Who is Usurping the RV and NESARA?  Who is controlling it?  The positive military  are suppose to be involved, but they have yet to make the big step and do what they say they are going to do.  Who is it then?  The good guys?  Then where are the announcements?  Where is the RV?  Every bit of intel from everyone I talk to and their sources as well has been saying "any minute now" for the past month.  I spent 5 hours on the phone Thursday night listening to every person I talked to saying "tonight tonight tonight"..... now it's "This weekend, this weekend, this weekend"..... Asian sources say that the Chinese will not allow the RV to go through until announcements happen- thereby outing the "Texas" Cabal and taking them out of the picture.  We'll have to wait and see how this all plays out, won't we?  I have no doubt that there is much going on that we don't know about. US Federal Reserve is reporting a major deposit withdrawal from the nation’s bank accounts. The financial system hasn’t seen such a massive fund outflow since 9/11 attacks.
­The first week of January 2013 has seen $114 billion withdrawn from 25 of the US’ biggest banks, pushing deposits down to $5.37 trillion, according to the US Fed. Financial analysts suggest it could be down to the Transaction Account Guarantee insurance program coming to an end on December 31 last year and clients moving their money that is no longer insured by the government.
The program was introduced in the wake of the 2008 crisis in order to support the banking system. It provided insurance for around $1.5 trillion in non-interest-bearing accounts with a limit of $250,000. It was aimed at medium and small banks as the creators of the program believed bigger banks would cope with the crisis themselves.
So the current “fast pace” of withdrawal comes as a surprise to financial analysts because the deposits are slipping away from those banks which supposedly were safe. Experts expected savers in small and medium banks would turn to bigger players come December 31. 
There are a number of reasons behind this unpredicted fund outflow. Some experts believe it has to do with the beginning of the year when the money is randomly needed here and there. Others have concluded the funds are getting down to business and being invested.
Another set of data from the US Federal Reserve shows some deposits may have moved within the banking system from one type of account to another.

This may be the first time symptoms are linked to current Iraq and Afghanistan veterans.

WASHINGTON -- Veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan may be suffering from the 20-year-old set of symptoms known as Gulf War Illness, according to a new report released Wednesday by the federal Institute of Medicine.
"Preliminary data suggest that (chronic multisymptom illness) is occurring in veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars as well," the report says.
This may be the first time that the symptoms suffered by veterans of the 1991 Gulf War have been linked to veterans of the current wars, which started in 2001 and 2003, said Paul Rieckhoff, CEO of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America.

It also means the Department of Veterans Affairs' definition of who qualifies for Gulf War veterans' benefits should include those who served in Afghanistan, said Paul Sullivan, a 1991 Gulf War veteran and founder of Veterans for Common Sense.
Because Wednesday's report associates the symptoms with deployment, Sullivan said, the VA "should expand the geographical definition of the current Gulf War to include the ongoing conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan."

