IRS LAUNCHES INVESTIGATION OF 'CLINTON FOUNDATION'

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen referred congressional charges of corrupt Clinton Foundation “pay-to-play” activities to his tax agency’s exempt operations office for investigation, The Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.

The request to investigate the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation on charges of “public corruption” was made in a July 15 letter by 64 House Republicans to the IRS, FBI and Federal Trade Commission (FTC). They charged the Clinton Foundation is “lawless.”

The initiative is being led by Rep. Marsha Blackburn, a Tennessee Republican who serves as the vice chairwoman of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, which oversees FTC. The FTC regulates public charities alongside the IRS.

The lawmakers charged the Clinton Foundation is a “lawless ‘pay-to-play’ enterprise that has been operating under a cloak of philanthropy for years and should be investigated.”

Koskinen’s July 22 reply came only a week after the House Republicans contacted the tax agency. It arrived to their offices Monday, the first opening day of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia.

“We have forwarded the information you have submitted to our Exempt Organizations Program in Dallas,” Koskinen told the Republicans.

The Exempt Organization Program is the division of the IRS that regulates the operations of public foundations and charities. It’s the same division that was led by former IRS official Lois Lerner when hundreds of conservative, evangelical and tea party non-profit applicants were illegally targeted and harassed by tax officials.

Blackburn told The DCNF she believes the IRS has a double standard because, “they would go after conservative groups and religious groups and organizations, but they wouldn’t be looking at the Clinton Foundation for years. It was as if they choose who they are going to audit and question. It’s not right.”

Blackburn said she and her colleagues will “continue to push” for answers on the Clinton Foundation’s governing policies, including its insular board of directors. She said they also will examine conflicts of interest and “follow the money trail.” “In my opinion, there’s a lack of good governance, there is the appearance of conflicts of interest, and there are continued questions about the financial dealings,” she told TheDCNF.

House Republicans singled out Laureate Education and Uranium One as two companies that seemed to have paid lavish sums to the Clintons and later received official government benefits. Laureate hired former President Bill Clinton as “honorary chancellor,” paying him $16.5 million over five years. The Baltimore-based company, which operates for-profit universities in 28 countries, also donated between $1 million and $5 million to the Clinton Foundation, according to the foundation’s web site.

While Bill was collecting a paycheck from the company and his wife was secretary of state, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), an arm of the World Bank, invested $150 million in Laureate. It was the largest-ever single IFC investment to an educational company.

The United States 'government' is the largest contributor to the IFC. During that same period, the Department of State’s U.S. Agency for International Development awarded $55 million to the International Youth Foundation. Laureate CEO Douglas Becker is on the foundation’s board of directors. International Youth Foundation, the Clinton Foundation and Laureate jointly participated in foundation programs.

A Laureate spokesman denied the quid pro quo charges: “Allegations of any quid pro quo between Laureate, the International Youth Foundation and the Clintons are completely false,” she told The DCNF, adding, “the IFC’s decision to invest in Laureate had no connection to and was not influenced in any way whatsoever by Hillary Clinton.”

The IFC also awarded $150 million to another company owned by Frank Giustra, a close friend of Bill Clinton. Giustra donated $100 million to create the “Clinton Giustra Enterprise Partnership” within the Clinton Foundation. The funds went to Pacific Infrastructure, a company in which Giustra had a significant financial stake. The company was to build a port and oil pipeline in Colombia that was strenuously opposed by environmental and human rights groups because the pipeline sliced through five indigenous villages and forcibly displaced the tribes.

Giustra also was an owner in Uranium One, a uranium mining company with operations in Kazakhstan and in the western United States. Giustra wanted to sell a share of the uranium business to Russia’s atomic energy agency, which required U.S. approval, including that of Secretary Clinton. The Russian investment was approved.
Blackburn added that it appeared the Clinton Foundation — which was tax-exempt only to construct and manage Clinton’s presidential library — never got IRS approval to become a tax-exempt global organization with operations in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Pacific and the Caribbean. “In the Clinton Foundation we have a charity that has never filed the appropriate paperwork,” Blackburn charged.

