UNITED States of America - It can now be reported that IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde has told Federal Reserve Chairman Bernanke that 80% of the Federal Reserve balance sheet is junk!

Largarde has told Bernanke to clean up his books and immediately repatriate Wanta-Reagan-Mitterrand Protocol funds that the Fed, the Bank of America and Citibank used and may still be using in a massive comingling money laundry aka ponzi.

Note: The illegal conversion of Protocol funds began under ex-Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan, former Citibank CEO and Clinton Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin and, last but not least, former George W. BushFRAUD Treasury Secretary Henry 'Hank' Paulson.

At this hour, the nations of New Zealand, South Korea, Norway, Taiwan and the People's Republic of China are about to devalue their currencies to preempt any more rogue activity by the Bank of Japan and the U.S. Federal Reserve.

The alleged consulate was not a consulate, it was not registered with the U.S. State Department as a consulate, but instead was a secret CIA-Turkish outpost operating in Benghazi, Libya that was run by the Turkish Ambassador to Libya with Turkish security.

The secret outpost engaged in arms trafficking to Syria, black ops and political assassinations of alleged terrorists. 

The financial backing for this unregistered outpost was the Israeli Mossad linked American-Turkish Council in Istanbul, Turkey.

P.P.S. Persons close to the NCAA are reporting that the University Auburn football players took heavy doses of IGF-1 aka the illegal performance enhancing steroid deer antler spray before their 2011 BCS national championship game with the University of Oregon.

This news comes on the heels of newspaper reports that the University of Alabama football players took heavy doses of IGF-1 one week before both their 2012 and 2013 BCS national championship games versus LSU and the University of Notre Dame.

Note: LSU players reportedly used IGF-1 before their 2011 regular season game with Alabama that LSU won 9-6.

LSU players did not use IGF-1 in their rematch one month later with Alabama that LSU lost 22-0.

Question: Are Alabama and Auburn now throwing each other under the bus?

Note: FBI sources are now claiming that Christopher Key, the owner of steroid company S.W.A.T.S. in Fultondale, Alabama, is in possession of blood tests that are positive in regards to the aforementioned student athletes use of IGF-1.

In closing, it is interesting how ESPN network continues to cover up and stonewall what is becoming a massive college football scandal.

Where's the money?

This question exposes the silly world we live in and how badly we are informed. The being informed is the core issue and how silly we all are not to think for ourselves. Trust the media or government actors now have a whole new meaning.

There are approximately 70,000,000 homes in America

let us say that the aggregate average payment would be 2000 per month per home per mortgage times 70 million homes.

The monthly total is $140 billion per month, Cash Flow.

This works out to 1.68 trillion per year.

The average length of a mortgage is set out in the amortization schedules as 20 years.

20 years times 1.6 8 trillion equals $33.6 trillion dollars.

I repeat $33.6 trillion dollars.

And we bailed out the banks?

Now let us look at the other side.

Where did that $33.6 trillion dollars come from that back the alleged loans to the homeowners of America?

Good question isn't it?

Is this 33.6 trillion dollars earned and placed into the money system by the people, or is it created by the banks?

All of this 33.6 trillion dollars is represented in our homes, a real hard asset, and we the American homeowner have possession!!!!!   Possession is 9/10 of the law.  Not codified in law or a maxim of law, just an urban legend.  Restated:  In a property dispute (whether real or personal), in the absence of clear and compelling testimony or documentation to the contrary, the person in actual possession of the property is presumed to be the rightful owner.  (Check Wikipedia).

And even better is that the titles are in our names in and on the public record as fee simple ownership in our names.!!!!

The bank system is nothing more than a management system for our labor. All of our labor is what backs the private money issued by the Federal Reserve, bank credit.

Simply put we the alleged borrower gave a promissory note to a bank. The bank exchanged the deed and possession of the house for the promissory note. A simple exchange, an executed complete contract, paid and complete and closed by Operation of Law. At that point you have a valid contract with consideration and exchange of valuable property.

The alleged lender, bank, and its contract contain two parts, the Promissory Note and the Deed of Trust.  This is a single unit of contract.  The Deed of Trust references the loan received and its note, as a single unit.  When the bank separates its own contracted position splitting the note from the Deed of Trust, it destroys its own contract.  Thus, Carpenter v. Longan, 83 US 271 controls.  There is no available position for the bank or those it sold pieced of its contract to, such as securities investors that could state a claim because there is no valid contract after splitting.

The bank then sells a security, the valuable property we gave the Bank, the promissory note sold into the open market.  Remember, the law says any note with a maturation date greater than 9 months is a security instrument.  70% of these securities are guaranteed or backed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, or FHA, government-sponsored enterprises. These GSE's are now in receivership, insolvent, under Federal Housing Finance Agency, an alleged conservator over the BAIL OUT.

When the bank sold the promissory note as bundled in a security they were paid.

The questions to all American homeowners are: “Is the bank paid back at that time, when they received the payment for the security?” “And, could the bank sell securities that have no value?”  Funny how that pesky promissory note has value to the securities buyers, but not to the bank at the exchange. HOW DOES THAT WORK???????????

