What are the odds that the same Friday night I have NO IDEA what happened to me… and I woke up in the morning with what appeared to be the affects of what looked like but was not diagnosed as a “stroke” — where the right side of my face was numb and I could not speak clearly and therefore could not do the interview I was on my way to do with Captain Mark Richards?

I have been told by 3 top psychics that it was a scalar weapon attack to the right side of my head.  That was my own diagnosis as well.

There was nothing wrong with my health the day before … I walked 4 miles around San Francisco the next day.. thinking the numbness would just go away…

I went to 2 chiropractors and a famous Qui Gong healer… And have had healing with another famous chiropractor called Richard Bartlett.

I am almost healed now (it’s taken a month) but I know this was a targeted life/death event and I was supposed to die.  If you listen above you will see that Jeff Rense says the same thing about his incident.

And it doesn’t stop there.  I have mentioned that both Jim Fetzer and Stew Webb, two well known journalists and talk show hosts were “fired” from Veterans Today… during that same week (April 22-25th) for their reporting on Jade Helm among other things. WHAT ARE THE ODDS?

And during the same span of time, (April-May) the debacle that was apparently a carefully constructed series of mishaps known as the ALIEN SLIDES came unraveled putting several more top researchers and journalists, into the line of fire (so-to-speak) including the very well known Rich Dolan and Jaimie Maussan.  The others involved were Don Schmidtt and Tom Carey and Adam Dew.

What the true fall-out is from the Alien Slide situation is not clear.  How can 3 years of research and investigation be overturned in a matter of days when supposed top organizations questioned whether the body was “human”…?

So let me get this straight, and I admit I paid little attention to this whole story having other preoccupations of my own (see above)at the time…. but they sent it to THE PENTAGON who told them it was “unreadable”?  And yet just some random researchers on the internet read the text with little trouble in a matter of days after this all went public?  Does nobody see the MIND CONTROL going on here surrounding this series of incidents with regard to what was SEEN and NOT SEEN by the various journalist/investigators?

As Tim Rifat states we have MAJOR MIND CONTROL AND TARGETING going on here.  This is GREY TECHNOLOGY.  As in Alien-Greys.. who work with the military… Veterans Today is completely involved with and run by the CIA.  Adobe, the Pentagon etc.  Whether the employees of these organizations are well meaning or NOT… They are all susceptible to MIND CONTROL tech… This would appear to be a targeting of major ALTERNATIVE JOURNALISTS … attacking during a very concentrated short span of time when another interesting EXERCISE is gearing up… for June through September… JADE HELM.

Texas Senate Passes Bill to Establish Bullion Depository, Help Facilitate Transactions in Gold and Silver

AUSTIN, Tex. (May 26, 2015) – A bill taking a step towards gold and silver as commonly-used legal tender in Texas passed in the state Senate today by an overwhelming 29-2 vote.

Introduced by State Rep. Giovanni Capriglione (R- Southlake) and four co-sponsors on Feb. 12, House Bill 483 (HB483) would create a state bullion depository. It reads, in part:

(a) The Texas Bullion Depository is established as an agency of this state in the office of the comptroller.
(b) The depository is established to serve as the custodian, guardian, and administrator of certain bullion and specie that may be transferred to or otherwise acquired by this state or an agency, a political subdivision, or another instrumentality of this state.

What the bill essentially does is create a means for transactions to occur in precious metals. It allows people  to open an account and deposit their precious metals in the state depository. They could then use the electronic system to make payments to any other business or person who also holds an account.

Texas is (probably) definitely getting attacked via weather warfare

I waited a while to say this, but then realized that there is quite strong evidence for this. Here is the theory floating around the web - Texas is being attacked for saying no and not cooperating with Jade Helm. Nice theory there, but it sounds a little weak to me, until you consider the image to the left.
I think, because of this image to the left here, that Texas probably is getting a weather warfare attack for 2 very good reasons. [see photo @ link]
First of all, normal weather radar images peak out with a dark red. But with what is going on in texas, uncharted severe territory is being referenced by gray in this weather photo, and almost the entire event is so severe that it is grayed out. This photo was presented by NASA, and represents the unprecedented high cloud tops which are SO FAR UP that they are -100 degrees Fahrenheit at their peaks. This would be reason #1, this storm system is topping out much higher than a cat 5 hurricane. And in these super high cloud peaks NASA captured reason #2 - anomalies of faces in the cloud peaks. Normally I would think nothing of it, but as it is here, faces are the ONLY anomalies in the cloud peaks, they are not mixed in with other mumbo jumbo and I would not put it past someone's sense of humor to program these into the system. This is so unusual that Weather Underground, which is by no means a conspiracy web site made note of it, and questioned how on earth faces showed up in these cloud peaks this way, which is something they have never seen before and quite frankly I have never seen anything this detailed in the clouds before either.
It could all be nothing, but I am highly suspicious of this to say the least. Haarp could never get this kind of detail, but a cell phone tower array mysteriously over powered by 50,000 watts per tower certainly could. It would allow enough transmitter locations to draw pictures like this.

