The International Monetary Fund (IMF) will release on June 28, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) the quarterly data on the currency composition of official foreign exchange reserves (COFER) with expanded currency range. The data will, for the first time, separately identify two additional currencies: the Australian dollar (AUD) and the Canadian dollar (CAD).

COFER is a database managed by the IMF’s Statistics Department, containing end-of-period quarterly data of reporting countries/jurisdictions. With the separate identification of AUD and CAD, seven currencies will now be distinguished in COFER data: U.S. dollar, euro, pound sterling, Japanese yen, Swiss franc, AUD, and CAD. All other currencies will be included indistinguishably in the category of “other currencies.”

If the United Nations stands for anything, it is the supposed triumph of mankind’s rational, humanistic mind over the dull biases of the past, especially religious fanaticism—correct? And so who would guess the UN’s most hallowed mission—that of saving the planet—was underwritten by an exposed con artist claiming inspiration from a “burning bush” spurring him to action? In fact, the person most associated with the early green movement is Maurice Strong, chief architect of Agenda 21—a Marxist opportunist scoundrel of the first order.
It is a simple fact that successful political ideologies all have a structure borrowed from traditional religion. In fact, Carl Schmitt said, “all significant concepts of the modern theory of the state are secularized theological concepts.” So as the UN propagandizes the globe to support its mission, it uses the same logic as the USSR and communist China when banning religion, then presenting Lenin, Stalin and Mao as gods. For as traditional religion is eliminated, the idea of devils, sin and scapegoats cannot be so easily dismissed. An example is the far leftist Club of Rome’s “The First Global Revolution”—which states,

The common enemy of humanity is man. In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. The real enemy then is humanity itself.

Maurice Strong: Archbishop of Environmentalism—Or, Pope of Satan’s Church?

A. History of Mo Strong

The New York Times called Maurice Strong “Custodian of the Planet;” others—the “indispensable man” of the UN ecological movement. In fact, Strong is arguably the brains behind modern environmentalism—aka global warming, sustainable development, and the conviction mankind/ capitalism must be amputated before the earth dies. But who is Maurice Strong?
Canadian-born, multi-billionaire Maurice Strong grew up impoverished in Manitoba, Canada—his mother’s death related to her insanity. After 11th grade, dropout Strong apprenticed to the fur trade, proving a remarkable success. At 19, he became an investment analyst. By 25, he was VP of Dome Petroleum,; at 31, President of Power Corporation of Canada. He then headed both Petro Canada and Hydro Canada. Strong also worked in government, leaving at 18 for a job at the UN. He was later rewarded with a number of posts and became a special friend of the UN, and a top adviser to several secretary generals. One site notes:

His role leading the UN’s famine relief program in Africa was the first in a series of UN advisory assignments, including reform and appointment as Secretary-General of the UN Conference on Environment and Development—the 1992 Earth Summit held in Rio de Janeiro.

B. Mo Strong—Envoy of the Antichrist

Maurice Strong’s dark side is eminently obvious from his evil ideas behind the modern environmental movement. His character was revealed by his involvement in the Iraqi oil-for-food scam. Obviously, an aged multi-billionaire doesn’t need the money—but it does illuminate one’s ethics when such activities come to light.
Some folks question how a high school dropout could evolve into one of the world’s wealthiest and most influential persons in the world—without some very spectacular help? They insinuate Strong sold his soul to the dark side long ago. In support, we observe evil in Strong’s hypocritical use of capitalism to amass a fortune while claiming he’d like to destroy the world’s free markets—enslaving the globe’s population to the state.
Strong hates capitalism, saying: “Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilizations collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?” Then again, what can one expect from a man who counts among his closest friends Mikhail Gorbachev and George Soros? Gorbachev boasted the two shared Stalin’s favorite brandy, as well. Strong opposes freedom, in general, saying,

It is simply not feasible for sovereignty to be exercised unilaterally by individual nation-states, however powerful. It is a principle which will yield only slowly and reluctantly to the imperatives of global environmental cooperation.

Religious Elements of the UN’s Environmental Mission—Agenda 21

A. Ark of Hope—Secular Ark of the Covenant

Let’s not forget that the UN’s religious pretensions are a mask for socialism, as both are revealed in Agenda 21, the environmental platform meant to force the world to accept “sustainable development.” It is with this background that the importance of dispensing of biblical religions becomes paramount—since the Bible is the source book which released freedom into the modern world. The Ark of Hope is embraced by the UN:

Recognizing that the United Nations is central to global efforts to solve problems which challenge humanity, the Ark of Hope carrying the Earth Charter and the Temenos Books was exhibited at the United Nations during the World Summit PrepComII in January-February 2002.

