Just the Facts, Ma'am 2.0

We are still here, still conducting our business.  We have reclaimed our delegated powers and administered them to maintain the integrity of our constitutions.

The National-level government owed this country has been moth-balled via fraud and deceit and breach of trust since the 1860's, but we are still here.

The Territorial-level government is in Chapter 11 and receivership to bankruptcy trustees appointed by Secondary Creditors. But we are still here.

The Municipal-level government is in Chapter 7 liquidation. But we are still here.

And here we are, the Original Issuers, the Presumed Donors, the only lawful and actual government of this country still standing, ready to kick ass.

If it were left to incompetent and corrupt employees this entire country would be ruined.  The Constitutions we are owed would all be "vacated" by the vermin who have engineered this circumstance and we would be left to pay the price.

But in 1998, we raised our hands and our flags and our ensigns.

In 2008, we began our due process and delivered it to the nations and to the Principals and Principles. 

In 2014, we issued our Final Judgment. Our Civil Judgment remains inviolable. Our orders to the Joint Chiefs of Staff remain cut in stone. General Carter Ham is the Supreme Commander of the American Armed Forces.  

In 2015, we re-issued our Sovereign Letters Patent and established our Declaration of Joint Sovereignty.

We have prevented the "vacating" of all three (3) Constitutions from the federal side of the contracts and have reclaimed all our delegated authorities.

And we are still standing on the land of our Forefathers, accusing the British Monarch and the Roman Pontiff of fraud and Breach of Trust and violation of commercial contracts owed to us, our States, and our People. 

The evidence of this is abundant and not in dispute. In fact, our claims are already cured.

What remains is for the entire world to wake up and clean up this Mess.

God bless The United States of America -- the only actual government of this country since 1776, and still here, still competent, and still standing.

Research the laws - the 1974 law and statutes.

It's not an official 'Federal Budget'.  It's an Omnibus bill...not a Budget.  President Trump outsmarted them again!   Congress basically screwed themselves by not passing a Budget.
 
Per the Constitution...the President must adhere to a Budget set forth by Congress and direct the expenditures as provided therein.

The Omnibus Bill is another one of those big Porkulus Bills like they gave Obama for 8 years. This is not a Budget.

An Omnibus Spending Bill may have some 'instructions' as to how the money will be spent...but Obama ignored them. Obama spent the money, or didn't spend it, however he wanted to. And Congress didn't do a thing about it - because they couldn't.

I think our President observed how this happened year after year. He is bound to realize that those 'appropriations' for different things in these Omnibus bills are merely 'suggestions'.

So like Obama, President Trump can spend this money on whatever he wants to. Or not spend it.

Planned Parenthood? What if our President decided to tell the Treasury Dept to 'slow-walk' that money to Planned Parenthood until the Senate gets off their ass and confirms his appointees?

Sanctuary Cities? What if our President decided to 'slow-walk' that money, too...until those Sanctuary Cities assist ICE in rounding up criminal illegal aliens?

Splodey heads? From the Dems and the Enemedia? Why yes. There would be a colorful display of splodey heads.
But what could they do about it. Hah!

Our President could just say 'What! Congress should've passed a Budget.'

Again, that is why Obama never had a Budget in his Presidency.  Congress did continual Omibus's and he just took the money . . . for 8 years . . . and no one seems to know where it went.

A grimly worded new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that President Putin has authorized the immediate deployment of the nuclear missile cruiser Marshal Ustinov—one of the most powerful warships in the Russian Navy equipped with the equally powerful Bazalt missile system—to coastal waters off the coast of Sweden, and whose 4-6 April mission will link its atomic arsenal to the just activated “Dead Hand” nuclear barrage war plan—and that comes as new fears arise that forces loyal to President Donald Trump are preparing for the mass arrests of their “Deep State” enemies.

According to this report late last year, what is being called “The 'Q Anon' Phenomenon” surfaced in the United States initiating an ever growing series of “darknet” cryptically coded messages, one of whose decoders, Decodingq.com, reported:

In late October 2017, we were introduced to a phenomenon, 'Q Clearance Patriot', or 'Q Anon'.  First at 4chan.net and later at 8chan.net, 'Q' started posting coded messages which sometimes included images, links or details regarding the back stories of some of the politically oriented events and conspiracies that we see everyday in the news.

Very quickly, 'Q', believed to be a group associated with US Military Intelligence and closely associated with the Trump Administration, began via the Socratic method asking and answering questions crafted to inform the citizenry and others interested in the machinations which underlie much of our recent political and diplomatic intrigue.

