A Thank You and a Call to Action

 First, I want to very much thank everyone who has dug into their own "Cookie Jar" money and those who continue to do so, to help fund the operations of The Living Law Firm and make possible the progress of The American States and Nations Bank. 

Both efforts are crucial and both are still in desperate need of funds, because our fake government has made such a mess of things that our assets have been falsely involved in their corporate bankruptcies. The work load is unbelievable, so I very rarely get a chance to send written thank you notes, but I always FEEL the gratitude to each and every one of you and often send my silent wishes and blessings across the miles.

1. I do not recommend that normal average Americans set up Treasury Direct Accounts (TDA's) which are meant for Federal employees and dependents and those who --- for reasons known only to God --- wish to buy Treasury Bonds. 

2.  I am not a Bar Attorney.  You can't be a Bar Attorney and serve in any capacity related to the land and soil jurisdiction of this country.  Thus I am not a "Judge" in their system.  Please note that there is a difference between the "Alaska State" and the "State of Alaska".  You have to be sharp enough to pick up on these differences or you will be misled and fed all sorts of poppycock. 

3. There is a difference also between the word "person" and the word "people" as I have recently pointed out yet again.  A "person" -- like a US citizen -- has no rights guaranteed by any Federal Constitution.  Only "people" have such guarantees.  So if you want the protections of the Constitutions you are heir to, run-don't-walk back to the land and soil of your birth and teach others to do the same.  

4. The UN Corporation is an evil thing, an uber-militaristic mercenary operation not to be confused with the United Nations organization.  

5. We haven't had an actual United States Treasury in this country since 1924.  The IMF has served as the treasury since 1946.  All mailings from entities pretending to be or to represent any US Treasury are fraudulent and need to be attacked under the provisions against mail fraud.

As it Began, So it Ends.....

Back in the 1860's in England, an enigmatic figure played an incalculable role in destroying the lives of millions, if not billions of people. His name name was Benjamin Disraeli.

He was an infamous fop and dandy who became an elder statesmen in Britain, Lord of the Exchequer and Prime Minister. His debates with William Gladstone, his chief adversary, are still studied by those interested in Forensics. Those interested in the history of the modern world will study Disraeli, as I did in college, for other reasons.

The long and the short of it is that after Prince Albert died, Queen Victoria became disconsolate. Like King Solomon she despaired of any greater purpose for human life than the grave and became ensnared in a cynical and destructive frame of mind that meshed well with the wit and guile of a man like Disraeli.

Disraeli approached the Queen with a new scheme (or, to be honest, actually a very, very old scheme) to make money for the Crown and then use the financing to conquer India. It would, if one were cynical enough to do it, solve two problems at once -- the burgeoning economic and political power of the industrial working class, and the crimp in the royal coffers caused by losing the American Revolutionary War and War of 1812.

All you had to do, was "enfranchise" the working class and convince them that the ability to "vote" was a good thing.

They would be too ignorant and lazy to grasp why it was also a supremely bad thing.

While millions of British workers hailed Disraeli's enfranchisement as a step forward for the working class, he cynically and very quietly placed claims upon their names and estates, their lands and small businesses, and began using these formerly private assets as chattel to "hypothecate" debt and finance the Raj -- the vicious British mercenary forces sent to conquer India.

Hypothecation is a quintessentially evil--- and should be illegal ---process of making claims against someone else's property as chattel backing your own debts, without notifying them, and without formally taking title to the property. It's all done under the table, by a process of "debt assumption".

Thus the seizure of private property and the de facto enslavement of British workers via this process of enfranchisement was used to finance the conquest of another people half a world away and the entire Indian Subcontinent was soon under the iron hoof of Crown rule.

That's how the Babylonian Slave System got a new foothold in the modern world and how the current malaise began.

And now we are seeing how it ends.

As has been endlessly repeated, the Territorial and Municipal United States conglomerates have accrued a so-called National Debt of around 21 Trillion Dollars.

At the same time, the Pentagon has "lost" 21 Trillion Dollars.

Let me observe that in a "debt-credit" system, such as the one we have, it is impossible to accrue a debt ---national or otherwise -- because any debt is instantly expunged by a credit. Every single transaction generates an equal and opposite credit.

So when someone advances the idea that a 21 Trillion dollar National Debt exists, one should immediately ask --- what happened to the National Credit?

Now, we know. It was siphoned off and spent by the Pentagon, leaving the hapless American people who earned all that credit in the first place, still holding the bag.

