Some might be surprised to learn that the fate of America's economy has already been determined, verified and announced by the Obama White House. Yet, it has received scant attention from the corporate media. In 2011, economist Kyle Bass interviewed a senior member of the Obama administration about its planned solutions for fixing the US economy and trade deficit[ia].

Among the questions he asked was about U.S. exports and wages, but the question itself was not nearly as important as the response he received from this senior administration official. In fact, this single, seven word response clarifies everything, explains everything, and leaves little else to discuss: "We're just going to kill the dollar."

Is Congress asleep or playing solitaire on their computers while all this goes on?

Obama Signs Executive Order Nationalizing Elections Over Easter

Following rampant allegations of voter fraud in last November’s Presidential election, President Barack Obama defied his harshest critics this past week, by quietly signing an executive order establishing a Presidential administration dedicated to, among other things, registering non-English speaking citizens to vote.

Last Thursday, while the nation was busy preparing for their Easter holiday President Obama signed an Executive Order establishing the Presidential Commission on Election Administration, a wing of the federal government he has tasked with “election administration,”  a move critics say is an attempt to nationalize the country’s elections for partisan advantage.

The executive order, establishes a nine member board,  appointed by the President, that “shall be drawn from among distinguished individuals with knowledge about or experience in the administration of State or local elections…  and any other individuals with knowledge or experience determined by the President to be of value to the Commission.”

Among one of the missions of the board will be to “ensure that all eligible voters have the opportunity to cast their ballots without undue delay, and to improve the experience of voters facing other obstacles in casting their ballots, such as…  voters with limited English proficiency.”  A voting bloc that leans Democratic by a margin of 70% in most elections.

In a bold and unprecedented step, the executive order, which side steps any legislation or national debate, created a federal Commission that shall consider, ”the number, location, management, operation, and design of polling places; the training, recruitment, and number of poll workers;  the efficient management of voter rolls and poll books; voter education; and voting accessibility for individuals with disabilities, limited English proficiency, and other special needs.”

When confronted with the news, one Virginia local elections official called the move, “Frightening,”  adding, “Because of my position, I’m non-partisan, which is precisely why I find this to be so troubling.  The genius of American government is rooted in its separation of powers – not only between the branches of federal government, but also between the levels of government in general – state and Federal.  When we have a commission comprised only of individuals appointed by one man, from one party, from only one branch of the government, that will be setting rules and making suggestions as to how local elections should be managed it’s beyond alarming – it’s just plain wrong.”

I understand your confusion over my last letter to you accompanying my Courtesy Notice of March 6, 2013 as evidenced by your phone call messages.

The legal and lawful landscape has changed in a dramatic manner, although this has not made its way through the manufactured system as yet, where all banks and government corporations have been foreclosed upon, and will soon be made visible and clear for everyone to see. Again, I write this in courtesy to you as a human being, attempting to do his job in accordance with given procedures.

We have all been conditioned to believe that when a bank loans money or offers credit to anyone, that we are using the bank’s own funds, but in actuality this is not the case at all. The signature produces the wealth which never existed previously, whether for a large amount such as a mortgage, or smaller such as a credit card purchase ~ the signature is the key that creates and produces the ‘funds’ at which time the bank monetizes it and balances their books from the ‘get-go’, and then they proceed to extract usury. This has been in operation for literally thousands of years. Those at the very top of your foreclosed corporation know this, and they also know the game is over!

You have stated on your phone messages that “you are not sure what I am trying to accomplish” along with “this does not apply in Canada”.

I am attempting to educate you on the fraud that is being perpetrated on all people everywhere. All debt is fraud ~ personal and international! This system is broken beyond any remedy, is unsustainable and cannot continue, as noted in this investigative report below.

Further, my response to you is prove to me that that a loan was actually made, and that it is not applicable in Canada. The onus is now on you to make this determination.

For the first part, I require 4 things in order to engage any type of remedy,

1. That, you produce full documentation of prior title, ownership and rights to the money that was purportedly loaned to me,

2. That, you produce documentation of the history and origin of funds that Royal Bank of Canada purportedly had prior title, ownership and rights to, that was purportedly loaned,

3. That, you produce documentation of the actual transaction and transfer of said funds (prior title, ownership, and rights) from the loaner to the borrower (including but not limited to invoicing and/or receipts),

4. That, you include the wet-ink signature contract where I agreed, under full and complete knowledge, to enter into this alleged contract with this said corporation.

