Back when Donald Trump was lagging badly in the polls - as recently
as just over a week ago - any time the republican candidate accused the
electoral system of being rigged, Democrats would scream over each other
to explain to him just how fair, balanced and sensible is the mandated
framework of the US presidential election. Well, Trump won, and the
roles are now flipped, with such pundits as Michael Moore, and even Paul Krugman earlier today, slamming the concept of the Electoral College, which Trump won decisively despite losing the popular vote.
In retrospect, Krugman may have been the rational one.
According to the LA Times reports,
retiring California Democratic senator Barbara Boxer filed legislation
Tuesday to abolish the Electoral College altogether in light of
Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton winning the popular vote but still
losing the election.
Boxer announced in a statement that the bill, which she introduced
later on Tuesday afternoon, would determine the winner of presidential
elections by the outcome of the popular vote. She cited President-elect
Donald Trump's victory in the Electoral College despite Democratic
nominee Hillary Clinton's apparent popular vote advantage.
"In my lifetime, I have seen two elections where the winner of the
general election did not win the popular vote," Boxer said in a
statement. "The Electoral College is an outdated, undemocratic system
that does not reflect our modern society, and it needs to change
immediately. Every American should be guaranteed that their vote
counts."

"In 2012, Donald Trump tweeted, 'The electoral college is a disaster
for a democracy,' " Boxer added. "I couldn't agree more. One person, one
vote!"
While such legislation makes a symbolic statement after an election
that shocked Democrats, is unlikely to gain traction with Republicans
holding control of both chambers of Congress in a lame duck session.
Her bill calls for an amendment to the Constitution that would end
the Electoral College system. Should such a thing pass, the amendment
would only take effect if ratified by three-fourths of the states within
seven years after its passage in the U.S. Congress.
Boxer was a vocal advocate for Clinton throughout the campaign and
had said that electing the first female president was on her to-do list
before leaving the Senate in January.
This is the fifth time in history that a nominee has won the popular
vote but not the Electoral College. The same situation happened to Al
Gore in 2000, when he lost to George W. Bush.
While one can debate the merits of changing the constitution just so
one's preferred candidate can win, we'll pass and instead conclude with

Washington, D.C. - U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) will introduce
legislation when the Senate comes into session later today that would
eliminate the Electoral College and determine the winner of presidential
elections by the outcome of the popular vote.
Hillary Clinton currently leads the popular vote by nearly a million
votes (990,758). By the time all the ballots are counted, the New York
Times estimates that Clinton may win the popular vote by more than two
million votes and more than 1.5 percentage points. Donald Trump will
become the fifth President in U.S. history to lose the popular vote and
still win the election.

During his interview on "60 Minutes" on Sunday, Trump said his views
on the Electoral College haven't changed. "You know, I'm not going to
change my mind just because I won. But I would rather see it where you
went with simple votes. You know, you get 100 million votes and somebody
else gets 90 million votes and you win," he said. This morning, he
tweeted that the Electoral College is "actually genius."
As of early Tuesday, Hillary Clinton had received 61,929,605 votes
(47.8 percent) and Donald Trump had received 60,938,847 votes (47.0
percent), according to the Cook Political Report national popular vote
tracker.
Senator Boxer's legislation would amend the Constitution of the
United States and abolish the Electoral College. The amendment would
take effect when ratified by three-fourths of the states within seven
years after its passage in the U.S. Congress.
Dr. Ron Paul appeared in an RT interview speaking about Donald
Trump’s election. He made some curious statements about “neocons” and an
infiltration by a “shadow government,” and her warned Trump about
placing neoconservatives in his cabinet. Trump is currently considering
neocons for at least 5 of his cabinet positions. Many of them have links
to Wall Street, specifically Goldman Sachs, and almost all of them are
members of the Council on Foreign Relations, whose honorary chairman is
David Rockefeller.
There is a great danger that a Trump cabinet could look very similar
to the one selected by George W. Bush, and the one selected by Barack
Obama. Both presidents selected several neoconservatives with clear
agendas, the bridging together of world economies, political systems, of
people groups, and the collapse of border walls, leaving in its place a
world without borders, a world without nationalities. Global
governance, global rule under a single ruler at the top, is the
ambition. Nothing will keep them from achieving. The Council on Foreign
Relations is a massive organization with thousands of members. There are
visible rank-and-file, but there are many thousands more who support
the agenda of the Rockefellers, the Rothschilds, and other elite
families.
Many, many American politicians have been invited as guests to the
Council on Foreign Relations. For example, Chris Christie, Marco Rubio,
Hillary Clinton (4 times), Jeb Bush, Rudy Giuliani, and others have been
guest speakers. The CFR is known for its hawkish positions on foreign
policies in the United States and abroad, which might explain why
pro-war presidential candidates like Christie, Rubio, Clinton, Bush, and
Giuliani are regular speakers at CFR gatherings.