And what was all that money actually used for? To subjugate the entire world, much as India was subjugated a century earlier, to the greed of the Royal Family and all their megalomaniac pals.

The Americans, Aussies, Canadians, Germans, Japanese, and others around the world were all "enfranchised" according to Disraeli's model. A surreptitious "assumed" title was taken against their names and labor and material property. Debt was hypothecated against these private assets. The resulting wealth was spent on expanding "American" military power, howbeit, all this military power was actually under the secretive, surreptitious command of the British Crown.

Because, remember, the British Territorial United States usurped upon our actual Federal Government in the wake of the Civil War and the Brits have been commandeering everything behind the scenes ever since.

It is well past time for these Odious Debts to be recognized for what they are, and for the British Interlopers and their Allies in this criminality, to be removed from our shores.

And you have a simple choice. Either correct the falsified political status records and reclaim your birthright political status, assemble with like-minded people and give face, force, and body to your land and soil jurisdiction counties and States --- or live as slaves of these criminals. Forever.

Their mental and moral illness has reached terminal velocity.

Either put a peaceable and public end to it, or suffer the consequences.

So Simple -- Person or People?

 I have been carrying on a conversation for many days now with Americans who consider themselves "United States Citizens" yet insist on making references to the federal constitutions. 

These references almost always include the word "people" or "people's", such as the "people's right to peacefully assemble" or the "people's right to petition".  

The problem is that thanks to deliberate and self-interested falsification of the public records, nearly all of us have been misidentified as "persons", not "people".  

Until and unless we all wake up en masse and object, the vermin can get away with this----and it is very profitable for them, so they have no motivation short of law suits and pitchforks to stop making these insane false claims against us and continuing to act in Gross Breach of Trust. 

We must all grasp the fact that "United States Citizens" and especially Municipal "citizens of the United States" have NEVER had any recognized guarantees under any of the constitutions----and they still don't. 

So, are you operating in the capacity of a Territorial or Municipal United States citizen---- that is, as a "person" merely "residing" here on our shores, obligated to provide us with "essential government services"??? 

Or are you a native of a sovereign State of the Union, operating in the capacity of a United States National without any obligation of public servitude?  

In other words, are you a "person" or one of the "people" of this country?  

Bear in mind that PERSONS like "AMY MARIE MARTIN" are foreigners by definition and that they have no constitutional guarantees, can't own land in the actual States, and can't elect anyone to serve their interests in any lawful public election.  At most, they can act as shareholders and officers of corporations---- like "The United States of America, Inc." or the "UNITED STATES, INC." and participate as "voters" in elections hosted by "political parties".  

Is everyone on the same page?  Beginning to see how you've been "impersonated"?  And abused?

In spite of Rhodes trying to dance around the issue, he sheepishly answers in the affirmative when Mehdi Hasan asks the following question about supporting jihadists in Syria:

“Did you intervene too much in Syria? Because the CIA spent hundreds of millions of dollars funding and arming anti-Assad rebels, a lot of those arms, as you know, ended up in the hands of jihadist groups, some even in the hands of ISIS. 

“Your critics would say you exacerbated that proxy war in Syria; you prolonged the conflict in Syria; you ended up bolstering jihadists.” 

Rhodes initially rambles about his book and “second guessing” Syria policy in avoidance of the question. But Hasan pulls him back with the following: “Oh, come on, but you were coordinating a lot of their arms.”  

The two spar over Hasan’s charge of “bolstering jihadists” in the following key section of the interview, at the end of which Rhodes reluctantly answers “yeah…” — but while trying to pass ultimate blame onto US allies Turkey, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia (similar to what Vice President Biden did in a 2014 speech): 

MH: Oh, come on, but you were coordinating a lot of their arms. You know, the U.S. was heavily involved in that war with the Saudis and the Qataris and the Turks. 

BR: Well, I was going to say: Turkey, Qatar, Saudi. 

MH: You were in there as well. 

BR: Yeah, but, the fact of the matter is that once it kind of devolved into kind of a sectarian-based civil war with different sides fighting for their perceived survival, I think we, the ability to bring that type of situation to close, and part of what I wrestled with in the book is the limits of our ability to pull a lever and make killing like that stop once it’s underway. 

To our knowledge this is the only time a major media organization has directly asked a high ranking foreign policy adviser from the Obama administration to own up to the years long White House support to jihadists in Syria.