As for the second part proving to me that it is NOT applicable in Canada, here is a quote from Heather Ann Tucci-Jarrif, Trustee of The One People’s Public Trust, where it is challenged that anyone submit a rebuttal:

Perhaps “The Royal Bank of Canada” will be the first across the globe to attempt to rebut these filings, noted in my previous correspondence?

What difference does moral values make in the American economy. A 1987 national economic study concluded it cost the American workers a lost income of likely $1 trillion or more in lower wages by having had prayer and the Bible outlawed from the public schools of America. And American business had a national market $1 trillion or more smaller in size to sell to because of outlawing prayer and the Bible from the public schools of America. As Thomas Jefferson when President of America pushed that the Bible and Watt's Christian Hymnal be the two required textbooks used in all schools of America, the original intent of the 2nd Bill of Rights did not mean that prayer and the Bible should be outlawed from the public schools of America. As early U.S. Supreme Court decisions said, Bible reading and prayer were encouraged in the schools of America under the intent of the 2nd Bill of Rights.. The intent of the 2nd U.S. Bill  of Rights was just that no one national Christian denomination should be made the national church of America and that Christian church rights should not be subordinated or cancelled due to other religions being allowed in America such as listed by the U.S. Supreme Court as Islam, Judaism, infidelism (one without faith) meaning according to the U.S. Supreme Court atheists and pagans in America. Our later U.S. Supreme Court lied like all hell itself in reinterpreting the meaning of the 2nd Bill of rights into a version not approved of by the American people who ratified the original 10 U.S. Bill of Rights.    

     The Omni Law is inside this report below on page 2 of the original report below. As the old Jewish proverb says, "It takes intelligence to serve God well." To present copies of the short official version of The Omni Law to elected officials or those running for public office, common sense is you show them the potential benefits to occur for America if the Omni Law is passed and then it will be much easier to convince candidates for public office or those in office that they should back passage of the Omni Law. And then you ask them by email, phone, mailed letter, personal visit to their offices whether they are for or against passage of the Omni Law. Political leaders often try to evade being asked their stand if they are against the proposed law. And their tricks to wiggle out of backing a proposed law they oppose such as restoring prayer and the Bible to the public schools of America is to bury it in committee and then say the con line, "We can't get the proposed bill out of committee so we can vote on it." As one Congressional aide explained to me years ago when I lived in the Wash., D.C. area, members of Congress are full of con tricks on the public when they do not wish to pass a certain proposed law. This was years ago when public opinion polls indicated probably up to 90% of the public wanted prayer and the Bible restored to the public schools of America. This aide said they would have a secret meeting of leaders of both parties and work out a strategy so they would not restore prayer and the Bible to the public schools, but pretend in order to fool the public that they were trying to restore prayer and the Bible to the public schools.  Senator "A" would be told to write up proposal one to restore prayer and the Bible to the public schools. Senator "B" would be told to write up proposal two to restore prayer and the Bible to the public schools. Then leaders of both parties in secret session would give their parties instructions how to split up the vote of both houses of Congress so neither version one or two of restoring prayer and the Bible would be passed in Congress. Then with pained emotional faces to make the act good before the naive, sucker public, they would tell them that they tried their hardest, but could not get the bill passed in Congress. This is part of the reason why I wrote up the proposed Omni Law instead of members of Congress. I would not let them pull their cons to pretend to vote on a bill dedicated to the civil tribune position I wanted placed over government as a legal oversight committee over our not that honest U.S. Congress, federal agencies, etc. who love to con the people when the people will let them pull their dirty legal tricks on the public. I know all the tricks of the con artists in Congress and would not allow them to pull them on the gullible, trusting American people. And since a few have said this Omni Law was not needed for America, James Madison who is called the "Father of the U.S. Constitution" and "Father of the U.S. Bill of Rights" in "The Federalist Papers" wrote that the Roman concept of Roman civil tribunes was the most brilliant and sound concept how to protect the legal rights of mankind and to force the government to serve the will of the people so it serves the people instead of trying to be their master that the human race had come up prior to the American Revolution. The Omni Law I wrote up is just the modernized version of the ancient Roman civil tribune concept that James Madison said was the most brilliant concept for a government representing the people and run for, by, and of the people that the human race had come up prior to 1776. We have a much bigger nation than ancient Rome and so we had to modernize it to work best for the American people today. It still has all the identical principles of the earlier Roman civil tribune law, just modernized for our times. I played no politics like the politicians and lawyers would have, and wrote it correctly so it served the American people, not corrupt interests either public or hidden. Sorry corrupt elite, I wrote it in simple, direct language that cannot be misinterpreted by corrupt courts, etc. It says that the American people now control the national government of America, not corrupt interests!
      

