OCALA, Fla., Oct. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Larry Klayman, founder and chairman of Freedom Watch, today announced that President Barack Obama and Vice President Joseph Biden have been criminally indicted for having willfully released classified national security information concerning the raid on Osama bin Laden's compound, U.S. and Israeli war plans concerning Iran and their cyber-attack on Iran's nuclear facilities. The release of this information, among other harm to U.S. national security, resulted in the killing of members of Seal Team Six by terrorists and the arrest and imprisonment of American covert agents by Pakistan, such as the doctor who aided the CIA with regard to the bin Laden assassination. U.S.-Israeli war plans with Iran have also been compromised.

A true bill of indictment was issued by a Citizens' Grand Jury in Ocala, Florida, who reviewed evidence and voted unanimously to indict Obama and Biden at 6:02 pm on October 29, 2012.

Where is the Benghazi media feeding frenzy?

I don’t think there’s a conspiracy at work. Rather, I think journalists tend to act on their instincts. And, collectively, the mainstream media’s instincts run liberal.

In 2000, a Democratic operative orchestrated an “October surprise” attack on George W. Bush, revealing that 24 years earlier, he’d been arrested for drunken driving. The media went into a feeding frenzy.

“Is all the 24-hour coverage of Bush’s 24-year-old DUI arrest the product of a liberal media almost drunk on the idea of sinking him, or is it a legitimate, indeed unavoidable news story?” asked Howard Kurtz on his CNN show “Reliable Sources.” The consensus among the guests: It wasn’t a legitimate news story. But the media kept going with it.

One could go on and on. In September 2004, former CBS titan Dan Rather gambled his entire career on a story about Bush’s service in the National Guard. His instincts were so powerful, he didn’t thoroughly check the documents he relied on, which were forgeries.

Oh, there have been conservative feeding frenzies: about Barack Obama’s pastor, John Kerry’s embellishments of his war record, etc. But the mainstream media usually tasks itself with debunking and dispelling such “hysteria.”

Last week, Fox News correspondent Jennifer Griffin reported that sources on the ground in Libya say they pleaded for support during the attack on the Benghazi consulate that led to the deaths of four Americans. They were allegedly told twice to “stand down.” Worse, there are suggestions that significant military resources were available to counterattack, but requests for help were denied.

If true, the White House’s concerted effort to blame the attack on a video crumbles, as do several other fraudulent claims. Yet, last Friday, the president boasted, “The minute I found out what was happening” in Benghazi, he ordered that everything possible be done to protect our personnel. That’s either untrue, or he’s being disobeyed on grave matters.

Yet Fox News is alone in treating the story like it’s a big deal. During the less significant Valerie Plame scandal, reporters camped out on the front lawns of Karl Rove and other Bush White House staff. Did Obama confiscate those journalists’ sleeping bags?

Of the five news shows last Sunday, only “Fox News Sunday” treated this as a major story. On the other four, the issue came up only when Republicans mentioned it. “Meet the Press” host David Gregory shushed a guest who tried to bring up the subject, saying, “Let’s get to Libya a little bit later.” He never did, but he saved plenty of time to dive deep into the question of what Indiana Senate candidate Richard Mourdock’s comments on abortion and rape mean for the Romney campaign.

I’m willing to believe that journalists like Gregory are sincere in their desire to play it straight. But among those who don’t share his instincts, it’s hard to distinguish between conspiracy and groupthink. Indeed, it’s hard to think why one should even bother trying to make that distinction at all.

On Tuesday night’s “On the Record with Greta Van Susteren” on the Fox News Channel, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said that major news networks might have secret emails proving that the White House canceled plans to assist the besieged U.S. Embassy in Benghazi.

Gingrich said that the bombshell emails could be revealed within the next two days.

“There is a rumor — I want to be clear, it’s a rumor — that at least two networks have emails from the National Security Adviser’s office telling a counterterrorism group to stand down,” Gingrich said. “But they were a group in real-time trying to mobilize marines and C-130s and the fighter aircraft, and they were told explicitly by the White House stand down and do nothing. This is not a terrorist action. If that is true, and I’ve been told this by a fairly reliable U.S. senator, if that is true and comes out, I think it raises enormous questions about the president’s role, and Tom Donilon, the National Security Adviser’s role, the Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, who has taken it on his own shoulders, that he said don’t go. And that is, I think, very dubious, given that the president said he had instructions they are supposed to do everything they could to secure American personnel.”

