A young man named Gio Rios did a livestream on Facebook last Sunday, October 8th and I've edited out some of his small talk (especially in the beginning) and added some titles. He made this livestream because he is appalled at the lies of the US Government and the Mainstream Media. He states unequivocally, "What happened exactly one week ago was a terrorist attack. It was group-organized, it was choreographed and I don't want anyone thinking it was a one-person shooter...This was a terrorist attack on US soil and they're still out there, on our soil, planning another attack."

Gio says he was staying at the Luxor hotel with his girlfriend, Marissa the weekend of the Las Vegas shooting. They went to the Route 91 festival across the street and were watching Jason Aldean perform near the front row, Stage Left when the shots began firing and people all around them began dropping. They were in the area closest to the sights of the guns being fired from the Mandalay Bay hotel.

Gio describes hearing the horrible sound of bullets penetrating human flesh as he fled the venue with Marissa on Giles Street, only to hear more shots coming from the direction of the Hooters restaurant on Tropicana Boulevard. He and Marissa hid behind a car before being herded into the Tropicana Hotel with dozens of other fleeing, bleeding concertgoers, one of whom died in the hallway.

While in this hallway, a very calm, muscular, light brown-skinned man with a black polymer suitcase ordered him into the casino. Gio refused and asked what was in the suitcase (this was a chaotic crisis situation with a dead man beside them on the floor and this cool and collected man had a suitcase). The man looked him dead in the eye and was about to show Gio what was inside when very rapid bursts of gunfire erupted in the casino and the man ran in that direction. Jason's impression was that people were being herded into the Tropicana's casino to be killed and that this man would have killed him, if he hadn't been distracted. (During the question session at the end, which I've edited out, Gio describes the man as speaking unaccented Southern Californian English and looking like he was maybe of "Armenian" ethnicity (which I take to mean that he looked like a male Kim Kardashian).

After escaping through a door, Gio and Marissa were in an alleyway when shots began firing again, from fairly close range in the direction of the New York New York hotel. They then ran back into the alley and hid inside a dumpster for three hours.

It was from this location that he heard helicopters flying over the Strip for several hours. He asks why, if by then Stephen Paddock had already been found dead, that the police would still be looking for perpetrators, if they were so certain that they had found their Lone Gunman. He says, "They knew that there were multiple shooters."

After three hours in the dumpster, he and Marissa emerged and a Las Vegas Metro cop immediately told them to get inside the Tropicana hotel, which had by then been secured. They lay on floor of a convention room for a couple of hours and waited for all of the hotels on the strip to check and clear all of the rooms so they could go back. He comments, "Again, why were they doing that if there had only been one shooter?"

When the TV was turned on and it was announced that, "Two were confirmed dead and 20 injured," Gio and Marissa were shocked because they had seen with their own eyes that the casualties were much greater. The local TV station flashed the phone number for the FBI tip line. Gio immediately called the FBI and relayed everything that's been stated here. At that point, he thought this was the right thing to do. He's not so sure about his safety anymore (!)

Gio describes staying up all night and finally getting back to their room at the Luxor hotel and watching Trump's speech at 7AM. He says, "It wasn't right...It was a terrorist attack, OK?...There's no way in Hell that a 64-year-old, untrained could shoot an automatic military grade weapon from the 34th (sic) floor at a declining grade and hit people...[he couldn't do that] for ten minutes straight. There's no way. And if you believe that, I'm sorry. I have no words for you...it was a terrorist attack. Donald Trump can't say that because he doesn't want that [on his watch]...but who gives a sh*t?

"Be real! Tell the people the truth! If you are running our country, you need to tell them the truth...this is immense, people! This was so huge. This was a terrorist attack on US soil and they're still out there, on our soil, planning another attack."

Money--- even actual money that has value in-and-of-itself, is a very queer thing, so odd in fact that most people's brains refuse to contemplate it for long.  It just does not make sense to them, so they accept it as a Fact of Life and go on about their business. 

This is understandable, but not at all healthy or helpful. 

Your country and your world need you to think about what money is and is not. 