     Americans have copies of the U.S. Constitution massively in books, libraries, information almanacs, can be looked up on the internet, and yet most Americans do not have the foggiest idea how you pass proposed constitutional amendments into law as plainly outlined in the U.S. Constitution. Have the required majority of members of Congress vote for a proposed constitutional amendment and then it is submitted to the state legislatures to either vote for or else refuse to ratify the proposed constitutional amendment submitted to them by Congress. Or the state legislatures can act before Congress does. The states vote for their version of a constitutional amendment and with the required majority then Congress is forced to call for a constitutional convention to vote for or against this proposal by the states. They now vote for it with the required majority and it is national law. Knowing strategy, have the state legislatures quick vote for the Omni Law before the national election and politicians in panic in Congress will quick pass it in Congress and submit it to the states for ratification or else rejection. Or using any front for a constitutional convention to pass the Omni Law, Congress will pass the Omni Law to head off the constitutional convention because it might fire them from government and put in new leaders representing the American people instead of corrupt interests or else foreign interests instead of the American people.

     Right now China has such a large lien on America due to our colossally dishonest and stupid Congress that they are getting tempted to claim ownership of all the land of America and all Americans become the property of China which now totally took over America. Pass the Omni Law fast and China will be paid off and this threat ends to the national survival of America. Americans are great evaders of reality and responsibility, but this time reality has to be faced and fast. Or else maybe start learning your Chinese as you get taken over by China as your new national government, etc. Also, we have according to certain reports maybe up to 150 Soviet nuclear suitcase bombs that were left in America from the Cold War. If they used plutonium, they are likely still operational. And we need to pass the Omni Law to make sure these are hunted down and eliminated from America. They may be in the hands of Soviet-era Sleepers but still ready to be ordered to be used against America anytime the orders go out from Moscow. 

     Also, apparently too much of the American news media is owned by Saudi interests and other foreign interests which keeps American news carefully controlled to not report and expose that Obama is apparently a Muslim in the White House. Apparently this ownership of key American news media by Muslim sources is what put Obama in the White House the last election. You couldn't expose the colossally evil background of Obama when he ran for the White House before.He financed before becoming President with nearly one million dollars raised from America his Muslim cousin in Kenya to burn down Christian churches there and a large Muslim crowd of nearly 2,000 chopped down with machetes around 70 Black Kenyan women and children when they were fleeing from the burning Christian church torched by the Muslim Kenyan cousin of Obama. I had a source from Kenya report to me the whole story. And In Kenya, Obama said he was a Muslim in order to try and swing the vote of Kenya to back his Kenyan Muslim cousin in the national election. As sources of mine in Muslim mosques secretly told me, once the Trojan Horse Islamic candidate was put in the White House, once he could get away with it, all of America would be put under Sharia Law, all Jews killed in America, and all Christians killed who did not convert to Islam. My sources were very good, but I protect my sources and so Muslims can't murder those who tipped me off of the plan to mass slaughter Americans once the hidden Islamic President gained effective power over the federal government and then the American people. The passage of the Omni Law stops this deadly foreign planned takeover of America by front of our national election of 2012 which big money from secret sources bought for Obama. With pressure like this, Congress will pass the Omni Law like lll its "dirty tricks" to try and ruin our two decade old business. They didn't like for us to tell the American people the truth about corruption and treason in Wash., D.C., etc. Too much truth steps on powerful toes!