TEXAS, OKLAHOMA, AGENDA 21, and WEATHER WARFARE
The flooding in Texas and Oklahoma appears to be a continuation of possible retribution against these states and other states which are opposing Agenda 21. When Oklahoma and other states were experiencing rapid fire repeated tornadoes, I looked up each state in relation to Agenda 21and found that each of these states was either opposing or withdrawing from Agenda 21. You can conduct a search yourself and you will find the information readily at hand. Many citizens have not heard of Agenda 21 but more may have heard of ICLEI....the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives. On the surface ICLEI can appear like a very positive organization to save the environment but fundamentally it is a well organized global land grab. I think it may be good to have a small to moderate amount of public land because I do care about the environment but there is no reason why responsible private land ownership cannot be promoted instead of pushing towards the elimination of private land ownership. Another method of confiscating land is using the old "save the rare turtle excuse". Creating wildfires and other natural disasters over and over again in specific areas can also drive people off the land. Our more recent weather disasters have all been blamed on "global warming"....but what many people are not aware of is that technology does exist to control much of the weather. Gorbachev was quoted as saying that the environment will be the cornerstone of The New World Order. This is the most painful period in the history of humanity."
My response: YEP. Defense secretary Cohen himself said all of this existed. Other insights are great as well.

Dear Jim, I lift you up daily as one of the last of the true warriors. Your site is the first one I go to daily. On the news they are talking about the floods in Texas, and my first thought was that because Texas is such a freedom stronghold, they're attacking it with weather warfare to subdue potential resistors. Then I go to my second alternative news source I check daily and in Steve Quayle's alerts section I read this today:

It's just too coincidental that this Jade Helm thing is going on with TX the stated target, the biker shooting in Waco involved the Banditos gang which a year ago Holder's (criminal) Justice Dept released a report about that gang and stated concern that they have many active and retired millitary, police and other federal government personnel as members (one of their "red list" targets that now they can portray as criminals), AND on top of all that TX is being completely hammered with extreme weather that seems suspiciously like what one would characterize as weather war.
I'm sorry, but to me this all seems too coincidental and too perfectly timed not to be part of an orchestrated and unified program. This is just conjecture but as we know, the truth is most often stranger than fiction.
Thought maybe I'd share this perspective as something to be considering as the alternative media tries to stay a step ahead of where they want us to be.