After noting that the rumor, if true, would have a substantial impact on the presidential election, Gingrich pointed to another possible “October surprise” in the coming days.

“The other big story, I think, that is going to break is on corruption and extraordinary waste in the solar power grants and direct involvement by the Obama White House, including the president, in the solar panel grants involving billions of dollars, and I suspect that’s going to break Wednesday and Thursday of this week,” Gingrich added.

While the debate rages regarding whether or not the U.S. government uses weather manipulation technology to steer storms like Hurricane Sandy, further evidence shows the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been engaged in research to do just that for years.
In 2008, an article in New Scientist discussed a new DHS project that funded research into guiding and directing the intensity of hurricanes.

ZURICH (Reuters) - UBS is expected to reveal plans on Tuesday to wind down its fixed income business and fire 10,000 bankers, with shareholders cheering one of the biggest bonfires of finance jobs since the implosion of Lehman Brothers in 2008.
The move will focus Zurich-based UBS (UBSN.VX) around its private bank and a smaller investment bank, ditching much of the trading business that saw it lose $50 billion in the financial crisis and one rogue trader lose $2.3 billion last year.
Chief Executive Sergio Ermotti is expected to announce plans for a slimmer, less risky investment bank focused on equities, foreign exchange trading and giving corporate advice.
Investors are keen for details on how the Swiss bank will wind down the fixed income unit without incurring big losses. Employees complain they have been in a state of limbo after months of rumors of cuts.
"It's becoming like torture, especially for those that don't think they will be compatible with the new Orcel team," said one employee, referring to Andrea Orcel, a close ally of Ermotti from Bank of America (BAC.N) who arrived in July and is expected to run the investment banking unit's remaining businesses.
Bankers were already anxiously awaiting news of an initial 400 job cuts set to hit this week, though that will likely be just the beginning of a cycle of layoffs that will hit those in fixed income trading the worst.
A smaller investment bank would leave UBS to focus on its private bank, which looks after the affairs of rich people. It is the second-largest operation of its kind in the world after Bank of America with $1.554 trillion in assets according to a compilation by Scorpio Partnership.
UBS was one of the banks hardest hit by the financial crisis when its fixed-income unit racked up more than $50 billion in losses after gorging on subprime securities, forcing it to seek a bailout from the Swiss government.
After settling a damaging U.S. tax probe in 2009, the bank had just started to rebuild client confidence when the $2.3 billion trading scandal surfaced in September last year.
Kweku Adoboli, who worked on the bank's London-based exchange-traded equities funds desk, has pleaded not guilty to two counts of fraud and four of false accounting over the costly bets. His trial is under way in London.
The overhaul expected to be announced on Tuesday comes against the backdrop of far tougher regulation on riskier securities trading activities, and would represent a return to advisory roots stemming from UBS's purchase of Warburg, a British merchant bank, in 1995.
UBS stock rose sharply on Monday, with investors cheered by the prospect of the bank paying out to shareholders the capital freed up as a result of the overhaul.
However, there is still plenty of uncertainty surrounding the plans to wind down the fixed-income arm, which includes activities such as trading in commodities and credit. Analysts say there are few precedents of a bank winding down such a big operation, making it hard to gauge the cost the move.
"We will need to see whether they can run down the assets and the cost base without disruptive losses," Barclays analysts Jeremy Sigee and Kiri Vijayarajah wrote in a note to investors.
The expected UBS cuts will add to the tens of thousands of jobs the financial sector has shed globally since the financial crisis of 2008. UBS's investment bank and fixed-income business in particular was the object of public anger in Switzerland following the 2008 government bailout.
UBS's private bank also faces challenges, with profits falling as Swiss banking secrecy is weakened by repeated demands from foreign governments determined to recoup tax on undeclared funds held in offshore accounts.
UBS's rival Credit Suisse (CSGN.VX) said last week it was also making more cost cuts as part of efforts to bolster its profits and capital position.
The UBS overhaul is expected to be announced alongside what analysts forecast to be a 55 percent drop in third-quarter net profit.

