In general, this confirms that "marriage" is a matter of "STATE law," and that the feds may not put asunder what the STATEs have joined together.

The STATEs will be "encouraged" by the european banking cartel to continue to expand the scope/access to gay marriage.  Gay marriage is "big" in "this state," for it's a self-realizing population control measure.  Fewer ways better to help a nation destroy itself than by diminishing its reproduction rate below that necessary to keep that nation on par (or growing).

This'll be a HUGE boon to the "family law" bar and practice.  Gay marriages don't last any longer than straight marriages, these days.

Where "federal benefits" must now be bestowed on gay couples, there's at least one auxiliary issue.  As illustrated in the story below, "estate tax" matters will now be different (that many fewer "estates" available to collect). Gay couples will now be recognized as filing "MARRIED FILING JOINTLY."  Don't know what percentage of any of the decrease in "taxes" going into the system or benefits coming back out are at issue, but if it's enough, then there'll "have" to be a "tax" increase to cover the "loss."

It's just one more aspect confirming the reality of this present "Beast" system and of the shortness of time remaining for this "Beast" system.  The more of this activity the is, the closer to the end we're supposed to be.

Supreme Court strikes down Defense of Marriage Act

In a landmark ruling for gay rights, the Supreme Court on Wednesday 

struck down the Defense of Marriage Act, the 1996 law blocking federal 

recognition of same-sex marriages.

The decision was 5-4, written by Justice Anthony Kennedy. It said that 

the law amounted to the “deprivation of the equal liberty of persons 

that is protected by the Fifth Amendment.”

In a separate case, the court ruled that it could not take up a 

challenge to Proposition 8, the California law that banned gay marriage 

in that state. That decision means that gay marriage will once again be 

legal in California.

The ruling on the Defense of Marriage Act means that the federal 

government must recognize the gay marriages deemed legal by the states — 

12 plus the District of Columbia, before the California case was 

decided. The law helps determine who is covered by more than 1,100 

federal laws, programs and benefits, including Social Security survivor 

benefits, immigration rights and family leave.

“DOMA instructs all federal officials, and indeed all persons with whom 

same-sex couples interact, including their own children, that their 

marriage is less worthy than the marriages of others,” the ruling said. 

It added that the law was invalid because there was no legitimate 

purpose for disparaging those whom states “sought to protect in 

personhood and dignity.”

President Barack Obama, in a post on Twitter, said that the ruling was a 

“historic step forward for #MarriageEquality.”

Kennedy was joined in the majority by the four members of the court’s 

liberal wing, Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia 

Sotomayor and Elena Kagan. Dissenting were Chief Justice John Roberts 

and Justices Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.

Scalia, in his dissent, wrote: “We have no power to decide this case. 

And even if we did, we have no power under the Constitution to 

invalidate this democratically adopted legislation. The Court’s errors 

on both points spring forth from the same diseased root: an exalted 

conception of the role of this institution in America.”

Cheers went up outside the Supreme Court, where supporters of gay 

marriage waved signs, rainbow banners and flags with equality symbols.

The ruling comes as states are authorizing gay marriage with increasing 

speed and with public opinion having turned narrowly in favor of gay 

marriage.

Under the law, gay couples who are legally married in their states were 

not considered married in the eyes of the federal government, and were 

ineligible for the federal benefits that come with marriage.

The case before the Supreme Court, U.S. v. Windsor, concerned Edith 

Windsor and Thea Spyer, a lesbian couple who lived together in New York 

for 44 years and married in Canada in 2007.

When Spyer died in 2009, Windsor was hit with $363,000 in federal estate 

taxes. Had the couple been considered by the federal government to be 

married, Windsor would not have incurred those taxes.

Kennedy, in the ruling, said that New York’s decision to authorize gay 

marriage was a proper exercise of its authority, and reflected “the 

community’s considered perspective on the historical roots of the 

institution of marriage and its evolving understanding of the meaning of 

equality.”

President Bill Clinton signed the act into law in September 1996. A 

court ruling in Hawaii had raised the prospect that that state might 

become the first to authorize gay marriage.