Ron Paul’s states that neoconservatives were getting closer to Donald

about his foreign policy with ISIS. Oftentimes, the American people
select their candidate (Bill Clinton, George Bush, Barack Obama), but
are later disappointed by the cabinet selection, which has been filled
with neocons.

After stepping down as mayor of New York City, Rudy Giuliani tried to launch himself as a national political leader on the back of the single defining event of his career.
In the end he failed miserably, with voters immediately seeing his ploy for what it was: base political pandering.
But what many do not realize is that Giuliani’s case is not just that of another ghoulish politician parading on the corpses of those who died on his watch for his own political gain.
On the day of 9/11, while the remains of the twin towers and WTC7 were still smoldering, one of Mayor Giuliani’s first concerns was clearing away the evidence from the crime scene.
RUDY GIULIANI: “We were able to move 120 dump trucks out of the city last night, which will give you a sense of the work that was done overnight.”
Despite reassurances that the rapid removal of the evidence from Ground Zero was important for emergency access, this process went far beyond merely clearing a path for rescue workers. As Erik Lawyer, founder of Firefighters for 9/11 Truth points out, the massive operation to haul away over 1.5 million tons of debris and to sell much of the steel to Chinese firm Baosteel at discount prices was not just an overzealous approach to clearing the area, but was itself a crime.
ERIK LAWYER: “9/11 was the greatest loss of life and property damage in U.S. fire history. This should of been the most protected, preserved, over-tested and thorough investigation of a crime scene in world history. Sadly it was not. What was it? Well, we know from their (NIST) admission the majority of the evidence was destroyed. Like Richard (Gage) said, (in) 22 years of experience I’ve seen a lot of crime scenes, I’ve never seen anything like this in my life.I was out at the site, I saw trucks leaving faster than anywhere I’ve ever seen but I accepted it at the time and for years I accepted it because it was a recovery and rescue operation and that’s normal to have something like going. Again, we’d never seen anything like it but that was expected.
“What I didn’t know for years was what was going on behind the scenes was that evidence was being destroyed when it was shipped off. By their own admission, the NIST investigation of Tower 7 had no physical evidence. How do you investigate a crime when you’ve destroyed all the evidence? It doesn’t make sense.
“They also admit that they refused to test for explosives or residue of thermite. Now this is what I’m going to go into real quickly is that there are national standards for for an investigation. Needless to say, an investigation of the 9/11 crime scene following the national investigation standards has never been conducted and never will be as Giuliani oversaw the illegal destruction of the evidence itself. To add insult to this injury, in 2003 New York City Medical Examiner Charles Hirsch revealed that in the mad scramble to get rid of the crime scene evidence, human remains from the World Trade Center had been left at the Fresh Kills landfill [some footageHERE around 10min mark] where the debris was sorted and the steel was sold. In 2007 Eric Beck, a senior supervisor of the recycling facility that sifted the debris, admitted that some of those human remains ended up in a mixture that was used to pave roads and fill potholes in New York City.
But as grotesque as such revelations are, they are not the most shocking part of Giuliani’s 9/11 story.
In the late 1990s the Mayor oversaw the creation of a state-of-the-art $13 million emergency command center to coordinate the city’s disaster recovery and response efforts. Located on the 23rd floor of World Trade Center Building 7, just across Vesey Street from the Twin Towers, the center — dubbed by local press at the time as “Giuliani’s bunker”– included reinforced, bulletproof, and bomb-resistant walls, its own air supply and water tank, beds, showers to accommodate 30 people, and three backup generators. It could be used to monitor all of New York’s emergency communications frequencies and was staffed 24 hours a day.
And yet, remarkably, on the morning of 9/11, neither Mayor Giuliani nor any other city personnel or police or fire department officials were in the bunker after the Twin Tower strikes.
BARRY JENNINGS: “As I told you guys before it was very, very funny. I was on my way to work and the traffic was excellent, I received a call that a small Cessna had hit the World Trade Center. I was asked to go and man the Office of Emergency Management.
“Upon arriving into the OEM EOC, we noticed that everybody was gone. I saw coffee that was on a desk, the smoke was still coming off the coffee. I saw half-eaten sandwiches.” (SOURCE: Barry Jennings WTC 7 (Explosions) Interview)
So why wasn’t the Mayor and the city’s emergency personnel in the location that had been purpose built for just such an event? According to Giuliani, they had been told to evacuate because they had been given a warning that the Twin Towers were going to collapse. A warning that was evidently not passed on to any of the emergency personnel that were still working in the buildings.
RUDY GIULIANI: “I went down to the scene and we setup headquarters at 75 Barkley Street, which was right there with the Police Commissioner, the Fire Commissioner, the head of Emergency Management and we were operating out of there when we we’re told that the World Trade Center was going to collapse.
And it did collapse before we could actually get out of the building. So we were trapped in the building for 10-15 minutes and finally found an exit, got out, walked North and took a lot of people with us.” (SOURCE: ABC Sept. 11, 2001 12:41 pm – 1:23 pm ABC 7, Washington, D.C.)
Giuliani in his own words has admitted that he was warned that the World Trade Center was going to collapse. This despite the fact that there was no possible way for this to be predicted in the first hour of the unfolding disaster. Even more incredibly, despite being given this warning, no effort was made to pass it on to the police, firefighters and other responders who were still working in and around the buildings.
When, precisely, was this warning given, and by whom? Why, despite acting on this warning himself, did Giuliani make no effort to pass the warning on to others?
Predictably, when confronted with these questions by activists during his 2008 presidential campaign, Giuliani merely smiled and denied that he had ever received such a warning.
SABRINA RIVERO: “You reported to Peter Jennings that on 9/11 that you knew that the World Trade Center Towers were going to collapse. No steel structure has ever in history has ever collapsed due to a fire.
How come the people in the building weren’t notified and who else knew about this and how do you sleep at night?” RUDY GIULIANI: “Ma’am, I didn’t know that the towers were going to collapse.” TOM FOTI: “You reported it Peter Jennings. You indeed said that you were notified that the towers were going to collapse while you were inside. Not sure exactly where you were prior to, but you said it on ABC video with Peter Jennings in an interview, that you were aware that the towers were going to collapse in advance.
We’d like to know who told you the towers were going to collapse in advance, Sir?

