Who and what is the IRS?


..What is the United States of America? As it turns out, there
are two entities called the "United States of America". The first
and original, mentioned in the Preamble and Article II of the
Constitution of the United States, was formally created in the
Articles of Confederation. But some time after the Civil War,
probably early in the twentieth century, a second "United States
of America" came into being. The second is a political alliance or
compact of the insular possessions of the United States.

Here I'm going to introduce evidence secured by John M. Ohman, an
Idaho Falls, Idaho attorney. In the case styled Diversified Metal
Products, Inc. v. T-Bow Company Trust, Internal Revenue Service,
and Steve Morgan, case CV93-4117, filed in the District Court of
the Seventh Judicial District of the State of Idaho, the Booneville
County Magistrates Court, Ohman filed an impleader petition.

Diversified Metal was served a notice of levy for money owed to
the T-Bow Trust. In order to determine rightful ownership, Ohman
filed the interpleader action on behalf of Diversified Metal. In
his complaint, he stipulated facts. His fact #4 is as follows:
"Defendant Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is an agency of the United
States government(tm)"

In her January 24, 2000 response, U.S. Attorney Betty H. Richardson
made the following correction to Ohman's averment: "Denies that
the Internal Revenue Service is an agency of the United States
Government but admits that the United States of America would be
a proper party to this action."

This is something I've tried to impress on people for most of two
years, but few grasp the implications: The Constitution of the
United States creates and vests authority in a governmental entity
known as the "United States" or "United States Government." While
it is "for" the United States of America, the Constitution vests
absolutely no authority in the United States of America. Any time
the United States prosecutes as case, whether civil or criminal,
it must be in the name and by authority of the United States, not
the United States of America. The only place the "United States
of America" has any standing is in territorial courts in insular
possessions of the United States, then the styling must be, "United
States of America, ss, President of the United States". See title
48 of the United States Code for particulars relating to Puerto
Rican and Virgin Islands courts.

If we read notes following the current 18 U.S.C. Section 1001,
we find that the "United States of America" is currently defined
as an agency of the United States. [PP NOTE: see definition of
"agency" at 18 U.S.C. Section 6]. In the context of the Downes
v. Bidwell decision, we find that these insular possessions, which
are not incorporated in the constitutional scheme, are "foreign"
to the United States, i.e., to the Union of States. Therefore, this
political alliance or compact known as the United States of America,
which first appeared in 1918 legislation, is a government foreign
to the United States and the several States even though the member
insular possessions belong to the United States.

The Richardson correction above verifies that the Internal Revenue
Service is not an agency of United States Government, but the United
States of America, clearly a distinct and different entity, would
be a party of interest. It would be difficult to be any clearer on
the subject, and the Rechardson correction tells us that people
such as U.S. Attorneys, attorneys in the Department of Justice,
and Federal judges are fully aware of the difference.

Michael Bufkin, a Dundee, Illinois attorney, undertook a delightful
project. On December 18, 1998, he sent a Freedom of Information Act
request to the Department of the Treasury asking for documentation of
authority for the Department of Justice to defend Internal Revenue
Service personnel in civil or criminal cases. In an August 2,
1999 response, Leslie Howard in the national IRS office responded
with the following: "A search was performed with the Office of Tax
Crimes (Criminal Investigation) and with the Assistant Chief Counsel
(Disclosure Litigation) and we have no documents responsible to
your request. However, you may forward a copy of your request to
the U.S. Attorney General's Office within the Department of Justice."

Bufkin did just that. In response to his September 21, 1999 FOIA
to the Attorney General, Thomas J. McIntrye informed Bufkin that,
"We have conducted a search of the appropriate indices to Criminal
Division records and did not locate any records responsive to
your request."

We don't know who has lawful authority to defend IRS personnel,
but the Department of Justice and U.S. Attorneys don't. Possibly
the foreign "United States of America" that is principal of interest
and benefits from IRS initiatives has a raft of attorneys ready to
defend these foreign agents.

As chance would have it, one of the people in our group recently
received certification of documents on IRS Austin Region stationary
that is headed, "United States of America, Department of the
Treasury, Internal Revenue Service". The certification letters are
dated November 16, 1999.

What we are dealing with amounts to invasion of a foreign government
accommodated by our respective State governments...