Charles Ortel, a Wall Street analyst who has been investigating the Clinton Foundation, told The DCNF that the expansion of the foundation into a global giant was not legally approved by the IRS. “It’s crystal clear in a review of their application that their purposes were narrowly limited, as they should have been, to a presidential archive in Little Rock, Arkansas,” he said to TheDCNF. “End of discussion.”

Blackburn also questions the makeup of the Clinton Foundation’s board of directors, which IRS rules require include independent, arm’s-length board members. The Clinton Foundation board mainly consists of close friends, business colleagues and big donors to the Clintons, as reported by The DCNF. “All charities need to guard against incestuous relationships which limit their ability to be objective,” the congresswoman said. “In the Clinton Foundation, we see a lack of diversity within their board.”

Uranium One did not respond to The DCNF’s request for comment. The Clinton Foundation also did not respond to The DCNF’s request for comment.

A shocking new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today confirms that former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ordered elements within the Obama regime loyal to her to pressure German Chancellor Angela “Mother of Terror” Merkel to cover up a horrifying Islamic State terror attack this past week—and that “stunningly” the American mainstream press colluded on in keeping secret, too.

According to this report, on 13 June, an elite force of spezialeinsatzcommando’s (SWAT team) belonging to the German counter-terrorism Border Protection Group 9 of the Federal Police (GSG 9) raided a “greengrocer/vegetable seller” located near an Islamic mosque in Nordrhein-Westfalen (North Rhine-Westphalia) where they discovered a “war grade arsenal” of weapons and explosives, along with documents linking to numerous Islamic State terror cells operating throughout both the European Union and United States.

Of “particular and grave” concern to GSB 9 intelligence operatives following the uncovering of this massive Islamic State arsenal were the “coded/encrypted” documents appearing to show that an imminent mass terror attack was being planned in the Federal State of Bavaria.

By the early morning of 22 July GSB 9 had identified two Islamic refugees linked (by cell phone tracking) to the discovered arsenal who had pledged their allegiance to ISIS named Ali Daud Sunbuli and Mohammad Daleel---but whom before they could be captured launched a mass terror attack in the Bavarian capital city of Munich.

Of the Munich Islamic terror attack itself both Sunbuli and Daleel began firing upon innocent civilians killing six males and three females—with Sunbuli being reported by eyewitnesses as screaming “Allahu Akbar” as he brutally ended his young victems lives one by one.

Once this Munich terror attack began GSB 9 had Munich local police forces use their social media accounts to urge people to evacuate the chaotic “combat area/zone” so that these Islamic terrorists could either be killed or captured—with German police Facebook reporting gunfire in multiple locations, and German police Twitter warning of the same thing, too.

Though GSB 9 spezialeinsatzcommando’s were able to kill the Islamic terrorist Sunbuli during the Munich massacre, Daleel was able to escape enabling him to travel to the Bavarian city of Ansbach where he then, two days later, detonated his suicide vest killing himself and injuring many others—and who warned on his ISIS video “This operation is carried out with an explosive device, but next time it will be with (car) bombs.”

Within two hours of the Munich massacre beginning SVR intelligence analysts in this report say, a “massive and furious” series of “communications” began between the German government and the US State Department—immediately after which German authorities began publishing lies about the Islamic terrorist Ali Daud Sunbuli saying he was from Iran instead of Syria where he had actually come from.

Most concerning to the SVR about what the German government did in attempting to conceal the truth about the Islamic terrorist Sunbuli is how “amateurish/childlike” the deception was done by German intelligence operatives—including their portray of him as a teenager when his own Interpol file showed he was an adult, portraying him as a Shiite Iranian when on his own Facebook page (archived here) he proved his allegiance to the Sunni state of Turkey that supports ISIS, and their even attempting to change his Arabic name.

To the reason(s) Merkel’s government cooperated in this mass deception with Hillary Clinton’s State Department to cover-up the Islamic State’s masterminding of the Munich massacre was to thwart the message the Republican Party Nominee for US president Donald Trump had given to tens-of-millions of Americans just hours earlier in his warning that these types of barbaric events would continue.

