You all know better by now than to believe The U.S. News Media, the U.S. State Department, The CIA, The Pentagon, and The President of the U.S.
Libya was not a "dictatorship" in the traditional sense, and Momar Gaddafi was not the evil rogue portrayed by Western propaganda.
If fact, he was a hero. Gaddafi’s Gold Dinar Plan and Libya’s Public Central Bank would have changed the monetary system and freed all of Africa from the Private Central Bank System. Ultimately, it might possibly have freed the NATO host nations from their own parasites – Vampire Private Central Banks.
Gaddafi’s courage and pioneering efforts in trying to restore national sovereignty and making the government responsible to the people instead of to the Global Banking Elites is the reason why he was targeted and killed.
NATO terrorist attacks will not get the Western nations out of debt – only an honest Public Central Bank – like the attempted Bank of Libya – would.
But guess what? With Gaddafi now out-of-the-way, the IMF and The World Bank have moved in to Libya, and have reestablished their control and dominance there. And (black man) Obama was the ringleader in the effort to reassert the impoverishment of Africa.
There will be no independence, and there will be no freedom.
The only way for a Country to be Sovereign is to have sovereign control of its money.

Reuters) - A judge on Wednesday decided to keep a proposed $8.5 billion settlement over Bank of America Corp's (BAC.N) mortgage-backed securities in federal court, potentially dragging out the litigation.
The stakes are high for Bank of America, which had hoped the agreement would resolve uncertainty over potential liabilities tied to pools of soured loans sold to investors by Countrywide Financial Corp, the mortgage lender it bought in 2008.
Countrywide was the largest U.S. mortgage lender before being taken over by BofA, a disastrous purchase analysts say has effectively cost more than $30 billion after accounting for lawsuits and writedowns.
Any delay in resolving the case will add to uncertainty about the bank and could result in a higher payout to the mortgage-backed securities investors.
The proposed agreement also calls for Bank of America to improve its mortgage servicing practices, but lawyers for a class of homeowners argued the servicing changes called for would not be corrective.
A number of investors objected to the proposed settlement, which Bank of New York Mellon Corp (BK.N), the trustee for the mortgage securities, presented to a state judge in June for approval. A hearing to consider approving the deal had been scheduled for November 17 in New York State Supreme Court.
In Wednesday's written ruling, U.S. District Judge William Pauley in Manhattan agreed with one objector, institutional investor Walnut Place, that the case belonged in federal court.
"The settlement agreement at issue here implicates core federal interests in the integrity of nationally chartered banks and the vitality of national securities markets," Pauley's order said in part. "A controversy touching on these paramount federal interests should proceed in federal court."
HEARING SET FOR NOV. 3
The judge ordered the parties to appear in his court on November 3 to discuss management of the case.
Among others who sought to block the accord is New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman. He accused Bank of New York Mellon of fraud for misleading investors about its role and saying the accord provided benefits that put that bank in a conflict of interest.
Danny Kanner, a spokesman for Schneiderman, had no immediate comment on Wednesday's ruling.
In response to the ruling, Bank of America spokesman Lawrence Grayson said, "We believe there are compelling reasons why the agreement should receive judicial approval in the court with appropriate jurisdiction."
Bank of New York Mellon spokesman Kevin Heine had no immediate comment. A lawyer for Walnut Place could not immediately be reached for comment.
In general, when complex financial litigation is removed to federal court from state court, it slows down the process, according to lawyers not involved in the case.
"The judge is going to want to look through the case, he's going to want to review what was filed in the state court, see new submissions and no doubt hear from counsel for the parties directly," said Mark Rifkin, a lawyer with Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP in New York.
Last month, Pauley peppered lawyers for Bank of New York Mellon and Walnut Place with questions in the bid by Walnut for the case to be resolved under the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005. CAFA requires big-money class actions to be supervised by a federal judge.
The proposed settlement was filed in state court as a special proceeding known as Article 77 and not as a class action. Article 77 in state court usually covers family trust matters. The agreement covers 530 mortgage pools with $174 billion of unpaid principal balances.
Walnut Place argued in court papers that negotiations between the trustee and investors were held in secret.
But the trustee said it had given public notice of talks over eight or nine months with investors including BlackRock Inc (BLK.N) and Allianz SE's (ALVG.DE) Pimco.
The cases are re: The Bank of New York Mellon, New York State Supreme Court, New York County, No. 651786/2011; and The Bank of New York Mellon et al v. Walnut Place LLC et al, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, No. 11-05988.