The real party in interest holding the security is the only party that could have claim against our homes. Why? Because they are the only ones with value in the transaction along with us. The banks have no value in the transaction, they are simply a transfer agent in an exchange.

Remember, under 1933/34/35 U.S. Securities’ law, the issuer of the value, you, the note and Deed of Trust issuer

must be advised that the instruments issued will be used as securities.  No notice, no value later!  It would appear that after the splitting of the note and Deed of Trust and the securities’ violations that the Promissory Note and Deed of Trust would revert to chattel property status.  This means a demand for return might expose “Where’s the Money?”.

Given the statements being true, and I can find no evidence that they are not, the bank proceeds against the homeowner for payments for 20+ years.

But wait!!!!  It gets even better.

The residential market is apparently only 25% of the total property value market in America. The other 75% is tied up through commercial property, agriculture, and raw material properties.

Even grade school math and multiplication will tell you that if we use the same rate of $2000 a month for all of these properties were looking at over $100 trillion dollars in value.

Essentially were looking at 130 to 140 trillion dollars in real estate assets.

Where's the money???????????

Isn't it held secure in our property that we have title to and possession of.

If the banks cannot identify where the

Trillions of dollars came from, for an alleged loan, funds such as depositors or investors funds, disclose the history of these funds, and the true ownership, along with a transfer document proving they release their ownership of their property, the trillions of whatever, then the banks have no interest in our properties.

Is this so simple that it strikes all of you readers the same way?????

An old cowboy was riding his trusty horse followed by his faithful dog along an unfamiliar road. Standing before it, he saw a magnificent gate in the arch that looked like mother-of-pearl, and the street that led to the gate looked like gold.

He rode toward the gate, and as he got closer, he saw a man at a desk to one side. Parched and tired out by his journey, he called out, 'Excuse me, where are we?'

'This is Heaven, sir,' the man answered.

'Wow! Would you happen to have some water?' the man asked.

'Of course, sir. Come right in, and I'll have some ice water brought right up.'  As the gate began to open, the cowboy asked, 'Can I bring my partners, too?'

'I'm sorry, sir, but we don't accept pets.'

'Doesn't it make you angry when they use your name like that?'

'Not at all. Actually, we're happy they screen out the folks who would leave their best friends behind.'

Sometimes, we wonder why friends forward things to us without writing a word.

Maybe this explains it.

When you're busy, but still want to keep in touch, you can forward e-mails.

When you have nothing to say, but still want to keep in contact, you can forward jokes.

When you have something to say, but don't know exactly how, you can forward stuff.

A "Forward" lets you know you're still remembered, still Important, still cared about.

We have posted many opinions on the newsletter letting them either unfold or fall by the wayside. There were many events on the books that either were lessened or intervened upon altogether. The poles have experienced a magnetic pole shift yet returned close to their original places. One time they were so intertwined it was as if we had no poles at all. The Sun and intervention with the sun by 9th dimensional beings has played a dramatic part in lessening many of the Earth Changes. These interventions seem to go unannounced to some of the 5th, 6th and even 7th dimensional beings which is why there is so much confusion in the messages. Many of those monitoring the Earth on many subtle levels aware of major probabilities do not know when and where these major interventions will occur. I would suggest praying for the best, yet prepare in case some changes are allowed to occur due to the awakening and healing process. There is an old saying, praise Allah, tie your camel.

We are well into the energies of the Galactic Plane, the alignment with Alcyon and Sirius. We are moving through the dark rift; which is filled with space debris. As we have said expect to see asteroid and meteor explosions and in some cases impacts. The Russian Asteroid was shattered into smaller pieces by off worlders. It was much larger than reported and if allowed to impact the Earth would have created immense damage. There has been a lot of batting practice and diversion by the spiritually and technologically advanced ETs. It is time to acknowledge this and give thanks along with setting the intention and asking for more divine interference. If we continue to do our part in redirecting this civilization towards universal law, ending the aggression, pain and suffering holding those accountable, the war and disease profiteers, the international banksters, and those in the unjustice system we will receive even more divine intervention. God helps those who help themselves. It is time to rise to the occasion and stand up for our God given rights. We are one Earth under God/Creator/Spirit. We all come from the same source and return to the same source despite culture or belief.It is time we began to operate as one family. The separation, elitist, unbridled greed and lust for power over others game is coming to a close. This is now being seen in the headlines. Focus on the world you want to live in, act on it, demand it.

NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE MICHIGAN CONGRESS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT

As our elected representatives, the people of this state of Michigan present this notice to all branches of Congress and local government that have sworn an Oath to support the Constitution of the United States including the Bill of Rights and the Michigan Constitution. This notice is to let all members of congress and local government know you are very close, if not already, in violation of the oath of office taken at the time of your employment by the people of Michigan. 

It would be a mistake to interpret the peoples silence prior to this notice as acquiescence  to this repugnant UN-constitutional decree. Homeland Security (HLS) does not have the constitutional authority to render Michigan a constitution free zone.

