Reed Hayes is a court qualified handwriting anddocument examiner whose business is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. He has nearly 40 years of handwriting related experience, and has worked as an international consultant and speaker. Never heard of him? Well, Hayes is the CertifiedDocument Examiner (CDE) who produced the 40 page opinion referenced in the Mike Zullo affidavitthat was submitted to the Alabama Supreme Court in the Obama eligibility case and his reportconcluded that the Obama birth certificate image, located at WhiteHouse.gov, is a complete fabrication.

The rabid followers of the “O” (Obots) have rushed to denounce Reed Hayes as a “quack.” However, one might be surprised to learn that one of Hayes’ clients listed in the Expert Witness Directory at this link is an attorney with Perkins-Coie Law Firm.

Perkins – Coie is the law practice whose partners have provided Obama’s personal defense against all birth certificate and natural born citizen litigation over the past five years. Hmmmmm. Very interesting indeed.

If it turns out that Sheriff Arpaio is successful in getting Congress to investigate the authenticity of Obama’s BC, the Perkins-Coie legal team, who will be defending Obama, will be hard pressed to simply dismiss Reed Hayes as a “quack.” This fact will be especially significant now that it is a revealed and proven truth that members of the Perkins – Coie firm have used Hayes as an expert witness! Their own prior cases, where Hayes was used as a witness, would be severely compromised if they use Saul Alinski-styled mocking attacks on Hayes.

It has been reported that Mr. Hayes has been hounded by Obama operatives to discover the details of his 40-page forensic analysis of the Obama pdf birth certificate. He has been referring them to Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse, who now legally own his report, for further information.

I also found it interesting that someone sided with the Obama administration and attempted to bring up dirt on Hayes by pointing out that he was a homosexual with a “partner,” who is now deceased. Isn’t that interesting? Why would that be considered “dirt” from the Obama side? Isn’t he the one telling us that is “normal” and isn’t he the one helping to push the homosexual agenda along? Ah, the hypocrisy!

Mike Zullo responded to the revelation from Hayes, “This ought to serve as a warning shot across the bow to the naysayers of our criminal investigation in the Obama fraud case. The impressive credentials of Mr. Hayes, and the fact that he has testified in court cases for Perkins-Coie coupled with the fact that Mr. Hayes is a registered Democrat, demonstrates the integrity of our investigation and our conviction that we possess incontrovertible evidence to back our case. It must be emphasized that we possess much more evidence similar to this revelation that we have not yet released for public information.”

Attorney Orly Taitz, who has also been pursuing the Obama fraud, even to the Supreme Court, believes something else is going on. She writes:

I contacted Mr. Hayes, he stated that he made a deal with Mike Zullo that he will not cooperate with anyone else….

What is going on here?

To me this is like a Kabuki theater: great male song, dance and acting theater. Feds brought the law suit against Arpaio before he decided to become really hot on the issue of Obama’s birthcertificate. When Brian Riley and 250 residents of AZ brought this complaint against Obama, Arpaio was already facing a federal law suit from Hispanics in his district, where they claimed that he violated their civil rights under the color of authority, that he does not investigate complaints of rape and sexual abuse in Hispanic enclaves. If convicted, Arpaio could get a prison term.

So Arpaio became very loud, very outspoken about Obama’s use of a forged birth certificate. Suddenly on August 31, 2012, right before the election, Obama dropped federal law suit against Arpaio and Arpaio never filed a criminal complaint against Obama. People donated millions of dollars, nothing came out of it. Arpaio never submitted his criminal complaint against Obama and Obama was reelected without a cinch.

What is the end result of this Kabuki dance? The whole country is still going down the drain, but Arpaio has an ace in his deck playing poker with Obama, while Obama has an ace in his deck against Arpaio. The country is still going down the drain, but as long as Arpaio does not file his criminal complaint against Obama and does not disclose the aforementioned affidavit, Obama will not file criminal charges against Arpaio on Hispanic drivers civil rights violation criminal case.

She then asked why the far left were attacking her, yet quoting Mike Zullo.

“The answer is, because I am very close to proving Obama to be a criminal, who absolutely has to be removed from the White House and send (sic) to prison,” she wrote.