08/08/2011 The Financial Crisis and God's Solution Remember all of those people, including government economic advisors and the president himself, who assured us two years ago that the recession was over and that things have turned around? I know of people who believed them and who made plans accordingly. I suspect that they regret it now. But their faith in the "experts" did indeed pump some money into the economy and make it "less bad." So we can thank them for sacrificing their personal futures for the good of the country. Any time someone spends more money, it is good for the economy in general, even if it sacrifices the individuals who do it. It is often argued that we have been through past recessions and always came out of it at some point. While that is true, this current recession is the first GLOBAL recession. The world's economies have been linked together by this world-wide Babylonian system. When one falls, they all fall. Iceland and Ireland collapsed financially, but they were relatively small economies. Greece was next, and they had to be bailed out twice (so far). At the second bailout, it was stated that they would not be able to bail out any other country. Yet Spain and Italy were in serious trouble as well, and people began dumping their bonds. No one would buy their bonds except at high interest rates (6.3%). So a few days ago the European Central Bank announced that it would buy their bonds to stabilize the bond market. Note that this is technically not a "bailout," but merely a bond purchase. As bad as it is here in America, it is much worse in Europe right now. In fact, since 2007 the problem has shifted back and forth between America and Europe at least twice. It started here, then went there, then back again, and now it is back to Europe. We seem to be competing for the title of the worst problem. Meanwhile, the price of gold and silver continue to rise with each crisis as more and more people lose confidence in the currencies of all nations. Gold is close to $1700/oz now. Silver is currently underpriced just under $40 but is due to rise quickly within the next few months. Last Friday night, after the stock market closed here, Standard and Poor's announced that America's credit rating was being dropped from AAA to AA+. This caused a seismic reaction world-wide, and stock markets tumbled on Sunday. Today when the market opened in New York, the market immediately dropped a few hundred points on top of the 1400-point drop in the past ten days. The Israeli stock market had to be shut down because of the panic. It dropped 7% yesterday. The talk now is about "double-dip recession." In between the two recessions, the government provided stimulus packages, which prevented one long, continuous recession. It started in 2007 with the subprime mortgage crisis, followed by the 2008 collapse of Lehman Brothers, AIG, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. These collapses froze most bank lending, which prevented the economy from receiving fresh supplies of new money (debt). Keep in mind that the only way to put more money into the economy is to BORROW it. That's the achilles heel of our financial system, thanks to the Federal Reserve Act. When the people stopped borrowing and started paying off debt, trillions of dollars were removed from circulation, and suddenly there was a recession--a shortage of money (at least on main street). Government then made up the difference as much as possible by increasing its borrow-and-spend policy. This slowed down the problem and even stabilized it at the same "bad" level. But then came the reaction, and the pendulum swung to the other side. Government spending and debt is evil. Austerity is good. So now what? As people make payments on their debt, money is removed from circulation, and not even government is allowed to replace it with stimulus programs. The result? Greater recession and less money for the economy to function smoothly. Everyone seems to know that the problem is TOO MUCH DEBT. But what is the solution? The Democrat solution is to raise taxes to reduce government debt. The Republican solution is for the government to stop borrowing and spending money. The real solution (for starters) is to repeal the Federal Reserve Act, give the power to create money back to the Treasury Department where it belongs, then cancel all bonds held by the Federal Reserve, and begin issuing debt-free US Notes. [We may also have to reclaim the Treasury Department, which I suspect was foreclosed upon in 1933 and taken over by the owners of the Fed. But since they foreclosed in secret, their supposed ownership could simply be ignored as unenforceable.] Until we do this, our debt problem will not be resolved. Neither stimulus nor austerity will resolve this problem. We cannot save the system as it exists. It must be replaced with a non-usury based system as God mandated in His Law. Two days ago (Aug. 6), Texas governor Perry conducted a Day of Prayer for rain in Houston. I watched part of it and heard a prayer that God would show us where we have sinned. In Lev. 26:19 God says that if we persist in sin ("transgression of the law," 1 John 3:4), "I will also make your sky like iron and your earth like bronze." In other words, He will withhold the rain. Our big problem is that either we do not believe Lev. 26:19 or we do not understand what sin is. Insofar as the economy is concerned, the root sin in America and the world is USURY. See Exodus 22:25, (25) If you lend money to My people, to the poor among you, you are not to act as a creditor to him; you shall not charge him interest. This is confirmed in Lev. 25:36, 37 and Deut. 23:19, 20. This law seems preposterous to the world--and even to Christians today. We have been Babylonianized in our thinking. It was the same with the Judahites while they were in Babylon thousands of years ago. That is where they learned the sin of usury, and they caused a huge problem recorded in Nehemiah 5. It says, (1) Now there was a great outcry of the people and of their wives against their Jewish brothers... (6) Then I [Nehemiah] was very angry when I heard their outcry and these words. (7) And I consulted with myself, and contended with the nobles and the rulers and said to them, "You are exacting usury, each from his brother!" Therefore, I held a great assembly against them. Nehemiah put a stop to the practice of usury. Prophetically speaking, we have arrived at the same point in time. Though God is setting us free to "return" and rebuild the Kingdom of God, we have still not shaken loose the Babylonian ways of running the economy. We have left Babylon, but we took its business practices with us and have tried to apply them in the Kingdom of God. It will not work. Read Nehemiah 5, because this is the key prophetic story that applies to us today. Babylon has been falling since the end of our Jubilee Prayer Campaign (Oct. 7, 2006). But many Christians still do not know how to establish the Kingdom upon the laws of God. Even if we should have great revivals and fill the stadiums with praise and worship, it would not teach people the ways of God, nor would it show people what sin is. If we had great healing ministries, it would break the sorcery of Big Pharma, but it would not give us a non-usury banking system. I want "revival" as much as anyone, but if this is not followed by obedience and conformity to the mind of God, we will continue as Christians in captivity to Mystery Babylon. More evangelism only gives Babylon more Christians to rule over. We need Christians who are schooled in the ways of God, having the skills to build and lead the Kingdom of God.

