Punisher: Norway that is a very good question and this news about CitiBank is very exciting...

Tlar: When the Paul Bremmer Provisional government first was installed, one of there very first acts was to have a consortium of US banks build what is the CBI today.

These US banks were considered the big banks. Chase, Bank of America and I believe Citi were all involved with the resurrection of the banking system in Iraq.

The first two were for sure and unless memory fails me Citi was a part of this. It is a very good sign that Citi is coming back into Iraq 10 years later to set up shop.

This will follow that all the big four will come behind Citi especially if Citi is not targeted by extremists and starts to show any activity.

I see this as the first toe in the water and it definitely means more to our cause than just a bank opening. IMO Citi would not be coming in at this time unless they believed that Chapter VII is all but gone and the dinar is ready to pop.

We should see more articles like this as outside banks start to jockey for position because of the expected economic windfall that's coming.

Ozoftacoma:      My understanding is that BofA is already in and will open their branch fairly quickly. One thing to think about is that do you think that Citi would have opened their branch 3 days before the announcement of the UN meeting/signing to get Iraq out of ch7 if they didn't see that there was no doubt about the lifting of ch7?

And with 2 of the original 4 already back in Baghdad, how soon will the others get in there so as not to lose out on what is already on it's way? Totally exciting news!

It quoted Executive Director of Citigroup in Europe, Middle East and Africa James Coles as saying that "Iraq is an important market with a great futuristic capabilities over time.

The Bank said in a statement that "Dennis flannery, former financial attache to the u.s. Embassy in Baghdad who ran the Office of Citibank for Iraq's interests in Oman since its founding two years ago, the Office will be headed by Baghdad."

The Bank said that "there are plans to open additional offices in Erbil and Basra to provide services to customers of the Bank within the banking activities", pointing out that "this is the first business to Citigroup in a new country for six years"

In his statement, the Bank said "over the last decade the Bank used to fund big investors and companies working in Iraq by giving them funds and cash investment banking and management through regional branches in the Dubai Office in Oman and Iraq through its branch in London.

The Bank stressed that "this step comes to establish a physical presence in the Iraqi market in conjunction with the aspiration of the top oil companies, industry and global investment in the reconstruction of Iraq."

According to economic analysts, speculation in a US Bank Citigroup, "the expansion of the country's oil sector growth will turn Iraq into one of the largest oil exporters in the world over the next decade and economic powerhouse worth 2 trillion dollars by 2050".

And Citigroup operates banks in the Middle East for almost 50 years and provides services in 11 countries including Egypt, Kuwait and the U.A.E., and also provides services for consumers in the U.A.E. and Egypt and Bahrain and Pakistan, and is one of four banks that help Government collect $ 800 million for the financing of powered road traffic fees in the future. Executives say the representative office Citi has received preliminary approval for will help support its corporate customers in Iraq and act as a liaison for companies looking to do business there.

British bank Standard Chartered is also making a push in Iraq with plans to open branches in three cities.

Realists assert that George Orwell invented Wal-Mart. Savvy investigators, on the other hand, contend the Rockefeller oil interests invented both Sam Walton-WAL-MART and Orwell, an interesting observation.

Sprung up in Arkansas, in no man's land, and now strangely spread out across the world (Rockefeller pushed them), Wal-Mart has taken over the tracking of most everyone, all on behalf of the FBI and the Red Chinese Secret Police(who supervise the production of cheap price slave-labor products for W-M).

At or near their headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas/Clinton/Bushie Land, BIG BROTHER MART has a super-secret facility, tied to every store, by satellites and other means.

So you come up to the cash register and pay cash for your purchases. You have NOT shown any credit card, debit card, office/factory i.d., driver's llicense, or any such. Big Brother/Big Sister starts remotely reading you through devices concealed in or near the cash register. The store managers, assistant managers, cashiers, and their clerks called associates, uniformly deny knowing about any of this and/or how it works.