As to your family’s salvation in Christ, I shall pray for them that God would open their understanding to the light of the true gospel of the risen Lord Jesus Christ as stated in I Corinthians 15:1-4.  We shall plant and water; God will give the increase dear brother.
Thank you for being truthful on all points addressed which includes the blatant anti-White, Black hateful racism against all Whites in general.  I experienced this same outrageous treatment when in the Air Force from 1972-1977.  The US military is pro-Black/anti-White, pro-sodomite/anti-straight, pro-female/anti-male, and as you said, is a combination of fascism and communism.  And why has the Order done this to the once greatest military fighting force in world history?  To ensure its demoralization, debauchery and future defeat in the coming war with China, Russia and the united Muslim world of nations.
Therefore, you made a mistake in joining the US military, but it was done in ignorance and God will be gracious to you now that you seek to reverse your course.  You have repented and turned to the right path of seeking to exit the military.  I have prayed for you in the quest to leave without a dishonorable discharge, something to be avoided at all costs.  You must remain credible and maintain your honor, both of which would be lost to a DD.
The following is what I would do.  First, I would compose a letter to your commanding officer nearly identical with what you have written above.  Tell him of the hateful Black-on-White racism and the pro-sodomite, pro-female policies of the Army, all of which is intolerable as a heterosexual White man and as a Bible Believing Christian.  I would then tell him of your conviction that the Jesuits ruling the Vatican control the American military and are using it for Rome’s purposes of restoring the pope’s Temporal Power around the world—including the present papal crusade against Shia Islam. I would then tell your commander that you believe 911 was a “black-op” of the American Intelligence Community overseen by Cardinal Egan’s key Knight of Malta and DCI at the time, Jesuit Georgetown University-trained George J. Tenet.  And thus, every drop of blood that has been shed in Afghanistan and Iraq is innocent blood for which we will be held accountable by the One True God and his Son, the Risen Lord Jesus Christ.
I would then conclude with these facts:
“1.  I can no longer carry out my oath in good faith as a soldier of the US Army.  For this Army that I joined, thinking that I was contributing in protecting my country, is really a killing machine for the pope of Rome.  We are garrisoned around the world for one reason: the benefit of the Jesuit papacy.  This renders me unable to carry out orders in the field, the Pope of Rome being my real commander.
“2.  I am concerned for the future domestic safety of my country and family and would rather defend America within our borders from traitors within and invaders without, including the Alien Roman Catholic Mexican invaders filling the southwest with robbery, rape and murder.  My Army refuses to protect Americans from these threats to the nation’s very survival.  This makes me a party to the crime.
“3.  I am also concerned over the developing White backlash (due to the anti-White Middle class policies of the present Obama Administration) that is leading to the establishment of a New Right, fascist military dictatorship which, in the end, intends to kill every Jew in North America.  My Army will be “the sword” in the hand of this coming dictator.  This will make me a party to that unthinkable crime that will result in the curse upon all those who persecute the racial seed of Abraham—the Hebrew/Jewish/Israelites—pronounced in Genesis 12:1-3.
“4.  I am concerned that Roman Catholic Knight of Malta Newt Gingrich will become the next American president, who may well launch the attack into Iran.  I believe his will be the final straw the will break the proverbial camel’s back.  Russia will enter the war and from then on, it will be an orchestrated annihilation of targeted populations, Americans being one of those targets.  This will make me a party to the crime of domestic and foreign civilian murder under the guise of fighting “the War on Terror.”

