Guess who was missing at funeral of highest ranking officer killed in combat

Subject: Guess who was missing at funeral of highest ranking officer killed in combat

Our president has no respect for our Armed Forces or anything that most Americans hold dear.

Respect.

U.S. Army Major General Harold Greene was buried today at Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors, including a caisson, two escort platoons, casket team, firing party, colors team, and a caparisoned horse. The U.S. Army band, “Pershing’s Own,” played softly as the funeral procession made its way down the long hill past the rows of simple white gravestones to bring General Greene to his final resting place.
The graveside service began with a few words, followed by a 13-gun salute. The major general’s widow, Dr. Susan Myers, was seated in the front row. To her right was their son 1st Lt. Matthew Greene, his daughter Amelia Greene, followed by Major General Greene’s father, also Harold Greene.
After three rifle volleys and the playing of “Taps,” the American flag, once placed on the major general’s casket, was carefully folded as the band played “America the Beautiful.” U.S. Army Chief of Staff Gen. Ray Odierno presented the flag to his widow, and additional flags to his children and father.
General Greene, 55, became the highest-ranking fatality in the war in Afghanistan after an Afghan military police officer opened fire on Aug. 5th, 2014.
Some People were missing:  NO President; NO Vice President; NO Secretary of State; NO Secretary of Defense.  It WAS confirmed, however, that President Obama was playing golf at the time of the funeral.

It was good that Obama Fired many Military High Ranking Officers as that opened the door for a top ranking General to take control as having an election to take down a Treasonous President would be considered a Coup.
And you can NOT have a present Military General that is on duty to reveal the upcoming Coup.
If Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court Failed to take actions against Obama, and many of them are BAR members, then you need to get a Military General that will take down the Present Corrupt Government!
The Interim President can only stay in office for 6 months until there is an Election for the People to vote, and that is why there were 8 presidents before Washington and no one mentions them.

I CANNOT PROMISE TO CONTINUE DUE TO MY WORK, BUT I WILL TAKE NOTES WHENEVER POSSIBLE.

IQD update

• Please do not call Frank with questions about what other websites are saying

• in 2010, Maliki did not win the election, but he was appointed PM; in 2014 Maliki did win the election, but he was not appointed PM – the USA is in control

• when O pulled out our troops to keep his campaign promises, M took advantage and destroyed the nation; now our troops are back, and now ISIS is a threat; Frank would not speak about what was going on in deference to the safety of our troops; in the past 2 weeks, we now see that Syria is joining the fight against ISIS and American prisoners were released by Syrian rebels, etc…. again, the USA is in control
....
• in the past 2 years, intel has been gathered against M, and at last he has given up and announced he is stepping down

• although we have troops in Iraq, it’s been kept quiet, and our troops have eradicated ISIS and DASH, they are controlled; all will be kept quiet until the new GOI is announced likely next week, in Frank’s opinion; USA will not do any more until the government is announced

• in Frank’s opinion, the GOI has already been formed and functioning, the news articles state it’s still being formed, however based on their actions, the GOI is already formed and functioning

• the new GOI was looking for help, and the USA and coalition pounded ISIS; they retreated to Iran, and Iran would not give them safety, so they retreated to Syria; Assad, Arab League and even Hamas have helped in their own way; insurgents are being routed and giving up; the EU (even France), Australians, etc are all joining in the coalition to combat the situation as the MR moves forward and cannot be stopped

• Iraqi banks are open in foreign countries – that is powerful

• In Frank’s opinion, USA is in control, however surrounding with the coalition and Iraqi forces so they get the credit, will not appear as controlled by USA – can’t go in to a sovereign nation and fight; this must be seen as an Arab victory, so surrounding with not only the good guys, but some bad guys have joined the fight also, credit will go to coalition with Arab forces

• To understand ISIS better, research “levant”; when did all the bad guys turn good, and why are they trying to help? Could it be they know there is a MR coming? The whole world has helped this time to speed up things