At the time, some members of Congress believed that the Defense of 

Marriage Act might be a compromise that would take the air out of a 

movement to amend the Constitution to block gay marriage.

Ooops!  A little bit of ink spillage, there.

We'll definitely want to watch this one as it moves through the system.

Where the STATE (OF MICHIGAN) has stated, legislatively, i.e., through a normal, established, recognized policy-making process, that "marriage" is between "one man and one woman," then that's the policy for that STATE.  The national system is bound by that STATE policy.

If this author understands the reason for the recent DOMA-striking ruling, it's simply this:  "marriage" is a STATE-law matter.

Here, the STATE (OF MICHIGAN) has spoken legislatively, where the STATE (OF CALIFORNIA) has spoken through a STATE-wide vote (directly from the people, who, by the way, since that's a STATE election, can, per a STATE policy, if such exists, be required to prove ID).  Both processes confirm and establish STATE policy, and per those STATE policies, "marriage" is between "one man and one woman."

The DOMA-striking ruling wasn't a pro-gay, pro-homosexual ruling, as if it were now federal policy that no STATE may define "marriage" as between "one man and one woman."  That's not what that ruling says, at all.  What it says is that the national legislature doesn't have a horse in that race.  And, that's about all it says, in essence, except for the very clear support for the notion that what the STATE says about that issue is controlling on the national system.

So, there being a definite difference of perspective on the legal policy for this one (between the recent policies established by the Supreme Court and how this trial judge is apply that new policy), we'll want to watch this as it progresses through the system.  IMPORTANT here is whether the STATE officers with the duty to enforce the STATE's duly- and properly-established policy do their jobs or abandon their jobs.  If they do their jobs, they're giving CALIFORNIA officers a clinic.  If they abandon their jobs, then they'll have been "infected" with this CALIFORNIA-style of malpractice, malfeasance in office, and etc.

DETROIT (AP) — A federal judge on Friday blocked Michigan's ban on domestic partner benefits for employees who work for public schools or local governments, saying state lawmakers simply wanted to punish gays and lesbians.
U.S. District Judge David Lawson said plaintiffs who have lost benefits or been forced to buy expensive private health insurance have made a "plausible claim" that the law violates the Equal Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution. The decision came nearly a year after he heard arguments in the lawsuit, filed by the American Civil Liberties Union.
"It is hard to argue with a straight face that the primary purpose — indeed, perhaps the sole purpose — of the statute is other than to deny health benefits to the same-sex partners of public employees. But that can never be a legitimate governmental purpose," Lawson said as he ordered an injunction.
The law, passed in 2011 by the Republican-controlled Legislature and signed by Gov. Rick Snyder, ended insurance for people whose domestic partners work for certain public employers. It's somewhat narrow, exempting colleges and universities, as well as most state government workers whose benefits are set by the Michigan Civil Service Commission.
A handful of school districts had offered benefits before the law took effect in 2012, along with Ingham and Washtenaw counties and the cities of Ann Arbor, East Lansing and Kalamazoo, according to the ACLU.
Supporters of the law say it saves tax dollars and follows the spirit of a 2004 constitutional amendment, approved by 58 percent of voters, that defines marriage only as a union between a man and a woman.
Lawson, however, said that argument stinks. The state's claims "come close to striking (the court) with the force of a 5-week-old, unrefrigerated dead fish," he said.
In his 51-page opinion, Lawson cited this week's decision by the U.S. Supreme Court that struck down a portion of a federal law that barred certain benefits to married same-sex couples.
"This is great news. It's a very mean-spirited law," said Lansing piano teacher Gerado Ascheri, 55, who has been paying $460 a month after losing better, less expensive health coverage through his partner's employer, Ingham County.
Barbara Ramber, 54, said she and partner JoLinda Jach, 49, have paid more than $4,000 in out-of-pocket expenses since Ramber lost insurance through the city of Kalamazoo. She has glaucoma and other eye ailments but her replacement insurance isn't generous.
"I'm optimistic and prayerful the city of Kalamazoo will reinstate the insurance," said Ramber, who lives in Kalamazoo Township and works part-time in a school cafeteria.
Although the injunction doesn't end the case, Michigan ACLU legal director Michael Steinberg said the law clearly is doomed. He said any public school district or local government now can choose to restore or create benefits for same-sex couples or unmarried opposite-sex couples.
"The judge was absolutely correct in finding that the law was unconstitutional because it's motivated by bigotry," Steinberg said.
The state, of course, still could appeal. The attorney general's office, which defended the law in court, had no comment. Ari Adler, spokesman for House Speaker Jase Bolger, R-Marshall, said the law's supporters still stand behind it.
Sen. Gretchen Whitmer of East Lansing, leader of Senate Democrats, praised the judge and said she's "disheartened that our governor wouldn't stand up for equality in the first place" and veto the bill.
Separately, another judge is considering whether to strike down Michigan's nearly 9-year-old ban on same-sex marriage. It's not known when U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman will make a decision.