The Ark of Hope is a cheesy and presumptuous copy of the original Israeli Ark of the Covenant which housed the Ten Commandments that Moses received from God and carried down from Mt Sinai. This is meant to disrespect the original and also wipe out biblical religion.

The Ark of Hope, a 49” x 32” wooden chest, was created as a place of refuge for the Earth Charter document, an international peoples treaty for building a just, sustainable, and peaceful global society in the 21st century. The Ark of Hope also provides refuge for the Temenos Books, Images and Words for Global Healing, Peace, and Gratitude. The Earth Charter’s 16 principles are the guiding vision behind the creation of these books. The Ark of Hope was created for a celebration of the Earth Charter held at Shelburne Farms, Vermont on September 9, 2001.

Compare this with the Old Testament’s description of the original Ark of the Covenant, from Exodus 25:10-16

“Have them make an ark of acacia wood—wo and a half cubits long, a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high. Overlay it with pure gold, both inside and out, and make a gold molding around it. Cast four gold rings for it and fasten them to its four feet, with two rings on one side and two rings on the other. Then make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold. Insert the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry it. The poles are to remain in the rings of this ark; they are not to be removed. Then put in the ark the tablets of the covenant law, which I will give you.

B. Earth Charter—Humanist Ten Commandments

According to one site the Earth Charter started this way:

In 1987, the United Nations World Commission on Environment and Development issued a call for the creation of a charter that would set forth fundamental principles for sustainable development. An attempt to draft such a charter failed at the 1992 Rio Earth Summit. Beginning in 1994 and working outside the United Nations, several of the world’s wealthiest and most powerful men crafted their own document, which they named the Earth Charter. This initiative was directed by Maurice Strong, oil/gas/hydro energy billionaire, president of the Earth Council Alliance, avowed socialist, and former member of the Commission on Global Governance; Mikhail Gorbachev, former communist dictator, president of Green Cross International, and outspoken advocate for a new world government; and Steven Rockefeller, heir to the Rockefeller oil fortune, head of the Earth Charter Commission, USA, and another outspoken advocate for new global governance.

The Earth Charter history begins with this:

Preamble: We stand at a critical moment in Earth’s history, a time when humanity must choose its future. As the world becomes increasingly interdependent and fragile, the future at once holds great peril and great promise. To move forward we must recognize that in the midst of a magnificent diversity of cultures and life forms we are one human family and one Earth community with a common destiny. We must join together to bring forth a sustainable global society founded on respect for nature, universal human rights, economic justice, and a culture of peace. Towards this end, it is imperative that we, the peoples of Earth, declare our responsibility to one another, to the greater community of life, and to future generations.

The Earth Charter contains these chapters:

I. RESPECT AND CARE FOR THE COMMUNITY OF LIFE; II. ECOLOGICAL INTEGRITY; III. SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC JUSTICE; IV. DEMOCRACY, NONVIOLENCE, AND PEACE.

The subheadings are quite revealing as to the tenor of the entire Charter. The text reveals a poisonous bias against capitalism and humanity itself. In other words, it’s pure Marxism. For example, here are a few excerpts…

5. Protect and restore the integrity of Earth’s ecological systems, with special concern for biological diversity and the natural processes that sustain life.
a. Adopt at all levels sustainable development plans and regulations that make environmental conservation and rehabilitation integral to all development initiatives.
6. Prevent harm as the best method of environmental protection and, when knowledge is limited, apply a precautionary approach….
a. Take action to avoid the possibility of serious or irreversible environmental harm even when scientific knowledge is incomplete or inconclusive.
9. Eradicate poverty as an ethical, social, and environmental imperative.
14. Integrate into formal education and life-long learning the knowledge, values, and skills needed for a sustainable way of life.
16. Promote a culture of tolerance, nonviolence, and peace.

