new members. On March 5, special envoy of the Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry, Coordinator of the Group of Twenty and BRICS countries, Vadim Lukov, said that it goes a number of large developing countries. New Development Bank to replace the IMF

Will the new Development Bank be an alternative to the IMF for developing countries? Pravda.Ru asked this question to experts. 

 

"I do not think it will be big competition for the IMF, as the IMF, as a rule, does not finance structural projects. It does not fund separate business projects. The IMF is a sovereign structure. The IMF, as we know, comes to the rescue when the entire financial system of this or that country is standing on the verge of collapse of great difficulties. Yet, the new banks of the BRICS countries will be a good replacement to the EBRD, the activity of which has died away during the recent years," Director of the Analytical Department of Nord-Capital Vladimir Rozhankovsky, told Pravda.Ru. 

The BRICS bank will become a significant competitor to both the World Bank Group and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Associate Professor at the Department for Foreign Area Studies and International Cooperation at the Institute of Public Administration and Management, Roman Andreeschev told Pravda.Ru. 

"BRICS members have been emphasizing the need to reform the IMF since 2009, so that the developed countries could have a more equitable system of governance in international financial institutions. This idea found support at the G20 in 2009.

"If we look at the last meeting of BRICS in Fortaleza in 2014, we will see that the declaration mentions not only the reform of the financial system, but also the reform of the UN Security Council and the reform of the UN in general, the reform of the World Bank Group. That is, we see that the ambitions and aspirations of developing countries, the BRICS countries have been growing," said Roman Andreeschev.

Russia was the first of the five countries in the bloc to have ratified the agreement on the creation of the New Development Bank. During the BRICS summit to be held in summer in the city of Ufa, all countries of the block are expected to ratify the document too. Afterwards, over the next seven years, all five parties will need to invest $2 billion each - that is $10 billion is to be collection. 

"If you look at the APEC summit that was held in Beijing this year, or at the G20 summit in Brisbane, Australia, then it becomes clear that the main question was about the construction of infrastructure to help businesses increase turnover," Roman Andreeschev told Pravda.Ru. 

Many infrastructure projects are so expensive that private businesses show no interest in them because they can not afford them. Therefore, the participation of state structures in the implementation of infrastructure projects is an issue of first priority," he said. 

In turn, Vladimir Rozhankovskiy suggested that the work of the New Development Bank will work especially well at the junction of joint projects, such as Chinese projects in South Africa, Brazil and Russia. 

According to the expert, the bank will work to fund joint projects, in which several BRICS members participate.

Meanwhile, officials at the Ministry of Finance of Russia expect the new New Development Bank will be operational already by the end of 2015 and will work in full force in four or five years.

THE FBI’s TWO-PRONGED INVESTIGATION OF HILLARY CLINTON

Judge Napolitano in the article below explains the FBI’s investigation of Hillary Clinton. There are two aspects of the investigation. The original source of her trouble is the charge that she failed to safeguard national security secrets.

As Judge Napolitano explains, this crime does not require intent and can result from negligence or simply from a lack of awareness that a secret is being revealed, as in the case that Judge Napolitano provides of the US Navy sailor who was prosecuted for espionage because a “selfie” he sent to his girlfriend revealed a sonar screen in the background. An even more egregious case is that of the US Marine who was prosecuted for using email to alert superiors to the presence of an al-Quada operative inside a US military compound. The email is considered unsecure and thus the Marine was prosecuted for revealing a secret known only to himself.

In view of these unjustified prosecutions of US military personnel, the FBI has no alternative to recommending that Hillary be indicted. 

Whether Hillary will be indicted ostensibly depends on the (un)Justice (sic) Department and the White House. In fact, it is unlikely that either Wall Street or the military/security complex wants Hillary indicted as both have invested too many millions of dollars in her 'presidential' candidacy, and both interest groups are more powerful than the Justice (sic) Department and the White House.