Vatic Note:  This is a continuation of the first blog we did on the CIA move into denver.  We know so much more now than when we did the first blog, and it blew me away with the videos AND THE UNDERGROUND FACILITIES built under the airport.   Again, we have to ask ourselves "WHY?"  What is the bottom line agenda of these satanists?   And again, why is Colorado so important?  If they intend to flood the east coast as has been suggested than this is high up and unlikely to feel the effects of whatever their plans  are.

OR Is this about the incoming twin star and Nibiru that may also cause flooding or drop off visitors the powers that be would not like to see here?  If its the first, I don't see their need for underground bases here for the elite, but if its the incoming twin star, indeed the will need them.

Why I ask, is because of the incredible militarization of the airport and Cheyenne Moutain which is an underground military base. And why bring in the CIA?  Why act like we are hunkering down here.   Are they expecting  the good guys from space to show up since the 3600 year cycle is almost here.  If so, do they intend to fight them?  Why?  Lots of questions and we will be doing a part III for the other alternative answer to these questions.  What do the SPOOKS know that we don't?   Anyway, its important to check out these videos below and even revisit them a second time.  There is a lot to miss there.

I have been diligently trying to get more information on the owner of the castle discussed in the previous part 1 block, where a satanic ritual took place in which George HW Bush was in attendence at the sacrifice of a baby.  All I have been able to determine is that title is held by a foundation and that usually happens when the owner wishes to remain anonymous since his property has been implicated by Levay's son as a the scene of a crime,  felony murder.

Its going to be difficult, but I will continue trying to get a handle on who the owner is since he has to be fairly high  up either in government or industry in this state. But here is what I did find by accident.  This is a person on board a plane flying over the mountains of Colorado and this is a video of what he/she saw that is an anomoly out there with no other man made structures to be seen anywhere...... could this be a landing site for aliens?  Could it be a military base not on record?? Could it be attached to an underground facility?  What the hell is going on in my state?

I finally got someone to tell me that Denver and Colorado is going to be the new capital of the Satanic NWO and they are going to blow the atlantic plate to move britain over to connect with the USA and that way they can control us directly. Then she will be directly in control of three of her countries, Canada, Britain and the  United States.  That is the most foolish thing I have ever heard.  The Queen living near Americans?  That is a death sentence for her and her brood.  lol 

Now, what is the import of Anubis? They made a stone statue of Anubis to act as guard of the king Tutt exhibit,  THEY SAY.  But its a huge heavy permanent structure, so what the heck?   Well, here is what I found on a quick search and it makes sense when you remember the Queen and her satanic pagan background and predilections AND HER LAND OWNERSHIP AROUND THE AIRPORT.

If you then connect what is at the airport with what these ancient dieties were about, sometimes that can also tie in as well.  We will see, you decide.  Also remember these illum families go back thousands of years, so this is important to know.  Sometimes it take a continuous attack on a subject before all the pieces come together in to a coherent whole.  Be patient, I feel we are getting there.