One of the first “darknet” postings by Q Anon in late October 2017 was a cryptic message that, when decoded, stated “When Saudis lend money or other favors to the US, they like to be paid back in CHILDREN.  Certain of our corrupt leaders have no doubt complied with that repayment plan.”— and that was followed less than a fortnight later, on 4 November 2017, with Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman conducting mass arrests of his nations citizens having close ties to the American shadow government “Deep State”.

This cryptic Q Anon posting, followed by the mass arrests in Saudi Arabia, gave credibility to one of the most bizarre events surrounding the 2016 US presidential election when “Deep State” candidate Hillary Clinton was reported to have screamed at the popular American television personality Matt Lauer “If that fucking bastard Trump wins, we all hang from nooses” and who further warned “Lauer’s finished and if I lose it’s all on your heads for screwing this up,” and whose threat to finish Lauer was accomplished this past November (2017) when he was forced out of his job over a made up sex scandal.

What a shame to have such a high IQ and to use it for such deep dark nefarious purposes!

 

Over the past few months Q Anon has also cryptically warned that Trump loyal forces are targeting “Deep State” child sex traffickers in both the United States and Britain, and with his (or hers) “darknet” decoded messages saying such things as: “What happens when the critical mass is reached?  How many arrest warrants are there to be executed?  Think bigger.  Think MUCH bigger.  Everything is in place.  This is GLOBAL.  God Bless the United States of America.”

Seeming confirmation of these Q Anon warnings came this past week from one of America’s most popular actress-comedians named Roseanne Barr  who, after the stunning blockbuster success of her anti-“Deep State” television programme “Rosanne”, had a personal telephonic conversation with President Trump, and that nearly immediately after which she shockingly Tweeted: “President Trump has freed so many children held in bondage to pimps all over this world.  Hundreds each month.  He has broken up trafficking rings in high places everywhere.”

 

Unbeknownst to the masses of American people continually lied to by their “Deep State” aligned mainstream propaganda media, who say that no Special Prosecutor will be appointed to investigate “Deep State” crimes, are that the “darknet” postings by Q Anon exactly coincided with the Trump administrations appointment 5 months ago of US Attorney John Huber who, since last October, has secretly worked with Justice Department Inspector General Mike Horowitz on one of the most far ranging criminal investigations into “Deep State” crimes ever conducted in the United States with US Attorney Huber, unlike Inspector General Horowitz, having the full authority to empanel a grand jury and to file criminal charges and that Q Anon asserts he has already done. 

With Trump loyal forces now believed to be on a global rampage against these vile “Deep State” monsters, becoming most fearful is Britain whose “Westminster Paedophile Dossier” is being reexamined in the new light of the “Telford Sex Scandal” that’s exposed hundreds of young British girls who have been raped, beaten, sold for sex and some even killed, and whose revelations about are so feared by the British government has seen them concoct what is called the “UK Poisoning Charade,” as they would rather ignite World War III instead of, like Hillary Clinton warned, “hang from nooses,” most especially after Q Anon had cryptically warned: “When was the last public hanging in the UK?”

With both Trump loyal forces and their “Deep State” enemies containing their most closely held secrets in leaking sieves rather than locked vaults, MoD experts are forced to investigate every American intelligence leak appearing with the most troubling one coming this past week from an unidentified deep cover FBI informant whose past information has proven accurate and who is now gravely warning:

1. The Deep State is progressing as if they are going to regain control of the government from Trump and the loyalists to the Republican Party.

2. An outright coup against Trump will not likely be successful.

3. The way to takeover the government is start World War III.  And the Deep State and their minions in every agency of the government are doing their best to instigate war against the Russians and the Chinese.

4. When conflict breaks out, the coup will begin under the guise of installing a loyalist government with American interests involved.  Of course this will be the Deep State.

5. FEMA camps will become fully operational and under the NDAA, dissidents like you and me will be rushed off  to the detention camps.  In a time of war, how many will really question anything?

The main problem with the “Deep State” attempting to initiate an “April Apocalypse-World War III” scenario in order to keep President Trump from exposing their crimes, then arresting them, putting them on trial, and then hanging them all is that it stands in contrast to President Putin’s past warning to them: “If you press the spring too hard, it will snap back.  You must always remember this.”

Note: Donald Trump is tentatively planning to speak at 5PM EST tonight either on Fox news or the emergency broadcast network (all channels and stations) - hopefully he will announce at least part of the information we have been waiting for. 