I hope the videos had good information to help connect the dots as to how the Papacy is using “aliens” and pagan prophecies like 2012 to bring all Anti Christ religions together under the Pope when I assume will act as if he did something to stop some catastrophic event (which will probably all be fake using holographic and sound technology) in December 2012.
I’m replying to ask for some prayers to help get me out of a situation which will at some point arise for me probably not in the far future.  My problem is that I’m in the US Army and I realized, especially after listening to your podcasts since April 2011 and reading you’re many articles on Vatican Assassins, that I’ve made a huge mistake by joining.  The Jesuit control of the military is very clear to me, it’s like a mixture of fascism and communism.  On a daily basis all I see is fellow soldiers being all gung ho about invading Iran and Newt Gingrich should be the next President, etc., then at the exact same time it’s full of political correctness (equal opportunity program) – affirmative action basically anti-White.  When I was at Fort Benning, Georgia, over the Summer for Basic Training I could see the blatant anti-White racism from the predominantly (98%) Black civilians that work on post at the Dfac and in processing center.  A lot of them were among the rudest people I’ve ever seen, yet they were much more polite and nice when interacting with a black or hispanic recruit.  Then there’s the fact that the Army is nowadays just full of sin; everyone is always bragging how many women they have slept with every weekend, there is far too much blasphemy using the Lord’s name in vain and then the homosexual acts that go on, even if it’s jokingly, it’s still disgusting.  They all seem to find it funny that I am still a 19-year old virgin and it’s their mission to get me laid.  I’d rather wait until marriage.  But those are all petty issues compared to the main problem I face, and that is what you talk about the coming fascism to come to the US, and I do not want to be a part of it.
First and foremost, I would like to tell you that I’ve been stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado which worried me when I first found out at Basic Training.  Because I read your articles about the Denver International Airport underground bunker/concentration camp and how Denver will become the new headquarters of the Jesuit leadership in the US soon.  If that’s the case Ft. Carson would probably play a major role in their plans.  I’ll state now that if I was ever given the order to fire on American civilians or take part of anything like that (civilians from any country for that matter) I’d refuse and rather take a bullet to the head from my fellow soldiers for it.  But I’d rather not even get to that point.  Plus there is the fact that it looks like the Jesuits, based on all the news, that it looks like WW3 is about to break loose to be obviously another controlled war on both sides to kill off the world’s population (Jews and Bible-believing Christians the main targets of course).  Obviously when Russia and China invade the US I have no qualms about fighting them to the end, but the problem is the Jesuits would have already planned on them destroying the US military which I know you already stated the Military will be betrayed in the Middle East (probably after invading Iran, which then Russia and China would invade us).  Since these are planned and controlled wars I don’t see the point in throwing my own life away like that for no reason; my main fear is that I won’t be able to get my family saved, especially my parents, with all the info I’ve gathered from you and others about the Jesuits, the NWO, and Bible Prophecy I am sure I could show them the truth; well, the Holy Spirit through me would show them the truth but I fear with the impending fascist rule to come and wars that I may not be able to show them and get them to follow the Lord Jesus Christ.  I’ve prayed to the Lord to somehow get me away from the Army and allow me to return home so that I could show my family the truth, either somehow one way or another get me a medical or general discharge.  Obviously, I would rather not get a dishonorable discharge for any reason, but for now just not being part of this corrupt govt. is my main concern and educating my family.
But sometimes I do wonder if I was placed at Fort Carson (because the govt. knew of my viewing habits on the internet and they wanted to keep a close eye on me) if God has some sort of plan for me here.  But I would like some prayers for the Lord to help me get out of the Pope’s Army so that I don’t have to partake in the coming holocaust to come in this nation and that instead I could stand against it.  Also some prayers for my family to accept Lord Jesus as their savior and see the truth if I am not able to help them find it myself.  When everything hits the fan in this country, I’d rather be with my family, hopefully getting them to know the Lord and Bible prophecy using info I’ve gathered from you and others, instead of fighting some controlled war in Iran or fighting off a Chinese invasion which we are doomed to fail since the Lord is pouring judgement on this country for all our sins (homosexuality, abortion, atheism/new age religions, etc., etc.).  Thank you for your time if you read this entire email, it would mean a lot to me if you sent me some prayers and I will continue to pray to the Lord to help my family get saved.  Until something happens I will do my best to educate my family over the internet/phone.