Unbeknownst to the American people about Trump’s speech warning about Islamic terrorism was that Hillary Clinton and her mainstream media propagandists had prepared to launch a massive attack against it by portraying it as “dark”—and that within seconds of Trump’s warning speech ending, was echoed by every elite major media outlet in the US, including The New Yorker, the Washington Post, Salon, The Guardian, and too many other Hillary Clinton supporting publications to mention.

Unfortunately for Hillary Clinton the 'elite' media’s attack against Trump failed to convince the American people and who, in a CNN poll, astoundedly voted overwhelmingly by a 75% margin supporting him.

If the American and German peoples will remain ignorant of the deception being perpetrated upon them by their 'elite' rulers terrified of what these Islamic State terrorists are planning next, this report doesn’t comment on—but if the SVR is to be believed, they won’t have long to find out.

Not there until after the new month starts. When John Machaffie was alive, Google screwed him out of money he earned through Google Analyctics . If I remember right it was around $16,000. I had no clue the 2016 Summer Olympics were in just two weeks. I have been knee deep in reporting on terrorist attacks, shootings and other violence in America and around the world.

At about 6:30 Wednesday morning, I heard these words in my spirit:

ISIS and other dark forces have formed a confederacy that will orchestrate a coordinated attack at the Olympics. The plan calls for attacks on every side and in diverse manners. Suicide bombers are being trained to infiltrate the perimeter with new tools and tactics and with mass carnage in mind.

Even areas in the outskirts of the city will be targeted to bring mass chaos and spread thin responding forces. Demonic alliances are being forged even now because the attacks in the minds of these terrorists surpass the resources any one group has collected on its own.

Underground networks are being formed even now to strike several cities on the same day, even though the Olympics are the primary targets of terror.

I saw fire, lots of fire and people being trampled as they tried to race away from the sites. I saw chemical weapons being deployed that suffocate victims. Other chemical weapons were deployed that lead to a slower, more painful death. It was clear to me that this coordinated attack is not depending or relying on any one method or strategy or group. This is a cadre of groups unified for one evil purpose.

Again, I had no idea the Olympics were in 15 days.

When I researched this out, I discovered the games in Rio run from Aug. 5 to Aug. 21. I also read news reports indicating Brazil has beefed up Olympic security after the Nice terror attack and how security services foiled a French delegation at the Rio 2016 Olympics. In other news, a Brazilian extremist group used the Telegram to pledge allegiance to ISIS.

Some of this may be chatter, but some of it is likely real and I'm convinced there's much more going on behind the scenes.

Please don't brush this off. I still remember watching in horror the aftermath of the terrorist bomb attack on Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta during the 1996 Summer Olympics. The attack ultimately killed two people—one immediately and a second had a heart attack while running to the scene—and injured 110 others. In other words, we've seen terror attacks on the Olympics before. Now, in an age of terror where we see violence every week, we need to take this warning seriously.

The Lord also showed me He is calling undercover intercessors to press into new realms of prayer to combat these plans and thwart the purposes of the wicked ones. He's looking for covert groups of prayer warriors who will band together without any recognition or fanfare and press into what the Lord is showing step by step that each stage of the enemy plot can be overturned. He's calling special forces to rise up and push back the chaos that intends to manifest so that many lives can be saved. He's looking for skilled spiritual generals to organize groups of intercessors to pray without ceasing about specific assignments.

Two weeks doesn't leave us much time to thwart this terror attack. God would not be warning if He did not want to intervene. I believe we can take authority over these demons before they manifest in the midst of a global scene.

Stop Drinking the Kool-Aid, America: Political Fiction in an Age of Televised Lies

“We’ve got to face it. Politics have entered a new stage, the television stage. Instead of long-winded public debates, the people want capsule slogans—‘Time for a change’—‘The mess in Washington’—‘More bang for a buck’—punch lines and glamour.”— A Face in the Crowd (1957)

Politics is entertainment.

