To Chief of Staff of Joint Chiefs, Field Generals, Admirals, Office of General Council for Pentagon, Secretary of the Navy, Trustees of the Constitution and Office of the Inspector General, Provost Marshal, Flag Officers and Secretary of the People's Treasury;

This announcement and order is to the Secretary of the Peoples Treasury Mr. Jack Lew, the Flag Officers assigned to The Secretary of the Treasury Mr. Jack Lew and the Provost Marshall,

You are hereby ordered to use any force including EXTREME PREJUDICE toward any and all public officers including  any and all people in the U.S. Corporation=Internal Governmental  Departments=Agencies, Individual Corporations=Organizations, and any other Entity=sentient beings WHOM are delaying=derailing= holding up=stopping any other delaying manipulation tactic on the execution of the following announcements and orders:

1.       The Flag Officers assigned to The Secretary of the Peoples Treasury Mr. Jack Lew and Provost Marshall is ordered to commandeer all main stream television and radio broadcasting companies and start the announcements that have been prerecorded to inform the Nation:

a.       The Republic being re-set, shutdown of the US Corporation (founded in 1871),

b.       The shutdown of the Federal Reserve (99 Year Contract Ended),

                                                               i.      All Debt caused from the US Corporation and / or Federal Reserve is not the responsibility of We THE People of the United States of America

                                                             ii.      The collector of this debt shall look to and upon US Corporation and its CEO / Presidents, their staff including Legislative and Judicial holders plus the Executives of the Federal Reverse to repay ALL DEBT from their wealth which they stole from the We THE People

                                                           iii.      Furthermore, the US Corporation Past and Present President, Vice President, staff, Legislative and Judicial are classified as Corporate Contractors or Actors who do not have the lawfull standing for the positions they currently occupy. Therefore, they are trespassing upon We THE People’s rights and liberties and are subject to our Constitutional Laws for Fraud, Treason, Misrepresentation, Embezzlement of our Currency, Unlawfull taxation and more.  All damages shall be paid to We THE People by Seizing their assets and freezing their funds on-shore and off-shore bank account, safe deposit boxes, Precious Metals stashes, any storage, and depositing all recovered items back into the Peoples Treasury.

c.        The shutdown of the Internal Revenue Service=IRS (taxation was repealed by Congress in 1939 and has been in operation fraudulently and while working for foreign agents it has fraudulently told the American people that is a department of the Treasury)

d.       To Immediately begin broadcasting the educational=truth of this nation's true history

2.       The Secretary of the Peoples Treasury Mr. Jack Lew is established and operating under the Republican form of Government as the true Treasury

a.       Conduct a forensic audit of the IRS, freeze all assets, shut down all IRS operations and return all stolen funds to We THE People of The United States of America by depositing the returned funds in the Peoples United States Treasury. 

b.       All bankruptcies of the United States to date are terminated.

c.        All debt tied to the social security numbers shall be set to zero. 

                                                               i.      Due to corrupt and unlawful banking practices and corrupt and unlawful government activities ALL injured parties shall be notified immediately following these actions and public announcements on all major media outlets shall commence immediately.

d.       Remove=Terminate all unlawful taxation on all privately held property=land=labor.

e.        Remove=Terminate all private personal income tax and private business taxation.

f.        The return all government agencies CAFR=off book accounts and all court CRIS account funds to the Peoples United States Treasury.

                                                               i.      CAFR=Consolidated Annual Financial Report

                                                             ii.      CRIS=Court Registry Investment System

g.       Restore financial privacy to all private sentient beings.

h.       Introduce the United States Treasury currency (UST) backed by Gold and other Precious metals replacing the Federal Reserve Note effective IMMEDIATELY.

i.         Release the 1.5 Trillion dollars of the Wanta-Regan-Mitterrand Protocols into the United States Treasury for We THE People

j.         Announce the largest banks in United Sates of America are now Basel 3 Banking Regulations compliant along with several hundred mid-size banking institutions. 