• 60% of the coalition is from the ME! This is a new attitude, a new mind-set; what Iraq is doing is formidable, they have formed an all-inclusive GOI, perhaps not perfectly balanced, but all are represented and equal; it is the antithesis of what Sadam and M did and were; the other ME nations are willing to help as they see what is going on, and what Iraq is doing with the new GOI

• How is Africa looking these days? Does it look secure? In Frank’s opinion, following the pattern in the ME, it will put us in Africa in 10 years; study military history

• In 2011 Frank asked Kim Clement about the timeline for the RV, and he replied with during the summer months, there will be nothing (2011), nothing (2012), nothing(2013) and then suddenly(2014)

• Iraqia TV announced that a new govt is formed with a new attitude, new cooperation

• What is happening now is about securing the MR and GOI

• Frank read several article titles: CBI calls for ministers to work the new system of payments; the opening of the trade bank of Iraq in the southeast part of Iraq; announcement of 100,000 housing units being funded; gov’t calls for funding for projects for next 5 years; Iranian counsel emphasized the cooperation of ME nations to uproot insurgents; Hakim assured supreme islamic counsel and national alliance that conflict is over; census used for article 140, etc; how can laws be passed if a GOI is not seated and functioning in private???

• The lava flow is revenue stream now; Iraq is witnessing a state of stability and revenue stream is being created by oil sales right before our eyes

• Paris club debt: 80% has been forgiven, and we will likely see that 20% has been paid; Paris club bank shut down for 24 years has been opened again

• Former CBI governor Shaleh demands that what happened with the Rafadin bank opening in London needs to happen in other countries so Iraq can catch up with global developments which includes all access to foreign trading

• Go to Saturday’s post 211 by Backdoc, look at his opinion of timing with the GOI formation announcement

• Frank then switched gears to the Vietnamese Dong, and showed a newspaper article, Vietnam seeking US counter to China

• Recall about a month ago, China and Russia signed the largest oil deal in history; China and Russia approached BRICS to separate themselves from the USD and IMF; this created a revenue stream for the VND; the same thing that is happening with the IQD is happening with the VND

Nova came on the call at this point

Nova said the importance of what we’re seeing in Iraq, think of analogy of our home budget – either need to have revenue stream (income) or savings, or you can’t have a budget; Iraq could not have a budget because they have had neither revenue or savings; just having an internationally tradable currency does not automatically cause it to have a high value; if there’s no revenue, the currency may be international, but not have any value; what China and Russia have done is to include the VND in the biggest oil deal in history, if the VND is used for settlement currency outside of the USD, then it creates a use, a demand – which increases value; with the IQD, a demand for the currency is being created, and with the demand, the value is being created; Iraq can then decide if they want to sell bonds

• In Nova’s opinion, politics always follows money; politics is worthless without money; in Nova’s opinion, history has shown that money happens first, then politics

• Frank asked all to look at who is being appointed to central banks and what they are doing; Iraq’s new PM is pro-currency reform

Eagle1 joined the call at this point

• In Eagle1’s opinion, GCR is more than just a function of revalued currencies, if nations are on the brink of bankruptcy and national debt cannot be paid, currency change is not necessarily a good thing; so, 4 years ago, a plan was put in place to redeem gold bonds, some dating back 150 years, and these bonds are being repatriated, in Eagle1’s opinion; in E1’s opinion our national debt will be paid off by this

• Frank asked E1 his thoughts on the VND? E1’s opinion is that the VND value will increase significantly, likely more than any have supposed, in his opinion

• Frank asked Eagle1 to end the call with prayer, and Andy lifted the prayer with the shofar horn blast

• Frank left with this parting comment: in his opinion, the new GOI will be announced on Sept 9 or 10; the IR could be simultaneous, or soon after – but as always, Frank does not know the date or rate; remember also that Oct 1 is the beginning of the new year; take it all to God in prayer

UU0430 -  “A New Timeline”

Hi Everyone,

I come to you today to give you a recent update on the election process and how this relates towards the international rollout of the IQD for Iraq.