I do not think that Hillary was a good US senator and Secretary of State, and I do not think she is qualified to be 'president' of the US. Nevertheless, I do wonder how important are the secrets about which she is accused of negligance. Even the one possibly serious disclosure that Judge Napolitano provides of Hillary forwarding a photo from a satellite of a North Korean nuclear facility doesn’t strike me as important. The North Koreans, along with the entirety of the world, know that the US has satellites and communication intercepts operating against them 24/7.

Many things with secret classifications are not secrets. In my career I had many security clearances. As staff associate, Defense Appropriations Subcommittee, House Committee on Appropriations, I had top secret clearances because secret weapon systems were at stake. It was a joke among the staff that many of the “secrets” were available in the public defense literature.

As Assistant Secretary of the Treasury I received the CIA’s daily briefing of the 'president'. It was boring reading. I came to the conclusion that the CIA was not going to report anything of consequence that possibly could turn out to be wrong. 

Later, as a member of a secret 'presidential' committee to investigate the CIA’s view of the Soviet Union’s ability to withstand an arms race, I had very high clearances as the committee had subpoena power over the CIA. If the Kremlin had had access to the top secret documents, all the Kremlin would have learned is that the CIA had a much higher opinion of the capability of the Soviet economy than did the Kremlin.

Distinguished law professors have concluded that the 'US government' classifies documents primarily in order to hide its own mistakes and crimes. We see this over and over. The US government can escape accountability for the most incredible mistakes and the worse crimes against the US Constitution and humanity simply by saying “national security.”

In my opinion, it is the second FBI investigation of Hillary that should be pursued. This is a much more serious possible offense. There is suspicion that Bill and Hillary privatized their public offices and turned them into a money faucet for themselves.

This is a serious problem everywhere in the West. A few years out of office and Bill and Hillary can drop $3 million on their daughter’s wedding. A year or so out of office and Tony Blair was worth $50 million. As an Assistant Secretary of Defense once told me, “European governments report to us. We pay them, and we own them.”

In Anglo-American legal history, one foundation of liberty is the requirement that crime requires intent. I do not believe that Hillary intentionally revealed secrets. If she was negligent, that should be made public and should be sufficient to disqualify her from occupying the White House. What is clear to me is that the legal principle that crime requires intent is far more important than “getting Hillary.” This foundational principle of liberty should be protected even if it means letting Hillary go.

The federal criminal investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s failure to secure state secrets was ratcheted up earlier this week, and at the same time, the existence of a parallel criminal investigation of another aspect of her behavior was made known. This is the second publicly revealed expansion of the FBI’s investigations in two months.

I have argued for two months that Clinton’s legal woes are either grave or worse than grave. That argument has been based on the hard, now public evidence of her failure to safeguard national security secrets and the known manner in which the Department of Justice addresses these failures.

The failure to safeguard state secrets is an area of the law in which the federal government has been aggressive to the point of being merciless. State secrets are the product of members of the intelligence community’s risking their lives to obtain information.

Before she was entrusted with any state secrets – indeed, on her first full day as secretary of state – Clinton received instruction from FBI agents on how to safeguard them; and she signed an oath swearing to comply with the laws commanding the safekeeping of these secrets. She was warned that the failure to safeguard secrets – known as espionage – would most likely result in aggressive prosecution.

In the cases of others, those threats have been carried out. The Obama Department of Justice prosecuted a young sailor for espionage for sending a selfie to his girlfriend, because in the background of the photo was a view of a sonar screen on a submarine. It prosecuted a heroic Marine for espionage for warning his superiors of the presence of an al-Qaida operative in police garb inside an American encampment in Afghanistan, because he used a Gmail account to send the warning.

It also prosecuted Gen. David Petraeus for espionage for keeping secret and top-secret documents in an unlocked drawer in his desk inside his guarded home. It alleged that he shared those secrets with a friend who also had a security clearance, but it dropped those charges.

The obligation of those to whom state secrets have been entrusted to safeguard them is a rare area in which federal criminal prosecutions can be based on the defendant’s negligence. Stated differently, to prosecute Clinton for espionage, the government need not prove that she intended to expose the secrets.