                                                               i.      Basel 3 - A comprehensive set of reform measures designed to improve the regulation, supervision and risk management within the banking sector.

                                                             ii.      Basel 3 - Largely in response to the credit crisis, banks are required to maintain proper leverage ratios and meet certain capital requirements protecting the end customer.

4.     The “Fines & Penalties”, Foreign Currency Revaluation, Prosperity Packages, the Global Settlements Program, Prosperity Packages, Native American Claims, Humanitarian funds are to be paid out simultaneously effective IMMEDIATELY.

5.       The Secretary of the Peoples Treasury Mr. Jack Lew will oversee the delivery Sunday 12 May 2013 to all  recipients of the Farm Claims=Fines and Penalties=Farm Claims Class Action Law Suit Settlement=Bank Claims=Resolution Trust proceeds to the people;

a.       The Farm Claims shall be moved to the Royal Bank of Canada for complete delivery=disbursement effective IMMEDIATELY.  

b.       The Farm Claims Lawsuit shall be unsealed and made part of the public record with=by publication, posting on the internet which is freely accessible to the public at large and=or full disclosure to all claim participants. The executive order that has kept this information hidden was done with the intent to defraud the people and has delayed the execution and delivery of the settlement.

c.        These claims shall be delivered using any of the following methods of delivery or all of them together; National Guard, County Sheriffs, Bonded Couriers, Registered Mail, and the Organized and Unorganized State Militias.

4. There shall be NO taxation, NO fees, NO NDAs, NO hidden=misleading language, NO terms or condition or forms that create a contract causing loss of value through BANK FRAUD=MANIPULATION against the private citizen's.

6. The Secretary of the Peoples Treasury Mr. Jack Lew shall conduct the release of the foreign currency exchange to all tier three foreign currency holders known as the "U.S. Treasury Hold" on the participating banks Sunday 12 May 2013 and
1. To communicate on all main stream media channels that the global re-set has occurred every hour for the next seventy- two (72) hours.
2. All banks are to make the hours of operation from 07:00 AM to 24:00 PM daily for the next ninety (90) days.
3. All tier three foreign currency holders shall be given VIP=Group rates with NO taxation, NO fees, NO NDAs, NO hidden=misleading language, NO terms or condition or forms that create a contract causing loss of value through BANK FRAUD=MANIPULATION against the private citizens when they exchange their currency.

7.  The Secretary of the Peoples Treasury Mr. Jack Lew will release the Global Settlements Program, Prosperity Packages, Native American Claims, and all other programs and claims of a similar nature on 12 May 2013.

Protesters block interstate near downtown Atlanta

Demonstrations to denounce the fatal shooting of two black men by police officers this week exploded across the nation in what the group Black Lives Matters called a Weekend of Rage.  (Do these people EVER consider the fact that MOST times the blacks are in process of committing CRIMES? And the police have been called in to help?)

Following the surfacing of videos showing two African-American men, Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, who were shot by police in Louisiana and Minnesota, respectively, five Dallas police officers were gunned down and seven others wounded during a demonstration Thursday evening. But neither that tragedy nor growing tensions between the police and blacks was enough to quiet the protests.  (WHEN is this 'African American' BS going to be put to rest? If Blacks cannot disseminate fully in to the united States, and if they are not happy with all the freebie BENEFITS (food stamps, government housing, medical care, education assistance and preference in hiring for jobs, etc.) they receive off the backs of hard working Americans who the criminal 'government' extorts monies from their paychecks to pay for all those benefits, then they should seriously consider returning to their Africa. You cannot be an American and 'African' at the same time just like you cannot be British American, or French American, or German American or Chinese American. Either one is AMERICAN or they are NOT.  All this division BS is hurting our nation.)

“This has been a very painful week for the African American community,” said Jeanelle Auston, who organized an event at Fuller Theological Seminary’s Pasadena, California, campus. “The back-to-back killings of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge and Philando Castile in Minnesota by police officers have torn hearts across the nation.” (What about the innocent families of the dead police whose families are also in great pain? What about the families of ALL races and colors who have lost loved ones from CRIMES COMMITTED BY THE BLACKS THAT THE POLICE WERE PURSUING?)