First off, the strip in your paper money is read, to determine if the currency is real. [Are Federal Reserve notes, issued by a conspiratorial PRIVATE central bank, and masquerading as the "U.S. Dollar", REAL?]

Secondly, the device reads any magnetic or other similar strip on your person, including the RFID chip concealed in some clothing or other item you have previously bought in the store and have on your person. Your supposed turned "off" cell phone in your pocket is likewise identifying you through a built-in strip.

Furthermore, the moment you entered the store, face recognition equipment already scanned you and compared your face to a monstrous database.

Jointly with their pals/business partners, the Red Chinese Secret Police, Big Brother Mart has made a deal with FBI. Big Brother Mart will supply data on persons to the FBI, which agrees to use these worldwide stores. The deal is paid for by the U.S. taxpayers since Big Brother Mart bills the FBI for services rendered. And while they are at it, Big Brother Mart has secretly penetrated the FBI and supplies FBI secrets to the Red Chinese Secret Police who also are allowed, permitted, and condoned to operate on U.S. soil with impunity.

So, Big Brother Mart is absolutely immune from FBI/DEA investigations for reportedly handling Southwest China dope, called "China White", for example, concealed in hollow parts in imported bicycles and other items.

Sooner or later, any software/computer can be hacked into. Super types with the American CIA, have gotten into Big Brother Mart's computers, through a "trap door" installed by the maker. To harass FBI/ Big Brother Mart, the CIA planted a bug that causes an intentional occasional glitch. Across the U.S., for example, some wide-awake folks are shocked by noticing their name printed on the sales slip. How did THAT get there? They had given no credit card or such. Retired CIA "spooks" are laughing at spooking Wal-Mart.

So while they are crushing local smaller store owners, Big Brother Mart is keeping watch, making a list on everyone. Through chips, some costing less than four cents a piece, concealed in Wal-Mart goods, such as clothing and many other items, they are broadcasting subliminal advertising messages right into your subconscious. Certainly beats junk mail, junk internet, and ignored radio/tv/print ads.

So, you thought the movie "Enemy of the State" was fiction. Ha! Ha! Fooled you.

Smart guys/gals enter Wal-Mart wearing a mask, with all their pocket/purse belongings wrapped in aluminum foil or the foil from potato chip bags. Cynics go one step further. They remove from their holiday closet their aluminum halloween costume. Hey, watch out! The store manager may signal the police, thinking you are coming to do a stick-up.

Nixon White House aide John Dean, to no avail, told Tricky Dick, there was a cancer on the presidency. That was the Watergate debacle.

By 2003, the malignancy has spread to Congress, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the White House. Some examples. There is a demand for investigation that Judges of the U.S. Supreme Court and the Chicago Federal Appeals Court have themselves committed a fraud upon their own court. Details of the corruption overlap can be examined.

Some folks still remember how the 5-judge majority on the High Court, in Bush versus Gore, usurping State Law authority, arbitrarily installed George W. Bush as the occupant and resident of the Oval Office. This Military-style Court Junta, so unsure of their ruling, ordered their decision never to be used as a precedent in any other case. Gore was the elected President. He just was not inaugurated. Now there are whispers that three of the dissenting High Court Judges are threatened with physical harm.

And, it is no secret. BOTH houses of Congress are for sale. Sort of a two-for-one cheapo deal by lobbyists. And in some foreign languages, the word "lobbyist" is the same as bribe-carrier or bagman.

The Bush White House is a terminal case, stemming from the looming U.S. Military dishonor disaster, called Iraq. A symptom of a rapidly failing American Imperialism, a U.S. blood disease.

Cynics claim America needs drastic sorts of "medical" remedies. Sort of a latter day geopolitical chemotherapy nationwide treatment. Some would like to label their favorite reformer as a "Doctor", one who treats the U.S. body politic which is riddled with malign termination malady.