C. GAIA & Temple of Understanding, NYC

Gaia is the pagan idea that the earth is itself a living organism. The Episcopal Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City is actually a shrine of many non-Christian religions. One author states:

One of most influential NGOs (Non-governmental organizations) allied closely with the U.N. and intimately involved in their creation of agenda is the Temple of Understanding (TOU), located in The Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City. This organization’s objectives are, according to its website, “developing an appreciation of religious and cultural diversity, educating for global citizenship and sustainability, expanding public discourse on faith and ecology, and creating just and peaceful communities”. Most importantly, although not explicitly stated by the TOU, the cathedral is the center of cosmology, or the worship of Gaia. The Cathedral of St. John the Divine is not only home to the TOU, but has also previously housed the National Religious Partnership for the Environment, the Lindesfarne Association and the Gaia Institute, which are all proponents of the gaia hypothesis.

A Catholic priest, the late Father Thomas Berry, was a board member of this church and called for a post-Christian earth religion. Berry said:

We must rethink our ideas about God; we should place less emphasis on Christ as a person and redeemer. We should put the Bible away for 20 years while we radically rethink our religious ideas. What is needed is the change from an exploitative anthropocentrism to a participative biocentrism. This change requires something more than environmentalism.

D. New Burning Bush of Maurice Strong

Maurice Strong is the most important person in the history of modern global environmentalism. Therefore, his religious experiences regarding his non-Christian beliefs are highly intriguing.
According to Strong, while walking with TV presenter Bill Moyers, a bush spontaneously burst into flames in front of them:

Strong had experienced his own epiphany. When TV commentator Bill Moyers came to speak to the Aspen board, they had gone hiking in the Sangre de Cristos. Suddenly, in front of them, a bush had mysteriously burst into flame. “Bill Moyers still talks about it,” (Strong’s wife) Hanne notes. “He says it’s the only mystical experience he’s ever had.”

As the original story says in Exodus 3:1-6:

Now Moses led the flock to the far side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. There the angel of the Lord appeared to him in flames of fire from within a bush. Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up. So Moses thought, “I will go over and see this strange sight‚Äîwhy the bush does not burn up.”
When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, “Moses! Moses!”
And Moses said, “Here I am.”

I would suggest CAUTION regarding the group rate. In other words, don't assume anything until it materializes. None of us knows for sure who is behind what... it is all hearsay at this time.

Everyone is assuming it will be as has been reported, but honestly, none knows for sure. Even Okie doesn't know the people behind the private offering. We all hear that it is China... maybe, but they should have enough availability through just the whales alone.

The so called email group maybe the largest in number... but the whales will likely be greatest in volume. Why? Just look how long it is taking to process them. Can we really assume that the Chinese plan on purchasing all available Dinar at a premium? That sounds too much like a stretch to me.

Just ask yourself, if someone wanted to do a massive sting regarding the CE, just how would they go about doing it? Why would I even think of such a thing? Well.... HELLO... what has been going on all along up to this point that has resulted in a global reset... massive fraud at the highest levels. What makes anyone think that this could NOT be a setup. It would be so easy to do. Just pose as something you are not... drum up all the hype and good cheer... and get as many to blindly follow you down the garden path... without anyone questioning it.

So far, we have heard through the Dinar grapevine that WF and others have geared up for this exchange by opening centers capable of taking care of the mass exchanges.

If these are special WF foreign exchange offices or established branches that are part of their private banking division, then probably everything is on the up and up.

But if it is a private exchange through independent affiliates, then I would be real careful.

Why do I say CAUTION. Because I was ripped off back in 2004 by professional thieves... investment traders who posed as advisors but were market makers and flushed over $600,000 of my funds through margin calls that they set me up in. It can happen folks... just saying.

Make sure you understand everything you sign under an NDA, as you will be prevented from discussing it after the fact, at the risk of loosing your funds, if not already gone.

Because of my prior experiences, I would much prefer to go through an established foreign currency department of WF and accept the street rate, rather than potentially risk it all with some unknown venture promising more than what we should expect.

Bottom line is that no one can assume that business as usual is secure until all the thieves have been rounded up. We are not there yet folks.

This may be all on the up and up... but I know that I don't know that for a fact. I am only taking someone else's word for it. The last time I did with a great deal of money, it cost me everything. So I have my reasons. Most of you have not been baptized by this kind of fire before.

We all want to believe in the best... but the truth that you have learned from being involved in dinar, is that very little out there in the corporate world has your interest at heart. To the elite, you are just cattle to be slaughtered and butchered for market... and they have been running the show for a century now... so go figure.