What an incredible email you have just written.
As to your family’s salvation in Christ, I shall pray for them that God would open their understanding to the light of the true gospel of the risen Lord Jesus Christ as stated in I Corinthians 15:1-4.  We shall plant and water; God will give the increase dear brother.
Thank you for being truthful on all points addressed which includes the blatant anti-White, Black hateful racism against all Whites in general.  I experienced this same outrageous treatment when in the Air Force from 1972-1977.  The US military is pro-Black/anti-White, pro-sodomite/anti-straight, pro-female/anti-male, and as you said, is a combination of fascism and communism.  And why has the Order done this to the once greatest military fighting force in world history?  To ensure its demoralization, debauchery and future defeat in the coming war with China, Russia and the united Muslim world of nations.
Therefore, you made a mistake in joining the US military, but it was done in ignorance and God will be gracious to you now that you seek to reverse your course.  You have repented and turned to the right path of seeking to exit the military.  I have prayed for you in the quest to leave without a dishonorable discharge, something to be avoided at all costs.  You must remain credible and maintain your honor, both of which would be lost to a DD.
The following is what I would do.  First, I would compose a letter to your commanding officer nearly identical with what you have written above.  Tell him of the hateful Black-on-White racism and the pro-sodomite, pro-female policies of the Army, all of which is intolerable as a heterosexual White man and as a Bible Believing Christian.  I would then tell him of your conviction that the Jesuits ruling the Vatican control the American military and are using it for Rome’s purposes of restoring the pope’s Temporal Power around the world—including the present papal crusade against Shia Islam. I would then tell your commander that you believe 911 was a “black-op” of the American Intelligence Community overseen by Cardinal Egan’s key Knight of Malta and DCI at the time, Jesuit Georgetown University-trained George J. Tenet.  And thus, every drop of blood that has been shed in Afghanistan and Iraq is innocent blood for which we will be held accountable by the One True God and his Son, the Risen Lord Jesus Christ.
I would then conclude with these facts:
“1.  I can no longer carry out my oath in good faith as a soldier of the US Army.  For this Army that I joined, thinking that I was contributing in protecting my country, is really a killing machine for the pope of Rome.  We are garrisoned around the world for one reason: the benefit of the Jesuit papacy.  This renders me unable to carry out orders in the field, the Pope of Rome being my real commander.
“2.  I am concerned for the future domestic safety of my country and family and would rather defend America within our borders from traitors within and invaders without, including the Alien Roman Catholic Mexican invaders filling the southwest with robbery, rape and murder.  My Army refuses to protect Americans from these threats to the nation’s very survival.  This makes me a party to the crime.
“3.  I am also concerned over the developing White backlash (due to the anti-White Middle class policies of the present Obama Administration) that is leading to the establishment of a New Right, fascist military dictatorship which, in the end, intends to kill every Jew in North America.  My Army will be “the sword” in the hand of this coming dictator.  This will make me a party to that unthinkable crime that will result in the curse upon all those who persecute the racial seed of Abraham—the Hebrew/Jewish/Israelites—pronounced in Genesis 12:1-3.
“4.  I am concerned that Roman Catholic Knight of Malta Newt Gingrich will become the next American president, who may well launch the attack into Iran.  I believe his will be the final straw the will break the proverbial camel’s back.  Russia will enter the war and from then on, it will be an orchestrated annihilation of targeted populations, Americans being one of those targets.  This will make me a party to the crime of domestic and foreign civilian murder under the guise of fighting “the War on Terror.”
“Based upon the above, I am now requesting an honorable discharge or a medical discharge from active military service.  I love my country and love the legal purpose of my American Army, which is to protect and defend America from domestic insurrection and foreign invasion.  But since this is not the real purpose of the US Army of which I voluntarily joined, I hereby request an immediate meeting with you, my commander, to converse with you personally and begin the necessary paperwork for my honorable discharge from active duty.  I can no longer be a knowing party to the crimes of the American military serving the criminal, imperialistic designs of the Jesuit-ruled, Roman papacy.”

Rand Paul has a message for President Obama…come clean and take responsibility for the Libya debacle caused by the administration’s incompetence in securing our diplomats abroad, and subsequent cover-up by the administration.

Two of the most potentially vulnerable or dangerous American embassies are in Iraq and Libya. In Iraq, we have roughly 17,000 people guarding our ambassador. Not all of them are Marines, but some several hundred are, and they guard our ambassador behind a 10-foot-high walled fortress. In Iraq, we cannot afford to take any unnecessary risks with our diplomats and go to great lengths to ensure that there are plenty of armed personnel between our representatives and any potential threats. In Libya, there were no uniformed Marines guarding our ambassador. Originally, there was a 16-person security team led by Col. Andrew Wood, who had requested to stay in Libya. In July, Stevens sent memos to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee requesting an “extension of tour of duty (TDY) personnel.” Stevens was referring to Col. Wood’s 16-man team, which was scheduled to leave in August. Stevens requested on Aug. 2 – just six weeks before his murder – to keep security personnel in Libya “through mid-September,” calling the conditions there “unpredictable, volatile and violent.” Col. Woods has also said that he repeatedly requested to remain in Libya because he felt both the environment and the ambassador were unsafe. Now, after the tragic fact, no one knows what happened to Stevens’ original request. Why was the security team that both Stevens and Col. Woods requested sent home? Who made this decision? …The president now says, “The buck stops here.” It’s time for him to prove it, and if he won’t, it is time for Congress to do its job and get to the bottom of it. For two weeks the administration refused to acknowledge what everyone else could plainly see, because admitting that the terrorists were still out there, still plotting against America, was also admitting that all of Obama’s rhetoric about repairing our relationships in the Middle East is a big fat failure. ⁞ Have you had enough of Obama’s lies yet?