This unconstitutional claim of boundaries makes all of Michigan a “CONSITUTION FREE ZONE,” which I’m sure the Congress of Michigan is well aware of and failed to fully disclose this to the people.  The people were never given a voice on this serious violation against their unalienable rights.  The people of Michigan need to think about the very serious ramifications of such a claim and what this means to the privacy, liberty, and freedom of the people.  This did not just happen.  The earliest date I’m aware of according to the ACLU website is 2006, and the Michigan Congress did nothing to alert the people or support either constitution in accordance to the oath they took to do so.  .   Map  included for reference and convenience.

This is clearly and blatantly an over-stepping of power by HLS because this power has not been “delegated” to HLS by the people of Michigan. This is not only in violation of the Tenth Amendment but also the Fourth Amendment in accordance with the Constitution of the United States and also the Michigan Constitution Article 1 sec. 11.   It would appear the people of Michigan are not aware their CONSTITUTIONAL IMMUNITIES have been completely stripped from them by this 100 mile coastal border claim of HLS which makes ALL of Michigan a CONSTITUTION FREE ZONE.  Thus the reason for this notice, of which a portion will be published.

I hope for the protection of the people that I will have an opportunity to completely and publicly apologize to all of the Michigan Congress if there is indeed legislation in place to nullify this HLS decree claiming ALL of Michigan is Constitution Free due to their 100 mile boundary rule.  I searched http://www.legislature.mi.gov for legislation protecting the people of our state from this invasion of personal privacy and violation of constitutional immunities by the national and state constitution from unlawful searches and seizures, not to mention that if our individual immunities are completely removed we are subject to “whatever” they decide to dictate as law, but the search resulted in 0 Bills.  Could you forward me what Legislation is in place to protect the people of Michigan from this repugnant “decree”? 

According to your Citizen Guide, page 15, it states:  “During a two-year session, the Legislature will introduce approximately 3,500 bills—700-800 of these will become law.”   We request legislation be drafted to nullify these repugnant laws, not only from HLS, but also those powers not delegated to the Federal Government per the Constitution of the United States, using the Tenth Amendment and the voice of the people, your employer, to do so.  It also might be time to fully review, and start removing all laws, statues, and regulations that are repugnant to the constitution and oppressive to the people. 

It is the hope of the people, your employer, that as a member of Congress, and local government you will examine your position and motive, and will make the right decision to honor your oath and support the Constitution of the United States, and most importantly the Bill of Rights, because it is your “defense and protection” from a tyrannical government.  Remember, your employment is not permanent.  There are many ways to do what is wrong, but only one to do what is right.

When I was a 'green' college graduate - my first job was in office bldg in Bethpage, NY.
My first assignment was some support structure for the Lunar Module which stayed on the moon.

No one in our group doubted it would work ---- WE JUST DID IT. And especially consider this kid, first time job and I am working on Apollo 11 and Neil & Buzz!  Go Figure!

Now - consider my next adventure --- Sailed down the East Coast on my own 26' sailboat single handed. Nearly killed myself 2 times in those crazy 9 months --- BUT I do it. Where ever those around me doubted and doubted.

And then there is my industrial intelligence work in SE Asia. I TURNED DOWN and REJECTED a job offer with the CIA. My multi million contracts suddenly went bust. Geeee, wonder why!

And I could go on with my travels and adventures. And then ----- not more.

Even met the Real Duke in Newport, CA. Tall guy with big hands. As he said to me in his Gruff Voice. "Sonny, don't let anyone make you kiss his ass!".   Good advice which I maintain to this day.

One of the quickest ways to be successful in any endeavor is to practice tailoring your voice to the purpose at hand! We project our voice into different parts of our body, simply by directing our attention to where we want the sound to resonate. For example, we can speak from our gut. Try it! Let's imagine our voice located in our gut. That's all we have to do! Notice that the tones are lower than when we imagine the sound coming from our head. Different emotions and energy are generated when we direct our sounds to a specific part of our body. The energy and information of our chakras gets into our voice when we direct it to these areas. > The Root chakra. Projecting sound to our tailbone produces a rooting and grounding feeling (and think of the color red). A voice that resounds in this area reflects a person who is working on survival and physical needs. When we stand up for ourselves, our voice echoes in this area of our body. This voice appears strong. It is difficult to abuse a person with sound resonating here. He sounds too strong to mess with! In contrast, when a person is frightened, the tones resonate further up his body. Deepak Chopra has a voice with energy from his root chakra. > The Sacral Chakra. Sound resonating in our gut (About 3-6 inches below the belly button – think orange) carries our passions and emotions. Sexual, emotional and balance issues are carried from this area of our body. With this energy the voice often has a rhythmic and compelling feeling. > The Navel area. Sounds filling the area of our solar plexus (About 3 inches above the belly button – think yellow) resound with confidence and an empowered sense of self worth. Personal-power and self-will radiate from this area. People are more apt to trust a person with confidence and perceive them to be a “Successful bet” when they hear energy from this chakra.