Do a reality check for yourself and be CAUTIOUS. You all do as seems best for you because that is what I am doing for myself. I will check out the 800#, if it comes to pass, and investigate the same, before rushing into their hands with my investment. If it passes the litmus test and others are satisfied, then I will give it due consideration relative to the street rate.

Defenders of the National Security Agency (NSA) claim the agency must be trusted to do right by the country as it carries out its intelligence operations, presumably to deter only dangerous threats from terrorists and other foreign sources.
But history has already demonstrated that the NSA has allowed its surveillance tools to be used for political purposes.
In 2003, as President George W. Bush prepared to invade Iraq, his administration used the NSA’s capabilities to spy on diplomats from countries undecided about voting to support the United Nations’ authorization for the American-led attack against Saddam Hussein’s regime. The NSA intercepted the home and office telephone and email communications of the U.N. delegates
“The entire purpose of the NSA surveillance was to help the White House gain leverage, by whatever means possible, for a resolution in the U.N. Security Council to green light an invasion,” Norman Solomon wrote in his book War Made Easy: How Presidents and Pundits Keep Spinning Us to Death.
The spying only came to light after a British intelligence agent, Katharine Gun, leaked a memo to the press from an NSA agent named Frank Koza that described the American effort to monitor the communications of six delegations to the UN who were undecided on the war resolution.
Part of the memo read (note: the “Agency” refers to the NSA):
“As you’ve likely heard by now, the Agency is mounting a surge particularly directed at the UN Security Council (UNSC) members (minus US and GBR of course) for insights as to how to membership is reacting to the on-going debate RE: Iraq, plans to vote on any related resolutions, what related policies/negotiating positions they may be considering, alliances/dependencies, etc—the whole gamut of information that could give US policymakers an edge in obtaining results favorable to US goals or to head off surprises. In RT, that means a QRC [Quick Response Capability] surge effort to revive/create efforts against UNSC members Angola, Cameroon, Chile, Bulgaria and Guinea, as well as extra focus on Pakistan UN matters….We'd appreciate your support in getting the word to your analysts who might have similar, more in-direct access to valuable information from accesses in your product lines.”
“So here is a clear case where the US government used its surveillance powers—ostensibly in place for national security—to target political opponents and advance an invasion of Iraq,” George Zornick wrote at The Nation.

          Years  ago, a  young Navy Pilot was injured while ejecting from his A-4 Skyhawk due to engine  failure during a cat shot from the carrier, but  due to the heroics of rescue helicopter crew and the  ship's hospital staff, the only permanent injury was the loss of one ear.

         Since  he wasn't physically impaired, he remained on flight status and  eventually became an Admiral.  However, during his  career he  was always sensitive about his  appearance.

          One  day the Admiral was interviewing two Navy Master Chiefs and a Marine Sergeant Major for his personal  staff.

          The  first Master Chief was a Surface Navy type and it was a great  interview. At the end of the interview the Admiral asked  him, "Do  you notice anything different about me?

The Master Chief answered, "Why, yes, Admiral. I couldn't help but notice that you  are missing your starboard ear, so I don't know whether this impacts your hearing on that  side."

          The  Admiral got very angry at this lack of tact and threw him out of his  office.

          The  next candidate, an Aviation Master Chief, when asked this same question,  answered, "Well yes, Sir,   you  seem to be short one ear." The Admiral threw him out as  well.

          The  third interview was with the Marine Sergeant Major.  He was articulate, extremely sharp, and seemed to know more than the two Master Chiefs put together. The Admiral wanted this guy, but went  ahead with the same question. "Do you notice anything different  about me?

To his surprise,  the Sergeant Major said,"Yes Sir.You wear contact  lenses."

          The  Admiral was impressed and thought to himself, what an incredibly tactful Marine. "And how would you  know that?" the Admiral asked.

         The  Sergeant Major replied: "Well ,  sir, it's pretty hard to wear glasses with only one f--kin'  ear."