El Paso Police Chief Greg Allen, who is African-American, was tightly controlled but clearly furious at a press conference where he stated, “Black Lives Matter, as far as I’m concerned, is a radical hate group; and for that purpose alone, I think the leadership of this country needs to look at little bit harder at that particular group. The consequences of what we saw in Dallas is due to their efforts.”

Protests took place in many major cities, including Atlanta, New York, Rochester, Phoenix, Baltimore, Baton Rouge, Chicago, Denver, Detroit, Nashville, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Paul and Washington, D.C.
(And HOW would this be possible unless coordinated effort is being made behind the scenes to create chaos by the appointed 'leaders' of ignorant young black communists - following the advice of those behind the Obama administration who are hell bent on the full take- down of our nation?)

Atlanta
The largest demonstration appeared to be in downtown Atlanta, where an estimated 2,000 protesters chanted, waved signs demanding justice and blocked part of Interstate 75/85 in a tense standoff with police.  Mayor Kasim Reed first tweeted, “”Today we have had less than ten people arrested during what has been a peaceful protest. We urge anyone protesting not to enter the highway.” 

Later he followed with a warning to protesters: “If you enter the highway, you endanger your own life, the lives of innocent motorists and the lives of our officers. We are better than that.”

The tweets were ignored. Footage from local news stations showed the crowd facing off with dozens of police vehicles that were stopped on a local interstate highway.  (And this is 'peaceful' and considerate of the needs and lives of others?)

Baltimore
In Baltimore, about 200 people gathered in protest to march from McKeldin Square to the Baltimore police headquarters. Four people were arrested after some members of the group failed to comply with orders to move out of the street.

Baton Rouge
The FBI issued a riot alert in Louisiana. Judicial Watch reports the alert is dated July 7 and included disturbing images from social media, including one depicting a restrained uniformed police officer getting his throat slashed by a masked individual. Other social media images called for purging and killing all cops in Baton Rouge on July 9 and starting a riot by the courthouse in Shreveport. One social media post says, “It don’t matter what color you are.” Another says, “Must kill every police!!!!”

About 300 protesters in Baton Rouge started off peacefully, but descended into chaos after several protesters hurled plastic bottles of water and cups of ice at police. Many officers were attired in riot gear, and people could be heard chanting obscenities at the police.
Breitbart reports the New Black Panther Party (NBPP) plans to be in town on Sunday to protest the police shooting of Alton Sterling, according to Minister of Education James Evans Muhammad.

Several protesters told Breitbart News they were unhappy to hear the 'New' Black Panthers – which has made headlines for its incendiary uncompromising black liberation rhetoric – were coming to town.

Phoenix
Demonstrations in Phoenix turned violent when protesters threw rocks and other objects at law enforcement officers during an anti-police brutality rally Friday night. Agitators shouted “We should shoot you!” to officers.

An estimated 1,000 participants chanted: “Black lives matter” and “Hands up, don’t shoot” as they marched. Officers escorting the march weren’t dressed in riot gear.
The violence also caused massive transit shutdowns, particularly on Interstate 10. 

One of the civil rights leaders that helped stage the march, 'Rev'. (Of WHAT? - the 'church' of satan?)  Jarrett Maupin, acknowledged the route of the march was changed to shut down Interstate 10. The Arizona Department of Transportation tweeted, “CLOSED: SR 51 SB to I-10 WB ramp is closed due to law-enforcement activity,” which prompted someone to respond, “Law enforcement activity? Do you mean THUG activity?”

Six people were injured and three were arrested, and police used pepper spray to bring the crowd under control.

New York
Protests occurred in both Rochester and New York City.
A Black Lives Matter protest took over Grand Central Station Friday night leading to disruptions and travel delays, just one day after thousands of activists went on a march throughout midtown Manhattan, taking over Fifth Avenue and Times Square.

