President Donald Trump announced Thursday roughly $250 billion in deals between American businesses and China.  On his final day in Beijing, Trump and China’s President XI Jinping oversaw a ceremony in which corporate giants such as Boeing and Qualcomm signed multibillion-dollar deals.  “This is truly a miracle,” China’s Commerce Minister Zhong Shan said at a news briefing in Beijing.

Trump said Thursday he was looking forward to a change in the U.S.-China relationship.  “Discussing trade … knowing that the United States really has to change its policies because they’ve gotten so far behind on trade with China and frankly with many other countries,” he said.  “And I have great respect for you with that because you’re representing China. But it’s too bad that past administrations allowed it to get so far out of kilter. But we’ll make it fair and it’ll be tremendous to both of us.”

Trump went out of his way to avoid alienating his host.

“Both the United States and China will have a more prosperous future if we can achieve a level economic playing field. Right now, unfortunately, it is a very one-sided and unfair one. But — but I don’t blame China,” he said.

“After all, who can blame a country for being able to take advantage of another country for the benefit of its citizens? I give China great credit,” he said.  Trump did not cite former President Barack Obama by name, but he had him in mind.

“But, in actuality, I do blame past administrations for allowing this out-of-control trade deficit to take place and to grow. We have to fix this because it just doesn’t work for our great American companies, and it doesn’t work for our great American workers. It is just not sustainable. I look forward to working toward that goal and to pursuing fair and lasting engagement,” he said.

Trump pointed out that business connections can help create a more peaceful world.  “The contributions of the business community represented here today are vital to our efforts to ensure peace and prosperity for our two nations. Together, we can unlock a future of opportunity, wealth, and dignity far beyond anybody’s wildest dreams,” he said.

 China and US Sign Number of Deals

China could invest more than $100 billion into two U.S. energy projects, CNN reported.

The China Energy Investment Corp. agreed to a 20-year $83.7 billion investment in shale gas developments and chemical manufacturing projects in West Virginia. “The massive size of this energy undertaking and level of collaboration between our two countries is unprecedented,” West Virginia Secretary of Commerce H. Wood Thrasher said in a statement, according to Reuters.

China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. and the Alaskan government will work together to develop the state’s liquified natural gas industry in a $43 billion project that Alaska says will create up to 12,000 jobs.

Qualcomm signed agreements worth $12 billion with Xiaomi, OPPO, and Vivo, three Chinese handset makers.

Boeing will sell 300 Boeing jets to state-run China Aviation Suppliers in $37 billion deal.

Some said the deals offer a place to start a new trade relationship between the two nations.

“Generally, the sense was that this is all a good thing and that’s great,” said Gentry Sayad, a Shanghai-based lawyer who attended the trade delegation event in Beijing. “Now let’s see what really happens and whether or not the agreements signed during this trip can become a basis for a better bilateral trade relationship going forward.”

If Congressional Democrats have their way, they’ll reduce America’s democracy to some Third World banana republic. They’ve spent the past year refusing to accept that American voters selected Donald Trump as our president.

Now, Congressional Democrats are actively engaged in a pathetic coup to remove Trump from office – and they’re promising major fireworks before the Thanksgiving holiday.

Luis Gutiérrez of Illinois, one of the most radically liberal members of Congress, announced this week that new Articles of Impeachment will be filed against Trump before Thanksgiving. 

(FOR THE LOVE OF G-D, WHAT THE HELL CAN THEY 'IMPEACH' THIS PRESIDENT FOR? THESE DEMS ARE ABSOLUTE TOTAL IDIOTS AND A WASTE OF OUR TIME AND TAXPAYER MONEY. THEY NEED TO BE ARRESTED - NOW.)

And unlike the previous lone-wolf impeachment attempts made by Congressmen Al Green of Texas and Brad Sherman of California, Gutiérrez is promising that several Democrats are on board with his plan.

In fact, he’s expecting multiple sponsors from the House Judiciary Committee.

“We appreciate single members putting in on their own Articles of Impeachment, (but) we’re going to use a lot of constitutional scholars and really make a case that the president should be impeached,” Gutiérrez said.

Gutiérrez, who is upset over Trump’s no-nonsense stances on immigration, claims he’s consulting top attorneys to make an air-tight case. And Gutiérrez sure knows a lot of them. He’s been arrested multiple times throughout his career, including at immigration protests in March, August, and September this year.  He has a rap sheet that would make prisoners at Attica jealous.

But Gutiérrez is also known for his bluster… and promising things he can’t deliver.

Even leading Democrats like New York Senator Charles Schumer and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders have called impeachment talks ridiculous, and have warned their fellow party members to stand down.

So it remains to be seen whether Congressional Democrats will buck their own leadership and sign on for an impeachment effort. Especially one that’s practically guaranteed to blow up in their faces.