It is a heavily scripted, tightly choreographed, star-studded, ratings-driven, mass-marketed, costly exercise in how to sell a product—in this case, a presidential candidate—to dazzled consumers who will choose image over substance almost every time.

This year’s presidential election, much like every other election in recent years, is what historian Daniel Boorstin referred to as a “pseudo-event”: manufactured, contrived, confected and devoid of any intrinsic value save the value of being advertised. It is the end result of a culture that is moving away from substance toward sensationalism in an era of mass media.

As author Noam Chomsky rightly observed, “It is important to bear in mind that political campaigns are designed by the same people who sell toothpaste and cars.” In other words, we’re being sold a carefully crafted product by a monied 'elite' who are masters in the art of making the public believe that they need exactly what is being sold to them, whether it’s the latest high-tech gadget, the hottest toy, or the most charismatic politician.

Tune into a political convention and you will find yourself being sucked into an alternate reality so glossy, star-studded, emotionally charged and entertaining as to make you forget that you live in a police state. The elaborate stage show, the costumes, the actors, the screenplay, the lighting, the music, the drama: all carefully calibrated to appeal to the public’s need for bread and circuses, diversion and entertainment, and pomp and circumstance.

Politics is a reality show, America’s favorite form of entertainment, dominated by money and profit, imagery and spin, hype and personality and guaranteed to ensure that nothing in the way of real truth reaches the populace.

After all, who cares about police shootings, drone killings, SWAT team raids, asset forfeiture schemes, private prisons, school-to-prison pipelines, over criminalization, censorship or any of the other evils that plague our nation when you can listen to the croonings of Paul Simon, laugh along with Sarah Silverman, and get misty-eyed over the First Lady’s vision of 'progress in America'.

But make no mistake: Americans only think they’re choosing the next president.

In truth, however, they’re engaging in the illusion of participation culminating in the reassurance ritual of voting. It’s just another Blue Pill, a manufactured reality conjured up by the matrix in order to keep the populace compliant and convinced that their vote counts and that they still have some influence over the political process.

Stop drinking the Kool-Aid, America.

The nation is drowning in debt, crippled by a slowing economy, overrun by militarized police, swarming with surveillance, besieged by endless wars and a military industrial complex intent on starting new ones, and riddled with corrupt politicians at every level of government. All the while, we’re arguing over which corporate puppet will be given the honor of stealing our money, invading our privacy, abusing our trust, undermining our freedoms, and shackling us with debt and misery for years to come.

Nothing taking place on Election Day will alleviate the suffering of the American people. The government as we have come to know it—corrupt, bloated and controlled by big-money corporations, lobbyists and special interest groups—will remain unchanged. And “we the people”—overtaxed, overpoliced, overburdened by big government, underrepresented by those who should speak for us and blissfully ignorant of the prison walls closing in on us—will continue to trudge along a path of misery.

With roughly 22 lobbyists per Congressman, corporate greed will continue to call the shots in the nation’s capital, while our elected representatives will grow richer and the people poorer. And elections will continue to be driven by war chests and corporate benefactors rather than such values as honesty, integrity and public service. Just consider: it’s estimated that more than $5 billion will be spent on the elections this year, yet not a dime of that money will actually help the average American in their day-to-day struggles to just get by.

And the military industrial complex will continue to bleed us dry. Since 2001 Americans have spent $10.5 million every hour for numerous foreign military occupations, including in Iraq and Afghanistan. There’s also the $2.2 million spent every hour on maintaining the United States’ nuclear stockpile, and the $35,000 spent every hour to produce and maintain our collection of Tomahawk missiles. And then there’s the money the government exports to other countries to support their arsenals, at the cost of $1.61 million every hour for the American taxpayers.

Then again, when faced with the grim, seemingly hopeless reality of the American police state, it’s understandable why Americans might opt for escapism. “Humankind cannot bear too much reality,” T. S. Eliot once said. Perhaps that is one reason we are so drawn to the unreality of the American political experience: it is spectacle and fiction and farce all rolled up into one glossy dose of escapism.

Frankly, escapism or not, Americans should be mad as hell.