The evidence of Clinton’s negligence is overwhelming. The FBI now has more than 1,300 protected emails that she received on her insecure server and sent to others – some to their insecure servers. These emails contained confidential, secret or top-secret information, the negligent exposure of which is a criminal act.

One of the top-secret emails she received and forwarded contained a photo taken from an American satellite of the North Korean nuclear facility that detonated a device just last week. Because Clinton failed to safeguard that email, she exposed to hackers and thus to the North Koreans the time, place and manner of American surveillance of them. This type of data is in the highest category of protected secrets.

Last weekend, the State Department released two smoking guns – each an email from Clinton to a State Department subordinate. One instructed a subordinate who was having difficulty getting a document to Clinton that she had not seen by using a secure State Department fax machine to use an insecure fax machine. 

The other instructed another subordinate to remove the "confidential" or "secret" designation from a document Clinton had not seen before sending it to her. These two emails show a pattern of behavior utterly heedless of the profound responsibilities of the secretary of state, repugnant to her sworn agreement to safeguard state secrets, and criminal at their essence.

Also this past weekend, my Fox News colleagues Katherine Herridge and Pamela Browne learned from government sources that the FBI is investigating whether Clinton made any decisions as secretary of state to benefit her family foundation or her husband’s speaking engagements. If so, this would be profound public corruption.

This investigation was probably provoked by several teams of independent researchers – some of whom are financial experts and have published their work – who have been investigating the Clinton Foundation for a few years. They have amassed a treasure-trove of documents demonstrating fraud and irregularities in fundraising and expenditures, and they have shown a pattern of favorable State Department treatment of foreign entities coinciding with donations by those entities to the Clinton Foundation and their engaging former President Bill Clinton to give speeches.

There are now more than 100 FBI agents investigating Hillary Clinton. Her denial that she is at the core of their work is political claptrap with no connection to reality. It is inconceivable that the FBI would send such vast resources in the present dangerous era on a wild-goose chase.

It is the consensus of many of us who monitor government behavior that the FBI will recommend indictment. That recommendation will go to Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who, given Clinton’s former status in the government and current status in the Democratic Party, will no doubt consult the White House.

If a federal grand jury were to indict Clinton for espionage or corruption, that would be fatal to her political career.

If the FBI recommends indictment and the attorney general declines to do so, expect Saturday Night Massacre-like leaks of draft indictments, whistleblower revelations and litigation, and FBI resignations, led by the fiercely independent and intellectually honest FBI Director James Comey himself.

That would be fatal to Clinton’s political career, as well.

This is addressed first and foremost to the entire U.S. military, but especially to the military Special Operations Command and community.    

Secondly, it is addressed to federal LEOs (Federal Law Enforcement Officers), and especially to their SRTs (Special Response Teams), such as the FBI HRT (Hostage Rescue Teams) - many of whom are former military special operations.

The Ammon Bundy led occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon must be handled as a normal, non-crisis, law enforcement matter, and preferably by Oregon Sheriffs (who are organized as the Oregon State Sheriffs’ Association), and their deputies, together with the local community there in Harney County, OR.  

The locals can resolve this, if given enough time.   The Oregon Sheriffs can resolve this, if given enough time.

This situation must not be handled in a military or paramilitary fashion, using military assets, military rules of engagement, or otherwise attempting to end it suddenly by use of dynamic assault, resulting in catastrophic loss of life, as has occurred twice in recent American history, with horrific results (at Ruby Ridge in 1992, and at Waco Texas in 1993).  If you do it “Waco” style here, you risk pushing this nation over the edge into a civil war, because there are “no more free Wacos.”

This is not an emergency situation unless you turn it into one.  Ammon Bundy’s occupation of an empty building is essentially the same as civil-disobedience sit-ins that the political left has engaged in for decades, from anti-war and civil rights protesters in the 60s and 70s (including a nineteen month occupation of Alcatraz by American Indian activists), to Occupy Wall Street Movement and Black Lives Matter activists today.