Note: If you have not read my previous news letter from Wednesday 8/27, I encourage you to first read it (LINK). Today's news letter, as in all my news letters, is a continuation of the ongoing saga of the IQD RV process.

Today’s News

We were expected last week to witness the announcement of the new Iraqi cabinet headed by Haidar al-Abadi. Today is Sunday 08/31 the last day of September and still no formal announcement of the fully formed and seated government of Iraq.  Why?
As I have said in previous news letters it is a struggle to get the government completed.   I have tried over the last couple weeks to show you the news as to what was delaying the announcement and formation of their government. The recent news tells you they are down to the final phases of assembling this government.

I will now briefly give you a quick summary of last weeks events then bring you to the current and proposed upcoming events for this week.

Last Week:

They have alrady targeted three previous dates to announce the fully formed government but as they got closer to the date they realize it was not going to happen and so moved to a new date. This has happened again and again.

Abadi came out late last week stating that 9/4 is his new target and probably could seat the government by that timeframe. The million dollar question is - will he? According to the constitution he technically has until 9/9.

Some are saying that of Abadi does not seat the government by the constitutional deadline that Maliki will simply take over the process and complete it. He will then simply appoint himself the new prime minister.

Do you see just how ridiculous this news was. Once again we see the seeds of pro-Maliki rearing its ugly head. Simply idiotic and complete garbage !  Please, please simply ignore this kind of news. It makes absolutely no sense at all. I do not even know why people bring this stuff over to the forums. Why What is the point? Do you also believe deep down such nonsense could possibly be real?

If they must go beyond the deadline, parliament will simply vote on a referendum allowing them to do so with a new timeline. It will be for a very good reason. However I will also add they are moving at lightening speed and are very much aware of the necessity to complete this new government and get it announced ASAP.

So we saw in the Iraq news that about mid last week Abadi put together a round table to bring in all the players from the blocs. He especially wanted the National Alliance and the State of Law coalition in the discussions. There are just a few minister positions not yet filled and the vie president and deputy vice president.  The alliance of the Iraqi powers holds the National Alliance responsibility for the collapse of the round table negotiations for preventing granting the rights of the Sunni component.

We saw how the State of Law boycotted any discussions and refused to give their list of candidates to Abadi after the bombing of the mosque. They required the government to bring the perpetrators to justice. Abadi then held an investigation and four were arrested. Then on Thursday the candidates were finally released to Abadi. The deadlock was over and Abadi made the announcement he could then probably seat the new government by 9/4.

Current News

My news today is direct from my sources in Iraq as of Sunday 8/31. It is all good news and they are moving ahead.

They pointed out that all political blocs are now  participating in the negotiations to form a government, disputed broke out last week to nominate four ministers and they finally agree on granting the National Alliance Shiite ministries of defense, foreign affairs, finance, and the Union of Iraqi national forces Sunni Interior Ministry.

What is left is a single undecided ministry, Ministry of Oil, in which may go to the Kurdistan Alliance. Negotiations are still in progress as I write this news letter. This will probably be resolved by early this week.

It has not been definitely decided yet who the vice president and deputy vice president are going to be. But this too will be resolved shortly and does not seem to be a huge obstacle since these positions are just more of a formality after the elections are done.

There are also two of the formerly selected ministers  that are being contested by a representative from Najaf and wants them replaced. The minister of health and the minister of utilities. The President of Parliament is giving them two more days to be replaced and this should be done by Tuesday at the latest.

Last week they swore in all ministers already chosen and began to officially seat them. Does this make a complete government ?  No- this just means that about 12 of the ministers were officially seated and their names listed in the gazette making it official. As usual this was all hyped up and misunderstood. This was not the announcement of the fully formed government we have been waiting for. This week there will be yet others.  They plan to swear in the last 5 ministers and seated seat them and hopefully they can do all this by 9/4 or 9/9 (at the latest), when they are targeting the “formal announcement”.