Many of our politicians live like kings. Chauffeured around in limousines, flying in private jets and eating gourmet meals, all paid for by the American taxpayer, they are far removed from those they represent. Such a luxurious lifestyle makes it difficult to identify with the “little guy”—the roofers, plumbers and blue-collar workers who live from paycheck to paycheck and keep the country running with their hard-earned dollars and the sweat of their brows.

Conveniently, politicians only seem to remember their constituents in the months leading up to an election, and yet “we the people” continue to take the abuse, the neglect, the corruption and the lies. We make excuses for the shoddy treatment, we cover up for them when they cheat on us, and we keep hoping that if we just stick with them long enough, eventually they’ll treat us right.

People get the government they deserve.

No matter who wins the presidential election come November, it’s a sure bet that the losers will be the American people.

As political science professor Gene Sharp notes in starker terms, “Dictators are not in the business of allowing elections that could remove them from their thrones.” As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, the Establishment—the shadow government and its corporate partners that really run the show, pull the strings and dictate the policies, no matter who occupies the Oval Office—are not going to allow anyone to take office who will unravel their power structures. Those who have attempted to do so in the past have been effectively put out of commission.

So what is the solution to this blatant display of imperial elitism disguising itself as a populist exercise in representative government?

Stop playing the game. Stop supporting the system. Stop defending the insanity. Just stop.

Washington thrives on money, so stop giving them your money. Stop throwing your hard-earned dollars away on politicians and Super PACs who view you as nothing more than a means to an end. There are countless worthy grassroots organizations and nonprofits working in your community to address real needs like injustice, poverty, homelessness, etc. Support them and you’ll see change you really can believe in in your own backyard. Politicians depend on votes, so stop giving them your vote unless they have a proven track record of listening to their constituents, abiding by their wishes and working hard to earn and keep their trust.

Stop buying into the lie that your vote matters. Your vote doesn’t elect a president. Despite the fact that there are 218 million eligible voters in this country (only half of whom actually vote), it is the electoral college, made up of 538 individuals handpicked by the candidates’ respective parties, that actually selects the next president. The only thing you’re accomplishing by taking part in the “reassurance ritual” of voting is sustaining the illusion that we have a democratic republic. What we have is a dictatorship, or as political scientists Martin Gilens and Benjamin Page more accurately term it, we are suffering from an “economic élite domination.”

A healthy, representative government is hard work. It takes a citizenry that is informed about the issues, educated about how the government operates, and willing to make the sacrifices necessary to stay involved, whether that means forgoing Monday night football in order to attend a city council meeting or risking arrest by picketing in front of a politician’s office.
It takes a citizenry willing to do more than grouse and complain. We must act—and act responsibly—keeping in mind that the duties of citizenship extend beyond the act of voting.
Most of all, it takes a citizenry that cares enough to get mad and get active.

As Howard Beale declares in the 1976 film Network:

“I want you to get up right now, sit up, go to your windows, open them and stick your head out and yell, ‘I’m as mad as hell and I’m not going to take this anymore.’ Things have got to change. But first, you’ve gotta get mad!...You’ve got to say, ‘I’m as mad as hell, and I’m not going to take this anymore!’ Then we’ll figure out what to do about the depression and the inflation and the oil crisis. But first get up out of your chairs, open the window, stick your head out, and yell, and say it.”

The Final PUSH -- Update on Living Law Firm and Foreclosure Fraud

When a woman is in labor the pain comes in waves and along with that pain comes exhausting physical effort that leaves you tired and weak in the aftermath. You coast down the back side of the pain and then fall back, only to rise up again on the next wave. That's how this whole effort has been.

Yesterday I got word that confirms what I have hoped for. The Living Law Firm is getting ready for the final PUSH on the foreclosure issue.

We have to shuttle some folks around the country. We have to pay for hotel rooms. We need about a week of group effort to bring all the pieces of the puzzle together and maybe another week to write it all up-----but I am confident that a major goal is within reach.

We can end the foreclosure madness.

