HIGH SCHOOL -- 1957 vs. 2013

Scenario 1:

Jack goes quail hunting before school and then pulls into the school parking lot with his
shotgun in his truck's gun rack..

1957 - Vice Principal comes over, looks at Jack's shotgun, goes to his car and gets his shotgun to show Jack.

2013 - School goes into lock down, FBI called, Jack hauled off to jail and never sees his truck or gun again.  Counselors called in for traumatized students and teachers.

 

Scenario 2:

Johnny and Mark get into a fist fight after school.

1957 - Crowd gathers.  Mark wins.  Johnny and Mark shake hands and end up buddies.

2013 - Police called and SWAT team arrives -- they arrest both Johnny and Mark.  They are both charged with assault and both expelled even though Johnny started it.

  

Scenario 3:

Jeffrey will not be still in class, he disrupts other students.

1957 - Jeffrey sent to the Principal's office and given a good paddling by the Principal.
He then returns to class, sits still and does not disrupt class again.

2013 - Jeffrey is given huge doses of Ritalin.  He becomes a zombie.  He is then tested for ADD.
The family gets extra money (SSI) from the government because Jeffrey has a disability.

Scenario 4:

Billy breaks a window in his neighbor's car and his Dad gives him a whipping with his belt.

1957 - Billy is more careful next time, grows up normal, goes to college and becomes a successful businessman..

2013 - Billy's dad is arrested for child abuse, Billy is removed to foster care and joins a gang.  The state psychologist is told by Billy's sister that she remembers being abused herself and their dad goes to prison.  Billy's mom has an affair with the psychologist.

Scenario 5:

Mark gets a headache and takes some aspirin to school.

1957 - Mark shares his aspirin with a friend who also has a headache.

2013 - The police are called and Mark is expelled from school for drug violations.  His car is then searched for drugs and weapons.

Scenario 6:

Pedro fails high school English.

1957 - Pedro goes to summer school, passes English and goes to college.

2013 - Pedro's cause is taken up by state.  Newspaper articles appear nationally explaining that teaching English as a requirement for graduation is racist. ACLU files class action lawsuit against the state school system and Pedro's English teacher.  English is then banned from core curriculum.
Pedro is given his diploma anyway but ends up mowing lawns for a living because he cannot speak English.

Scenario 7:

Johnny takes apart leftover firecrackers from the Fourth of July, puts them in a model
airplane paint bottle and blows up a red ant bed.

1957 - Ants die.

2013 - ATF, Homeland Security and the FBI are all called.  Johnny is charged with domestic terrorism.
The FBI investigates his parents - and all siblings are removed from their home and all computers are confiscated.  Johnny's dad is placed on a terror watch list and is never allowed to fly again.

Scenario 8:

Johnny falls while running during recess and scrapes his knee.  He is found crying by his
teacher, Mary.  Mary hugs him to comfort him.

1957 -In a short time, Johnny feels better and goes on playing.

2013 - Mary is accused of being a sexual predator and loses her job.  She faces 3 years in State Prison.  Johnny undergoes 5 years of therapy.

These guys crack me up. CAPITAL GAINS TAX. Let"s see. Title 26 (Actually all USC titles H.R. 10000) was supposedly written into "LAW" (Statutes at Large in the Congressional Record) on 7 December 1925. Small problem with that. Vol 43 of the Congressional Record last act passed was on 4 March 1925. Vol 44 of the Congressional Record (when the Congress resumed) the 1st act passed was on 16 December 1925. Riddle me this : How is an act be passed into "LAW" when the Congress is not in session and when ONLY the House of Representatives passed the act. There is NO RECORD of the Senate passing the Act or the President signing, veto-ing, or allowing passage without signing. Even if they all were on-board, it's not "LAW" until it is recorded in the Statutes at Large of the Congressional Record at the time the ACT was so passed. That means all the USC Titles apply only to Government Officers and employees as administrative rules of the corporation. Not to Joe Bag-O-Donuts, Johnny Six-Pack

In general, it is essential to identify parties to court actions properly. If the alleged parties to an action are not precisely identified, then who is involved with whom or what, and how? If not properly identified, all corresponding judgments are void, as outlined in Volume 46, American Jurisprudence 2d, at “Judgments.”

Sec. 100 Parties – A judgment should identify the parties for and against whom it is rendered, with such certainty that it may be readily enforced, and a judgment, which does not do so, may be regarded as void for uncertainty. Such identification may be achieved by naming the persons for and against whom the judgment is rendered. Technical deficiencies in the naming of the persons for and against whom judgment is rendered can be corrected if the parties are not prejudiced. A reference in a judgment to a party plainly liable, followed by an omission of that party’s name from the language of the decree, at least gives rise to an ambiguity and calling for an inquiry into court’s real intention as reflected in the entire record and surrounding circumstances.”

The use of, by implication, mistake, or otherwise, of fictitious names within any lawful and even “legal” document renders said document/instrument fatally flawed for simple fraud. : USS Ronald Reagan Sailors Suffering Radiation Illness

There is an awful collusion of 

gross negligence now taking 

place between TEPCO, the 

operators of the Fukushima 

nuclear plant in Japan, which 

suffered a triple meltdown and 

the US Department of Defense.

Once again, as with so much 

that is awry in our world, the 

exposure to massive liability 

will keep both parties lying 

through their teeth until they 

are successfully sued - and that 

is exactly what is 51 US Navy 

crew members of the USS 

Ronald Reagan are intending 

to do.

Crew members, many of whom 

are in their early- and mid-20s, 

have been diagnosed with 

conditions including thyroid cancer, 

testicular cancer and leukemia. 

The affected sailors are suing Tokyo 

Electric Power Company (TEPCO), 

alleging that the utility mishandled 

the crisis and did not adequately 

warn the crew of the risk of 

participating as first responders to

the Japanese victims of the 

earthquake and tsunami, which 

took roughly 20,000 lives. There 

are reports among the 100,000 

displaced victims in Japan who 

dare to speak out about the 

connection between the non-stop 

release of of radiation over the 

ensuing 3 years and their own 

mounting cases of illness are being 

threatened with internment in 

concentration camps.

To further add insult to injury, the 

US Department of Defense is 

denying that crew members were 

exposed to dangerous radiation 

levels.

Charles Bonner, attorney for the 

sailors, explains that the USS Reagan, 

a Nimitz-Class Supercarrier desalinates 

its own water. Crew members were 

unknowingly drinking, cooking with, 

and bathing in contaminated water, 

due to the ship's close proximity to 

the disaster site. 

The number of plaintiffs in the case 

could grow significantly, as 150 

additional crew members are currently 

being medically screened to join. 

The sailors are seeking $40 million 

each in punitive damages as well as 

a $1 billion fund for future medical 

expenses for members of the USS 

Reagan.