FUNDING: Congress approves $10 million for Gulf War illness research
The researchers investigated treatments for Gulf War illness, including any existing research, to see what worked for veterans. Their research included traumatic brain injury, which is caused by blunt force to the head or proximity to an explosion; post-traumatic stress disorder, which must involve exposure to trauma; respiratory problems, fibromyalgia and chronic pain.
Chronic multisymptom illness was formerly called Gulf War Syndrome, the Institute of Medicine report said. It includes symptoms in at least two of six categories: fatigue, mood and cognition issues, musculoskeletal problems, gastrointestinal problems, respiratory difficulties and neurologic issues that last for at least six months.
"We did redefine how we see the issue of chronic multisymptom illness," said committee chair Bernard M. Rosof, chairman of the board of directors at Huntington Hospital in Huntington, N.Y. He said the committee came out of the study with "no idea" what the cause might be, but that he expected data from veterans of the current wars to help. "We feel that the complaints will be the same."
Rosof said he believes the report will help veterans.
About one-third of Gulf War veterans -- or 175,000 to 250,000 people -- have Gulf War illness.
The symptoms are too broad for any one treatment, the report said.
"Based on the voluminous evidence we reviewed, our committee cannot recommend using one universal therapy to manage the health of veterans with chronic multisymptom illness, and we reject a 'one size fits all' treatment approach," Rosof, said. "Instead, we endorse individualized health care management plans as the best approach for treating this very real, highly diverse condition."
VETERANS: Vets touched by Gulf War illness fret over research funds
Researchers also said there may be no specific cause for the illness.
"Despite considerable efforts by researchers in the United States and elsewhere, there is no consensus among physicians, researchers and others as to the cause of CMI," the report states. "There is a growing belief that no specific causal factor or agent will be identified."
Anthony Hardie, a Gulf War veteran and advocate, disagreed. "They've lumped together so many ill people that it's impossible to come up with one treatment," Hardie said.
Other recent research has shown possible causes for some of the symptoms suffered by Gulf War illness.
A large-scale study done by Robert Haley, chief of epidemiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, showed veterans have damage to their autonomic nervous system caused by exposure to nerve agents after the U.S. Air Force bombed a chemical factory. Beatrice Golomb of the medical school at the University of California-San Diego tested the value of giving doses of the coenzyme Q10 to Gulf War veterans and found that "every single" veteran found improvement from 20 symptoms.
For current war veterans, scientists have connected chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder and bronchiolitis to exposures in Iraq and Afghanistan, including to garbage pits that burned as much as 240 tons of waste in an open pit a day, as well as to dust proved to be laden with bacteria and heavy metals.
The researchers also found that cognitive therapy and anti-depressants may provide relief. The committee recommended that VA conduct studies in biofeedback, acupuncture, St. John's wort, aerobic exercise, motivational interviewing and multimodal therapies.
Denise Nichols, also a Gulf War veteran and advocate, said she fears the report will add to Americans' belief that the symptoms are "all in our heads" -- even after numerous reports have come out saying the disease is physical and real.
"We need true treatment modalities," Nichols said, "that address the physical brain damage and other body organ damage from the exposures we endured."

Obama Violated Constitution – Abuse of Power, So Says Federal Appeals Court: 3 NLRB Appointments Unconstitutional

Obama’s three “recess appointments” to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) have been ruled unconstitutional by a federal appeals court because Congress WAS NOT in official recess. The NRLB is required to have five members to effect a quorum, but had only two before the unconstitutional appointments were made. After the appointments, but with today’s decision, there officially remains only two members, so all decisions coming out the NRLB since that time, said to be hundreds (view them here), should be ruled unlawful, if justice is applied to the court decision. Another similar appointment of Richard Cordray to the head position of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) should now be rendered unconstitutional as well.

When G.W. was President and Obama was a U.S. Senator from Illinois, Obama publicly criticized Bush’s recess appointment of John Bolton to U.N. Ambassador. The problem for Obama then was, Congress was actually in recess. Not so when he made his NRLB and Cordray appointments. Obama’s more current problem is finding appointees which Congress will actually vote for in the numbers needed for confirmation. It’s the American way.

The American Way is also seen in the way this matter went to court - Canning v. NLRB (12-1115):

The lawsuit was brought by Noel Canning, a family-owned Yakima, Washington bottling company, which complained the NLRB unfairly ruled in favor of Teamsters Local 760 during contract negotiations. Noel said the board lacked a binding quorum because the recess appointments made by Obama were not legal.

“Small-business owners throughout the country have suffered under the unabashedly pro-union decisions handed down by the NLRB,” said Karen Harned, executive director of the National Federation of Independent Business, which filed an amicus brief in the case. “They deserve to be protected from unconstitutional acts that exacerbate the NLRB’s devolution from a neutral arbiter between labor and employers to a pro-union government agency.”

Russia Issues “Critical Alert” For US As Billions Flee American Banks

A sobering “Critical Alert” issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) this afternoon is warning all Russian diplomatic personal and civilian workers currently residing in the United States that an “imminent terror attack” should be expected to occur during the next fortnight, up to and including 12 February.

The three-level alarm system of terrorism threats issued in this report was signed into law by President Putin this past June and includes: Blue Level for elevated alert, Yellow Level for high alert, and Red Level for critical alert.