Taitz recently had her docket denied by Judge Lamberth because she used a pen, instead of a black marker to perform redacting on a document. “Big deal!” she wrote on Friday. “Monday morning he will have the same motion staring at him with black marker and not pen redacting. Lamberth did not indicate any other reasons, which means that within a short period of time we will get the original application to this Connecticut Social Security number of Harrison J. Bounel 042-68-4425. Now Lamberth has zero justification to deny it, as I have proven that the owner of the Social Security number that Obama is using would be 123 years old today and by SSA’s own 120 year rule they are obligated to give me his application even without his consent and without any proof that he is deceased. We have Obama cornered, I have his tax returns with his signature under the stolen Social Security number, I do not tell witnesses not to testify for others, I do not hide important evidence and I cannot be bought or intimidated by anything or anyone.”

Last year Obama attorney Alexandra Hill, of the Newark-based law firm Genova, Burn and Giantomasi,admitted that the image of Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery and made the absurd claim that it could not be used as evidence to confirm his lack of natural born citizenship status.

Seems to me Taitz is laying all her cards out on the table and Arpaio and Zullo, while seeming to have massive amount of evidence may be suspect by not filing a criminal complaint, while the Obama administration dropped their federal lawsuit against him. I don’t know what to make of them at this point. I do know that the evidence of forgery and that we have a Manchurian President seem overwhelmingly clear to me.

As a man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not.

He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away. “Well,” said the trainer, “when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn’t, they were stuck right where they were.

Like the elephants, how many of us go through life hanging onto beliefs that we cannot do things, simply because of the rope (teachings) used to tie us when we were very young...and as we grow up we maintained that conditioning we believed to be true...thus we bound ourselves...with no effort to break free (change what we believe)?

Whereas defined pursuant to; Supreme Court Annotated Statute: STATE OF GEORGIA vs. BRAILSFORD, 3 Dall I (1794) "It is presumed that juries are the best judges of facts; it is on the other hand, presumably, that the courts are the best judges of law. But still both are within your power of decision. You have a right to take upon yourselves to judge both, and to determine the law as well as the fact in controversy."

Our Property Rights are inseparable from our individual Rights and our individual Rights are inseparable from our Property Rights. Both types of Rights are protected in the Procedures and Due Process of the Courts of Common Law.

The Bill of Rights in both Constitutions have to do with matters that the governments, both of the United States and of the State, have to do with matters that the governments, and its agents and agencies, have no authority over at all to enact statutes, or to issue rules and regulations, binding on freeborn men, women and children, dealing with such Rights are included in the Bill of Rights. It should be emphasized that the Ninth Amendment includes all of the Common Law Rights which are not listed, or enumerated, anywhere else. In other words, the Bill of Rights are prohibitions against government at any level over freeborn men, women and children.

"The Sheriff, in unknowing and unthinking acceptance of [the imposition of Equity or Merchant Law], has become the "bag man" for a bunch of private criminals [bankers, judges, attorneys], and thereby is committing crimes himself, and is therefor a criminal. It is a crime to violate Liberties and Freedoms Protected and Guaranteed by The Constitutions and the Sheriff's Oath of Office to support and defend The Constitutions of the united States of America and The Constitution of his own State...it is his sworn Duty (Obligation to the people).

Once upon a time before our politicians tended to apologize for our country's prior actions, here's a refresher on how some of our former patriots handled negative comments about our country. These are good JFK'S Secretary of State, Dean Rusk, was in France in the early 60's when DeGaulle decided to pull out of NATO. DeGaulle said he wanted all US military out of France as soon as possible. Rusk responded, "Does that include those who are buried here?" DeGaulle did not respond. We have eleven such ships; how many does France have?" He then asked, "Why is it that we always have to speak English in these conferences rather than speaking French?" Without hesitating, the American Admiral replied, "Maybe it's because the Brit's, Canadians, Aussie's and Americans arranged it so you wouldn't have to speak German." A new tape recording has been released that reveals an Internal Revenue Service agent stumbling and hesitating her way through a telephone call with a non-profit organization with the basic message that its officials are not allowed to spread their pro-life message.

Officials with the Alliance Defending Freedom said the situation developed while an application for tax status was pending for a nonprofit organization that provides support to women in abusive pregnancy situations.

The recorded conversation reveals the IRS agent, Sherry Wan, telling Ania Joseph of Pro-Life Revolution, “You cannot, you know, use your religious belief to tell other people you don’t have a belief, so I don’t believe you need the right to do this, start confrontation, protesting, uh, prot, uh, protest. .. You don’t apply for tax exemption.”

