confirmed that certain US bankers held back the RV posting at $3.47 in US banks
yesterday, Wed 4/3--it was supposed to post (& deliveries
start) yesterday afternoon. That's why the two people from the UST and the IMF
flew up to Canada last night to force the hand of the US banks by getting the
RV posted in Canadian banks.
(The US and Canada are one trading zone now; so to post the RV up there would be just as good as posting it here in US banks). The code lady up in the Montreal Depository said the RV and delivery start would be "any minute now."

I wish this to be true but I thought that we were told the bad guys were under house arrest & being arrested. This is just being drawn out like a psyop. There just has to be a way to take these guys out by now.