The MFA in issuing this extraordinary warning cites as one of its “sufficiently critical criteria” the mass withdrawal from the largest US banks this past week of $114.1 billion, the largest amount taken from these banks since the 11 September 2001 terror attacks, and which American financial experts have yet to explain because, in their words, they don’t why.

Equally concerning the MFA, this report says, was Switzerland joining Germany, the Netherlands and Venezuela in demanding that their gold held in the vaults of the US Federal Reserve Bank in New York be repatriated, a move that has brought fear among many American financial experts as to its full implications.

MFA strategic analysts contributing to this report state that these “massive financial moves” by Western elites signal their knowing of an impending crisis about to hit theUnited States similar to past “false flag attacks” intended to shift US policy, and laws, towards even greater totalitarian measures. 

One specific example citied in this report was the 28 February 1993 “false flag” event, now called the Waco Siege, which killed 4 US government agents and 82 men, women and children, and which led to the 13 September 1994 passage of the Federal Assault Weapons Ban (AWB) that outlawed the American people from owning the types of armaments used in this state-sponsored massacre. [Note: This law expired in 2004]  

Important to note, this report says, and in using past US history as an example, Russian terror experts “fully expect” the Americans to conduct another such staged event/massacre prior to President Obama’s 12 February State of Union Address where he is expected to demand new gun laws to quickly disarm the citizens of his country, a move that has been cheered by the Communist Party USA.

Not cheering the Obama regimes move to disarm citizens, however, are the gun owners of New York State who are now faced with some of the most draconian anti-gun laws in America, but who have vowed they will not comply in what is being dubbed as “the largest act of civil disobedience in State history.”

Even more disturbing, local Sheriffs across the United States are not cheering either and are vowing not enforce what they call “unconstitutional gun laws.”

The opposition of Americas Sheriffs to Obama’s gun-grab, this report continues, is significant as these law enforcement officers generally, but not always, are the highest law enforcement officer of a County with powers even exceeding those of US Federal government agents.

Quick to react against these Sheriffs, this report says, Obama regime supporter, and Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, son of Vice President Joe Biden, this past week stripped all of the County Sheriffs in his State of their arrest powers rendering them unable to protect the citizens who elected them from harm. 

Not acting alone, either, this report continues, Attorney General Biden was joined this past week by US Attorney General Eric Holder who began the Obama regimes push against US citizens owning guns, and by Obama’s former Chief of Staff, and current Mayor of Chicago, Rahm Emanuel, who told Americas banks this past week to stop supporting gun makers.

Where President Putin warned in 2009 that “one is sorely tempted to make simple and popular decisions in times of crisis” and continued by saying “we could face far greater complications if we merely treat the symptoms of the disease” and then adamantly warned the Obama regime of the dangers of socialism by stating “In the 20th century, the Soviet Union made the state's role absolute. In the long run, this made the Soviet economy totally uncompetitive. This lesson cost us dearly. I am sure nobody wants to see it repeated.”, his words have, apparently, fallen on deaf ears.

To if the American people will continue to allow their once cherished rights to be continually destroyed for the benefit of their elite masters, while at the same time succumbing to any measure of manufactured fear the Obama, or any other, regime throws at them, it still remains unknown.

What is known, however, is that the foe these American people find themselves pitted against is the most ruthless and murderous our planet Earth has ever known…over 150 million previously disarmed dead Russians, Chinese and German men, women and children over the past century can attest to that…so now it’s the United States turn to see who will ultimately win this tragic war against humanity.