In Rochester, some protesters sat in the street chanting “Black lives, black lives” while others stood in front of riot gear-clad police. Police Chief Michael Ciminelli said at a press conference that 74 arrests were made for disorderly conduct and two charges of resisting arrest. There were no injuries.

Law enforcement on high alert

Nationwide, law enforcement officers are on high alert. In many locations they are being ordered to partner up for assignments, wear bulletproof vests, and not to respond to calls alone.

The Washington Post noted police commanders nationwide began pondering Friday not only the significance of the tragedy in Dallas, but whether they need to reconsider how they do their jobs in a more highly charged environment when viral video and angry rhetoric can quickly ignite anti-police sentiment.

The NYPD’s chief of department James O’Neill sent an internal memo stating, “Effective immediately and until further notice, all uniform members of service are to be assigned in pairs,” adding “There will be no solo assignments citywide.”


Washington Police Chief Cathy L. Lanier said she gave the order to partner up at about midnight, hours after the attack in Dallas killed five officers and wounded seven others. She conceded, “Looking at the type of attack that happened in Dallas, a two-man car, a four-man car, a 10-man car, isn’t going to make much of a difference. But it makes the officers feel much safer.”

These orders were echoed in places like Boston, Las Vegas, St. Louis and other urban areas. 

St Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson gave orders to his officers, adding, “Although locally we are not experiencing any civil unrest, this decision is precautionary and is to maximize the safety of officers and our community.”

Meanwhile Politico reports Attorney General Loretta Lynch encouraged protesters not to allow the “heinous violence” that occurred in Dallas to silence their “important” voices. (And just WHO was responsible for the "heinous violence" Loretta??)

“I want you to know that your voice is important,” Lynch during a news conference on Friday at the Justice Department. “Do not be discouraged by those who would use your lawful actions as cover for their heinous violence. We will continue to safeguard your constitutional rights and to work with you in the difficult mission of building a better nation and a brighter future.”
(People, READ and DISCERN what this bitch is saying here to the very ones who are creating all the violence!)

Lynch stressed that she is “deeply grateful” to law enforcement’s commitment to difficult and dangerous work to keep America safe but vowed that the Justice Department would do all it can to help. And she urged peaceful protesters not to give up. (WHERE were the 'peaceful protectors'?  I haven't seen ONE report of 'peaceful protestors'!) 

Additionally, Hillary Clinton used a CNN interview on Friday to completely embrace the Democrats’ claim that white people and cops must change to help reduce the number of African-Americans killed in tense exchanges with cops.


“I will call for white people, like myself, to put ourselves in the shoes of those African-American families who fear every time their children go somewhere, who have to have ‘The Talk,’ about, you now, how to really protect themselves [from police], when they’re the ones who should be expecting protection from encounters with police,” Clinton told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer. (What the hell is this bitch implying here? That the blacks are not responsible for their actions? Killary - the biggest liar and criminal on the entire planet - who would say ANY thing to get the blacks and others out to 'vote' for her?)

“I’m going to be talking to white people, we’re the ones who have to start listening to the legitimate cries coming from our African-American fellow citizens,” she said. “We’ve got to figure out what is happening when routine traffic stops, when routine arrests, escalate into killings … Clearly, there seems to be a terrible disconnect between many police departments and officers and the people they have sworn to protect.” (No one is implying that blacks are not victims on occasion, just as are whites or hispanics or others, but blacks are by no means innocent as many times they have brought upon themselves what they get due to the crimes they are in process of committing, even against their own race besides against whites and others. Statistics are available that prove whites have fewer incidences of committing crimes and have the highest incidence of crimes being committed against them, whereas the blacks have the highest incidence of committed crimes.)