We are well prepared. I am not saying that it will be easy - it will be very painful for some. But you undertook to transform your planet, to rescue it from the grasp of the Evil Ones. You ask, should they expect mercy? Will they repent? Many will see the error of their ways and seek forgiveness. We have given them time to step back from their evil plans and to exercise their free will. The right people are being brought together so that they are prepared for our coming. SaLuSa 8 -August-2011 As you can see, the financial situation in the world is out of control and before much longer; our allies will have to step forward to implement the new policies. It does not take a genius to understand that creating more debt will not solve your problems, and debt forgiveness is the only certain way out. With the general disarray that is happening, people are realizing that a totally new approach is required if you are ever to move on. What is necessary to get done is part of our plans, as the breakdown of your societies has been anticipated and allowed for by us. We wait the right time to instruct our allies to go ahead, knowing that our offer to help you through this period will be accepted. Once we are acknowledged and accepted by the majority, we can then proceed to reveal the mission we have to carry out and prepare you and Mother Earth for Ascension. Have some compassion for your leaders, as they are working to the old model which is now defunct. They do not have the power or will to tackle the problems in the way we are intending, and obviously it could not work without every countries co-operation. Since you normally believe in the survival of the strongest, you will always have inequality and great differences between the rich and the poor. A measure of how you view others is evident from your response to the serious famine in Somalia, and the urgent needs of the suffering and dying people. We are pleased to note that the public are responding to it, and doing so in times when many of you are under pressure yourselves. For too long you have been under the influence of the dark Ones, who mostly ignore the plight of others and have no compassion or love in their hearts. You ask why we do not come to your aid now but please remember that all souls presently involved in the suffering, have at a higher level already accepted it as part of their experiences. As we so often point out, in such circumstances our intervention would be seen as interference, and denying them the experience they have undertaken. It does not mean you cannot help, and the reaction of others to their plight is also part of their experience. Try not to judge situations without knowing all of the facts, as you cannot know what is behind decisions that other souls take. Duality by its very nature is testing and bound to place you in difficult situations, and often it is for you to find ways of dealing with it. Be assured your life plan will take you wherever it needs to fulfill it. Fortunately the less desirable experiences are being countered by the promise of extensive changes that are really underway now except that you are unable to see them. Also with Ascension approaching very quickly you have no need to dwell upon what is happening on Earth now, as the cleansing gets underway and with our coming will be speeded up. One thing is for certain, and that is the Earth will not be largely destroyed as some predict. It will not be hit by a comet or any other missile, and we will deal with any such threat. Yes, there are the inevitable physical changes that have already been taking place for some time now, but we monitor them. Your part Dear Ones, is as always to keep focused on the future and not be distracted by any attempts to instill fear in you. There is of course fear still around, but that largely comes from a lack of understanding as to what is happening within your Universe. All is in a state of change and in the hands of exceptionally powerful Beings who will ensure that all action is completed In accordance with the Divine Plan. They oversee our activities and we have complete and utter faith in them. We obey their instructions to the letter, and know we are taking the best course of action for all concerned. If you knew how much interest there was in your Ascension, you would not worry about any developments that might involve you. Each of you is accompanied by a number of Guides or Angelic Beings, and they are with you to protect you and ensure you make Ascension if that is your wish. Some of you are aware of their presence, and all of you can communicate with them and indeed should do so if they are to be fully aware of your needs. Often the only time people call upon them is when they are in danger, and that is perfectly in order and they will “hear” your call. However, remember that they are also there as your spiritual mentors and helpers. They are pleased when you acknowledge their existence and engage in thought contact with them. In time you will meet your Guides and teachers, as your evolution is ongoing and does not stop with Ascension. However, once ascended your consciousness levels will be such that you will need fewer helpers in attendance. To be fully conscious is something you have to experience to understand the extent of your knowing, as compared to your unawakened state at present. The veil that has kept you this way is falling away, and as you draw more Light to yourself so you increase your degree of awareness. With it also comes the assurance that you can handle your own spiritual development. In fact you never stop learning, and the axiom that the more you know the more you realize how little you know, is quite true. At present you carry out a lot of reading, attend lectures or watch videos in your learning process. Again in the future you will be able to absorb the knowledge of a book load at the time through new teaching methods, and information can literally be downloaded into your brain. The laborious means you use now will be superseded by various new technologies, including implants. Schooling such as you know it will not be necessary, and you will choose the subjects that you want to follow and are therefore of interest to you. It will be known which subjects you need to develop to follow your ordained path, and time is not wasted on pointless exercises as now. Many of you will join a group consciousness, and that will immediately increase your level of consciousness through the sharing that takes place. Please forgive me for the disjointedness of this post... I am writing it quickly before I forget everything I was told. The last paragraphs are most important... don't miss any of this post. If you know ex SEALS... send this to them.