Scientists from the Queensland Institute of Medical Research say they have made a breakthrough that could lead to a potential cure for AIDS. Associate Professor David Harrich says they have discovered how to modify a protein in HIV so that, instead of replicating, it protects against the infection. "I consider that this is fighting fire with fire," he said. "What we've actually done is taken a normal virus protein that the virus needs to grow, and we've changed this protein, so that instead of assisting the virus, it actually impedes virus replication and does it quite strongly." Audio: Listen to Stephanie Smail's report (AM) Associate Professor Harrich says the modified protein cannot cure HIV but it has protected human cells from AIDS in the laboratory. "This therapy is potentially a cure for AIDS," he said. "So it's not a cure for HIV infection, but it potentially could end the disease. "So this protein present in immune cells would help to maintain a healthy immune system so patients can handle normal infections." More than 30,000 people have been diagnosed with HIV in Australia. If clinical trials are successful, one treatment could be effective enough to replace the multiple therapies they currently need. "Drug therapy targets individual enzymes or proteins and they have one drug, one protein," Associate Professor Harrich said. "They have to take two or three drugs, so this would be a single agent that essentially has the same effect. "So in that respect, this is a world-first agent that's able to stop HIV with a single agent at multiple steps of the virus lifecycle." He says the new treatment has the potential to make big improvements in the quality of life for those carrying HIV. "I think what people are looking for is basically a means to go on and live happy and productive lives with as little intrusion as possible," he said. "You either have to eliminate the virus infection or alternatively you have to eliminate the disease process and that's what this could do, potentially for a very long time." A lot of people in Washington apparently forgot how good Hillary Clinton is at not telling the truth.
Wednesday, in her testimony before both the Senate and, later, the House, Clinton brilliantly fudged, dodged and filibustered. Of course, she's a pro. Clinton was slow-walking depositions, lawyering up and shifting blame when many of her questioners were still civilians down on the farm.
Aided by a ridiculous format, she outfoxed most of the Republicans with ease.
Meanwhile, the Democrats, almost uniformly, seemed singularly interested in celebrating Mrs. Clinton as a global diva who somehow manages to carry the burden of her awesomeness with humility and grace. If smoking were still allowed in the Capitol, one could easily imagine her removing a cigarette from a gold case, tapping it nonchalantly on the witness table, and the entire Democratic caucus leaping over their desks for the chance to light it for her.
The most dramatic moment came early, when Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson tried to get Clinton to explain why the State Department blamed the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks in Benghazi on an impromptu protest over an anti-Muslim video. In a rehearsed moment of spontaneous outrage, Clinton yelled back, "With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night who decided to kill some Americans? What difference at this point does it make?"
It is a measure of Clinton's cult-like status on the left and among much of the press that this passed for a satisfactory, never mind impressive, response. But it's also a tribute to Clinton's gift for mendacity that it worked so well.
Even among the administration's harshest critics, people seemed at a loss to fully explain what difference it makes whether the administration's spin was true or not. For many, the answer is simply that government officials shouldn't lie. That's a necessary criticism, but hardly sufficient.
But just to be clear, Clinton lied and is still lying. When asked about the claim that the attack was sparked by a protest over a video, she responded, "I did not say ... that it was about the video for Libya."
That's simply untrue. When she stood by the caskets of the four Americans killed in Libya, she directly blamed an "awful Internet video that we had nothing to do with."
Afterward, she reportedly told the father of Tyrone Woods, the former Navy SEAL who was killed in the attack, "We will make sure the person who made that film is arrested and prosecuted."
Why tell the man that if the video had nothing to do with it?