     If this Omni Law is passed fast enough in America in 2013 or 2014, we may be able to save enough of the secret money you do not know about to yet pay off the national debt and give a permanent tax break as a wage bonus on all jobs in America and additional profits for all businesses in America. Will you, your children, and grandchildren get this permanent tax break on all jobs in America or will you blow it by not quick forcing Congress to submit this as a passed proposed constitutional amendment to submit to the states for ratification? By the way, if the states pass this proposed constitutional amendment before Congress votes and submits it to the states, this puts Wash., D.C. in a colossal legal jam where if they don't like lightning vote this through Congress and submit it to the states for ratification, then a constitutional convention is called which can fire the federal government from authority and set up instead an honest, and new national government for America.  This just in from Poof: As Terryk's sources said, P confirmed that certain US bankers held back the RV posting at $3.47 in US banks yesterday, Wed 4/3--it was supposed to post (& deliveries start) yesterday afternoon. That's why the two people from the UST and the IMF flew up to Canada last night to force the hand of the US banks by getting the RV posted in Canadian banks.

(The US and Canada are one trading zone now; so to post the RV up there would be just as good as posting it here in US banks). The code lady up in the Montreal Depository said the RV and delivery start would be "any minute now."

All in the Family! U.S. President Barack Obama has selected a partner at the investment firm of Goldman Sachs in Chicago to be the new U.S. ambassador to Canada, CBC News has learned. Sources tell CBC News Network's Power & Politics that Bruce Heyman has accepted the job but still has to pass a vetting process in order to be be formally nominated. His confirmation will be up to the U.S. Congress. If he is approved, Heyman would replace David Jacobson, who has held the position since 2009. Jacobson is also from Chicago. Well known as a high-level fundraiser to Barack Obama, Heyman and his wife Vicki, also a fundraiser, raised more than $1 million for Obama and were on his national finance committee. Heyman runs the private wealth fund at Goldman Sachs and his areas of responsibility include parts of Canada. Sources tell CBC News that although Heyman is Obama's top choice he still has to pass a rigorous vetting process. Another powerful Chicago fundraiser for Obama, Penny Pritzker, was reported to be Obama's pick for Commerce secretary four years ago but pulled out during the vetting process. Pritzker is now being mentioned again as Obama's likely nominee for Commerce.

Last week, a rubicon was crossed in the precious metals market as one of the largest banks in Europe defaulted on their gold contracts, and informed their customers there was no physical gold available for delivery. ABN AMRO, the largest Dutch bank in the Eurozone, issued a letter to their gold contract customers of failure of delivery, and instead will pay account holders in a paper currency equivalent to the current spot value of the metal. ABN AMRO, the biggest Dutch bank, has sent a letter to its clients stating that they will no longer be able to take physical deliveries of the gold they have bought through ABN. Instead they are offered money at the current market rate for gold. Basically, instead of owning a risk free, physical asset (a gold bar or a gold coin), the bank’s clients now own a monetary claim on ABN AMRO, being exposed to the bank's credit risk. - Voice of Russia Over the past two months, there has been a concerted effort by the major Western banks to bring down the price of gold and silver, even as countries like Russia, Iran, and China continue to accumulate the physical metal in large quantities. Like the folly of betting against the stock markets when the Fed is pumping up equities with $85 billion per month, going against the J.P. Morgan silver short machine in the futures market has been a losing proposition for silver bulls. Interestingly for Europe however, since the Eurozone crisis spread from Greece to Spain, Italy, and Cyprus, the fastest growing currency being purchased by retail investors is Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a digital currency that is out of the control of sovereign central banks, and to this point, has not been manipulated by inflationary monetary policy. In investing circles there is an adage which says, if you don't hold it, you don't own it. Whether it is land, metals, or other hard assets, if it is held in a bank, in a paper instrument, or in a paper currency, the documented owner has management control, but not physical control. And as the world saw last month in Cyprus, the government, or even a major bank like ABN AMRO, can change the terms of a contract at any time, and return to investors asset values set by the bank, and not the customer's intention.
