In a recorded statement by Deb Jordan, Pete's co-host, Santilli said that the information comes from the congressional record 1866.

"The dirt at Bundy Ranch is in Clark County," Santilli began. "Clark County has always been a part of the State of Nevada and is not 'federal land' in any way shape or form, period."

Santilli is right, too. Even according to Clark County Nevada's website, it was on May 4, 1866 that Nevada extended southern border into Arizona Territory, covering territory to point where Colorado River meets California Border. However, on January 17, 1867, the Nevada State legislature voted to extend the southern border, taking in today's Clark County.

That makes the land of Clark County a legal part of the State of Nevada, not 'federal land'.

Prior to that, according to the website, "10/31/1864 Nevada becomes a state during the Civil War. Area now encompassed by Clark County is not part of original state of Nevada but is part of Arizona Territory."

Clark County came into existence on July 1, 1909.  In all of the records on the Clark County website, there is no mention of what the Constitution demands for the 'federal government' to acquire land in the state, namely the approval of the State legislature.

Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the US Constitution is clear about federal control of land.

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of Particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings. (emphasis added).

Santilli attempted to convey this message on Monday at his hearing where he left the courtroom saying, "I'm a journalist. This is what they do in Communist China!"

Instead of being released till trial, the judge continued to rule against him, as well as the Bundy men. Now, Cliven Bundy has filed suit against Judge Gloria Navarro, Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah, and Harry and Rory Reid for violating a myriad of rights that are to be protected in the Constitution.

Other representatives of the people took issue with the tyranny of the 'feds' during the Bundy Ranch siege. Republican Senator Dean Heller blasted Harry Reid's comments about those who supported the Bundy's as being 'domestic terrorists', "What Sen. Reid may call domestic terrorists, I call patriots. We have a very different view on this."

Former Governor Brian Sandoval ripped into the Bureau of Land Management over the issue as well.  "No cow justifies the atmosphere of intimidation which currently exists nor the limitation of constitutional rights that are sacred to all Nevadans," the Republican governor said. "The BLM needs to reconsider its approach to this matter and act accordingly."

One can hope that this information would be spread far and wide and educate the people as to what is really taking place with the unconstitutional federal land grab.

Boris Johnson: The EU wants a superstate, just as Hitler did

The European Union is pursuing a similar goal to Hitler in trying to create a powerful superstate, Boris Johnson says.
In a dramatic interview with the Telegraph, he warns that while bureaucrats in Brussels are using “different methods” from the Nazi dictator, they share the aim of unifying Europe under one “authority”.
But the EU’s “disastrous” failures have fuelled tensions between member states and allowed Germany to grow in power, “take over” the Italian economy and “destroy” Greece, he warns.

Mr Johnson invokes Winston Churchill’s war-time defiance, urging the British people to be “the heroes of Europe” again, set the country free and save the EU from itself by voting to leave in the referendum next month.
The former mayor of London, who is a keen classical scholar, argues that the past 2,000 years of European history have been characterised by repeated attempts to unify Europe under a single government in order to recover the continent’s lost “golden age” under the Romans.

“But fundamentally what is lacking is the eternal problem, which is that there is no underlying loyalty to the idea of Europe. There is no single authority that anybody respects or understands. That is causing this massive democratic void.”
Mr Johnson’s potentially inflammatory comparison to Hitler comes at a critical time in the referendum campaign, with senior Tories on either side publicly attacking each other in blunt terms.
In the interview, the MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip, who is a favourite to be the next Conservative leader:

• Fuels speculation over his own ambitions by setting out his own “Tory mission” for how to win future general elections. He warns that the Conservatives cannot simply talk about “aspiration and opportunity” while forgetting the poor, in a coded rebuke to George Osborne;
•  Piles pressure on David Cameron by challenging him to a face-to-face television debate, saying such a clash is crucial for the democratic process;
• Accuses the Prime Minister of being “rash” and undermining Nato by claiming that the EU is the guarantor of peace in Europe and that Brexit could lead to war;
• Insists that he is still “friends” with Mr Cameron even though senior Tories are “knocking seven bells out of each other” like rugby players in the middle of a brutal match.