First of all, what we use "as" money in this country is not money.  It is a private bank script, akin to casino chips.  Inside the casino you can use the chips "as if" they were money, and for this purpose, the chips were assigned a value by the 1934 Emergency Banking Act.  That piece of skulduggery established an exchange rate of one actual United States (silver) dollar per one I.O.U. denominated as a  "one dollar" (equivalent) Federal Reserve Note. 

This would be exactly the same as if I said, okay, I am going to give you this piece of paper--- an I.O.U. -- in exchange for a piece of silver worth a dollar in the world market, so that you can play in my casino. 

What is the immediate impact of this arrangement?  Well, the casino owner gets a lot of silver at no interest, which he can use to invest as he pleases, and you meanwhile are left with his I.O.U., which within the confines of the casino spends just like real money, but isn't real money.  It's credit.  His credit. 

And how much credit could a bankrupt governmental services corporation have? 

Zero to none. 

Nonetheless, this is the "deal" that Congress dished out to the trusting American people in 1934 on behalf of the private Federal Reserve Banks. 

So the Federal Reserve Banks issued a private bank script (casino chip) as a one dollar-equivalent I.O.U., and the Congress, which had long since been corrupted and was secretively functioning as the Board of Directors of the bankrupt Municipal Corporation doing business as the "United States of America" (Inc.),  forced Americans to accept this deal via "Legal Tender Laws" and the 1934 Emergency Banking Act, etc., etc., etc.

As a result, American Silver Dollars were collected by the Federal Reserve Banks and the debt of the Federal Reserve Banks (their I.O.U.s -- Federal Reserve Notes) were collected by the American people and everyone else doing business inside the casino.

There was a long period during which the machine quietly ticked away, with the silver being drained out of the American's pockets and into the private bank coffers, and on the surface, nothing much appeared to have changed.  Inside the casino, the so-called "domestic economy" the people, largely unaware that they were now exchanging casino chips (I.O.U.'s) went about their business, shook their heads, thought that the business of high finance was too mysterious for them, and started exchanging their labor and other assets for the I.O.U.s. 

Then, the organization issuing the I.O.U's --- the "Federal Reserve System"-- went quietly bankrupt and welched on all those I.O.U's. in 2009.  The Casino went bust. And despite the obvious malicious intent and the wildly inequitable nature of this "deal" in the first place, and also the self-interested fraud involved on the part of the Congress and the coercive nature of the bogus "Legal Tender Laws" and "Acts" misrepresented as actual public laws applying to all Americans---- despite all this, the courts let the vermin have bankruptcy protection. 

The "Federal Reserve System" was, after all, just a spin-off and private trademark of the Federal Reserve Bank Association. What did it matter if it was allowed to go bankrupt?

Only that it allowed the member banks to literally steal all that American silver and use it to trade and collateralize their own debts --- for free --- for a hundred years, and never give back any interest, any profit, any share of this whatsoever to the American states and people, and at the end of this looting, leave the American states and people holding the bag for all this. 

Yes, it wasn't bad enough that the privately owned and operated members banks of the Federal Reserve System and the fake corporate "Congress" stole all the silver and used it for a hundred years without repayment of any kind, but they left the American states and people holding their debt.  Literally. 

This is known as "Odious Debt" --- a debt from which the victim gains no value or benefit and which was created by means of fraud, non-disclosure, coercion, or other criminal means. 

We, the American states and people, are not responsible for this situation and we are not paying this Odious Debt.  Instead, we have made our claims against the perpetrators and all their spin-off organizations and those claims have long-since cured. 

What was thought to be our debt is now our credit.  And the bankruptcy of the Federal Reserve System is no longer protecting the Principals responsible for this deplorable situation. 

But, but, but, but..... we can hear the guilty parties sputtering, "We are too big to fail!  If we fail, we are taking everyone else with us!"

It's not quite like that. 

You see, we are the Paramount Secured Interest Holders.  We now own it all.  So it isn't a matter of them being too big to fail and threatening to take us all down with them.  It's a matter of New Management taking over the business and deciding what happens to all the ill-gotten profit. 