With a solid Republican majority, there are simply not enough votes in the House to sustain an impeachment push.  Gutiérrez’s efforts are bound to fail and embarrass Democrats – and will likely galvanize and anger Trump’s base.

The real “Thanksgiving Surprise” may be that Trump emerges from the impeachment circus with more power and support than ever.  When that happens, you can bet Gutiérrez will find a way to protest… and probably get arrested, too.

I think I speak for 90% of America when I ask, “WHAT THE H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS?” 

On Thursday, a federal judge dismissed lawsuits that were filed by Conservative groups who were pressing for Hillary’s emails to be found by the State Department.

As an American citizen, I believe that we all deserve to see the rest of her deleted emails.

The Hill reports: 

In a 26-page ruling, U.S. District Judge James Boasberg argued that the FBI had already “pursued every imaginable avenue to recover the missing emails” from Clinton’s tenure as secretary of State, and that there was no evidence to suggest that additional search efforts would uncover more information.

“The Court of Appeals may have asked the Government to ‘shak[e] the tree harder’ for more emails, but it never suggested that the FBI must shake every tree in every forest without knowing whether they are fruit trees,” the judge said.

This is just as ridiculous as Trump’s executive orders being blocked by federal judges.

While Clinton’s emails have long been the subject of numerous Freedom of Information Act requests, the pair of lawsuits filed by conservative watchdog groups Judicial Watch and Cause of Action Institute took a different legal route.

The lawsuits sought to force the State Department and National Archives to team up with the attorney general to recover the missing emails under the Federal Records Act, which governs the “creation, management and disposal of federal records.”

Boasberg’s ruling on Thursday was the second time he’s dismissed the lawsuits. After issuing a ruling on the matter last year, a panel of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals revived the lawsuits, saying the State Department had not done enough to recover Clinton’s emails.

“Plaintiffs, significantly, cast no real doubt on that conclusion,” Boasberg continued, “So now, when the Government avers that there are no enforcement steps left for the Attorney General, the Court takes such conclusion seriously.”

Trump has been pressing for the State Department to speed up the investigation process, but you see where we got with that: NO WHERE!

And  - WHO is allowing this certified MURDERER and TRAITOR to get  away with these crimes?
And WHY?

Gee, I just can't quite put my finger on it.  Can you?  But it seems to be right in front of me!  Hmmmmm....
 

The Brick!!!

A young and successful executive was traveling down a neighborhood street, going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar.

He was watching for kids darting out from between parked cars and slowed down when he thought he saw something. 

As his car passed, no children appeared.  Instead, a brick smashed into the Jag's side door! 

He slammed on the brakes and backed the Jag back to the spot where the brick had been thrown.

The angry driver then jumped out of the car, grabbed the nearest kid and pushed him up against a parked car shouting, 'What was that all about and who are you? Just what the heck are you doing? That's a new car and that brick you threw is going to cost a lot of money. Why did you do it?'

The young boy was apologetic. 'Please, mister...please, I'm sorry but I didn't know what else to do,' He pleaded. ‘I threw the brick because no one else would stop....'

With tears dripping down his face and off his chin, the youth pointed to a spot just around a parked car. 'It's my brother,' he said, 'He rolled off the curb and fell out of his wheelchair and I can't lift him up.'

Now sobbing, the boy asked the stunned executive, 'Would you please help me get him back into his wheelchair? He's hurt and he's too heavy for me.'

Moved beyond words, the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling lump in his throat. He hurriedly lifted the handicapped boy back into the wheelchair, then took out a linen handkerchief and dabbed at the fresh scrapes and cuts. A quick look told him everything was going to be okay.

'Thank you and may God bless you,' the grateful child told the stranger.

Too shook up for words, the man simply watched the boy push his wheelchair-bound brother down the sidewalk toward their home.

It was a long, slow walk back to the Jaguar. The damage was very noticeable, but the driver never bothered to repair the dented side door. He kept the dent there to remind him of this message:

'Don't go through life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to get your attention!'

God whispers in our souls and speaks to our hearts.  Sometimes when we don't have time to listen, He has to throw a brick at us. It's our choice to listen or not.

Thought for the Day:   

If  God had a refrigerator, your picture would be on it.

If  He had a wallet, your photo would be in it.

He sends you flowers every spring.

He sends you a sunrise every morning. 

Face it, friend - He is crazy about you!

God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.

Despite the problems we may face, there is always someone else that is dealing with something more traumatic.

Social Security and Veterans Benefits are Entitlements because the people receiving them are entitled to them.  They were earned and paid for by the recipients.