Mr Johnson was speaking as the referendum battle entered its most intense final six weeks.
With polls suggesting the contest is close, leaders of all the main political parties put aside their differences to join the Remain campaign in favour of continuing EU membership.

In what Downing Street sources described as an “unprecedented” moment, the leaders of the Conservative, Labour, Liberal Democrat and Green parties all attended some of the 1,000 Remain campaign events held across Britain on Saturday.
A Labour battle bus took to the streets to campaign for Remain, while the Prime Minister unveiled a new poster in his Oxfordshire constituency of Witney.
Mr Cameron warned that a vote to leave the EU in the poll on June 23 would deliver an “immediate and sustained hit” to the economy that could tip Britain back into recession.
“I am absolutely convinced that our economic security will be better if we stay in a reformed European Union and it will be seriously at risk if we were to leave,” he told a small crowd of supporters.
“If we vote to leave on June 23 we will be voting for higher prices, we will be voting for fewer jobs, we will be voting for lower growth, we will be voting potentially for a recession. That is the last thing our economy needs.”
The Prime Minister’s Remain campaign will escalate its warnings of the economic costs of a vote for Brexit this week with a series of further high profile interventions.
In an article for the Telegraph website, Sajid Javid, the Business Secretary, explains why as a lifelong critic of Brussels he converted to join the Remain campaign.
“I am a Eurosceptic and proud of it,” Mr Javid writes.
But even Margaret Thatcher was in favour of Britain remaining in the European single market, and “campaigned enthusiastically” to create it, he says.
Mr Javid argues: “It gives every business in Britain access to 500 million customers with no barriers, no tariffs and no local legislation to worry about.”
Yesterday, Mr Johnson travelled to Bristol, as Vote Leave staged 300 events around the UK. In his interview, he suggests that the economic benefits of EU membership have been exaggerated, when in fact the euro has fuelled tensions between member states.

“The Italians, who used to be a great motor-manufacturing power, have been absolutely destroyed by the euro – as was intended by the Germans,” Mr Johnson claims.
“The euro has become a means by which superior German productivity is able to gain an absolutely unbeatable advantage over the whole eurozone.” He adds: “This is a chance for the British people to be the heroes of Europe and to act as a voice of moderation and common sense, and to stop something getting in my view out of control.”
Meanwhile, the Vote Leave campaign published research suggesting that the single market had failed Britain. Official EU statistics show that over the last decade, the value of British exports of goods to the EU has fallen by 18 per cent.
The campaign claims that this is a worse performance than every member state other than Luxembourg.
By contrast, German exports of goods during the same period rose by 78.9 per cent.
In an echo of Sir John Major’s soapbox campaigning, Mr Cameron stood on a pallet to deliver his speech after unveiling a new poster.  The poster showed an envelope on a doormat and warned that leaving the EU would cost “£4,300 for every household”.
Mr Cameron said European funding would be cut for vital infrastructure projects “across every region of the UK” after a Brexit vote.

Federal Reserve to a New US Republic via a Global Currency Reset

A Summary on a Deeper Perspective 5-14-2016

Nearly 450 years ago the Anglo-Saxon world banking standard began with creation of Vatican Historical Asset Trust Accounts, today known as the Global Collateral Accounts.

These funds of sovereign countries were mainly backed by gold reserves of the ancient Chinese Royal Dragon Families.

Certain sovereign families of Asia and Europe had pooled their assets into a series of very complex and secretive ​off ​ledger​ private banking trust accounts. The monies were intended for humanitarian projects to help the world for the better, though have been fraudulently abused by a corrupt global banking system since the late 1600s.

By 1694 this global monetary system overseen by the Cabal was being run out of a central bank in England controlled by the Rothschilds family. Baron Nathan Mayer Rothschild once declared, "I care not what puppet is placed upon the throne of England to rule the Empire. The man who controls Britain's money supply controls the British Empire, and I control the British money supply."

In the mid-to-late 1700's of Eastern Europe these dark forces were in complete control of the planet's wealth. The Cabal had secretively taken over world assets and affairs in an invisible web of usury and fiat finance. Gradually they were dominating the world's banking, military, diplomacy, education, science and media organizations.