The ADF reported the organization did not get its tax-exempt status until last week – nearly two and a half years after requesting the designation.

“The IRS is a tax collector; it shouldn’t be allowed to be the speech and belief police,” said Senior Legal Counsel Erik Stanley. “The current scandal isn’t new but has merely exposed the abuse of power that characterizes this agency and threatens our fundamental freedoms.”

Pro-Life Revolution operates from Texas for religious, education and charitable purposes, and in January 2011 asked for the tax status designation.

The ADF said four months later, the group got a letter from the IRS demanding that officers assure the federal government “that the information you distribute or present to the public are (sic) NOT representing biased and unsupported opinions; [and] that the information presented or distributed are (sic) with sufficiently full and fair exposition of the pertinent facts as to permit an individual or the public to form an independent opinion or conclusion.”

“In general, prolife or abortion is a matter of public concern and there are different opinions on this issue. An organization may advocate the adoption of objective (sic) that are controversial. However, it’s (sic) activities may serve educational purpose (sic) if the activities are nevertheless designed to increase the knowledge and understanding of the public on its viewpoint,” the IRS said.

The letter, also from Wan, said, “From the provisions in Article II, item 2.3 of your bylaws, and from the information presented in your website, it appears that some of your activities, conducted or plan to conduct, may be neither educational nor charitable in nature no matter how sincere of (sic) your religious belief or how important of (sic) your viewpoint.”

Joseph responded with answers, then in March 2012 got a call from Wan, who told her that in order to get a tax exemption, “You cannot force your religion or force your beliefs on somebody else…. You have to know your boundaries. You have to know your limits. You have to respect other people’s beliefs.”

This even though the IRS has approved applications for tax exemptions for pro-abortion groups such as Planned Parenthood and Life and Liberty for Women.

The ADF reported in February of this year, the IRS requested additional information in another letter and attempted to apply a standard for tax exemption to Pro-Life Revolution that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit held to be unconstitutional in 1980.

When the ADF pointed that out to the IRS, the tax exemption finally was granted.

“The power to tax is the power to destroy,” added Stanley. “Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. We cannot allow the IRS to ruthlessly dictate against legitimate non-profits simply because it does not approve of the organization’s mission. It must be held accountable.”

Among Wan’s other statements:

• “Yeah, you have the religious freedom; the freedom of speech. And other people also have the civil rights; human rights.”
• “You have no right to (sic), against, other people’s beliefs.”
• “You reach out to woman, you can’t do that. … You cannot force your religion or force your beliefs on somebody else.”
• “You can’t take all kinds of confrontation activities and also put something on a website and ask people to take action against the abortion clinic. That’s not, that’s not really educational.”
• “We want you to be aware that, you know, when you conduct religious activities, meanwhile you have to respect other people’s beliefs, other people’s religion. You cannot use any kind of, you know, confrontation way, or to, or against other groups or devalue other groups, other people’s beliefs.”

While much of the coverage of the IRS’s attacks on conservative groups has focused on groups with “tea party” or “patriot” in their names, WND also has reported several times on IRS attacks on Christian and prolife organizations as well as those groups that advocate for the future of Israel.

IS CONGRESS DOING ENOUGH TO HOLD THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION ACCOUNTABLE TO THE CONSTITUTION AND THE PEOPLE?

What a remarkable time it is.  The energies we are sending have had an enormous effect, even beyond our greatest hopes.  We are overjoyed at the outpouring of love and commitment on the part of our energetic Lightworkers, and the rapid response they are getting whenever they set in motion a plan which has Love at its center.  For more and more of you, Love has become what you might call the knee-jerk reaction whenever a moment of decision arises. We appreciate you all the more for this.  You can rightfully take credit for real progress in this regard.

We will briefly address a problem which has arisen in the spiritual community which has been troubling to some of you.  The same energies which make you feel as if you are on fire with inspiration, hope and Unconditional Love can also destabilize some.  You are all sensitive, and many of you are tired.  It is a challenging time for those reasons. Although you know how positive our intentions are, and how hopeful the future really is, there are some frayed nerves, which sometimes leads to frayed egos, and unfortunately  it has also led to internet accusations which fly around at lightning speed.  The originators of these accusations will eventually find themselves feeling regretful and apologetic, since those who are aspiring Masters are not expected to behave aggressively, and it is confusing to followers who have trusted their words.