These ranchers, cowboys and veterans just happen to be armed, as westerners tend to be.   Get over it.  There are no hostages.There are no close-by neighbors at risk.  There is nobody there except those who want to be.  So tread lightly, and at most handle this like the Montana Freeman standoff where the FBI was patient and waited them out, with a peaceful surrender coming after eighty one days.   In this situation, the locals will likely have this resolved long before that length of time.  Regardless, there is no rush.

Despite that reality of there being no emergency here, we have very good reason to believe that ideologue leftist bureaucrats within the Obama Administration – such as within the D.O.J., and their politically minded “perfumed prince” puppets within the D.O.D. – are pressuring you to prepare to use military assets and military rules of engagement to conduct a dynamic raid.   

We are an organization of current serving and retired military, police, fire-fighters and other first responders, and we have contacts at every major military installation in America (including Joint Base Lewis-McChord), and at the Pentagon.   We hear things.  We’ll just leave it at that.

And we know that the Obama Administration considered the use of military force during the Bundy Ranch standoff in April, 2014, pursuant to Directive No. 3025.18, “Defense Support of Civil Authorities.”  

Fortunately for all Americans, they decided not to do it.  This fact was confirmed by a May 28, 2014 Washington Times article:

A U.S. official said the Obama administration considered but rejected deploying military force under the directive during the recent standoff with Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and his armed supporters.

So, the military force hammer was, in fact, on the table during Bundy Ranch, as we suspected.  Please don’t try to tell us it’s not on the table again now.   We know it is.  The only question is whether the Obama Admin leftist weenies will be foolish enough to try to actually use it and, if they do, whether you will be foolish enough to obey their idiotic orders and obediently act as that hammer.

In addition, it is clear you federal LEOs have not handled this in the normal law enforcement manner of cordoning off the area and immediately initiating negotiations.  Why is that?  Why has there yet to be even an attempt to open direct lines of communications between you and Ammon Bundy, as members of Pacific Patriot Network, Idaho III%, and Oath Keepers on the ground in Burns, OR have been repeatedly urging you to do for the past week, to no avail?

Don’t do it.  Do not follow unlawful orders if the Obama Administration fools decide to go “full retard.”  No matter how eager the politicians like Harry Reid are for Ammon Bundy’s head, after the black eye Ammon and his family gave them at Bundy Ranch in 2014, and no matter how much they pressure you to “make an example” out of these guys, you cannot drop the hammer on a bunch of ranchers, cowboys and veterans sitting in an empty building without it blowing up in all of our faces.  

Treat this with kid gloves, like the Montana Freeman standoff, instead of like the Waco standoff, or risk setting off a civil war.

The stuffed-shirt, pencil necked metrosexuals inside the D.C. beltway will not be the ones bleeding and dying in the chaos that could follow (at least not at first). 

It will be you current serving military and LEO, and it will be us patriotic veterans, along with our many active duty brothers, who still take their oaths seriously (and we are truly everywhere, including within your immediate ranks) who will bleed.  It will be the warrior class of America killing each other while the political hacks laugh (they hate you too, don’t you know). (Their standard modus operandi is to set the people against each other to divide and conquer and to destroy each other.)

As SGM Joseph Santoro (Ret), Oath Keepers BOD member, and our National Operations NCO put it, while on the ground in Harney County, OR:

I served 25 years in the U.S. Army infantry and EOD, and retired  a Sgt. Maj.    I also served five years as a Contractor at the 10th Special Forces Group and three years as a Contractor at the U.S. Army EOD School.  I know the military, and I know they are watching this closely, just like they watched Bundy Ranch, and this [pointing to the land] is where most of your trigger pullers come from.  Most are country boys who have seen first hand the abuses of their families by the BLM, the EPA, activist judges, etc.  They are not stupid.  They have seen logging, ranching, mining, and farming assaulted and shut down in little towns all around this land.  

And if you Feds get froggy here and smoke a bunch of ranchers and veterans who are justifiably pissed off at what is being done all over the West, you will have active duty warriors climbing up your backsides with extreme prejudice, and us veterans climbing down your throat.  That’s not a threat.  Just a fact.So tread lightly, and don’t tread on us.