Hopefully, the information below will answer some of the common question about where the money will be coming form for the Zimbabwe exchange. I suspect similar deals have been worked out for the redemption of the other currencies. 

Note: I cannot confirm the accuracy of the following information, but it makes sense.

 

March 30 2018 2:23 pm EST Update: 

1.Assuming the redemption price of Zim Bonds was 1:1 with the current value of USD, that would be 100 Trillion USD for a 100 Trillion Zim bond note (It’s really over 4:1 FYI).

2. Seems like an awful lot, especially with all those internet Zim bond notes circulating worldwide.But understand that your old Zim bond notes will be converted into new ZIM bond notes, which are yielding 7-10% depending on your structured payout terms.

3. That simple macro economic maneuver eliminates 90% of total payout exposures for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ), which was guaranteeing their own bonds with their own national mineral reserves on the new eastern financial system.

4. That leaves as much as 10% (or 10 Trillion USD) left to hydrate regular folk like us on a perpetual basis. That exposure still required sextillions of digital credits to satisfy (21 zeros). That’s where China comes in, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), Yuan currency (CNY) and People’s Bank of China (PBOC).

5. Once the RBZ harvests the old Zim bond notes they immediately convert it to digital CNY with the People’s Bank of China (PBOC), which then resells the assets to AIIB at a 25% premium.

6. Another way to look at this was that the RBZ sells all new Zim currency at a 25% discount back to China. So the RBZ already has a buyer before they ever reconcile one ZIM bond note for every Zim bond note redeemed. 

7. This guarantees that the RBZ and PBOC each make say a 12.5% profit from the arbitrage—less 2.5 % back to redeeming retail banks (JPMC, BofA, Citi, WF, TD, Santander, HSBC)—while still being able to service the 10% USD yield exposure (10 Trillion). That’s 100% of all initial redemption exposure covered or 100 Trillion USD.

8. The AIIB then takes their new discounted Yuan, and resells it at a 5% premium to Central Banks all over the world for decades to come, thus eliminating their own bank’s exposure as well as profiting 5%.

9. All because decades earlier the African Elders (Great Zimbabwe) agreed to this secrete long term financial partnership with the Asian Elders (AIIB), who are now monetizing the massive in-ground mineral reserves of Africa. 

10. This relationship was the same for all 55 nations of the African Union and Russia, India and Brazil (BRICS).

11. Thus, the government of Zimbabwe intentionally issued outrageously high sovereign bond notes back in 2008 knowing full well they would one day reconcile all of it in 2018—at a profit—by utilizing the future eastern economic system (with Russia’s military support).

12. That’s why Zim bond notes continued to be sold on the Internet. Everyone involved in this Eastern partnership was profiting, while all western governments were being overtaken financially with every redemption transaction.

13. The AIIB, PBOC to the RBZ were guaranteeing themselves and entire alliance positive cash flows—perpetually—and why the West was desperate to stop the RV from ever rolling out.

14. The Elder’s would now permanently reduce the necessity for USD until it fell to appropriate levels, thus ever so slowly terminating the old western world’s financial system and reversing global governance power (west to east) in the process.

15. A simple but irreversible private placement platform (PPP) was how and why there’s enough “money” to pay out all Zim redeemers, plus allowed all their partners to profit in the long-term. 

16. The world was now becoming gold backed Yuan dependent as to replace fiat USD within their own central bank reserves.

17. By forcing major investment institutions and traditional markets to buy in CNY instead of USD via mechanisms like oil futures, crypto currencies, commodity sales, currency auctions, manufacturing, etc.. it cemented this reversal of fortunes.

G. March 30 2018 1:25 pm EST Update:

2. China’s Yuan was 100% gold backed and collateralized by these same Zimbabwean in ground gold reserves - which was why their offering all of China’s oil transactions with a 100% convertibility to gold bullion. 

3. This massive reserve of gold was why Zimbabwe alone (without any additional African Union support) could back all of the world’s currency with their own sovereign gold holdings—regardless of all their other massive in ground mineral reserves which were just as impressive, especially diamond, platinum metals, lithium and rare earth elements used in all modern technology.

4. Meaning, if you hold 2008 Zim bond notes, what you really own is a legal and active sovereign bond claim to all of Zimbabwe’s in ground mineral reserves, which is collateralizing the entire world’s new financial system run from Beijing.

5. Zim bond note redemptions have begun on US soil, and would likely complete by the end of the second quarter 2018 (June 30). This has been confirmed from HSBC earlier this morning and from personal military intelligence relationships.