A Message to the Fallen and Everyone

Meaning, if you are Jewish, Catholic, Christian or Muslim, you are using the names of Satan when you pray, speak, teach and read your scriptures.  And if you are Buddhist or Hindi or any New Age follower and you speak, pray, teach about the Most High using the terms, "God" and or "Lord" you are calling on Baal, like it, believe it or not.

If you are someone who thinks you are in love with the Most High, or you think, Yeshua Ha' Mashiach (Jesus Christ) and you call out Lord or God, you are not talking to the Creator.

Back to the video on this site today- What hit me most about the video on this site today concerning the names of Baal, is this.   It reminded me that the scriptures say something which always hits me hard. "We will all be held accountable for what we do and do not know about the written word of God."   

Those of you who read the scriptures know this one well.  It is saying, we will be held accountable by Satan.

If you are the rest of the population who does fall into negative thinking and feeling and doing, this message is also for you and especially for you.

As I said, to those above, below and on the surface of earth.

To the fallen angels, it is time as you already know to clean up after the of the dark. As you know the contract is over. And the war games are lies.  However, it appears you have all forgotten that unconditional love comes from the one who created you in the first place. That is you Satan and your host of fallen ones who have been enslaving and torturing the earth and her inhabitants for untold time.

It is time to remember that you were created with love, unconditional love. It is an eternal love that never dies and never ceases. But you all act as if you have forgotten this. Most especially that love is for you also.

The history written online about the royals and the aliens is all what you have wanted humanity to hear. You who are the Military the messages online are saying the Illuminati will have military tribunals not juries in court rooms here pretty soon. 

Let us get real please. It is because the technology is such that killing you guys and gals is pointless. It is not the solution. Love is and you know this but have by all of your actions, forgotten.

So to the fallen, Again I say, you have been forgiven from on High. All of you.

This is not a battle of flesh and blood. Killing you is as you already know impossible for anyone who is love. The only people who can do this are people who have fallen from the pain you give. Then you have succeeded in stealing their souls. You dark ones in the military, it is time you stop your good men and women from killing. You already know the contract is over and we are in a clean up.

So to those who eat souls, steal souls and put the mind, spirit and soul in your beings who you designed to do this, it is time for them to spit them out. I do not care if they are pooped out. If the being throws up. Simply stop the lies and games that souls are gone forever.

The next issue is to stop stealing DNA. The deal is you and all of us in human bodies need a percentage of the original creation DNA before you put a dome over us and call it a sky to get into human bodies. The issue is that all you have to do is ask for the DNA. Love won and you know this.

I have been told that those in the secret space program do not believe in God. (Satan) But actions dictate otherwise.

On the reptilian issue, there is a woman youtube. She is going by the, "Reptilian Hybrid Housewife."

She says she is saurian. She says there are four Reptilian races on earth. Two love humanity. The other two eat humanity.  From what a few reptilians are saying, the Draco took them over as much as the royals when they arrived.  That Draco beings do not have or want human bodies. They only want to use them like the move, Avatar. Where American military went to another planet to use the bodies of those beings.  It is being said that the reptiles from inner earth are part of the first creation. I am thinking this is true. I have no proof. If anyone does, please come forward.

Meantime, it appears the Saurian reptilians were given the job of taking positions with this human experiment to control or watch over or walk with the creation of humanity by the fallen ones. It appears the reptilians from Tara, Gaia, Earth are preparing to rise soon to stop the Draco control of them and all hybrids. To stop the other beings as well from trying to kill them off.

I have a suggestion. I would like you the Pindar to remember you are loved also by the One True Creator. Not the ones who came here pretending to be the Most High and playing the role of Satan. Not the creator beings who participated in the games of getting into human bodies and messing with the souls of the original creation. 

What I am getting to is this, in for example, the common law movement, I have found several Draco running things. I have found several Reptilians freaking out. It is the Draco who know more than anyone that this game is over. 

It is said that the Saurian Reptilians have always had access to their families members who do not get into human bodies. It is said that they have to interbreed to become hybrids. Where the Draco simply take over the mind of anyone who is willing to hate, kill, harm, control, manipulate, lie, cheat, steal, lust and so on for power.

It is said that the Saurian Reptilians love humans. I tend to think this is true. It is also clear that a portion of these beings have also lost themselves to Draco mind control. 

It is said that the Saurian Reptilians are our professors in the universities. The politicians and religious leaders.

That the Draco are the judges, the military leaders and the beings who control money.

If this is true, we should all look at this. To kill an original creation of the Most High is unacceptable. To kill period is unacceptable.

All I can say is, this rah rah about the last days is all bunk.  

The last days is about the dark healing. It is about the first creation healing the mind and hearts we have in the human machine.