Heather Ann Tucci-Jareff and her fellows in the Paradigm Project perceived the same things and have attempted to foreclose on the perpetrators and create a gigantic Public Trust --- the so-called OPPT, however, our claims predate theirs by several hundred years.  We also have standing as True Creditors and Principals that no federal employee and no member of the Bar Association has. 

All these incorporated Territorial and Municipal Governments worldwide and all their franchises (exempting living people who have been enfranchised without their knowledge or consent) are under new management, most especially and including the banks. 

It's taking a while for the word to get out and even longer for people on the street to make heads or tails of it. 

While you are taking in just this small part of the evil that has been practiced against us and against billions of other innocent people worldwide, bear in mind that those responsible have no excuse and no ability to claim that this is any issue of "national security" nor any part of any political movement nor insurrection nor anything but plain, old, average, every day conduct of business.

It's just business that the perpetrators of these evils didn't expect to be conducted.

There is no reason to panic, no reason to be afraid, no reason to think that your money is worthless or that you don't have credit or anything else of the sort. 

Those of you who are old enough to remember when Tricky Dick Nixon took the "US" off the silver standard and created the Petro-Dollar know that this took place without any great upheaval or fanfare.  You can expect the transition to lawful money and credit to be similarly low-key.

After all, we are just going home after being tossed about on the "sea" and everything we have done and are doing is already set in the Public Law and also in the statutory law.  It's all being done peaceably, without violence, without malice.

And at the end of the day, it is really good news, that will pave the way for a better world and a better future for everyone on this planet. 

I tend to think of FDR as "King Rat", and so he was, but he was right about one thing--- there really is nothing to fear, but fear itself.

Because I am a “lifer” in the military, I’ve seen the  impact of a president more than many of you can imagine.  I enlisted with LBJ and saw just what a  Democrat clusterflock was all about.   

I went to Vietnam and saw how we were constantly and  incessantly bombarded with micromanagement from Washington that got thousands of military people killed. 

I sometimes wonder if I’ll get to heaven but if I go to hell I’m sure I’ll still be a few hundred floors above that  bastard Robert McNamara, LB Johnson, John Kerry,  Jane Fonda and, yes, even the “hero” John McCain.

After Johnson “abdicated” rather than having his ass waxed, I lived through Nixon who was hawkish but allowed the generals (and there WERE a few real generals back then versus now) run the show.  Nixon was so out of touch that he never knew North Vietnam was about to surrender when the Paris Accord was presented.

Only God could help us after Gerald Ford was beaten by Jimmy 'Peanuts' Carter who’d been funded by Saudi money.  The military was turned into Section 8 and even the White House suffered the austerity.

Then the light began to shine and Ronald Reagan swept into the fray.  He not only loved the country and the military, they loved him back.  Esprit d’corps was off the scale during his presidency.  

The Liberals were slowly turning into socialists however, and about this time all the draft dodgers of the 1960’s who’d been given amnesty by Jimmy 'Peanuts' were turning out college graduates with degrees in socialism.

Bush 1 was an enigma from the CIA and, though he  never did much either way, he NEVER DID MUCH EITHER WAY.

Welcome to Bill Clinton.  Clinton spent most of his two terms wagging the dog and creating the 'Oral' Office,  sending a bomber to blow up Quaddafi’s tent and killing a goat or two, while allowing the UN to set up the infamous Black Hawk Down situation. He made history by becoming only the second president to be impeached. 

I actually felt sorry for Bush 2.  He was doomed to infamy from the start.  He thought most of America was still the rah rah patriots of WWII when they were  'simply socialists' waiting to feed him to the sharks.

Then there came the Manchurian Candidate Obama with a faked (OK Democrats, let’s say “of questionable origin" to assuage your PC brains) birth certificate, who’d gotten a free ride through college under a  foreign student exemption, and whose college records and complete life history had been 'sealed.'  (We know more about Thomas Jefferson’s bastard children than we do about Obama, 'Michelle', OR their two faked kids.) 

From his inaugural address, he slandered America and within days had begun to encourage dissension of the races as well as slandering police who “acted stupidly.” That  was mild to the crap that would come in doubling the national debt from what had been built by ALL THE PREVIOUS PRESIDENTS COMBINED, feeding us bullshit about how Muslims built this country, and nationalizing American industries.  