Since my original story about the strange death of Edmond J. Safra, it was announced as if the matter is closed by the alleged confession of Safra's male nurse, stating that the nurse supposedly set the fire himself.

Please note: the Monaco police are puzzled by the following:

(1) The male nurse was hired 5 months previous. (That puts it about the time the Bank of England together with Safra's bank empire were implicated reportedly in a plot to force down the price of gold.)

(2) The Monaco police are puzzled after a psychiatric study of the male nurse. He was hired at the huge sum of 600 dollars PER DAY. YET, the male nurse was apparently known to being deranged, and unstable. He was formerly part of secret operations as with the U.S. Green Berets. Possibly, as a reported "hit" team.

(3) Under these circumstances, the police and others are pondering whether some criminal gang, such as the Russian mafiya, who had grievances against Banker Safra, arranged to plant the "male nurse" in Safra's dwelling to arrange whatever caused his death. This also opens the matter to some discussion that this "male nurse" was prepared to take the rap, or be the patsy, if his story unraveled. Can they prosecute him if he is a "mental case"? In the U.S., such a criminal suspect or defendant is sent away for "treatment" rather than put on trial. And more, was the "male nurse" planted by some intelligence agency having a motive, as in my earlier story, to snuff out banker Safra?

(4) the monopoly press, having down-played or left out entirely these details, gives the false impression it is a simple matter and the case is closed. NOT SO.

The founder and major owner of an international financial empire, active in clandestine gold trading, was murdered. This occurred at a key point in the gold market.

Highly secretive, Edmond J. Safra died in a pre-dawn incident when two alleged masked intruders reportedly got into the heavily-secure building in Monaco, and started a fire in or near his two-story penthouse apartment. His copper-domed dwelling is atop a six-story pink stucco building containing the branch of the bank he founded and of which he was the major owner, the Republic National Bank of New York and its subsidiaries such as Safra Republic Holdings of Luxembourg. He lived a short distance from the Grimaldi family royal palace and the Monte Carlo Casino.

Safra was officially a resident of the tax-haven principality notorious for its gold smuggling and its shoreline docks and warehouses used to transfer contraband worldwide. [SEE FOOTNOTE ONE.] Ships, some reportedly without names or identification, load and unload there.

Monaco police are puzzled as to the apparent absence of his bodyguard. Was it an inside job? Safra died, suffocated from the blaze. Was the latest arson ingredient used, namely, rocket propellant, which burns furiously and rapidly leaving little trace?

Formed in 1966, Safra's banking and precious metals empire was founded and built primarily after the creation of the State of Israel, by Safra acting as the savvy money laundry expert for wealthy Sephardic Jews desiring to extract their fortunes as they were fleeing Arab countries where they resided. Safra was reportedly an expert on gold smuggling and the use of the precious metal in secret financing of covert operations, such as political assassinations, by intelligence agencies, such as the American CIA. [SEE FOOTNOTE TWO.]

During 1999, gold bullion had declined to about 252 dollars per ounce, a record low in recent years, more than 30 dollars per oounce below the COST OF PRODUCTION of the most efficient gold mines, those in Canada. South African mines, going so deep in the earth and costly producers, complained they were being ruined. One such mine went into bankruptcy.

Gold bullion prices had a momentous upswing after September, 1999, when most of the European Central Banks made a surprise announcement that they are deferring for five years dumping of gold which previously they had done, supposedly because they did not like to have gold in their reserves anymore. Just prior to that, the Bank of England held a gold auction supposedly of some of its reserves. Actually, the Bank of England was offering gold owned only on paper, not actual gold in their possession. Upon the downfall of the Soviets, corrupt former Commissars stole thousands of tons of the Soviet gold treasury and made a crooked deal with the Dutch beholden to the Vatican.