 USA: Burns could 'grow out of hand

Oath Keepers members are on the ground in Burns, OR as part of the Pacific Patriot Network lead “buffer” operation to try to prevent another Waco type incident, to encourage open dialogue and peaceful resolution, and in support of the release of Dwight and Steven Hammond from prison, pressuring Obama to use his power of clemency to commute their sentences and then pardon them.  While all the groups in this coalition disagreed with what Ammon did, we all agree with the broader cause of respect for the rights of the people in the West, and we agree that there are no more free Wacos.

The Right Way and the Wrong Way

The 'federal government' has a spotty record when handling things like this.   It handled the American Indian  occupation of Alcatraz well, letting it go on for nineteen months, during which support for it dwindled.  

It handled the Montana Freeman Standoff well, letting that go on for eighty-one days, till they surrendered.  

But it screwed up big time at Ruby Ridge and Waco, with dead women and children as the result.

During the Ruby Ridge incident, a fourteen year old boy, Samuel Weaver, was shot in the back and killed by U.S. marshalls, and his unarmed mother, Vickie Weaver, was later shot in the face and killed while holding her baby.   Vickie Weaver was shot by the notorious FBI HRT sniper, Lon Tomohisa Horiuchi (a West Point Graduate and former Army officer), under “shoot on sight” military rules of engagement orders issued to the FBI HRT that were later ruled to have been illegal.

At the Waco Texas Branch Davidian standoff, military training facilities were used to prepare the BATF to conduct it’s  unnecessary dynamic assault on the Davidian communal family church/home which they knew was full of women and children, to serve a simple search warrant.   

The BATF also requested training by U.S. Army Special Forces (who were resistant to providing such training.

The local sheriff had conducted searches in the past without incident, and could easily have done so again, and the BATF could have easily detained David Koresh during one of his routine jogging sessions and then conducted the search, but instead the BATF insisted on a needless massive paramilitary assault with agents in full battle-rattle pouring from cattle cars and immediately shooting all the Branch Davidian dogs, including puppies, within the first seconds of the raid.   

That is an idiotic way to begin the service of a search warrant, to say the least.  The result was a massive fire-fight with dead on both sides, as the BATF sprayed thousands of rounds into a building with children inside.

The FBI then carried out a siege of the compound, and instead of dialing it back and doing it right, the D.O.J. and FBI doubled down on stupid.  And Delta helped.  Delta Force Commander, then Col. William G. “Jerry” Boykin, actually “advised Attorney General Janet Reno on what kind of gas to use to end the Federal Government’s standoff” with the final assault on April 19, 1993 that ended in a deadly fire that killed scores of women and children.  Delta Force was there.  FBI HRT was there.   And it was hell on earth for those innocents as they died.

After the flames died out, the FBI agents lost no time in raising the ATF flag over the charred bodies of children and then posed, smiling, for group victory photos in front of the burnt ruins. 

And you wonder why so many Americans hate you? (and Boykin went on to become Commanding General, U.S. Army Special Forces Command (Airborne), Ft. Bragg, NC).

The result was the galvanization of patriots across America to form up militias, and to swear that there will never again be a “free Waco.”  We agree, and therefore we warn you to do this right, no matter what the Obama Admin overlords try to demand.   Do it right, or risk starting a conflagration so great, it cannot be stopped, leading to a bloody, brutal civil war.  

And do it right because it is your duty to refuse those orders, under your oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.   And that includes the domestic enemies now “occupying” Washington D.C.

Special Forces, it is time to go back to your roots and live up to your motto.  Your countrymen are now the oppressed.  And it is time to remember your soldier’s creed.  Each of you is an American soldier, a “guardian of freedom and the American way of life.”   Your brothers in heaven are watching.  Do the right thing.  Stand down, and refuse to obey evil, ghoulish sociopaths who salivate at the prospect of watching Americans die on camera, like they watched during Benghazi.

Tell them that if they want American patriot blood, they need to strap on a plate carrier, chest rig, and an M-4 and go do it themselves.