So where was the Mayor on 9/11? On Pier 92, which was already set up as a functional command center due to a full-scale emergency “drill” by FEMA that, by a remarkable coincidence, had been scheduled for the following day.
RUDY GIULIANI: “… and we selected Pier 92 as our Command Center. The reason Pier 92 was selected as the Command Center was because on the next day, on September 12th, Pier 92 was going to have a drill. It had hundreds of people here from FEMA, from the Federal Government, from the State Emergency Management Office and they were getting ready for a drill for a bio-chemical attack. So that was going to be the place they were going to have the drill, the equipment was already there. So we were able to establish a Command Center there within 3 days that was 2 and a half to 3 times bigger than the Command Center that we had lost at 7 World Trade Center and it was from there that the rest of the search and rescue effort was completed.”
Mayor Giuliani oversaw the illegal destruction of the 9/11 crime scene and is criminally liable for the deaths of hundreds of emergency workers for not passing on prior warnings about the collapses of the Twin Towers.
It is no wonder, then, that the Fire Department of New York so passionately detest Giuliani for his actions in disgracing their fallen brothers and covering up the 9/11 crime.

So what is the reward for Giuliani’s criminal actions on 9/11? An offer to become the head of the Department of Homeland Security in the event of a Trump presidency, of course.
This is the state of American politics, and this is precisely why a true investigation of what happened on 9/11 never has, and never will, be conducted by the US government itself.