A Dutch bank octopus, Algemene Bank Nederland, ABN, has reportedly been using that stolen gold to buy numerous banks in 15 U.S. cities. ABN's American flagship is La Salle National Bank of Chicago, a long notorious haven for secret accounts to bribe state and federal judges through offshore fund parking.

The Dutch parked this former Soviet gold at or near an airport in Switzerland, for swift, clandestine shipments anywhere on the globe.

Basically, the Bank of England was thus offering by auction Soviet gold they did not own. When currency and gold pirate, George Soros, found out, he began an attack on the Bank of England, whereby gold shot up to almost 330 dollars per ounce. This was caused, in part, by Soros pressing for actual DELIVERY of the gold offered by the Bank of England, on paper, sold to Soros and others. The possibility of demand for DELIVERY is a key part of commodity trading, although actual delivery is seldom demanded. Caught in the middle of the squeezing of the Bank of England and other "short sellers", those selling borrowed or stolen gold not yet in their possession, was reportedly Republic National Bank and Safra's gang of gold smugglers and worldwide criminals.

One well-informed commentator on the rigging of the gold market, calling his essay "I Accuse", said the Republic National Bank was part of an anti-trust monopoly fraudulently forcing down the price of gold, damaging gold mine shareholders and various smaller nations. [SEE FOOTNOTE THREE.]

NO HONOR AMONG THESE THIEVES! Thus using his inside knowledge, George Soros launched his attack thereby fingering and blackmailing the criminal operations of the Bank of England and an accomplice, Goldman Sachs brokerage. Realizing gold is the "killer metal", and his opponents were relying on stolen gold not in their possession, Soros apparently was using the two-faced Safra and Safra's reported precious metals assassins.

Entering into this picture was Alan Greenspan and his highly conspiratorial PRIVATE BANK called the Federal Reserve, used in efforts to rescue those caught in the short selling trap worked by Soros. Soros was demanding huge DELIVERY from Goldman Sachs, a major gold contract peddler. To force down the price of gold by criminal means, Goldman Sachs and others had sold short subject to DELIVERY, the equivalent of TEN YEARS OF GOLDMINE PRODUCTION worldwide. And Safra and gang were in the middle. A default of a short selling contract results in the "long" buyer owning everything of the short seller. Soros was about to own Goldman Sachs and have an armlock on the Bank of England.

So Goldman Sachs reportedly was considering the invoking of a seldom-used contract provision, "force majeure", that an Act of God, horrendous storm, or such, made fulfilling the gold contract impossible. Of course, under the facts, this would be a ridiculous assertion by Goldman Sachs as aided by Greenspan. [Critics call him REDSPAN, since he acts like a rotten Soviet Commissar.]

To again fraudulently force down the price of gold, in December, 1999, the Bank of England conducted another "phantom" gold auction, purporting to sell what they did not possess. That is, the gold stolen by the Moscow criminals and handled by the Dutch with the aid of the Vatican and the Swiss. Just as gold started to collapse again, Edmond J. Safra was murdered.

Not the first time such an assassination happened. At a key point in gold treachery in the 1970s, a major gold promoter, who tangled with the paper-money crowd like the Rockefellers, was thrown to his death from the window of a building in Indianapolis, Indiana.

A flood of stories has developed. Such as, Safra was murdered by the Russian mafiya, because he double-crossed them on Russian ruble gambling. And that Safra's gang were going to finger the Russians with specifics of how the Moscow bandits embezzled billions of dollars from U.S. foreign aid and the International Monetary Fund, and others, and reportedly washed the sums through Safra's money ships.

Then there are the stories that the accused dope money laundry, Bancomer, a Mexican bank empire now spread out across the world, was reportedly criminally implicated with Safra and gang. And this, jointly with the money laundry experts disguising dope money as "soybeans" and "foreign currency" and "gold" dealing, on the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the Chicago Stock Exchange, and the Chicago Board Options Exchange.