Anubis was a funerary god. His task came to be holding the scales on which the heart was weighed. If the heart was lighter than a feather, the dead would be led by Anubis to Osiris. If heavier, the soul would be destroyed. (VN: in watching these videos pay special attention to the chambers underneath the airport with nozzles in the ceiling.  After reading anubis's role, are those chambers for the destruction of the soul of those whose hearts are heavy?  And what does "heavy" mean in this instance? Does it mean a credible second brain that is more powerful than the regular brain? I think so, but that is a guess on my part.  Its the heart that gives off light and love and has the ability to intuit events and truth. Lots of questions.)

As well as being ancient, the cult of Anubis lasted a long time, continuing into the second century A.D., and is a feature in the Golden Ass, written by the Roman author Apuleius.  (VN: does that mean the cult could still be alive and well? If so, is the Queen somehow a part of it? Would it explain our very old secret societies, remembering that Oxford is the genesis of these secret socities?)

Ever since it was first installed at Denver International Airport, the 32-foot-tall blue "Mustang" has been the talk of the town, but a new addition is sure to get plenty of attention.  (VN: Remember, the Blue Mustang had a part fall off and kill its creator.)

A crew is installing a seven-ton, 26-foot-tall concrete sculpture of an Egyptian god at the airport. Anubis, a statue with a jackal-head, will be built south of the Jeppesen Terminal.  (VN: those figures imply that the figure is going to be a permanent part of the terminal. There is no way you could move and transport it anywhere with those stats.  Talk about publically supporting a religious symbol, and yet, you cannot use the name of God in school.  hmmm   have the satanists already taken over? )
Although part of the lore of the 9,000-pound "Mustang" is that its creator, Luis Jiménez, was tragically killed while making the piece, Anubis may be even more notorious. He's the Egyptian god of death and the afterlife. It's being put in to preview the Denver Art Museum's King Tut exhibit. The exhibit runs June 29 through Jan. 9, 2011, and Anubis will be standing guard during that time.

First Piece Of King Tut Exhibit On Display At DIA

The big King Tut exhibit doesn't open at the Denver Art Museum until the end of the month, but the first piece is already on display, standing tall outside Denver International Airport. It is an exhibition of royal artifacts thousands of years in the making and it's never been seen in Denver before and will never be again --

"Tutankhamun the Golden King and the Great Pharaoh."

One of the biggest sculptures from a new exhibit of ancient Egypt was unveiled Wednesday at the airport to kickoff the event. In a mere 27 days Denver will go Tut crazy. The installation of the 7-ton, 26-foot tall statue of Anubis took place at the south end of the DIA terminal. Anubis was the ancient Egyptian god of the afterlife.


It's an exhibition of about 100 objects, both from King Tut's tomb, and 2,000 years of ancient Egyptian history. And it really walks people through what pharaohs' life was like, what families' life was like; and then you'll actually go down some stairs and into a space that's basically a replicated tomb of King Tutankhamun and see about 50 or so objects from the King's tomb," Kristy Bassuener with the Denver Art Museum said.

The polyurethane and steel structure took some time and effort to build. The wind blew it around and a crane got stuck in the gravel, but Anubis would not be denied. "These objects are incredibly important. They very rarely travel outside of Egypt. They are priceless treasures from long ago," Bassuener said. "This is the first time King Tut's treasures have ever been to the Rocky Mountain region." 

And now with Anubis in place the countdown begins toward a 6-month, once-in-a-lifetime exhibit filled with treasures never before seen and never to be seen again. The statue of Anubis is right in front of the windows at the south end of the main terminal at DIA. The exhibit opens on June 29 and runs through Jan. 9.

My humble opinion and Conclusion only:


Its my belief that the powers that be are doing a Rahm Emmanual. "never let a good crisis go to waste".  Think about it.  If you want to kill off 6 billion people, how can you do that without them finding out and killing you off first?   We did a whole series of blogs on the Antarctic continent and found 30 countries that had research facilities there with no explanation.  So, the return of the twin star is that great opportunity Rahm talked about.  How else were they going to kill off 6 billion people?  Notice they are even beginning the process of "BLAMING THE SUN".