By 1871 the Cabal had created the Corporation of the US to control the world monetary system. They discarded the US Constitution, manipulated funds of Central Banks across the globe and eventually formed the US Federal Reserve to continue their plunder of global assets.

Influential world leaders and their country's monetary systems functioned under orders of the International Monetary Fund, World Trade Organization, Bank of International Settlements, North American Union, Council on Foreign Relations, Committee of 300 and the Trilateral Commission. These Cabal organizations including their Khazarian Mafia, commonly laundered monies through the Vatican Bank.

The privately owned US Incorporated, US Federal Reserve and US Treasury were expected to conform to dictates of these organizations membered by adherants to Masonic Orders such as Skull and Bones, or London's Crown Temple, the Vatican and private families such as European Royality, the Bilderbergs, George Soros, Rothschilds, Carnagies and Rockefellers.

The most influential of their organizations was the privately owned US Federal Reserve. The Fed has functioned as the primary creator of world reserve currency since the 1944 Bretton Woods Conference at the end of World War II.

The Federal Reserve practice of charging US citizens interest for use of their own money, plus allowing easy credit soon led to a fiat US Dollar and thus a global economy that functioned on currency backed by nothing.

By the year 2000 and to avoid a global monetary crisis, an urgent need for a reset of world currencies became apparent. Beginning in 2007 and running through 2015, all countries of the globe except for the US, had joined asset-backed currency of a newly-formed BRICS Alliance.

BRICS was an acronym representing the nations of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. In retaliation to the world's main reserve currency of the fiat US Dollar, the BRICS system supported a country's currency through it's natural resources, oil, gold, silver, copper and other precious metals.

This led to the Global Currency Reset of 2016 - a complicated process concerning a revaluation of world currencies, removal of the Federal Reserve and certain global elites, along with their Khazarian mafia, from control of the global monetary system.

The reset included restoration of a new US Republic that functioned within the original Constitution. US citizens would finally be given their own gold-backed currency, along with needed changes in the US tax and banking systems.

On April 26 2016 the Global Currency Reset process began playing out when China formally launched a return to the gold standard through the BRICS system. Expected completion of the GCR rollout across the world was sometime in May 2016.

By this same time the Cabal had bankrupted themselves, plus their privately owned US Federal Reserve Dollar was no longer being accepted for trade worldwide.

The history of that process included formation of the new US Republic, integration of the Federal Reserve into the US Treasury, changes in the US tax system and release of 800 exchange appointment numbers for buyers of the first basket of revalued currencies: Iraqi Dinar, Vietnamese Dong, Zimbabwe Zim, Indian Ruphia and Iranian Rial. Other world currencies were expected to quickly follow.

Higher rates were said to be available during the initial exchanges, especially if a good percentage of monies were dedicated to Humanitarian Projects. These projects were said funded in part by gold of the Chinese Royal Dragon families and by $800 trillion in US taxpayer monies illegally taken by the Federal Reserve during the Bush Administration, then confiscated during a 1992 Federal Reserve Audit.

Another source of funds was $3.8 trillion gained through a negotiated agreement with Soviet Secretary General Mikhail Gorbachev during the fall of the Soviet Union that also had been illegally held and used by the Federal Reserve.

Repeated attempts to use these monies to pay off the national debt had been thwarted by the Cabal.

At present the funds were in European bank accounts awaiting the Global Currency Reset.