The more likely explanation? That the French CIA, operating in their neighbor Monaco, snuffed out Safra. Remember, the French are great fanciers of gold. When real problems develop in Monaco, the authorities there somehow call up on their neighbor, the French police. Yet, in Monaco they have some 300 police officers for about 25,000 residents---a higher proportion than in nearby Nice, France. Once in a position with the secret political police to understand such things, Safra doesn't laugh anymore. Ha! Ha!

Princess Grace, once a movie star called Grace Kelly, then becoming wife of Grimaldi, the Monaco royal family, was murdered in a sabotaged car crash on a hill between Monaco and France. Some claim she was silenced. She apparently spoke too much about the traditional Italian and Sicilian mafia and their use of the warehouses on the Monaco shoreline and gold smuggling. Also: "Founding Father" Joseph P. Kennedy, of the Kennedy clan, lived in Monaco late in his life to be able to work secretive gold deals for his family in the U.S. where up to 1975, gold ownership by U.S. citizens was against federal law.

In 1995 we taped a one hour TV Show, part on-location, regarding a former member of the London Gold Pool, John Tarullo and his links to the highly corrupt First National Bank of Cicero. Tarullo was tightly wound into that bank, the dominant figure of which has been Bishop Paul Marcinkus, up to 1991, head of the Vatican Bank. Now in the U.S., Marcinkus is wanted in Italy on charges of gold smuggling and dirty money washing through the Vatican Bank jointly with the American CIA and the tradiitonal mafia. Marcinkus, protects himself with his Vatican passport. He was originally from the long notorious Chicago mafia-enclave suburb of Cicero, Al Capone land. For many years, Tarullo, as he admitted to us, lived near that Bank, was active there, and arranged worldwide clandestine gold deals for the American CIA and others in the secret political police. [Sort of like Edmond J. Safra.] Tarullo was found murdered on the day in August, 1995, when our public access Cable TV show was aired.

For more than a day, the plastic orange toolbox sat on the lawn under a cherry tree, a few paces from the sidewalk.
No one passing the Canby home took notice. Not the runners. Not the dog walkers. Not the kids riding by on bicycles.
Then curiosity drew a 31-year-old landscaper who had come to the home just after sunset to help a friend move. Ivan Velasco Rodriguez poked the toolbox with a wooden rake handle.
The pipe bomb lurking inside exploded. Metal shards flying at bullet speed fatally injured Velasco Rodriguez and slammed into surrounding homes. Pieces fell on roofs two blocks away.
Canby police and federal agents swarmed the scene that night in December 2011. Who planted the booby trap that killed Velasco Rodriguez, a married father of four? And who was the intended target?
Police made no arrests, and the crime faded from public view.
But behind the scenes, federal law enforcement sources say, investigators reached a chilling conclusion: A Mexican drug cartel most likely commissioned the bomb to kill a witness who once listed the address as his own. Their suspicions deepened when they discovered the bombing was eerily similar to twin explosions in central Washington, where rigged devices killed two men hours apart in 2008.
The findings, never before disclosed to the public, were uncovered by The Oregonian as part of a nine-month investigation into the astonishing reach of Mexican drug cartels in the Northwest.
The Oregonian has learned that Mexican cartels, including the powerful Sinaloa and the brutal Los Zetas, have infiltrated almost every corner of Oregon. At last count, authorities were aware of no fewer than 69 drug trafficking organizations selling drugs in the state, nearly all supplied by cartels.

And now it is June 24, 2013, and no announcements of the sort you were expecting have been made. This is true. Yes, we did give you a date. It is exactly what you have both longed for and objected to, and when the result you wanted did not come through, many of you took it as an opportunity to send angry and sometimes abusive and accusatory messages to the channel. She is, of course, the messenger, not the originator of the messages and does not deserve anything but thanks for her challenging work, which occupies her 24/7, as you call it. This latest has been an especially difficult assignment, because of the response it was bound to elicit. She continues to work with Us even when it means putting herself in the line of fire.