Fueled by George Soros’ money and using the Air Force fleet as his personal charters, he appointed malcontents and traitors into positions of authority.  He trashed the Constitution by installing “czars” (interesting he chose a title like that) to bypass Congressional authority.  By that time, Congress was completely corrupt on both sides of the aisle.  No one had balls to impeach this charlatan Obama.

Mysteriously, the lone outspoken conservative Supreme Court Justice Scalia suddenly dies in his sleep at an Obama pal’s hunting lodge and the Supreme Court is evenly split.  Finally, Congress shows some balls and rejects Obama’s Supreme Court Justice nomination.  

The Libertards aren’t worried because the fix is in. Soros 'has paid' demonstrators to cause turmoil at 'all the Republican gatherings.'  Obama concedes that illegal aliens should vote as they won’t be prosecuted, and Soros-manufactured voting machines are caught switching votes in certain precincts  Hillary has cheated her way to the nomination and her lies are completely  ignored by the brainwashed minions of sycophants who follow her.

But a shocking thing happened on the way to the forum.

Middle America had had enough and, although the pollsters and the pipers tried to convince middle America not even to bother to vote, they were fed up with the denizens of the swamp.  It was time.   

Florida was designated a “swing” state ignoring that all  those old retirees living in St. Petersburg, and the fed up Cuban Americans of Miami weren’t interested in their platform.  

Ohio and Pennsylvania, where coal production was blacklisted and where Obama had ridiculed them for “clinging to their Bibles and their guns,” lay awaiting this supposed “landslide” Hillary vote.... and creamed it.

The Socialist world of the Democratic Party disintegrated.  An American who expressed unbridled love of country and respect for police, firemen and military steamrolled across the heartland and the liberals realized their scheme was trashed. 

A CONSTITUTIONALIST would be nominated to the Supreme Court and, if the old hag Ginsburg who’d claimed to retire if Trump were elected would actually retire and leave, the Supreme Court would have a massive majority of CONSTITUTIONALISTS for the next 40-50 years.

Now, the same party who’d ridiculed Trump on his  comments about the election being rigged, started screaming that the election 'was' rigged.  They even advocated having the election repeated.   They created mobs that burned and pillaged, stopped traffic, threatened murder, battery and rape of Trump supporters, and became the anarchists that the socialist dream thrives upon.  They run like castrated pigs for safe zones and use diaper pins as their national symbol.

This is exactly what happens when political correctness takes over and participation trophies are awarded to everyone.  They can’t conceive how disgusting and subservient they have become.  

Donald Trump may NOT be the best person for the job, but he’s such a welcome respite from the candy-assed whimps who’ve been running the swamp that it’s refreshing to see.  At the very least, Donald Trump derailed the Socialist train and bought us precious time. If he only does half of what he’s promised, we’ll still be legions ahead of where Obama has dragged us.  Already countries who held us in contempt are lining up to be found in the favor of America. 

Donald Trump has done more in his short time in the public eye .. he prevented Hillary Clinton from becoming president!

So, for you liberal lurkers and you half assed fence sitters, Tough Shit!  You had your big hurrah and now your party is over.  For you staunch Republicans in office, don’t gloat so much yourselves. You’ve been put on notice by the American people that we’re fed up with ALL YOU BASTARDS and, if you don’t start putting America first, you do so at your own peril.   

You might want to buy a copy of George McGovern’s autobiography and see how shocking and humbling it can be for a professional politician to have to try to find legitimate work once he falls from grace.

This election was pure unadulterated AMERICAN. Hillary got beaten and AMERICA WON THE ELECTION. 

You can claim he’s not “your president” all you want but unless you 'forfeit' your American citizenship, .....

Rumors About A Congress in Philly----

In order for ANY valid Continental Congress to occur a number of steps must be taken. 

First, the individual people have to wake up and correct their political status records and actively choose and assert their birthright as state nationals---and put it on the public land jurisdiction record. 

Second, they must get together with others who have "returned" and hold organizational meetings and public elections to set up their county and state jural assemblies. These are the bodies that give rise to our American Common Law land jurisdiction courts.  Jural societies give rise to the international sea jurisdiction courts and admiralty courts-- so it is important that people know the difference between "jural assemblies" and "jural societies".  The assemblies are the missing piece that has to be restored at the county and state levels. 