Let us just say here that we stand behind these messages and those who have been closely associated with them.  A group of our Enlightened Ones is collaborating beautifully, with a seamless, loving sense of camaraderie and mutual respect.  You read in their writings and their voices the deep connection with Us and with all of you.  Their Love speaks for itself. 

Now let us address your personal issues.  You are all being tested at this time, as your contracts have provided for.  It is a time of great change and great opportunity, and you have long been aware of the importance of being awake, fully conscious of your own responsibility to take command of your own emotions and actions (including, may we remind you, what you say in this powerful medium of communication, the internet). 

Pay attention to your language, your attitudes and your speaking habits.  We would like to address this problem of your current cultures - the tendency to be careless about what you say, using the colloquial expressions and emotional terminology which originated in the 3-dimensional life experience you have recently experienced.  Many of those expressions are aggressive or even hostile, with sarcastic and emotionally cutting barbs which you became so used to hearing that you barely notice them.  Need we give examples?  Listen to any conversation on television and you will hear dozens of them, especially on those programs which promote themselves as family comedy and “reality” shows.

In the transition to higher consciousness, you will need to develop an entirely new language - one which has been expunged of the barbarisms of the Twentieth Century.  In addition to the aggressive and insensitive style of conversation, you will also begin to notice the even more pervasive tendency to discuss emotional states of anxiety, stress, depression and anger as if they were normal and inevitable, even though they are distressing.  How tragic a state of affairs, when humankind has accepted the idea that emotional imbalance is a normal way of life!

It is time, Dear Ones, to look more closely at your emotional states and to question whether any of this is true!  You have been convinced by the Dark Ones that misery and suffering is inevitable, so that when it is inflicted on you, you will simply complain to your close companions rather than try to revolt against the cause of that misery.  How clever of them to come between you and your happiness, was it not? What could be more effective a tool of control than to turn everyone against their very natures, their own identities as human beings?

Are you becoming aware of the massive manipulation of your psychology which has been imposed on you over the centuries?  Read on, Beloved Children, we will arm you with the evidence to break the chains of your emotional prisons.

We wish to underline an idea which Kathryn has presented in her recent teachings.  Here is the Fundamental Lie which has enslaved humankind with invisible psychological chains:
    Love makes you vulnerable.  If you open your heart you will be hurt.

This, Dear Ones, is a blatant Lie.  There is not a whit of truth to this statement.  Bear with us now - we hear your protests. 

Love does not weaken you, it makes you stronger.  Many of you associate these things because when you were children, the people you loved hurt you.  Now, look more carefully.  You were hurt because you were a child, not because you loved.  All children are weak, and therefore are easily hurt.  Adults are sturdy, fully formed and independent in their choices.  If someone does something hurtful, you are free to leave or take action to defend yourself.  A child cannot do that - they are unable to move out, get a job or a room of their own.  A child is vulnerable.  You are not a child.

Many of you will say, “But I was devastated by the breakup of my relationship.”  We would ask “Why?”  If either you or your partner wanted to leave, what are you mourning?  Do you really want to stay with someone who abuses you or does not want you?  Why are you not celebrating?  The end of a painful relationship is the beginning of a new life, not a trauma.  You cannot stand to be alone?  Such protestations describe the reconstituted pain of childhood, not an adult state.  Adults in full command of their feelings do not feel overwhelmed, or vulnerable, or devastated.

You have all been immersed in the Lie that these everyday painful feelings are normal.  You have not been taught as children that when you grow up, everything changes.  When you are grown, all you need is your own brilliant, intelligent and sturdy self and your connection to your I AM Presence, and you will manifest a life of Love, deep fulfillment, and satisfying friendships.  Love will fill your heart, and you will find peace of mind and joy in the strength you feel increasing every day.& to you. 

Arise, Dear Children, it is time for a Revolution!  Shake off the stifling Dirty Lies and reclaim your competence.  Turn your attention to your own considerable faculties which protect you if there should be danger in the environment (which you will not longer invite   into your life).  You have powerful radar, which is completely disableercome. 

Do you see how pervasive this idea is?  You have learned to mistrust your own human makeup, to think of feelings as dangerous, and to believe the lies about chemical imbalances, neurotic syndromes, depressive disease and uncontrollable anxiety, to such an extent that you believe nearly everyone alive is in need of correction by medication.  Would we have created such a being?  One which is incapable of a natural adult command of their own basic functions?