Now let us discuss the response you all had to this latest “disappointment, miscalculation, lie.” We, your Creators, desire what is most beneficial for your growth. We know that you each grow in a little different way, that your tolerances are different, but there are some lessons which can afford an illuminating moment wherever you might be on your soul path. Disappointment is one of those lessons. It has the effect of either bringing out the worst impatience and intolerance, or giving you the opportunity to reach deeply into your inner strength, your I AM Presence, which is your deep Faith, and know that all is well, and that the meaning of this event will unfold in due time.

Which side of the spiritual fence did you come down on? Did you lash out to place blame on someone to make you feel better? Would it help you to examine this response, to help you understand your close relationships better? Are you willing to breathe deeply and search your feelings, then take responsibility for transmuting every element of negativity you feel rising up in you, working with it to understand its root, its uses, and its present flavor? This is The True Way. You can learn to be in command of your feelings, thoughts and actions to the degree that you never lash out in an accusatory way toward anyone, including yourself.

We have given you the ultimate test, Dear Ones. By ultimate, we mean the hardest as well as the final one. Life is full of such tests, is it not? This is why you create your contracts to come here - so that you will be tested, sometimes to your limits of tolerance. It is our agreement with you and your guides; your Higher Selves worked with us on this, to give those of you who wish to call yourselves Lightworkers an opportunity to rise above your familiar level of existence, to truly shine. For some it will require a tremendous leap out of old familiar patterns, for others it has given you the chance to stretch your limits, to confirm anew that when things get difficult, you anchor ever more deeply in your I AM Presence.

You and We know the nuances of your emotional states; perhaps you have greater reason than We to blind yourself to your lingering connection to anger, impatience, and intolerance. We ask you now to loosen that hold - turn to the Light and rejoice in the freedom of letting go of old Darkness. We do not blame you or belittle you for your negative feelings. You have been raised among people for whom anger was as immediate an expression of life as was breathing. Now, turn away from those old defensive feelings which may have served you in childhood but which currently serve to give you nothing but agita, and to separate you from those Most Loving Ones who are here to be of service to you.

We can feel the outrage from those of you who have been “caught out.” You have put your feelings in writing, or spewed angry diatribes at those around you, cursing Us, or the Galactic Federation of Light, the voluntary organization which has served for thousands of years as the Protectors of Light in the Universe. It is not a government as you know it; it is a group of angels who pledge allegiance to each other and to God, to uphold peace, Light and Protection for the greater good of all. They have come to help you and your struggling planet because you called, even though Mother Earth is not yet eligible for membership because of the continuing wars and Darkness which remains on her surface.

Now here you are, the day after the big Nothing Happened Day. We have surprised you with something you might call a “trick” or a “manipulation” if you did not acknowledge your own part in it. Yes, all of you - every single one reading this message - has contracted with Us to present you with this challenge so that you could finally find a way to overcome the emotions you have been stuck in, recycling and recycling the old resentments and fears. Please accept, with Us, that it is not your fault; it is your conditioning. It is now time to wrest yourself out of old conditioned patterns and turn toward the Light of Compassion, Love, Friendship, Joy and Forgiveness.

Are you angry now? Do you feel betrayed, or outraged that you must face something you do not want to look at in yourselves? Now is the time for courage. It takes real character to change, to forgo all temptation to indulge in self-righteous contempt. Turn to the Light. We have loved you enough to create the conditions for your growth, so that you will Ascend with a free and loving heart, for the time is near, and there is work still to do to reach the level of Christ Consciousness you came here to achieve.

We are giving you many tools to help you in this difficult personal renovation project. We commissioned Kathryn’s book to be the Manual for Ascension. Did they feel the disappointment less? Of course not, but they did not dwell on it long enough for it to become resentment or anger. This is the Shift we are asking you to make within yourselves.