It's that simple, that major, and for everyone who has lost or who is in danger of losing their home, this is very good news. For the rest of America it's good news, too---- because your communities and families and neighbors and friends will no longer live in fear or be out on the streets while their homes stand empty or commercial mercenaries "flip" them for profit.

We need your help to end this scourge on our people and our land. We need your prayers and we need contributions toward the expenses of this special project. Several people have to be transported from around the country and put up in a hotel where we can talk directly across the table from each other.

All the pieces are present. All that remains is to sort them out and put them together and write the results up in a non-legalese way that everyone can understand and follow for remedy. We think we have the answer to all this misery reduced down to two evidence documents, one agency, and a letter anyone can write.

Now you know why I am so excited.

We've found various answers to the foreclosure fraud before, but they always proved to be too complex for non-lawyers and people who were on the ropes financially to begin with couldn't make use of them, so we've kept at it looking for a Silver Bullet that applies across the board, is simple and inexpensive to implement, and puts an end to all these bogus foreclosures.

It's been eight years in the making, but I think we have it.

I am not looking forward to spending a week --- probably a very hot week --- indoors with a bunch of other law geeks hammering this out. That is, I am not looking forward to the labor involved. But I am looking forward to the baby.

How soon we can do this depends on you. It will cost at least $8000 to fly in and house the non-Bar lawyers and paralegals we need to pull together for this effort, and the people who really need us to do this are already tapped out, facing foreclosure and the loss of their homes.

That's why I am asking my readers who are NOT facing foreclosure all across this great country to make a "thank offering" to help all those who are. When a wildfire or a flood or a tornado wipes out a small community, Americans step up. Those who haven't been harmed help all the others and together we make it through.

I can't begin to explain how many heartfelt and desperate letters I have received from people facing foreclosure, nor how bad that makes me feel.

Recently, there has been a ray of hope via Chapter 7 bankruptcy as explained at www.lighthouseliberty.club and that process can indeed give families a second start. I highly recommend that anyone facing foreclosure right now listen to their YouTube video "Settle All Claims" to get an overview and then go to their website.

That said, we have been on a different track--- looking for a systemic answer that addresses the foreclosure issue simply and administratively, without dragging everyone through bankruptcy. I am placing this rug in front of God and before all of you. I know we haven't come this far, this fast, to be left lacking a few thousand dollars.

Here's one to think about (seriously) from RichieAllen.co.uk:

I would have added a long, long list of "culprits"---- politicians, blacks, whites, Christians, Capitalists, Communists---- indeed, the list of those we blame is longer than my arm or my patience to sit down and write.

Richie has given us the more soulful version of the Hegelian Dialectic -- create a problem, solve the problem, profit from the solving of the problem--- and put it all in more human terms so that we can see how allowing ourselves to be "victims" and to blame "culprits" instead of being proactive and taking responsibility, leads to being victimized by the supposed "saviors" over and over and over again.

It also brings to mind the reason that there is no peace in the world and why there can never be peace in the world despite so many people wanting and needing it. As long as war is profitable, we will be beset by war. First, the parasites who profit from this bestial "business" destroyed Europe. Now, they want to destroy America. China will be next on the list, forty, fifty, a hundred years from now.

Just watch the progression and how these war-mongers operate.

They were originally headquartered in Europe. When they left Europe and migrated to the United States, they unleashed not one, but two World Wars to cover their tracks and create opportunities to plunder, plunder, plunder.

Now they have moved on to China, and they are trying their best to repeat their whole schtick here in America.

When they leave China they will no doubt move back to Europe again---- and around and around it goes.

The ONLY way to put an end to this is to recognize that we are being played like violins. Recognize it for what it is. See the pattern. See who is actually responsible for and supporting and profiting from war.....and then figure out how to make war unprofitable forever.

It could be as simple as a United Nations accord in which all the nations of the world agree that whoever starts a war has to pay for it regardless of who wins.

That would nip it all in the bud pretty neatly.

I am sure there are other solutions we can come up with to make war unprofitable. That's just a "for starters". Now that you are thinking about it and seeing the problem (perhaps for the first time) as a matter of taking the cheese from the rats----what's your answer?