Once these body politics are properly formed by eligible electors they can as a statewide assembly elect both Continental Congress members and Senators. 

The Senators act as Fiduciaries responsible and accountable to the state level assemblies and if they fail to meet the Prudent Man Standard they can be summarily removed and prosecuted for any dishonesty or Bad Faith in office. 

Now-- I think we all know what I have outlined requires a lot of work and organization and learning process and paperwork that has not had a chance to go on yet, and that most people are still in the dark. 

As a result it is my confirmed opinion that anything going on in Pennsylvania is at most a meeting of concerned Americans acting as a Security Committee and not as a "Congress"  of any kind, because the learning, doing, organizing, recording, and electing takes time.

Concertgoer Jonathan Smith was at the Route 91 Harvest country music festival in Las Vegas on Oct. 1 when the horrific shooting began.

After helping his own family get out of the line-of-fire, he ran straight into danger to help strangers escape, risking his own life. Smith helped save the lives of at least 30 people, CNN reported.  During his efforts to save others, Smith was hit in the neck and the arm by stray bullets. 

In an interview with Erin Burnett on CNN, Smith recounted that nightmare of an evening. After Burnett repeatedly praised Smith for his extraordinary bravery, he insisted he was not a hero but simply did what anyone would’ve done in a similar position.

After speaking with Smith about all the lives he saved, Burnett surprised Smith with a special guest — the man who saved his life.

It was Las Vegas police officer Tom McGrath. When Smith heard McGrath’s name, he was overcome with emotion and began to weep.  McGrath told Burnettt that Smith’s actions were “extraordinary.”

 
Choking back tears, Smith said he didn’t know what to say when he heard McGrath’s voice, adding that he owed the officer his life.  Smith said McGrath never left his side and even put his finger in the wound to help stop the bleeding.  “Officer McGrath — who I now consider as a brother … It didn’t matter what race I was, it doesn’t matter what race anybody was at that time — all we see was a human life.”

The bond these two men shared is exactly what race relations would look like in America if Democrats weren’t using every opportunity available to drive a wedge between races. 

We’re Americans — and we’re all human beings created by God. That’s what matters and what we should all focus on — not race-baiting identity politics.

What an amazing story that shines a light of hope for our country. On the night of the Las Vegas shooting, the color of people’s skin did not matter — and that’s the way things always should be.

This ex-CIA agent, interviewed on Fox News, verified the claim made by former Massachusetts Trump campaign official, James Brower (sent out in a prior email), that there is a video made by the Las Vegas shooter with a political angle.  It is being withheld from the public due to "leads the police want to follow." 

 

"HIS SOURCES TELL HIM THERE’S CONCERN BEHIND THE SCENES REGARDING WHY CERTAIN INFORMATION, SUCH AS IMAGES OF THE GUNS USED IN THE ATTACK, HAVE LEAKED AND NOT THE VIDEO THAT THE SUSPECT REPORTEDLY RECORDED DURING THE SHOOTING.”  

 

Sounds to me like someone utilized the guns issue to advance political gun control causes, which smacks of internal conspiracy, prior motivation and an attempt to hide Islamic extremists being used to further such causes.

 

It is obvious why any aggressor would want to take away our 2nd Amendment rights of self defense.  During Obama's term in office I found this news link:  China Demands US Citizens Be Disarmed.  And we know from ex-Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld's prior alert (09-14-08, entitled "My, What Venom the Dragon Doth Spew") that Chi Haotian, China's Defense Minister, admitted in a briefing to his military leadership on 10-31-05, that the Chinese military has secret plans to invade the US (although presently pretending to be peaceful business partners).

 

Sure, the average person doesn't need a modified gun (like Paddock used) in peace time.  However, if we were ever invaded by China -- who would overwhelm us in an invasion based on the sheer number of their soldiers

-- such a modified weapon would prove helpful.  

 

Last but not least, it is most interesting that the head of Japan's military forces in WWII admitted afterwards that he decided against invading the US mainland because he knew our citizens were well armed.   