I was thinking of riding my Honda Shadow 1100 to Twin Peaks today to have some wings and enjoy the sports on TV on this gorgeous Memorial Day Weekend. The sun was shining, and the temperature was a perfect 82 degrees. I rode by the mall, with only moderate traffic and saw a couple of other bikers out doing the same thing I was doing; riding with no particular place to go.
I was riding alone and was not with any other bikers, but we always exchange the extended two-fingered peace sign as we pass one another on the roads winding through the countryside and through the cities of America.
As I made the turn onto the frontage road along the busiest shopping center in town, I noticed two police vehicles in the parking lot. One was a cruiser with black wheels and the new, aggressive paint scheme. The other was a black SUV with a light bar on top. I rolled through the parking lot in a Pavlovian state of mind, thinking about the delicious wings they serve and the beautiful and cheerful servers they have with this biker-friendly franchise.
Then I remembered Waco. A wave of trepidation swept through me. I looked around for snipers on the rooftops, and other police vehicles that might be parked nearby at the ready. I saw two more, parked with their driver side doors facing eachother. Then, I looked over to the mall side of the parking lot, and I noticed an elevated police observation tower than had been raised up with its blacked out windows.
I never actually stopped my bike. I decided that this looked too dangerous, even though I have a perfectly clean record, including no traffic citations for more than 10 years. I thought about those 9 bikers, shot in the head and neck with police assault rifles for doing nothing but the same thing I was thinking about doing; having some wings with other bikers who were out enjoying the beautiful weather. Were there scuffles at biker places where I have stopped for great food before? Sure. Nothing ever happened that was serious. Bikes and beer can sometimes get out of hand, but friends don’t let it last long. They all ride away and let it go like water under the bridge. After all, there are far too many 4-wheel threats out there for bikers to be fighting amongst themselves very long.
But Waco changed that for every biker in America. Every Wednesday evening, hundreds of riders come to our local Twin Peaks because they cater to our market. We are mostly working professionals, lawyers, dentists, engineers and school teachers who like to ride motorcycles as clubs or groups of friends. But this time, when 170 bikers rode to the Twin Peaks at a major shopping center in Waco, just as they have done twice a month for 18 years, police snipers were already in position. SWAT members were geared up and ready for a killing. Even a fully equipped MRAP troop carrier was parked in the adjacent parking lot.
It turns out that the ATF claimed they had an anonymous tip that the dreaded Black Widow biker gang—you remember those scoundrels from the Clint Eastwood movie Every Which Way but Loose—was going to arrive looking for trouble. It’s too bad Clyde wasn’t around to throw those guys in the used French fry oil tank. The ATF was there with their Federal guidance to make sure that justice was swift and absolute.
No shots were fired by anyone inside the restaurant. No shots were fired by anyone at the police. When bikers decided to leave the restaurant and enter the parking lot, the police began shooting full-auto equipped M-16’s into the crowd. Patrons began diving under tables and screaming for their lives. Little waitresses dropped their trays and ran with terror in their eyes behind the chef’s counter. A twice decorated Viet Nam War veteran was shot in the head and neck, although he was a highly respected pacifist, was unarmed and not involved in any of the scuffle inside the Twin Peaks establishment. Eight more US citizens were gunned down in cold blood. More than 500 rounds were fired by police, hitting cars, buildings, and injuring other innocent bystanders who happened to look like bikers. Two shots took seven of the nine people assassinated in the parking lot; one in the neck and one in the head fired by expert police marksmen.
Within an hour, the police press statement belched lies about “criminal biker gangs,” dealing drugs and other things that never happened; not once in the 18 years bikers have been meeting peacefully at the Waco Twin Peaks restaurant. The police spokesman first mentioned hundreds of weapons confiscated, including chains that connected wallets to belt loops. Then they changed it to dozens. Then, the facts showed there were fewer than ten, and one was still holstered by a licensed concealed carry American, who had undergone an extensive background check and was found to be spotless. His bond was placed at an unreasonable $1 million. Of the 170 bikers arrested for being at the wrong place at the wrong time, Three of them had drafted a new piece of legislation about biker safety, and have since been awarded by the City Counsel for safety awareness. Of course, they couldn’t be there to accept the award, because they were in jail.
To this moment, no waitresses, cooks, or patrons have been interviewed by the press. Witness intimidation is in full force making sure no one says anything about what really happened. All surveillance video has been classified and is currently being edited by law enforcement professionals to make sure no officers are charged with murder. This was clearly a premeditated, Federal assault designed to kill first, and arrest the survivors.
It has been an infuriating eight days, and nothing has been said by the new Attorney General about unarmed citizens gunned down at a Sunday lunch in broad daylight by more than 18 armed policemen, militarized by a new Federal plan. 14 police officers have been placed on administrative leave, their lives changed forever by following orders to shoot Americans in the head. They died while screaming and waving their arms at the police to please stop shooting. There have been no protests and no demonstrations anywhere. Again, the Federal criminal perpetrators have massacred civilians in Waco, Texas. Remember the Branch Davidians burned alive on live national television by Federal troops while then attorney general Janet Reno watched the news at home? America sits idly by and says nothing as our police, sworn to protect and to serve, have been turned into cold-blooded assassins.
Meanwhile, a million bikers went to Washington DC this Memorial weekend to show support for the fallen troops who were sent to God knows where to kill other people in other countries to advance the agendas of God knows who. I ride my bike today alone. As my wheels turn, the wind blows the tears from my face as I think about all those dads, sons, mothers and daughters who died on the battlefield trying to free people oppressed by tyrannical governments. I am cold inside. I think of our own government shooting those free and innocent Americans dead on a Sunday morning in Texas. The world awaits the volumes of propaganda that will come forth about how bikers are a threat to peace and security.
I write this story from my heart, because silence is consent. The killing will stop when we have the courage to change what this president has done to our country. God has blessed America, but I am afraid He is turning is face away from what we have become. May the sleeping giant awaken before it is too late."
Lake Mead There have been messages about Lake Mead for the last few days (one just came in through the message window after I said it was whacked) And I do not know what to make of the Lake Mead situation
I will say this - the various theories are - It got drained into an underground base for water storage, there will be an earthquake, a crack opened up, etc, I guess I can cover a little bit of this, but would like to repeat that I have no answers.
The earthquake aspect of this could hold some merit, and the earthquake aspect of this predicted that the lake level would return to normal right before the actual quake. Low and behold according to the USGS it returned to normal. The USGS said that all of this was just measurement error, but I know the USGS is now just a political tool bag of dog poop and do not trust them AT ALL.
In looking at this closely, which I have actually done, my best guess is that the lake level dropped HUGELY and never rebounded. The USGS lied about the rebound and "measurement errors". The level fell way to quickly for it to have been a dam release that caused it. So one of two things happened - either a geological event is draining the lake, or an underground base really did take on water to fill their reserves. Since nothing can top the dam's normal outflow abilities (in a mechanical sense, no pipe exists that could match that) I am opting for geological change, where a crack opened up somewhere and filled a huge cavern. If this be the case, the dam drainage will stop if it has not already stopped.
Once again however, I simply do not have any hard answers with this topic, only guesses. However, I am a bit put off by the planetary alignment doom tying into this water level drop, and will make a prediction:

Self parking Volvo journalist mow down not a hoax

When I first heard of this, I blew it off as satire. As it turns out it is true. In a demonstration of Volvo's self parking ability presentation to journalists AT A VOLVO DEALER in the Dominican Republic, the Volvo sat, thought, and then made the decision to mow the journalists down because they were standing in front of the parking space and The car's buyers did not pay to have the "human avoidance" system enabled and the dealer did not know it had to be to avoid hitting people!
What a reason for it to mow people down! HERE IS THE REAL REASON WHY THIS HAPPENED:
Volvo decided to split the collision avoidance system up into options, the way insurance companies won't give you straight insurance - you have to buy flood, fire, theft, and storm insurance as separate packages. You always get one item free when you purchase insurance, but have to add other items on as supplemental coverage so the insurer makes additional profit and VOLVO DID THIS WITH THE COLLISION AVOIDANCE SYSTEM. If all you do is get the basic collision avoidance, their cars will not hit other cars. But if you want them to not hit people, you have to pay for that separately! Certainly then "avoid telephone pole" "Avoid rock in the road" and "avoid wall and train" are separate options as well. At any rate, you can see in the linked video (below) that the car is thinking about what to do because people are in the way, and it then makes the WRONG CHOICE simply because "recognize and avoid people" was not paid for.
This is so ludicrous it makes the entire feature worthless and I thought it had to be a joke, especially with Volvo, which is famous for getting it right. I guess no one can say for sure but I have the strange feeling that there is no more hamas militants in gaza, they were all probably back home safe in tel-aviv during the bombing campaign last year. Perhaps they went on a killing spree during their exit from Gaza back to Tel-Aviv which is why we might be getting some of these reports of their war crimes coming through.

Stew Webb also came out against his long time partner in crime, Gordon Duff, who both were friends with Glenn Canady and even more than friends but partners of disinfo.

Let me give you a brief history lesson on these three STOOGES.

   “Somebody has to do it.” These are the words of Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch regarding the possible criminal actions of Bill and Hillary Clinton. Since Congress is afraid to act, it’s up to private citizens to investigate the Clintons and growing suspicions about the way they are using their Foundation for possible criminal acts.


You may recall that when Oliver North was being questioned over Iran-Contra in 1987, the subject of a security system came up. The payment for a single security system (“an illegal gratuity”) that was used to protect him and his family got him in trouble. Here’s part of the testimony:

 

       The Clintons, who seem to be passing out pavors and receiving  gret deal of money in return, are above scrutiny. But no more. The following is from the Tea Party News Network.

According to the Washington Examiner, a lawsuit filed by Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch, includes a legal request to have the judge seize the private server which Hillary Clinton used exclusively while she served as Secretary of State.


The Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) case alleges the former first couple used their Clinton Foundation to trade political favors for donations or generous speaking fees for Bill Clinton while Hillary was head of the State Department.

Larry Klayman said the following in the US District Court of Southern Florida:

      “Negotiations by email about influencing U.S. foreign
      policy or U.S. Government actions to benefit donors
      to … The Clinton Foundation or sponsors of
      speaking engagements would not be captured on a
      U.S. Government email account because her emails
      would not be with a U.S. Government official.”

“Hillary Clinton deleted 32,000 email messages from her email server that included her communications arranging, negotiating, and agreeing upon speaking engagements by Bill Clinton in return for large speaking fees and donations to The Clinton Foundation.”

Klayman also asked the judge to order a “neutral forensic expert … to take custody and control of the private email server and reconstruct and preserve the official U.S. Government records relating to the conduct of U.S. foreign policy during Defendant Secretary Clinton’s term as Secretary of State."


Hillary Clinton handed over 55,000 printed pages of emails to the State Department in November of last year and reportedly erased the remaining records off her private server. Congressman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) of the House Select Benghazi Committee discovered the private server while investigating the events surrounding the 2012 attack on the Libyan compound in which four Americans were killed.

Klayman listed myriad scandals involving missing records that have dogged the Clintons for two decades, including the fact that thousands of emails disappeared during Bill Clinton’s administration after White House officials threatened internal computer experts who blew the whistle on the “suppression.”


In court documents, Klayman said records on the Clintons’ private server are “in imminent danger of being lost” and urged the court to intervene.


Since our Congress has failed to ensure the integrity of the email server, Klayman stated that “somebody has to do it.”

Let’s hope this case has legs and the Clintons don’t squeak by with yet another crime committed against the people of the United States.

Samples of live anthrax were inadvertently shipped to private research laboratories in nine states and one in South Korea that were supposed to have received dead anthrax samples, the Pentagon confirmed today.

There is no known risk to the general public and there have been no suspected or confirmed cases of anthrax infection as a result of the inadvertent shipment, officials said.

The samples were shipped on April 30 from the Dugway Proving Ground in Utah to a military laboratory in Maryland.

From there they were shipped via a commercial shipper to eight companies with laboratories in nine states: California, Texas, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey and New York.

According to a Defense official, a laboratory in Maryland detected that their shipment contained live samples and contacted the CDC.

That triggered a response from the Defense Department and other agencies, including the FBI, to trace the shipments to ensure that they were properly secured.

According to CDC spokesman Jason McDonald, a CDC team was at Dugway investigating how the inadvertent shipment occurred. (No kidd'n!!)

Student Shoved In Front Of Train By Deranged Homeless Man Graduates With Her Heroes By Her Side............

 

A college student was reading her Kindle on the Metro-North platform in White Plains, New York, when a deranged homeless man threw her onto the tracks in front of an oncoming train. The woman was hit by the train with such force that her body was shoved under the platform. She lost a finger, broke both her legs, and severed the artery in her thigh. Three MIT officers immediately jumped into action, arresting the homeless man and providing emergency care that likely saved Maya Leggat’s life. Today, Maya walked across the stage to receive her diploma from Hunter College with her three heroes by her side.

The New York Times reports that Maya Leggat was thrown in front of a train by a deranged homeless man in September of 2013. Her artery in her thigh was severed and if it weren’t for the quick-thinking actions of three MIT officers, Maya’s father says she likely could have died. When the story first broke back in 2013, reporters noted that the victim’s greatest concern was not being able to finish college due to her horrific injuries. However, her concerns were put to rest as she held back tears of joy while walking across the stage this evening during her commencement ceremony hand-in-hand with the officers she calls her heroes.
The officers recount the horrible day that they rushed to the aide of the terrified student. MTA police officer Ted Uzzle says that he was downstairs at the station when he heard “the most incredible screams I’ve ever heard a human being make.” Commuters rushed to the officers explaining that a homeless man had pushed a young girl in front of the train. The officer used his radio to call for all power to be cut off from the tracks and jumped onto the tracks to help the injured student.
Uzzle says that she had a life-threatening injury to her thigh as the train had severed a major artery. The officer yelled for commuters to throw him clothing so he could stop the bleeding.