Not too long ago such demonstrations would have been quickly put down by force if necessary, as governments are scared of situations where you have mobilized yourselves into powerful groups. We have always advocated peaceful demonstrations, as violence begets violence and in such situations you are inevitably the loser. However, we understand that there comes a point when you cannot take anymore, and anger takes over from reasoned thinking. This battle for your future will help to create the energies for change, and not everyone needs to be in the front line, as just by sending out your thoughts of support you are adding to it. This is where the world as a whole has the upper hand if they come together to support a common cause. The result is that the dark Ones face an impossible task to stop the movement for change from becoming stronger. They cannot handle vast numbers who have such a strong willpower, who will fight to the last until they get their victory. At last the media has been forced to report what is really happening in the world, as even they are moving away from the controls placed upon them. They will have a field day when journalists can report the truth, particularly when events such as 9/11 are revealed for what they really are. The pressure on the US is growing to arrange an independent investigation. It is only a matter of time before one takes place, and the truth is revealed. The purpose of revealing the acts of the dark Ones is not to take revenge, as all souls are called to account for their thought and actions to much higher authorities. It is so that you understand how you came to be in the position you found yourselves. You were just short of becoming totally enslaved and controlled by a draconian World Government that was to be put in place. Your rights would have been strictly controlled and curtailed, so that you had little freedom unless you conformed to the new World Order. It has not come about overnight, but has been planned for millennia of time. Slowly and almost unnoticed you have been fooled and misled so that you gave your rights away. There were plenty of warnings, but you were lulled into a false sense of security. You need to understand the reasons so that you fully benefit from the experiences. Some people wish to hang onto what they are familiar with, and if that be their choice it will be so. We and others lay out before you the benefits of Ascension without trying to force it upon any of you, and at no time will you be able to truthfully say that you did not know. We have no concern about people who decline the opportunity to ascend, and we give of our love to them as we would anyone. Their future is as well assured as anyone else's, and in any event there will come a time when they will join those who have gone ahead. You have all the time you desire to stay in the lower dimensions, and we know that when you have fulfilled your experiences you will look to the higher dimensions for your next ones. We of the Galactic Federation can say that we have done all this before, and it means we know what we are talking about. Mass Ascension does not come up often, but even so we have helped others achieve it as we do for you now. It is such a wonderful occasion and we look forward to enjoying it every bit as much as you will. You will certainly be pleased that you were privileged to be on Earth for such a wonderful upliftment. The Creator is taking you into the higher realms, prepared already to receive you as the Cosmic Beings you are already becoming. You and your Higher Self shall become as One and travel the Heavens that stretch into Infinity. Knowing what lies ahead let nothing put you off your path, and let the lower vibrations pass you by as they no longer have any power over you. Let go of links to them that you know cannot travel with you, and refine your energies so that you become a Being of Light. That will be your protection as you enter the Ascension stage and take your place with us. Remember that you have everything to gain, and you will have absolutely no regrets at making your decision to ascend. If you still cannot bring yourself to follow this path have no fear, as your needs have been catered for as well as anyone else's. Fill your hearts with love and shine your Light where ever you are, and that is all that can be asked of you. You do not yet understand the level of power you hold, but it still does not prevent you from creating. What you give thought to and desire to manifest will at some time do so. That is the Law and you will soon learn to use it wisely. It explains why you are considered responsible for your experiences, because as a mass consciousness the Human Race has decided what its experiences shall be. Now as individuals you decide whether to step on to the path of Ascension. Whatever way you look at it these are unique times for mankind, after having spent so long in the darkness of ignorance deliberating foisted upon you, the life line is held out for you. Grasp it and do not let go, and hold strongly to your belief that the end of this cycle is just the beginning of a completely new one. It is there already and you have a wonderful opportunity to leave the lower dimensions. It is almost too good to be true, yet the Creator has set the scene for your gradual awakening, and upliftment into those higher dimensions that are like a wonderland of untold beauty and a peace that knows no equal. It is yours Dear Ones and you have truly earnt that gift by your steadfastness to the Love and Light. I will always have a generation of warriors who are willing to walk in the realm of the Spirit with demonstrations of sign, wonders, and miracles. Arising from the ashes is coming My army that has been in preparation for the times that lie ahead. This new breed of conquerors will cause many of My front-line runners to begin to brush off their running shoes,in order to keep up. They have been practicing by doing My Word on a consistent basis. They have great evidence and confidence in Me and My abilities. They have kept fear at bay by knocking it down with great tenacity and perseverance. Their diligence shames the enemy and he cannot stop them, though he has tried many times. This mighty army is totally persuaded that My Word is all powerful and that My protection is sufficient. Many of My 'end time warriors' will give aid to places where My Word's fire has gone out, for they have My heart and passion and their desire for the Kingdom consumes them. The fire in them will heat up all that want more of Me, and at the same time burn down places that reject Me. Their minds have been made up and their hearts are fixed trusting in Me. And there is nothing that I will withhold from them. Heaven's portals are open wide over them, and they are willing to receive every gift that is available to them. I do not have to convince them that I Am for them, they know this assuredly! By their knowing they freely receive all. In the past I have had to plead and implore with My children to believe that I only had the best in My heart for them. I was limited in what I could do by their belief or unbelief, but this generation of warriors are open, ready, and willing.
These 'end time warriors' will usher in a desperation for all of Me. They will not be denied and I will not deny them anything that they ask according to My Word. They are increasing in strength and are very forceful against the kingdom of darkness, using all that have been given to them from heaven's open doors. The wind that thrust them forward is the true foundation of My love that keeps them motivated to go forward. They will not quit! Any of you can be one of My great 'end time warriors'. All you need to do is simply believe that I Am able to help you master any sin, iniquity, weakness, addiction, or anything that has lied to you and kept you from soaring. So come up to where the elevation is lighter and easier. To the place where you can see from afar and with greater clarity. Where living for Me and with Me becomes simple, because you have yielded to believing! The high place is choosing My Word and yielding to My Spirit.
And we receive from Him whatever we ask, because we [watchfully] obey His orders [observe His suggestions and injunctions, follow His plan for us] and [habitually] practice what is pleasing to Him. (1 John 3:22)