Believe me when they announce the government it will be all over the  international news media channels such as CNN and FOX news. Don’t you get sick and tired of the hype? Why is all this news from Iraq so misinterpreted all the time by the same intel groups?

Decentralization of Gov’t (con’t)
.
Essentially the decentralization effort, as I have explained in past news letters,  is giving more power to the provinces and a check on the Federal government.

If you have been reading my news letters all along you must remember the news I have been including about the desire and necessity by the new government to support more autonomy by each of the six main provinces. This is being modeled off of the State/Federal system in American as it will be the Federation of Iraq.

This week we heard the final count of ministries was down to 17 from 31. They combined the duties of some and eliminated others that were redundant. Remember also some ministers were on the payroll but essentially had very little responsibilities. Others that were redundant and had conflicting responsibilities with other ministries. It was always questionable who was actually in charge. Maliki liked to keep you guessing and chaos was the rule of law. This way he could have control over everything yet have no responsibility for the corruption that was ramped. At least this is how he planned it. A side effect was nothing ever got done.

This past week Dr Allawi was officially appointed to head up the “Federation Council”, hurry, hurry, hurry ! I could not think of a better person for this job. Congrats to Allawi! .

This is the current line up for this coming week (targeted events):

The parliament Speaker, Saleem al-Jobouri, while meeting the official in Babel Province stated that there are no obstacles to hinder the formation of the next government within the constitutional time limit.

I personally do not think it will go until 9/9.

This is how I am hearing they plan to roll out the new government.

September 3, the remaining ministers will be sworn in.
September 4, the official list of ministers will be released to the media and the people. They will announce that the government is “officially” completed. They will also announce the new Federation Council and its head Dr Allawi. They will have a photo opp for the press of the council of  ministers along with the prime minister Abadi, his deputies, the president , the vice president and deputy vice president (the presidents council).

The ministers will officially start their jobs September 9 as Jubouri has stated the next official session of parliament is planned to begin on 9/9.
We all know there have been promised and concessions made to all parties and political blocs. The trust factor is very low that this new government will not do the same as the Maliki government. There is a stack of bills needing to be passed and implemented such as  HCL and Article 140. Parliament will not waist any time.
On September 9 a bucket of laws is supposed to be brought before Parliament. Following these laws will be the budget law. Many of these laws are to denounce and vote on the repeal of many of the special “Maliki government” laws implemented over the last  8 years. These laws mostly circumvented the constitution and are of no use.
Many of the new laws are needed and are laws to support the effort of decentralization and to give more powers to the provinces.
Summary
So today’s news is still good news and we target now Thursday, Sept 4th for a possible announcement. Can they complete the government by then?

We have seen in the news today the reasons for the hold up and the delays.

It is not a mystery or a conspiracy of holding back the formal announcement from the world as to why it has not yet been made.

In the mosque last Friday they announced the ministers so far, telling the people there is progress. The ministers sworn in so far were published in the gazette but not the full set of ministers to make up a complete council of ministers. This has lead to much confusion among news gathers since they do not understand Arabic and often confuse what they are hearing and seeing. I do not know why but they fail to get the big picture over and over again.

THE GOVERNMENT IS SIMPLY NOT YET COMPLETED !

Then when can we expect the RV?
All I will say is what I have been saying all along we wait for a formal (global) announcement to the public that the Iraq government is now fully formed. Many of you asked me if a formal, public announcement is necessary and the answer is a big fat YES

I do whole heartedly believe that the RV rollout will be completed just prior to or just after this announcement.

I want to emphasize once again this final announcement  of the IQD going international will not happen until the USA feels the Iraq government is stable, non-sectarian and is a functional government. This is has been the plan all along. They may have wavered a bit on how the plan was implemented but the overall plan guidelines have not changed.