“T-shirts started hitting me. I was able to catch three t-shirts. I yelled, give me that scarf! With the t-shirt and scarf, I crawled back under the platform.”

The officer says he used his knife to cut the girls jeans and made a tourniquet from the clothing provided by the commuters. Maya was then whisked away in an ambulance. After the incident, the officers remained close with Maya and her family. They say they were “deeply affected” by Maya’s resilience and recovery and commend her for completing college despite her injuries.

“I was deeply affected by the rescue. It’s amazing she could graduate and still be the person that she is.”

Following the horrifying attack, Hunter College gave Maya free college tuition to complete her degree and all of her hard work paid off this evening as she received her bachelor’s degree in English. The college president, Jennifer Raab, says that Maya is “amazing” and that her recovery is inspirational.

On Tuesday the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals delivered a stunning blow to the Obama administration by denying their attempt to push forward with Obama’s executive amnesty! The administration was asking that the court lift the injunction completely or only apply it to certain states, but the court refused, arguing that immigration laws must be uniform, and that even if they did lift the ban partially – amnestied immigrants would then be free to move into states where the injunction still held (which would basically make the whole exercise useless).


The Appeals Court was clear in its ruling that the Obama administration better prepare itself for eventual and total defeat.

The decision of the court is 42 pages long and seemingly deals with every aspect of the case – not just with the administration’s request that the injunction be limited. The fact that the court sifted through the entire case in writing their decision means that the Obama team shouldn’t hold out much hope for victory.


It’s clear that the judges see the weaknesses in the President’s issuing an executive order on immigration when that has historically been under the purview of Congress.


Don’t expect the Obama team to lie down though – they’re nothing if not persistent. Even when it comes to breaking our laws.

The Obama administration issued controversial new rules Wednesday aimed at protecting

the nation's drinking water but decried by congressional critics as a regulatory "power grab."The Environmental Protection Agency, in announcing the finalized Clean Water Rule along with the Army Corps of Engineers, said the changes mark a "historic step for the protection of clean water" and would help roughly 117 million Americans who get drinking water from streams not clearly protected before these regulations. The rule would clarify which smaller streams, tributaries and wetlands are covered by anti-pollution and development provisions of the Clean Water Act.

But the rules have run into deep opposition from farm groups and the Republican-led Congress. The House voted to block the regulations earlier this month, and a similar effort is underway in the Senate. Critics argue the rules could greatly expand the reach of federal regulators, making every stream, ditch and puddle on farmers' and others' private land subject to federal oversight.

“The administration’s decree to unilaterally expand federal authority is a raw and tyrannical power grab that will crush jobs,” House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, said in a written statement following the rules release.

Boehner said more than 30 governors and government leaders rejected the EPA’s water rule. “These leaders know firsthand that the rule is being shoved down the throats of hardworking people with no input, and places landowners, small businesses, farmers and manufacturers on the road to a regulatory and economic hell.”

North Dakota Republican Rep. Kevin Cramer said in a statement the rules "trample on the rights of private property owners as well as local and state governments" and vowed to work with colleagues to overturn it.

EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy, however, said the rule will only affect waters that have a "direct and significant" connection to larger bodies of water downstream that are already protected. The EPA said the rule focuses on streams, not ditches -- limiting protection to ditches constructed out of streams or those that "function like streams and can carry pollution downstream."

Two Supreme Court rulings had left the reach of the Clean Water Act uncertain. The EPA has said 60 percent of the nation's streams and waterways are vulnerable, and these rules clarify which of those waters are protected. The regulations would only kick in if a business or landowner takes steps to pollute or destroy those waters.

McCarthy has acknowledged the proposed rules issued last year were confusing and said the final rules were written to be more clear. She said the regulations don't create any new permitting requirements for agriculture and even adds some new exemptions for artificial lakes and ponds and water-filled depressions, among other features.

These efforts were "to make clear our goal is to stay out of agriculture's way," McCarthy said in a blog posted on the EPA website.

But after the rules were released, Sen. James Inhofe, R-Okla., chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, said his panel will consider the Senate bill to force the EPA to withdraw and rewrite the rules this summer and “continue our work to halt EPA’s unprecedented land grab."

Inhofe said the rule makes it "more important than ever for Congress to act." Among other concerns, he said the final rule allows the EPA to regulate isolated waters -- even ponds in farmers' fields -- by declaring them a "regional water treasure."