Rework the channels in your brain, the pathways which carry emotion to action. Do not allow even a moment of impatience, or anger, or self-doubt. Banish those feelings by replacing them with the peace you will find in the center channel of Light, which beams down upon you through your crown chakra, into the center of your brain, down through your body into the center of your heart. Hold fast to that connection, Dear Ones. It is your connection to your Higher Self, your I Am Presence, and your God.

Those of you who were able to maintain your balance and sustain hope and a sense of perspective in spite of this current challenge, we congratulate you with all our hearts. You have passed one of the most difficult obstacles without being defeated. It was especially difficult because of the timing - you know how fast things are moving; you feel the change in the air and know it is coming, and to find once again that it is “not yet” is especially hard to bear. We celebrate your progress, and encourage all of you to use this experience to confirm your own strength and trust in yourselves and in Us.

We are here for you, every one of you. We know this challenge is a shock to some of you who thought we only send messages of reassurance, but that is not our way. Sometimes We need to arrange what your scientist would term an “in situ” experiment so that you can reflect on your own responses, honing and perfecting your skills. You are becoming more mindful, more in command every day. You are lifting your vibration in the face of a challenge - this is the real test of your commitment and your inner strength together. Looking at all the name derivatives which parallel the names of family members of various U.S. families it appears that there are name creations which are similar to the names of various family members, but which also may bear Hispanic name attachments. I have seen several instances of this in my relatives names on database(s). When several names are so similar to those of one particular family, but have one name changed, it seems too coincidental to see such occurrences on the same data page. One page I looked at had such similar names added who were supposedly from Utah, the state where there is a big new government data center being built. Isn't it a new N.S.A. installation?
One might not be able to prove it without access to the credit bureau files, crime computer databases, etc., but it does look like there may be persons involved in selecting the names of families, adding a twist to them, like adding a Hispanic name designation within the names, thus creating a whole new set of would-be U.S. citizens, a new family of names which appears similar in the 'SOUNDEX' files, to currently or previously existing U.S. families.
According to old I.D. books, the SOUNDEX system was used to categorize and/or identify persons and/or relating data by the sound of names, etc.. Such old systems were still in use by driver license DMVs up until not too long ago. I don't know if or which states still rely on it, but it may be an extra stand-by system, or cross-referencing back up system, etc, in some places and, possibly, with the feds.
The people who sold New I.D. books to persons outside the U.S. did an extreme disservice to the U.S.. It was not cool, not smart, and not lawful if it suggested that persons with no U.S. citizenship could simply adapt an I.D. and illegally barge into our country. It's one thing for a legal resident to sincerely try to turn one's life around and establish a clean record, but entirely another thing to sell foreigners the idea they can create or steal U.S. identities.
But back to the subject - the persons in law enforcement who have access to your family records, names, etc., and who have knowledge of your family members, sexes, ages, etc have a special opportunity to create derivative names from yours and your family's names. Recently I posted the article on how the cops in Arlington were busted for issuing sensitive computer information to dope dealer(s). Regardless if it is just a license plate number or what - when they do that they could be immediately jeopardizing someone's life, their family's lives, etc..

Whether the persons at DHS and cop shops, etc. are creating new I.D. to sell to foreign border-jumpers or handing over your information to dope dealers and others, it is a reprehensible, TREASONOUS offense which has, undoubtedly, eroded our freedoms and liberties and may be causing one shooting incident after the other.

The illegals are out there driving along beside you on the freeways, streets of America, some on fake I.D., with their AK-47 assault rifles, automatic pistols and do not wish to leave the country, but, everyone is also supposed to get due process. How are they going to provide enough courtrooms for all these 'accidents waiting to happen'?

WASHINGTON (TheBlaze/AP) — The chairman of the House Oversight Committee has subpoenaed four State Department officials as part of the panel’s investigation of the deadly assault on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya, last year.