Breitbart notes how Clinton suggested people who disagree with her agenda are racists. “There is so much more to be done … we can’t be engaging in hateful rhetoric or incitement of violence, we need to be bringing people together … we need more love and kindness.” (THAT statement from a known murderer and TRAITOR with a list of crimes behind her which should have had her arrested and executed for high treason years ago - especially after Benghazi.)  Even though our nation has not had a REAL election in at least 70 years, still - to 'win' in November - Clinton needs a high turnout of African-American voters so the claim can be made that she 'won' the 'election' - just like how she 'won' the delegates' by STEALING them from Sanders.  Sadly, many Americans will believe most anything even though it most likely will not be the TRUTH. And they wonder what on earth brought about all this dissension, the protests, etc.  Consider those 'in charge' of this nation via the criminal cabal in Wash DC and their associates heading up most of the state 'governments.' Bingo! And most Americans do not recognize the source of our nation's problems, nor do they do anything to put a stop to it.)

Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton’s private email server illegal, it “disqualifies” her from holding any security-clearance-necessary position.

 

Such as, say, President of the United States.

 

“If you do this or that bad thing, you’ve essentially disqualified yourself as being the leader of the free world,” said Mukasey, referring to the illegal server and the illegal handling of classified materials.

 

Mukasey specifically points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.

 

For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here’s what it says.

 

Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

 

Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. 

 

As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.

 

Yes, it explicitly states “shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States.”

Democrats are already pathetically blaming guns and demanding gun control for the Dallas shooting that left 5 police officers dead. 

And Al Sharpton is, as always, blaming police brutality.

The trial of a former SS guard has heard how the Nazis used a lethal pesticide to slowly and painfully kill over one million victims of the Holocaust.

Oskar Groening, now 93, a former accountant at Auschwitz, is on trial in Luneburg, Germany, for his involvement in the deaths of 300,000 Hungarian Jews at a Nazi camp in German-occupied Poland in 1944.

Today an expert delved into the horrendous properties of Zyklon-B gas, the pesticide used in the concentration camp death chambers.  Dr Sven Anders, 44, a coroner from the University Clinic of Hamburg-Eppendorf, told how Zyklon-B, which 'attacks the brain', causes extreme pain, violent seizures and kills anyone who inhales it from cardiac arrest 'within seconds'.  Dr Anders told how the gas was originally produced as a pesticide to cleanse large buildings like warehouses and barracks.

Groening, who arrived 30 minutes late to the hearing due to a traffic hold up, looked intently at him and twitched slightly as he said: 'Zyklon B is known as prussic acid. Dr Anders said it was unlikely that the poison worked at the same speed in all areas given the size of the gas chamber and the unfortunate people who were breathing lower concentrations would suffer much more.  He added: 'A lower intoxication leads to a blockage of blood in the lungs and thereby causes shortness of breath.'  'Commonly one speaks of water in the lungs, breathing will then always deeper and stronger, because the body craves after oxygen. The agony could last more than half an hour.'

Earlier in the proceedings Groening had described how he had heard the killing of prisoners in gas chambers - a crying that grew to a crescendo before falling off - adding: 'Then they were quieter again. An SS doctor went in with a gas mask. All were dead.'

Groening, who is known as the 'Bookkeeper of Auschwitz', has admitted to being 'morally guilty' but denies legal responsibility because he claims he 'never hurt anyone' directly.

Others were told to leave their luggage inside the cattle wagons they had arrived and it would be brought back to them after they had showered. But it was collected up by people like Groening and sent back to his SS paymasters in Berlin to fuel the Reich war effort. His main job at Auschwitz was to gather the possessions of inmates and ship them back to Germany. 

Prosecutor Jens Lehmann described in detail in the indictment against Groening how the victims in the gas chamber were wedged so tightly together 'that they could only be separated by axe blows'.

A hearing scheduled for Wednesday was cancelled because of his fragile health which was the second time it has interrupted proceedings. The trial is due to start again next week.

Muslim radicals poised to exploit U.S. racial tensions

Black nationalists, Nation of Islam, influenced Dallas cop killer

While there is no evidence of formal affiliation, the suspect in the Dallas sniper attack considered himself a black nationalist, and he showed affinity for the religious group most closely associated with the Black Power movement that arose in the 1960s, the Nation of Islam.