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — U.S. armed forces and the CIA may have committed war crimes by torturing detainees in Afghanistan, the International Criminal Court's chief prosecutor says in a report, raising the possibility that American citizens could be indicted even though Washington has not joined the global court.
"Members of US armed forces appear to have subjected at least 61 detained persons to torture, cruel treatment, outrages upon personal dignity on the territory of Afghanistan between 1 May 2003 and 31 December 2014," according to the report issued by Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda's office on Monday.
The report added that CIA operatives may have subjected at least 27 detainees in Afghanistan, Poland, Romania and Lithuania to "torture, cruel treatment, outrages upon personal dignity and/or rape" between December 2002 and March 2008.
Most of the alleged abuse happened in 2003-2004, the report said.
Prosecutors said they will decide "imminently" whether to seek authorization to open a full-scale investigation in Afghanistan that could lead to war crimes charges.
State Department spokeswoman Elizabeth Trudeau said the U.S. does not believe an ICC investigation is "warranted or appropriate."
"The United States is deeply committed to complying with the law of war, and we have a robust national system of investigation and accountability that more than meets international standards," Trudeau said.
A Pentagon spokesman, Navy Capt. Jeff Davis, said officials were awaiting more details about the ICC findings before commenting.
Established in 2002, the International Criminal Court is the world's first permanent court set up to prosecute war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide.
More than 120 countries around the world are members, but superpowers including the United States, Russia and China have not signed up.
Former U.S. President Bill Clinton signed the Rome treaty that established the court on Dec. 31, 2000, but President George W. Bush renounced the signature, citing fears that Americans would be unfairly prosecuted for political reasons.
Even though the United States is not a member of the court, Americans could still face prosecution at its headquarters in The Hague if they commit crimes within its jurisdiction in a country that is a member, such as Afghanistan, and are not prosecuted at home.
So far, all of the ICC's trials have dealt with crimes committed in Africa.
Prosecutors say investigations also are reportedly underway in Poland, Romania and Lithuania — all signatories to the Rome Statute — into possible crimes at CIA detention facilities in those countries.
The abuse allegations came in a wide-ranging annual report into the prosecution office's so-called preliminary examinations, which involve studying reports of possible crimes to establish if they fall under the court's jurisdiction.
The same report said that Taliban and Afghan government forces also may have used torture and committed other atrocities in that country's long and bitter conflict. The report says that the Taliban and its affiliates killed thousands of people and are suspected of committing war crimes including murder, recruiting and conscripting child soldiers and attacking civilians and humanitarian workers.
Referring to the alleged U.S. war crimes, the report said they "were not the abuses of a few isolated individuals.
Rather, they appear to have been committed as part of approved interrogation techniques in an attempt to extract 'actionable intelligence' from detainees."
The report adds that, "The information available suggests that victims were deliberately subjected to physical and psychological violence, and that crimes were allegedly committed with particular cruelty and in a manner that debased the basic human dignity of the victims."
Before deciding to open a full-scale investigation, ICC prosecutors have to establish whether they have jurisdiction and whether the alleged crimes are being investigated and prosecuted in the countries involved. The ICC is a court of last resort that takes on cases only when other countries are unable or unwilling to prosecute.
The report noted that U.S. authorities have conducted dozens of investigations and court-martial cases and says ICC prosecutors are seeking further clarifications on their scope before deciding whether any American cases would be admissible at the ICC.

For a second night on Wednesday, thousands of protesters gathered in cities across the state to denounce the idea of a Donald J. Trump-led America, with some chanting, ”Not my president!”
On social media, the hashtag #Calexit took off, echoing the British decision to leave the European Union.
And
in Sacramento, a joint statement from legislative leaders said, “Today,
we woke up feeling like strangers in a foreign land.”
For one group, the postelection reaction has been electrifying. Yes California,
a grass-roots organization with 3,000 or so supporters, has for years
been trying to persuade Californians to take up the cause of secession.
“We hit it big with Trump being elected,” Marcus Ruiz Evans, a spokesman, said on Wednesday.
California
cannot, of course, just pick up and leave. Even if the state wanted to,
an exit would require two-thirds approval of both the House and Senate
in Washington, along with the blessing of 38 state legislatures — a feat
analysts say is implausible.
But
Mr. Evans may be on to something. After Mr. Trump clinched his victory
late Tuesday, at least three tech investors signaled a willingness to
finance a secession effort.
Shervin Pishevar, a co-founder of Hyperloop One, announced on Twitter that he would back a “legitimate campaign” for California to become its own nation.