Republican Rep. Darrell Issa said in a statement and letter to Secretary of State John Kerry on Monday that delays in scheduling interviews with the officials were taking too long and he had no choice.

“These persistent delays create the appearance that the Department is dragging its feet to slow down the Committee’s investigation,” Issa wrote in the letter to Kerry. “It does not require weeks of preparation to answer questions truthfully. These delays also take us further in time away from the dates of the events in question.”

Subpoenas have been issued for Eric Boswell, the former Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Scott Bultrowicz, the former Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary and Director of the Diplomatic Security Service, Elizabeth Dibble, the former Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary, Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs ad Elizabeth Jones, the acting Assistant Secretary, Bureau Near Eastern Affairs.

Four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, died in the Sept. 11, 2012, attack. Republicans have accused the Obama administration of misleading the public about the cause of the attack, playing down terrorism in the heat of the presidential election.

Issa claims congressional investigators sent the administration a list of 13 State Department officials they wish to interview nearly two months ago, but have only been given access to one official.

Gotta Love Texas -The City of Dallas, Texas passed an ordinance stating that if a driver is pulled over by law enforcement and is not able to provide proof of Insurance, the car is towed.

To retrieve the car after being impounded, they must show proof of insurance to have the car released. This has made it easy for the City of Dallas to remove uninsured cars. Shortly after the "No Insurance" ordinance was passed, the Dallas impound lots began to fill up and were full after only nine days. Over 80 % of the impounded cars were driven by illegals.

Now, not only must they provide proof of insurance to have their car released, they have to pay for the cost of the tow, a $350 fine, and $20 for every day their car is kept in the lot.

Guess what? Accident rates have gone down 47% and... Dallas ' solution gets uninsured drivers off the road WITHOUT making them show proof of nationality.

I Wonder how the Justice Department will get around this one. Just brings tears to your eyes doesn't it?

On March 10, 1975, a group of US diplomatic and national security officials gathered at the office of the Turkish foreign minister’s office in Ankara. Henry Kissinger was among them.
The discussion turned to foreign aid and supply of parts for military equipment, at which point Kissinger (Secretary of State at the time) suggested something that violated the law.
William Macomber, the US Ambassador to Turkey, said, “That is illegal.”
Kissinger didn’t miss a beat, replying, "Before the Freedom of Information Act, I used to say at meetings, 'The illegal we do immediately; the unconstitutional takes a little longer.'"
Then, in an almost cartoon-like reaction, the room filled with laughter. You can practically see the rising cigar smoke and fatcats slapping each other on the back as they stick it to the little guy.
But that one quote, probably more than anything else, sums up the US government’s attitude: they will do whatever they want, legal or not, Constitutional or not. Most governments in the western world follow the same principle.
Just in the last few months, the US government has been found using its tax authorities to bully political opposition groups. They’ve confiscated phone records of the so-called ‘free press’. And they’ve been caught, very publicly, spying on... everyone.
It’s a sad state of affairs when NSA Whistleblower Edward Snowden has been forced to flee to the governments of China, Russia, Venezuela, and Ecuador in order to avoid rotting away in a US prison, simply for publicizing the government’s very unconstitutional crimes.
Now they’ve revoked his passport– something typically reserved exclusively for international pedophiles according to Chapter 4, Title 22 of the US Code.
It’s as if the government is happy to continue bending or breaking the law in order to destroy someone who blew the whistle on them breaking the law. Very strange indeed.
Back in the Land of the Free, attention seems to have shifted. The discussion in Congress is not “let’s shut down these programs,” but rather, “how do we crucify Snowden?”
Make no mistake, these spying programs have been around for a long time. And they’re here to stay. Which means we all have a choice to make.
Either we can (a) simply accept that the government is spying on us, or (b) we can take some very simple steps to take back some of our privacy. And freedom.
The good news is that it’s fairly simple to do this in the digital world. There are a number of tools, many of them free and open source, to help you safeguard your privacy.