I just got off the phone with a source who had spent several hours on the phone with former SEALS. Some of these SEALS are the parents of our current SEALS. (I say parents because women have always been attached to SEAL teams... at least the SEAL teams that I knew personally)

The SEAL-Dads are very concerned about their SEAL-Children...

Having known the betrayal that our country has done to the military and special ops in the past, they realize that this current murder of SEALS could be a forerunner to a SEAL setup.

Some are speculating that someone in the administration decided to kill two birds with one stone... get rid of SEAL Team Six AND make the rest of the SEALS so angry that they will lash out without thinking... thereby giving a good reason for disbanding the SEALS.

Remember... SEALS and Marines are part of the Navy. The Navies about the world are aligned with Faction Two and the current administration knows this.

Please remember that Obama wants to do away with the Marines. Most Marines consider themselves as well trained as SEALS. Many Marines cite their origin in Roger's Rangers in the Revolutionary War.

Obama hates the military. He knows that the United States military is the ONLY thing standing between him and complete world control.

Most SEAL families were put on military reservations under the guise of protecting them from terrorists. The real reason was to use them as hostages.

Make sure your families are safe. That means part of your SEAL teams will have to stay home to guard the family.

Find a place where one or more families can live in safety. Choose a place with a strong Sheriff who will keep the FEDS out. Leave a SEAL behind to protect them, or bring in some of the SEAL Dads to do this duty.

Know that you are monitored in everything you do.

All computers in your homes and offices are monitored.

Even you homes are monitored.

It's possible that even your most private thoughts are monitored.

If you are wanting to organize to do something about the murder of your comrades... don't talk about it out loud.

Write it on paper, show it to the people you want to know, then eat the paper or light it on fire over a toilet and flush it.

Go to the beach... and pretend to be examining a dead fish. Write in the sand. Erase it and write again. Remember that it takes a while to position a satellite over you. Don't stay too long or your words will be picked up on the satellite. Or crouch over the words so your body is blocking them.

The sound of the surf usually keeps a distance microphone from hearing you.

Always remember that there are spies even in your midst. Don't do this sand writing unless all the SEALS are wearing Speedos which will let you know that they are not wearing a wire. Always remember that THEY can implant a listening device INSIDE a living human.

Sadly... this means that you will have to use the interrogation techniques you use on enemies on your own friends to be sure they are not working for your enemy.

The best would be to use the truth drugs. It's hard to hide an infiltraitor when truth drugs are used. Sadly, a split personality infiltraitor can stay hidden for years... even on truth drugs.

And yes I know that I spelled infiltrator incorrectly... I did it on purpose.

The former SEALS that my Source talked with said that there are rumblings in the underground that the 31 men who died on this helicopter were NOT alive when they were blown up.

There are rumors in the underground that someone is killing off SEALS. Most military men do NOT believe that all of these SEALS would have been on one helicopter. This goes against everything they have been taught. The rumors speculate that someone is killing off SEALS and to cover their deaths, they piled the bodies on this helicopter and then blew it out of the sky.

Some of the rumors even doubt that it was blown out of the sky. They believe the bodies were piled on a helicopter that was on the ground and it was blown up.

Did anyone see it being blown out of the sky?

Is there independent confirmation of the debris field?