 

That says it all.

FORMER CIA AGENT REVEALED A SHOCKING SECRET ABOUT THE LAS VEGAS SHOOTER 

 

One ex-CIA agent stepped forward and revealed a huge secret about the shooter.

Ex-CIA officer Tony Shaffer was interviewed on Fox News. He claimed law enforcement was withholding information about the shooter’s motivation. He claims investigators know there was a political motivation to the shooting and they are keeping this knowledge from the public.

Selling What Isn't Theirs

On top of all the other odd news I am in receipt of, there are people going around trying to sell (with a straight face) -- "Water Districts".

They think that because they bought the "Water District" from some one or another of the bankrupt levels of a fraudulently operated governmental services corporation that they now own the water in say, part of California. Or Nebraska. Or North Dakota.

And having been honestly deluded themselves, they are now wandering around trying to sell Water Districts to investors.

Hello?

Trying to sell a Water District is like trying to sell The Big Rock Candy Mountain. Or Dog Patch, USA. Or any other totally made-up mental construct.

A "Water District" doesn't actually exist.

It's only an "administrative service area" created by a bankrupt corporation and has nothing whatsoever to do with actual water, which belongs absolutely and irrevocably to the people of the actual state.

Which brings up the fact that none of the wildlife refuges, ranges, game management areas, parks, monuments, or other "federal lands" in the western states and elsewhere are federal lands in fact. They are areas under "federal management".

Read that -- these corporations have had the job held in trust to manage--- take care of and protect--- our lands. They are filling in the function of the King's Gamekeepers, and the people of each actual state are the "kings" in this country.

All the "federal government" has or has ever had is a "proprietary interest"--- a caretaker's interest.

That is what is so absurd and wrong-headed about the STATE OF OREGON or STATE OF NEVADA bringing suit against the Hammonds or the Bundys or any other American.

The Bundys own Nevada. They are the landlords.

So, their state, Nevada, contracts for care-taking services from the State of Nevada and the State of Nevada contracts for care-taking services from the STATE OF NEVADA, and somehow in the mix, the STATE OF NEVADA thinks it has a mandate allowing it to protect the State of Nevada against its employers---- say what?

Read that---- both the State of Nevada and the STATE OF NEVADA are acting against the Nevada State and people, under the pretense of working for them. They are attacking their employers because they don't know who they work for.

It's like the landlord getting shot by a lackey he hired to guard his property.

Go figure. We've got crooks working for us. Or fools. Or both.

This is only made possible via the mammoth administrative fraud we have detailed ---- all based on identity theft and merely "presumed" political statuses and deliberately falsified public records.

We bet that the moment that the Bundys accept the Oath of Office of Ms. Navarro and give her Notice of Liability and Harm and demand civilian due process----not "martial" law due process--- she will go flying off that bench like a squirrel caught in church during the Hallelujah Chorus.

Turns out, not only can you not own or control our water by buying a "management service area" defined by a defunct federal care-taking agency franchise, you can't own or control us by buying a state of state, either.

Buyers beware.

These guys rooked us out of quadrillions of dollars and set us up to take the blame for all their bad behavior. They won't blink as they try to sell you made up names and hokum as assets.

Thought for the day---- don't take any wooden nickels, and pass on the "water districts", too.

        Intel was received last Saturday that gun battles would soon start as the cabal fights each other for the last chair in the room.

        Vegas was an MK Ultra Proxy attack against Trump Supporters who are into country music.

        The cabal are fighting each other but through mediums of fear like the recent spate of hurricanes...two of which hit key rebel areas of patriotism in Texas and Florida.

        Jose was redirected away from the New England coast. (boys upstairs?)

        Everything is going well it's just an Intel blackout.

        On Sept.. 24 the USN was moved to Reno. (?)

        On Mon. Sept. 25 Trump signed the Executive Order to make the USN officially asset / gold backed.

        Expect some major changes this week.

        All Rothschilds and their corrupt employees are being dealt with now worldwide.

        5100 government officials in 78 countries have been fired and another 600 have been arrested or killed.

        All vestiges of the cabal are being taken out.