Xavier Johnson, a 25 year-old Army reservist who had served a tour of duty in Afghanistan, was photographed wearing a dashiki and holding up his right fist clenched in the Black Power salute. On his Facebook page, Johnson liked pages related to Elijah Muhammad, the Nation of Islam’s deceased founder. And he liked the Black Riders Liberation Party, the New Black Panther Party and the African American Defense League

A group called the Black Power Political Organization took responsibility for the Dallas attack, the London paper The Mirror reported Friday.

Last summer, WND reported Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan urged a packed audience at Mt. Zion Baptist Church (??!!) in Miami to kill white people.  Farrakhan said violent retaliation is the only way for American blacks to “rise up” and overthrow their white oppressors.

“So if the federal government will not intercede in our affairs, then we must rise up and kill those who kill us,” Farrakhan said. “Stalk them and let them feel the pain of death that we are feeling.”

In March, WND reported the concern of FBI counter-terror specialist John Guandolo that Black Lives Matter radicals were beginning to team up with Muslim elements to provoke trouble in U.S. cities that he said will surprise most police agencies.

Prior to the Dallas shooting, reported Heavy.com, a Black Lives Matter member reached out to ISIS on social media, and ISIS supporters have since commented on the attack.

Other terrorist organizations in the United States have been trying to capitalize on the racial tension in the United States.

The Site Intel Group is reporting the most current edition of the al-Qaida magazine focuses on Alton Sterling, who was fatally shot by police in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on Tuesday.

In January, after the ISIS-inspired shooting in San Bernardino, the Somalian al-Qaida affiliate al-Shabaab released a video using footage of Trump calling for “a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what the hell is going on,” Heavy.com reported.

The Tony Blair Foundation noted that last year, the 11th issue of ISIS’ English language magazine Dabiq published a manifesto of its policy on race.

‘More will be assassinated’

A post on the Black Power Political Organization Facebook account said: “More Will Be Assassinated In The Coming Days! Do You Like The Work Of Our Assassins? Get Your Own Sniper.”

The Facebook page of the organization has been removed, Breitbart reported, but a cached copy of the page shows that it mentions the New Black Panther Party and the Huey P Newton Gun Club, a paramilitary organization that has trained in Dallas for several years.

One section posted on Feb. 10 reads:

Breitbart covered an event earlier this year in which members of the Huey P Newton Gun Club showed up carrying long guns to protest against an anti-Islam group. Dallas police shut down the event after black counter-protesters broke through a barricade and tried to attack.

Teaming with Muslim Brotherhood

In March, the former FBI analyst Guandolo warned the Muslim Brotherhood is teaming up with the Black Lives Matter movement to create violent events that will surprise many police agencies in cities across the U.S. Guandolo, author of the book “Raising a Jihadi Generation,” said the revolutionary jihad movement that swept through the Middle East and North Africa as part of the “Arab Spring” was starting to take root in Europe, noting the attacks in Paris and Brussels.

The movement will eventually spread to the United States, said Guandolo, a former Marine and instructor at the U.S. Army War College who now provides training to law enforcement agencies that want to learn more about the jihadist network in the U.S.

The network is operated, he said, by the international Muslim Brotherhood through its many front organizations. Among them are the Muslim-American Society, Muslim Student Association, Council on American-Islamic Relations, Islamic Society of North America and North American Islamic Trust.

The Dallas Morning News reported the shootings Thursday in the Texas city “are just the latest backdrop for global discussions about race relations, guns and law enforcement in the United States,” and some of the “strongest views have come from the Arab world, where many view America’s struggles through the lens of religion and debates over how to define terrorism.”

One common theme, the paper said, is to ask why the attack in Dallas was not being referred by officials as terrorism.

The paper noted Dallas “has a sizable Muslim community that has faced pressure in the past because of perceived links to terrorism.”