House Defunds Arms Trade Treaty

ALERT: House defunds Arms Trade Treaty - Senate must OPPOSE ratification! Fax the Senate! Tell them to OPPOSE the Arms Trade Treaty! American Conservative, Last Thursday the House of Representatives passed next year's defense appropriations bill - the National Defense Authorization Act FY 2014 - with 315 yays and 108 nays; at the same time they also agreed to defund the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty. The amendment, sponsored by U.S. Representative Mike Kelly (R-Pa), passed unanimously and blocks all taxpayer dollars from being used to fund the Global Arms Treaty in the next fiscal year. On the House Floor, the Pennsylvania Rep. said that the treaty "undermines our Second Amendment rights by omitting the fundamental, individual right to keep and bear arms" through its language that imposes national "responsibility" to prevent so-called firearms "diversion." Kelly also noted that the treaty infringes upon the sovereignty of the United States as nation. While this amendment is a step in the right direction and a signal that there is mounting opposition against the Arms Trade Treaty, the fact is, the House can't prevent us from walking straight into this United Nations scheme... all treaties are decided by the President and the Senate! Once Barack Obama signs his name to this international agreement - something that Secretary of State John Kerry already signaled that he'd do - it is then in the Senate's power only to ratify or reject this globalist agreement - a stepping-stone to total disarmament of individuals worldwide. We must demand they take the second option. We must demand the Senate to choose the second option. Take action and send faxes to every United States Senator today - also sign our free petition to prevent the ratification of the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty! Take action and demand that United States Senators oppose the ratification of the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty, else the United States be bound by supranational law not founded by the U.S. Constitution! Obama Will Sign So far seventy-two nations have added signatures to the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty since June 3rd. Though Obama did not yet add his signature of approval, State Secretary John Kerry did confirm that the U.S. will sign the treaty. This said, it is only a matter of time before Barack Obama adds his signature to this international gun-control agreement. While Assistant Secretary of State Tom Countryman claims that the U.N. Treaty will cause "no change in legislation, policy, or procedures," Dr. Ted R. Bromund of the Heritage Foundation argues the opposite, saying that the treaty is a dangerous and "hideously complex" political document. The good news is that Obama's signature is only symbolic without the consent of the United States Senate. This is to say that even if Obama adds his signature to the treaty - something he many gun-grabbers are anticipating him to do - the United States will not yet be bound by its language. The real battle is in the United States Senate - the body that does have power ratify and adopt international treaties. If the Upper Chamber of Congress accepts the Arms Trade Treaty then, and only then, will we be bound by the globalist language that the treaty contains. If we want to remain a sovereign and independent nation under Constitutional rule, it is absolutely imperative that the U.N. Arms Trade Treaty be rejected. Should Barack Obama's signing spark Majority Leader Harry Reid to bring the treaty to a vote in the coming days, we must urge Senate right now to vote against it! Just like the United Nations Small Arms Treaty, this Global Treaty is incompatible with the Second Amendment to the Constitution... despite what its advocates claim. The Treaty would provide the United States Executive sweeping powers to regulate which guns can and cannot enter or exit our country. Further, this treaty is likely a stepping-stone to a mandatory international gun-registry. Senator Mike Lee of Utah, one of thirty-four Senators who voted on a resolution in April opposing the Arms Trade Treaty, says that he will block the anti-gun U.N. effort "as long as [he is] breathing in the U.S. Senate." In a statement, Sen. Lee said: "I have great concerns that this treaty can be used to violate the second amendment rights of American citizens, and do not believe we should sign any treaty that infringes on the sovereignty of our country." Likewise, Senator James Inhofe has committed to oppose this treaty's ratification. The Oklahoma Senator says, "The U.N. Arms Trade Treaty that passed in the General Assembly ... would require the United States to implement gun-control legislation as required by the treaty, which could supersede the laws our elected officials have already put into place. It's time the Obama administration recognizes it is already a non-starter, and Americans will not stand for internationalists limiting and infringing upon their Constitutional rights." In order to prevent the Arms Trade Treaty from carrying any force in the United States it must be rejected by the upper house of the United States Congress. We must make sure that we are making clear our demands and securing as many pro-gun advocates as we can to defeat this supranational attack on our Second Amendment! When the "Safe Schools, Safe Communities" gun-control bill was tabled in April, we remember that Mr. Reid said that it's only a matter of time before he brings gun-control legislation back to the Senate floor. The fact is, Senate gun-grabbers are far from retiring their agenda, and this dangerous U.N. treaty - which so many falsely claim is innocuous - would greatly aid them in their illegal and unconstitutional cause. The Senate needs a 2/3 majority to adopt this treaty, and as Barack Obama adds his signature of approval we must make sure that we are doing all we can to stop the Senate from doing the same.