Peace and Luv To Ya All,
Mnt Goat

The Benghazi Transcripts: Top Defense officials briefed Obama on ‘attack,’ not video or protest

Published January 14, 2014

Minutes after the American consulate in Benghazi came under assault on Sept. 11, 2012, the nation's top civilian and uniformed defense officials -- headed for a previously scheduled Oval Office session with President Obama -- were informed that the event was a "terrorist attack," declassified documents show. The new evidence raises the question of why the top military men, one of whom was a member of the president's Cabinet, allowed him and other senior Obama administration officials to press a false narrative of the Benghazi attacks for two weeks afterward.
Gen. Carter Ham, who at the time was head of AFRICOM, the Defense Department combatant command with jurisdiction over Libya, told the House in classified testimony last year that it was him who broke the news about the unfolding situation in Benghazi to then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta and Gen. Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The tense briefing -- in which it was already known that U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens had been targeted and had gone missing -- occurred just before the two senior officials departed the Pentagon for their session with the commander in chief.
According to declassified testimony obtained by Fox News, Ham -- who was working out of his Pentagon office on the afternoon of Sept. 11 -- said he learned about the assault on the consulate compound within 15 minutes of its commencement, at 9:42 p.m. Libya time, through a call he received from the AFRICOM Command Center.
"My first call was to General Dempsey, General Dempsey's office, to say, 'Hey, I am headed down the hall. I need to see him right away,'" Ham told lawmakers on the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigation on June 26 of last year. "I told him what I knew. We immediately walked upstairs to meet with Secretary Panetta."
Ham's account of that fateful day was included in some 450 pages of testimony given by senior Pentagon officials in classified, closed-door hearings conducted last year by the Armed Services subcommittee. The testimony, given under "Top Secret" clearance and only declassified this month, presents a rare glimpse into how information during a crisis travels at the top echelons of America's national security apparatus, all the way up to the president.
Also among those whose secret testimony was declassified was Dempsey, the first person Ham briefed about Benghazi. Ham told lawmakers he considered it a fortuitous "happenstance" that he was able to rope Dempsey and Panetta into one meeting, so that, as Ham put it, "they had the basic information as they headed across for the meeting at the White House." Ham also told lawmakers he met with Panetta and Dempsey when they returned from their 30-minute session with President Obama on Sept. 11.
Armed Services Chairman Howard "Buck" McKeon, R-Calif., sitting in on the subcommittee's hearing with Ham last June, reserved for himself an especially sensitive line of questioning: namely, whether senior Obama administration officials, in the very earliest stages of their knowledge of Benghazi, had any reason to believe that the assault grew spontaneously out of a demonstration over an anti-Islam video produced in America.
Numerous aides to the president and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton repeatedly told the public in the weeks following the murder of Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans that night -- as Obama's hotly contested bid for re-election was entering its final stretch -- that there was no evidence the killings were the result of a premeditated terrorist attack, but rather were the result of a protest gone awry. Subsequent disclosures exposed the falsity of that narrative, and the Obama administration ultimately acknowledged that its early statements on Benghazi were untrue.
"In your discussions with General Dempsey and Secretary Panetta," McKeon asked, "was there any mention of a demonstration or was all discussion about an attack?" Ham initially testified that there was some "peripheral" discussion of this subject, but added "at that initial meeting, we knew that a U.S. facility had been attacked and was under attack, and we knew at that point that we had two individuals, Ambassador Stevens and Mr. [Sean] Smith, unaccounted for."
Rep. Brad Wenstrup, R-Ohio, a first-term lawmaker with experience as an Iraq war veteran and Army reserve officer, pressed Ham further on the point, prodding the 29-year Army veteran to admit that "the nature of the conversation" he had with Panetta and Dempsey was that "this was a terrorist attack."
The transcript reads as follows:
WENSTRUP: "As a military person, I am concerned that someone in the military would be advising that this was a demonstration. I would hope that our military leadership would be advising that this was a terrorist attack."