Two days after Donald Trump was elected president of the United
States, two Portlanders have submitted a petition for a 2018 ballot
initiative to have Oregon secede from the United States.
On Thursday morning, Jennifer Rollins, a lawyer, and Christian Trejbal, a writer, filed the Oregon Secession Act.
“Oregonian values are no longer the values held by the rest of the United States,” Trejbal said over the phone Thursday.
Those values? “Life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness,” Trejbal said, “plus equality.”
“Obviously,” he said, the ballot proposal “came about partially in response to the election results on Tuesday.”
“But,” he added, “it’s been developing over time.”
Trejbal said that he and Rollins are hoping to start a serious
conversation in Oregon about what it would mean to peacefully leave the
United States. They opted for 2018 to give Oregonians some time to
really think about what seceding from the union would mean.
Trejbal said that joining forces with other states like Washington, California and Nevada is “a viable way to go forward.”
These states, he said, “could all get together and form a nation that uphold the values that we share.”
To start the ballot title drafting process, the Oregon Secession Act
must receive 1,000 signatures. Trejbal said he and Rollins would be at
Pioneer Courthouse Square in Portland on Thursday night to begin the
process of getting those signatures.

war against the Khazarian mafia, the election of Donald Trump as President of
the United States is as the Russian victory at Stalingrad was for World War 2: a
tide turning victory. However, it also means the war is far from
over.
This is how a source who was in a secret meeting in Antarctica on
US November 8th election day described the situation:
“The whole election
strategy changed when John Kerry went to Antarctica as ordered. He was told by
the special elite, the Gnostic Illuminati, who are still in control of this
planet, to tell Obama and Clinton to back off and let Trump win. As we know,
Hillary is only a front for the cabal and will most likely self-terminate within
a few months at the most. Bill Clinton is at the end game now. His quadruple
bypass surgery is not able to pump blood through his lifeless body anymore. We
are informed that he will be gone by year end”.
This order to Kerry was
followed by a special-forces attack on a Khazarian base in Denver that
successfully stopped cabal efforts to steal the US election on behalf of their
zombie proxy Hillary, CIA sources say.
The Pentagon, for their part, say
“Mass arrests began right after the election, butt hurt Hillary cried a river
when told to concede or she’ll be arrested, [President] Obama was ordered to
stay in DC, finish ISIS,stop
delaying the Global Currency Reset, and meet Trump to ensure a smooth
transition.”
In addition to this the US military is advising President
Elect Donald Trump to “not appoint neocons, Jews [all Jews must recuse
themselves from senior government positions until it can be confirmed they are
not working for the Khazarian mafia], bankers, or Bush minions to the cabinet or
White House.”.
In addition, the Pentagon sources say “Soros-funded
protests have sped up the Trump plan to terminate the Bush-Clinton cabal before
inauguration.”
The attack must continue relentlessly on all fronts until
humanity is freed from Khazarian control.
The Manchu occupation of China
is a good analogy to the how the Khazarians control the West. In Manchu China,
native Chinese who passed the civil service exam were allowed to progress up the
bureaucratic ladder to a certain point but all the positions at the very top
were filled by Manchus. In the West it is the same, intelligent, hard-working
technocrats can rise to positions like deputy director but the top first, second
and often third positions in most large, powerful organizations are held by

from the Pentagon, and Gnostic Illuminati sources say FBI Director James Comey
has also been confirmed to be clean despite false wikileaks claims that he
received funds from the Clinton Foundation. The State Department and other
branches of the government must now in turn be cleansed of gangsters if the US