In return, Lincoln promised to kill or remove every Indian from the state and provide Minnesota with 2 million dollars in federal funds. Remember, he only owed the Sioux 1.4 million for the land. So, on December 26, 1862, the Great Emancipator ordered the largest mass execution in American History, where the guilt of those to be executed was entirely in doubt. The Obama administration is ordering every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their “gender identity.”
The White House is forcing compliance by both threatening to cut funding to non-compliant schools and exposing them to potential lawsuits.
President Obama told the Justice Dept. and the Education Dept. to create standards for the schools to abide to, which isn’t the first time he has pressured local governments to capitulate to federal standards.
He used a similar strategy last year to “federalize” local police departments across the country by requiring them to adhere to stricter requirements when they receive federal funding.
This latest takeover, however, will fuel mass backlash given past protests in the past.
For example, back in Sept. students at Hillsboro, Mo., H.S. walked out in protest to keep a transsexual student – and very recently a former gay male – from using the girls’ locker room.
One parent, Tammy Sorden, said it wasn’t fair the student, Lila, was getting special treatment “while the girls just have to suck it up.”
“The girls have rights, and they shouldn’t have to share a bathroom with a [biological] boy,” she said.
The Obama administration claims it’s defending “transgendered rights,” but don’t be fooled: as a politician, Obama couldn’t care less about individual rights.
Remember, the state – the federal government – can only expand at the expense of individual rights, and although Obama will advocate the rights for certain groups at the expense of others, in this case transgendered students, he’s simply hijacking the “transgendered rights” movement to destroy the traditional, nuclear-family model and encourage individuals to be more supportive – and dependent – on the ever-expanding state.
And this has already happened with feminists who instead of getting married, they use the state – or their corporate job – as a surrogate husband.

Come on, folks. Think! There is always an agenda behind these highly
publicized programs that are being foisted upon us by the diabolical

Clue #1: Here we have a lame duck president who is completely useless and
   ineffective. Therefore, why would he try to impose upon us such an
   offensive, onerous program? Don't you even suspect that there is
   a secret agenda behind this outrage? Do you just react emotionally

Clue # 2: Trump started out pretending to be an outsider, and the deceitful
ruling elite blared out upon the public this brainwashing message:

   Determination to Abolish Political Abuses and Political Chicanery."
However, from day one I knew that Trump was just a plant, a stooge of the

Being a small female, I'm not going to thrash a transgendered male in a women's bathroom... but neither am I going to USE that bathroom until He/She leaves. Sorry, but I will not be told what level of privacy I can have, nor will I be told with whom I have to share a bathroom. The Obama administration is telling public schools that they must allow transgender students to use bathrooms and locker rooms consistent with their gender identity. The directive is in formal guidance being sent to school districts Friday by the departments of Education and Justice.
The letter does not impose any new legal requirements, but federal officials say the guidance is meant to clarify school districts’ obligations to provide students with nondiscriminatory environments.

Notice that “the letter does not impose any new legal requirements” because the president can’t impose legal requirements directly onto schools like a dictator or a king, but that didn’t stop ABC7 from Tweeting “Pres. Obama to order public schools to allow transgender students to choose own bathrooms.”

“President Obama, in the dark of the night – without consulting Congress, without consulting educators, without consulting parents – decides to issue an executive order, like this superintendent, forcing transgender policies on schools and on parents who clearly don’t want it,” Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick told NBC 5.

Throw aside the bathroom issue for a second wholesale. How can Obama really order schools to do anything? This kind of thing violates the separation of powers in just the way you know Obama loves to do. The Obama administration is telling public schools that they must allow transgender students to use bathrooms and locker rooms consistent with their gender identity.

AG Loretta Lynch earlier this week announced that the DOJ is suing North Carolina and threatening to withhold federal funding over the state’s new bathroom law, which forces public schools, colleges, and government agencies to — prepare yourself for this — designate bathrooms to be used by people based on their biological sex.
I know. I know. Crazy right?
Well Lynch thinks so; she compared the new law to Jim Crow laws.
Meanwhile, the DOJ has the time and inclination to sue North Carolina for being sooo evil as to force the potential 0.37 percent of transgender North Carolinians to use the bathroom designated for their biological sex, but the department just can’t seem to get around to indicting Hillary for, well, any of the laws she’s broken, of which there are many and that affects everyone (especially if she becomes president).
And that’s the country we live in.
This whole thing reeks of obedience training. Social engineering and bullying via politically correctness to get the 99.63 percent of everyone else to bow down, no matter how uncomfortable it might make them, to the will of the 0.37 percent…

While I certainly don't hold the FDA as the "gold standard", the FDA has no problem looking the other way when the military is given vaccines like the anthrax series. Federal agents don't show up on the base and block their administering.

Oh yeah - it just hit me. Our "special interest" secret-dealing politicians will work crack-deal government contracts that hurt the troops, yet have a heart to protect the heart stoppers.