Another tragic outcome of the Lie is that you have come to mistrust each other.  After all, you must be wary of humans, since they are so unpredictable and “sick.”  It has prevented you from sharing freely, from cooperating and trusting.  It has fed racial prejudice, war, competitiveness, the belief that strangers are dangerous, and immigrants cause scarcity and lack.   Even more importantly, it has prevented you from aligning with each other against those who lied to you. 

Arise, Dear Children, it is time for a Revolution!  Shake off the stifling Dirty Lies and reclaim your competence.  Turn your attention to your own considerable faculties which protect you if there should be danger in the environment (which you will not longer invite   into your life).  You have powerful radar, which is completely disabled by anxiety.  This is the source of vulnerability in adults: inattention to your most basic self-protective abilities.  Your intuition, which is connected to your soulbody and your heart, is a powerful source of firm self-confidence and accuracy - far more so than your brain.  The brain is a very nice storage facility, but it doesn’t have the intelligence of your heart.

Here is the third area of devastation caused by the Big Lie - the mistrust and disuse of the Heart as the source of higher level judgment than a brain can begin to give you.  It nearly succeeded in separating you completely from Us, and this was the original, most devious intent.  The Fallen Angels intended to be independent from God, and wanted to create an entire planet of like-minded people.  Their goal was separation, darkness, and  a destructive duality.  They nearly succeeded, but you have begun the Revolution by reclaiming your hearts, and the Love is beginning to flow, between and among yourselves, and toward Us.  We congratulate you on your triumph, and urge you to celebrate your Independence Day with new declarations of Love, with fearlessness born from trust in your own strengths and competence.

Let this be the end to anxiety, depression, paranoia, racial conflict, imagined emotional vulnerability, and closed hearts.  Turn with us toward the sun which rises on the New Golden Age of Planet Earth.  We send you our Unconditional Love to intensify and restore your connection to your I Am Presence, which is the God in all of you.

President Obama’s Brother Works With And For Islamic Terrorists

President Barack Hussein Obama’s older half-brother is Malik Obama. Malik is the child of Obama’s father Barack Obama Sr and his first wife Kezia. He was born and raised in Kenya, where he received a degree in accounting at the University of Nairobi.

In addition to illegally operating the non-profit organization, Barack H. Obama Foundation, Malik Obama currently works as the Executive Secretary of the Islamic Da’wa Organization (IDO). The US State Department considers the government of Sudan to be a terrorist organization and it just so happens that the IDO was created by that same Sudanese government.

In 2010, the IDO held a conference in Khartoum, the capital of Sudan. The conference was led by Omar Al-Bashir, the President of Sudan. He is wanted on seven counts of crimes against humanity by the International Criminal Court. The US State Department has also listed Bashir as the head of the state sponsored terrorism of Sudan.

One of the principle goals of the conference was to promote their Wahhabist form of Islam throughout Africa. Wahhabi is an ultra-conservative form of Sunni Islam that was started by Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab in the 1700s. He was an Islamic theologian that lived in Saudi Arabia. This is the predominant form of Islam in Saudi Arabia today.

Malik Obama not only attended the IDO conference, but he spoke at it as well. There are photos of Malik and his boss, Suar Al Dahab, Chairman of the IDO. Dahab has a close relationship with Bashir and has been seen with Yusuf Al-Qaradawi, the spiritual leader of the Muslim Brotherhood who says Hitler did not finish the job in exterminating the Jews, and Ismail Haniyeh, the Prime Minister of Hamas (a terrorist organization). On a recent trip to Gaza, the three men appeared together and it was obvious that Dahab demonstrated full support to the two leaders.

With Malik’s obvious ties to Islamic terrorism, I can’t help but wonder just how close the two half-brothers are. According to reports, they each stood as best man at the other’s wedding, although I’m not sure which wedding of Malik’s it’s referring to since he supposedly has 13 wives. Malik has also visited the White House on a number of occasions.

Is it any wonder that during the first four years of Obama’s reign as President, that he insulted Israel and Jews, launched a war against Christians and supported the rise of Islam in the US and abroad? With his half-brother working for and with known Muslim terrorists, he still has free access to the White House and the presidency and it shows.