That sun is reacting to the pull of a much bigger body that is closing in.   That is the opportunity they are talking about.  A flipped poleshift could create the flooding in Europe and southeastern US that would justify these of the continuity gov moving to the mountains of a central state like Colorado, (listen carefully to Jesse's video, since someone talks about the royalty and elected leaders of europe are coming here for some reason that no one will explain, and not a word about the disposition of the millions of people left behind in Europe, plus  this state has a history of being the center of satanic rituals by the 13 illum family leaders as we read about in LeVay's sons affidavit, and as we proved on many blogs here that these royals are black nobility satanists.

Further a scientist was murdered at the New Zealand facility under US control.  The US would not cooperate with the New Zealand authorities in that investigation.  Given what we knew at the time, we speculated on why he was killed, however, now that we know much much more,  its beginning to look like he might have wanted to warn the globe about this event and was murdered for it.  Sounds like our foreign occupiers of our government, doesn't it?

No warrants and no probable cause have been no problem for the Obama administration in its work to collect detailed financial information on millions of Americans, according to a new report.

Wait, you say, wasn’t the Obama administration already collecting details about phone calls? Yup. And the content of prayers of Christian groups? Affirmative. And how about the phone records of reporters? Yes, again.

But none of that has slowed the administration’s strategy to collect – without warrants – detailed data about how Americans spend their money, use their credit and pay their bills.

The documents confirming the effort were released today by Judicial Watch, the Washington watchdog organization that tracks down, investigates and presses for prosecution of federal crimes.

“The Obama administration’s warrantless collection of the private financial information of millions of Americans is mind-blowing. Is there anything that this administration thinks it can’t do?” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

“These documents show that the Consumer Financial Protection Board is an out-of-control government agency that threatens the fundamental privacy and financial security of Americans. This is every bit as serious as the controversy over the NSA’s activities.”

It was the National Security Agency that was revealed to have been collecting data without warrants on the phone calls of millions of Americans.

Judicial Watch said it acquired through a Freedom of Information Act procedure records revealing some of the government’s recent work.

The report said the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has spent millions of dollars for “the warrantless collection and analysis of Americans’ financial transactions.”

It explains the fine print also calls for CFPB contractors, who may have that information, “may be required to share the information with ‘additional government entities.’”

The watchdog organization began its search for the records following CFPB chief Richard Cordray’s appearance before the Senate Banking Committee in April.

Among other things, it found that the board, authorized by the 2010 Dodd-Frank financial reform plan, wants large amounts of credit information from millions of consumers, reportedly for a number of “policy research projects.”

The broad outline states: “The panel shall include 5 million consumers, and joint borrowers, co-signers, and authorized users. The initial panel shall contain 10 years of historical data on a quarterly basis.”

The documents claim that the identities will be “masked,” but ages, birth dates and census block numbers are to be included.

Fitton told U.S. News that the government plans are a “more direct assault on American citizens’ reasonable [expectation] of privacy than the gathering of general phone records.”

Judicial Watch also said it found contracts that overlapped, so that several credit reporting agencies and accounting firms would gather, store and share credit card data. Those companies included Deloitte Consulting, Experian and others.

It found an $8.4 million deal with Experian was “to track daily consumer habits of select individuals without their awareness or consent.”

The government admitted that the contractors would, “in performing this requirement … obtain access to non-public, confidential information, Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or proprietary information.”

The government documents themselves say: “The initial sample shall be drawn from current records and historical data appended for that sample as well as additional samples during the intervening years to make the combines sample representative at each point in time.”

Among the goals, according to the government, was to “maintain” detailed “credit information” on Americans.

“The central mission of the CFPB is to make markets for consumer financial products and services work for Americans – whether they are applying for a mortgage, choosing among credit cards, or using any number of other consumer financial products,” the government said.

While the government agency said data collecting procedures are authorized by the Dodd-Frank law, it does use “anonymized industry data.”

“The bureau is not receiving data about individual purchase transactions nor are we receiving any personally identifiable information,” the agency told U.S. News.