Governments, businesses and colleges have engaged in discrimination against white folks -- with affirmative action, contract set-asides and quotas -- to advance black applicants over white applicants. Churches, foundations, civic groups, schools and individuals all over America have donated their time and money to support soup kitchens, adult education, day care, retirement and nursing homes for blacks. We hear the grievances. Where is the gratitude?? Barack talks about new 'ladders of opportunity' for blacks. Let him go to Altoona ? And Johnstown, and ask the white kids in Catholic schools how many were visited lately by Ivy League recruiters handing out scholarships for 'deserving' white kids...? Is white America really responsible for the fact that the crime and incarceration rates for African-Americans are seven times those of white America ? Is it really white America's fault that illegitimacy in the African-American community has hit 70 percent and the black dropout rate from high schools in some cities has reached 50 percent? Is that the fault of white America or, first and foremost, a failure of the black community itself? As for racism, its ugliest manifestation is in interracial crime, and especially interracial crimes of violence. Is Barack Obama aware that while white criminals choose black victims 3 percent of the time, black criminals choose white victims 45 percent of the time? Is Barack aware that black-on-white rapes are 100 times more common than the reverse, that black-on-white robberies were 139 times as common in the first three years of this decade as the reverse? We have all heard ad nauseam from the Rev. Al about Tawana Brawley, the Duke rape case and Jena . And all turned out to be hoaxes. But about the epidemic of black assaults on whites that are real, we hear nothing. Sorry, Barack, some of us have heard it all before, about 40 years and 40 trillion tax dollars ago. This needs to be passed around because, this is a message everyone needs to hear!!! OK...........will you pass it on ? YES. I did but will you? Does anyone else see Hillary Clinton’s Benghazi testimony before the Senate committee for what it is – contempt of Congress?
That’s what it is called when you lie, make excuses, obfuscate and basically tell members in sworn testimony that matters of national security and life and death are none of their business.
“What difference does it make?” has to go down as one of the classic lines of executive-branch contempt for the more powerful branch – what is supposed to be the people’s branch – of government.
Others have explained in plain language all the reasons the truth makes a difference:
• Because lying to the people by government to cover up ineptitude and bad policy is serious stuff;
• Because the needless and unavenged deaths of an ambassador and other Americans is intolerable;
• Because if the executive branch is permitted to get away with such behavior it is likely to be repeated again and again;
Because the people have a right to know what actually happened and information is being purposely and arrogantly withheld;
• And because her story makes no sense.
Let me address one of the craziest notions Clinton floated in her testimony Wednesday.
She actually tried to blame Congress for not providing the necessary money to beef up security at the Libyan mission.
Let me point out that Congress has provided about $3.5 trillion – some of it from taxpayers and the rest borrowed – for the administration to spend.
There has not been a budget for nearly four years, so that money is largely fungible – meaning it can be spent in many ways, without congressional approval. The State Department and Defense Department have wide latitude on how money is spent. The president has even conducted military action throughout his first term – rightly or wrongly – without congressional approval.
So how can Clinton sit there contemptuously and suggest action wasn’t taken to ward off the attack on the mission, to rescue Americans or to punish those responsible?
It would be laughable if this were not a matter of deadly seriousness.
For instance, the State Department spent some $525 million on a mosque in the Middle East. Did the executive branch seek permission or authorization from Congress to do that?
I don’t think so.
The State Department has all kinds of discretionary funds that are used for the most ridiculous ideas under the sun. Are we supposed to believe that it didn’t have funds to beef up security at the request of the ambassador?
It’s time for Congress to get tough with this administration and to stop taking this excuse-making lying down.
It needs to set clear budget priorities – that’s its job – so the Obama administration understands that protecting the lives and safety of Americans at home and abroad is the No. 1 objective of the federal government. Period. End of story.
In addition, liars like Hillary Clinton need to pay a price for their contempt, incompetence and deceit.
There is a remedy. Congress can and should throw her in prison for a while to see if that refreshes her failing memory and jogs her mind as to the facts the American people demand to know about Benghazi-gate.
I don’t care whether or not she is still secretary of state. It makes no difference. She was, like Barack Obama himself, responsible for the disaster in Libya. Even while making excuses at every opportunity, she claimed responsibility.
So why the lying? Why the long delay in releasing the facts? Why the double-talk? Why did the administration continue to blame a “spontaneous uprising” when it knew the truth? And why is Hillary Clinton still getting away with all of this?
As she was fond of asking as one of the young assistant prosecutors back in the Watergate days: “What did the president know and when did he know it?” And, “What did Hillary Clinton know and when did she know it?”

It has been a horrible week for intel! Alot of people have lost confidence in the intel community, especially confidence in Drake's intel groups/

I just wanted to tell you that it is no coincidence that their intel sources didn't match up. This was done on purpose to stir up disappointment and anger among the patriots and provoke them into going after the NWO window dressing boys and gals. This is what Obama and the elite want, anger and public action, and through this, Obama and the elite will have grounds to wage war on the American people.

There is no magic cure for Satan, his fallen angels, and the elite. Only God Jesus is the ONLY ONE who could save humanity from these problems.

The White Knights want to solve a spiritual problem with a material solution(dinars and free technology).

It's time for people return to God Jesus Christ and the Good Book.

Lucifer and the occult cannot Redeem and Save humanity. The worse curse of man is the reprobate mind, which comes when a man turns his back and faith from God Jesus and the Bible.