HAM: "Again, sir, I think, you know, there was some preliminary discussion about, you know, maybe there was a demonstration. But I think at the command, I personally and I think the command very quickly got to the point that this was not a demonstration, this was a terrorist attack."
WENSTRUP: "And you would have advised as such if asked. Would that be correct?"
HAM: "Well, and with General Dempsey and Secretary Panetta, that is the nature of the conversation we had, yes, sir."
Panetta told the Senate Armed Services Committee in February of last year that it was him who informed the president that "there was an apparent attack going on in Benghazi." "Secretary Panetta, do you believe that unequivocally at that time we knew that this was a terrorist attack?" asked Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla. "There was no question in my mind that this was a terrorist attack," Panetta replied.
Senior State Department officials who were in direct, real-time contact with the Americans under assault in Benghazi have also made clear they, too, knew immediately -- from surveillance video and eyewitness accounts -- that the incident was a terrorist attack. After providing the first substantive "tick-tock" of the events in Benghazi, during a background briefing conducted on the evening of Oct. 9, 2012, a reporter asked two top aides to then-Secretary Clinton: "What in all of these events that you've described led officials to believe for the first several days that this was prompted by protests against the video?"
"That is a question that you would have to ask others," replied one of the senior officials. "That was not our conclusion."
Ham's declassified testimony further underscores that Obama's earliest briefing on Benghazi was solely to the effect that the incident was a terrorist attack, and raises once again the question of how the narrative about the offensive video, and a demonstration that never occurred, took root within the White House as the explanation for Benghazi.
The day after the attacks, which marked the first killing of an American ambassador in the line of duty since 1979, Obama strode to the Rose Garden to comment on the loss, taking pains in his statement to say: "We reject all efforts to denigrate the religious beliefs of others." As late as Sept. 24, during an appearance on the talk show "The View," when asked directly by co-host Joy Behar if Benghazi had been "an act of terrorism," the president hedged, saying: "Well, we're still doing an investigation."
The declassified transcripts show that beyond Ham, Panetta and Dempsey, other key officers and channels throughout the Pentagon and its combatant commands were similarly quick to label the incident a terrorist attack. In a classified session on July 31 of last year, Westrup raised the question with Marine Corps Col. George Bristol, commander of AFRICOM's Joint Special Operations Task Force for the Trans Sahara region.
Bristol, who was traveling in Dakar, Senegal when the attack occurred, said he received a call from the Joint Operations Center alerting him to "a considerable event unfolding in Libya." Bristol's next call was to Lt. Col. S.E. Gibson, an Army commander stationed in Tripoli. Gibson informed Bristol that Stevens was missing, and that "there was a fight going on" at the consulate compound.
WESTRUP: "So no one from the military was ever advising, that you are aware of, that this was a demonstration gone out of control, it was always considered an attack -"
BRISTOL: "Yes, sir."
WENSTRUP: "-- on the United States?"
BRISTOL: "Yes, sir. ... We referred to it as the attack."
Staffers on the Armed Services subcommittee conducted nine classified sessions on the Benghazi attacks, and are close to issuing what they call an "interim" report on the affair. Fox News reported in October their preliminary conclusion that U.S. forces on the night of the Benghazi attacks were postured in such a way as to make military rescue or intervention impossible -- a finding that buttresses the claims of Dempsey and other senior Pentagon officials.
While their investigation continues, staffers say they still want to question Panetta directly. But the former defense secretary, now retired, has resisted such calls for additional testimony.
"He is in the president's Cabinet," said Rep. Martha Roby R-Ala., chair of the panel that collected the testimony, of Panetta. "The American people deserve the truth. They deserve to know what's going on, and I honestly think that that's why you have seen -- beyond the tragedy that there was a loss of four Americans' lives -- is that  the American people feel misled."
"Leon Panetta should have spoken up," agreed Kim R. Holmes, a former assistant secretary of state under President George W. Bush and now a distinguished fellow at the Heritage Foundation. "The people at the Pentagon and frankly, the people at the CIA stood back while all of this was unfolding and allowed this narrative to go on longer than they should have."
Neither Panetta's office nor the White House responded to Fox News' requests for comment.