Today, 9 November 2017, WikiLeaks publishes the source code and development logs to Hive, a major component of the CIA infrastructure to control its malware.
Hive solves a critical problem for the malware operators at the CIA. Even the most sophisticated malware implant on a target computer is useless if there is no way for it to communicate with its operators in a secure manner that does not draw attention. Using Hive even if an implant is discovered on a target computer, attributing it to the CIA is difficult by just looking at the communication of the malware with other servers on the internet. Hive provides a covert communications platform for a whole range of CIA malware to send exfiltrated information to CIA servers and to receive new instructions from operators at the CIA.
Hive can serve multiple operations using multiple implants on target computers. Each operation anonymously registers at least one cover domain (e.g. "perfectly-boring-looking-domain.com") for its own use. The server running the domain website is rented from commercial hosting providers as a VPS (virtual private server) and its software is customized according to CIA specifications. These servers are the public-facing side of the CIA back-end infrastructure and act as a relay for HTTP(S) traffic over a VPN connection to a "hidden" CIA server called 'Blot'.

The cover domain delivers 'innocent' content if somebody browses it by chance. A visitor will not suspect that it is anything else but a normal website. The only peculiarity is not visible to non-technical users - a HTTPS server option that is not widely used: Optional Client Authentication. But Hive uses the uncommon Optional Client Authentication so that the user browsing the website is not required to authenticate - it is optional. But implants talking to Hive do authenticate themselves and can therefore be detected by the Blot server. Traffic from implants is sent to an implant operator management gateway called Honeycomb (see graphic above) while all other traffic go to a cover server that delivers the insuspicious content for all other users.
Digital certificates for the authentication of implants are generated by the CIA impersonating existing entities. The three examples included in the source code build a fake certificate for the anti-virus company Kaspersky Laboratory, Moscow pretending to be signed by Thawte Premium Server CA, Cape Town. In this way, if the target organization looks at the network traffic coming out of its network, it is likely to misattribute the CIA exfiltration of data to uninvolved entities whose identities have been impersonated.

U.S. Charitable Donations going to Terrorist Organizations?

U.S. COMPANIES CAUGHT GIVING MILLIONS TO CHARITIES WITH TERRORISM TIES



U.S. companies donating to charities is nothing new. The practice is rather straight forward as companies look for ways to cut down on federal income taxes it must pay out.

However, one of the major problems in recent years is where some of these charitable donations are going. 

While donating money to foundations such as the Red Cross or special cancer research charities is common place, other businesses look to diversify donations into varying other non-profit organizations. Some of these non-profit organizations, though, have questionable ties to entities outside of the United States, including some terrorist organizations.

General Electric made waves last year as it had a federal tax return of zero dollars. One of the major reasons behind this is because of the charitable donations it makes throughout the year in order to cut down its tax return.

However, the company, as well as several other major corporations within the U.S (such as Johnson & Johnson and Charles Schwab), have donated well over $5 million in the last nine years to non-profit organizations that have terrorist ties.  Some of these organizations are located overseas. 

A major reason why a corporation might donate money to a non-U.S. organization is to receive good will from the foreign government and possibly land desirable contracts within the other country. However, this has led to money potentially ending up in the pockets of terrorists.

There is a large earthquake warning in effect for the West Pacific located near the deep earthquakes which took place over the past several days.

As we know from past observation, deep earthquakes cause shallower larger earthquakes within days of the deep events occurring.

This graphic below shows a series of deep earthquakes (seen raised high off the globe) have taken place over the past 2-3 days.   Keep in mind, deep seismic events mean bigger movement is on the menu for the next several days.

On top of the large movement expected in the West Pacific, there is another situation which is developing on the West Coast of the United States across California, Oregon, and Washington state.

The situation I'm referring to is the full plate slow slip taking place from Anza Gap (Near Salton Sea in Southern California) all the way North to Seattle, WA.

Professionals announced this past week that a "slow slip" plate boundary event has been confirmed in Southern California.

On top of the professionals announcement about a slow slip occurring near Riverside, CA.... a noteworthy increase in earthquake magnitudes has taken place near Anza Gap.

We know a slow slip is occurring across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington thanks to the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network's real time "tremor" map which shows the "slow slip" occurring across these Northwestern states.

This graphic below shows the past 4 days of tremors associated with the slow slip occurring across Washington, Oregon, and California.

November 6 - 10, 2017 - Three distinct pockets of tremors were reported over the past 4 days, indicating the plate is slow slipping from Washington down to California.

In addition to the above plate movement seen across three states... the pressure spreads all the way down to Southern California near Riverside / Anza Gap.

In Southern California the slow slip is increasing in magnitude power, and in the number of events occurring (frequency).

The location in Southern California is now in an earthquake swarm, which means larger movement could be coming in the near term.

Slow slip events can cause large earthquakes above M6.0, and mega-quakes above M8.0... keep watch, and be prepared.  It would most likely be a good idea for people on the West coast to dust off their earthquake plans in light of this news that a slow slip is picking up in pace.