Also, the Trump election means the Khazarian controlled
TPP and TTIP trade deals are now dead. “Trump is now poised to remove rigged
corporate tribunals from NAFTA and all trade deals in a massive defeat for the
Khazarian mafia,” the Pentagon sources say.
The Pentagon is also planning
a huge data dump about 911 in order to force Donald Trump to convene a 911
tribunal, the sources say. The New York Times will also be “forced to report on
911 and other Khazarian crimes,” they say.
In Europe, meanwhile, here is
how the Pentagon describes the next phase in the attack; “NATO is in in disarray
as the military sent tons of ammo to US troops in the EU for arrests, and cabal
stooges like [German Chancellor Angela] Merkel and [French President Francois]
Hollande are to be replaced by nationalists. The Trump-led American revolution
expands to Europe to remove Khazarians from power.”
The Russians and
Chinese have also now been put in charge of Interpol “so that they can sweep up
lower level cabal flunkies,” the Pentagon sources say. They, together with the
gnostic illuminati, are also hunting for the master criminal George
Soros.
In Asia, meanwhile, the battle over the real prize, the ability to
create and distribute money world-wide, has yet to be concluded.
Here is
what CIA sources in Asia say is happening:
“Mark Rutte, the Dutch PM and
spokesman for King Willhem-Alexander (and his mother Beatrix the former queen)
will be in Jakarta on the 23rd of this month, along with his trade mission
delegates. He is coming to negotiate their claim and the recovery of their share

Vatican and their patrons. We are closely monitoring the situation”.
In
other words, the bloodline families are aiming to continue their control of the
planet by laying claim to the legendary gold stashes in Asia and the right to
create money that is based on these claims.
As Neil Keenan points out, if
they can conjure up $50 trillion out of thin air by claiming ownership of 1
million tons of gold, they can win the war and buy (bribe) their way back into
full control of the planet.
This is a well-intentioned plan put forth by the bloodline families but
it is way too little too late for this planet. Under this plan only a tiny
fraction of the $50 trillion the bloodlines are plotting to create would ever
reach the people who really need it. With humanity in control of its own future,
i.e. in control of the process of creating and distributing money, trillions of
dollars could be made available to end poverty and stop environmental
destruction within a matter of months, not decades.
Also, the top ranks
of the UN and other cabal created international institutions are hopelessly
corrupt and incompetent. Just take for example the fact that Saudi Arabia is on
the UN human rights tribunal. In Saudi Arabia, if a married woman is raped by
somebody other than her husband, she is punished by being buried up to the waist
and then stoned to death. Saudi Arabia is not a country but rather a family
owned slave plantation.
Entirely new organizations need to be set up to
take over the functioning parts of existing international organizations and
dismantle the corrupt and evil parts of these groupings. This is especially true
for the groups like the WHO who have been involved (almost always without the
rank and file being aware) in spreading bio-weapons as part of a population
culling plan.
The White Dragon Society is monitoring the gold situation
as are the Chinese army, the Pentagon and other agencies. The world’s financial
system is not going to remain under the control of genocidal gangsters no matter
what happens. The WDS is willing to broker a compromise between the benevolent
bloodline families and the gnostic illuminati to create a win-win solution on
the gold and financial system issue. The Dragon family is also on the case. The
WDS expects to hear from the Rothschild and other bloodline families
soon. The gnostic illuminati say the bloodlines would rather die than
surrender and are instead planning once last big offensive aimed at retaining
their control. This is likely to take the form of attempted coordinated
assassinations of leaders like Trump and Head of US Joint Chiefs of Staff
General Joseph Dunford.
However, the world’s military forces have already
sent clear messages to the Vatican and the bloodline families. Pentagon sources
note the recent earthquakes in Italy quakes “may have convinced the Vatican not
to grant conversions or provide asylum to senior cabalists.” Remember how Tony

protection and so could not be prosecuted for their war crimes in Iraq and

“quakes with minimal damage in Argentina and New Zealand are warnings to the
cabal they have no place to hide.”
In addition, the sources say
“underwater bases at the Horn of Africa and the Black Sea were destroyed after
General Dunford visited Turkey plus Saudi Arabia and Russian PM Dmitry Medvedev
visited Israel.”
In Japan, meanwhile, the Khazarian slave regime of
Shinzo Abe is in a state of total panic now that their masters in the US have
lost power. Sources in the Japanese underworld say that Heizo Takenaka, the
former finance minister who handed control of Japan’s corporations to the