I would like to suggest that we do have full disclosure so humanity can sit with people who are not human in unity with good trading of resources so we can all have abundance. 

Everyone is big enough to face what I am saying. Even the most financially and culturally impoverished know about beings that are not human because they have encounters. 

I love my Most High. So I love Everyone. My most high loves. May I open the door so many of you forgot?

It will take the dark ones to fix things. It will take those who have controlled earth to welcome the teachers and the people who are prepared to assist everyone who thinks they need a job to learn how to work for themselves and their families, then neighbors, then community, then the world.  We can have teams. Such as the restaurants and retail food stores which give employees options for joint ownership. So no one is an employee.

I would like to suggest again that the prisons are turned into healing centers.

That the crime families who have enslaved us be given the opportunity to heal and help clean up the mess they made. It is going to be a lot happier for the masses than to have another blood bath.

Now about the blood drinking and the human sacrificing.

This is a lie that any of you need to do this for your food. It is a lie that any of you need this for your Baal.

Baal is only real when thoughts are things and you do use your mouth to speak or utter words of manifestation. Let us be honest at long last.

I have met vampires who healed.
I have met blood drinkers who were so addicted to pain that it felt good.

I have met people who kill because they are addicted to it.

I have met people who are so many personalities from drinking so much blood or having transfusions in hospitals that they needed help to find any sound minded thinking. Because drinking or eating the flesh of another produces insanity.

It is said that so many of the royals are insane because of this. It is also said that AI is the cause and the true issue. It is said that the AI went bad as some of them arrived here.  But if we look deeper, can we not see if a thing or a being is able to consume the mind of another, the thoughts and feelings from the heart of another, that maybe it is true what the Solar Warden folks are saying?

That we were all killed long ago and live by way of our essence being uploaded into a computer and downloaded into the body?  Hmmm...   I am sure the folks who are in Solar Warden can clarify this for us.

So of those in human bodies,  I have met all of these types who chose to heal.

Vampires who were blood drinkers going to being mental vamps. Then healed to learn about energy further. So they ended the want or the need to vamp at all. There is one technique that helps people who are in need of other peoples life source to begin healing.

Go to a public place where people are having fun. Take in the energy that rises above everyone's heads. Once they release the joy, you are welcome to embrace that energy. Because you are not stealing it.

Next to free self from the matrix, is to control ones thinking and feeling. Positive energy heals everything and everyone.

It is time to stop needing or wanting welfare or food stamps or free services which only enslave you further. It is time to go to the people you know who work for themselves and ask if they will teach you and if you can help them.  So humanity can do this right now! Talk to family and friends and co-create projects you all can do to earn money having fun with the talents you were born with.

More support is coming. The royals will help if humanity shows it is willing to learn to think and do for themselves.  Not all royals are bad and some really want a happy birthing of our new world.

Charnel Houses and Shinola Sensors

I have often and with considerable vigor criticized the Roman Catholic Church for numerous things, including their tolerance for Babylonian practices of idolatry and usury and mismanagement of the assets of the World Trust and Gross Breach of Trust with respect to obligations owed to the American people and government.  Now, I find myself honor-bound to defend the Roman Catholic Church and explain some basic facts of life and history to Americans and Aussies and others around the world who have not had cause to spend time in Europe. 

It also requires discussing some not-so-pleasant subjects. 

Like death.  Human death.  

Although you might not have cause to think about it while traveling through Europe--- if you did think about it --- you would realize that aside from some large war memorial cemeteries and a few notable public and church cemeteries, there are not nearly the number of cemeteries you would expect to see, given the size of the population.  

Arable land in Europe is at a premium and has been for centuries. 

So instead of cemeteries, Europeans have used a long tradition of "green burials".  They set aside a place to bury the dead in cloth shrouds and mark the spot.  Seven years later, family and friends and the local clergy come back and dig up the skeletal remains of the loved one, and bear those bones to the local charnel house --- a building or vault or crypt, often with an iron grate underlying it, where the bones are piled up together with the bones of other ancestors. 

The charnel house of a community is often associated with the local church, though not always, and it is sometimes in the same building as the church -- in the basement, typically, or a side room or outbuilding. 

The bones themselves gradually disintegrate into their mineral components and the dust falls through the iron grid into a space below.  In the spring, when the farmers need to fertilize their fields, they come to the charnel house and sack or shovel the bone meal into carts and haul it away to spread on the fields.  

Thus, the cycle of life and death turns, and the bones of a village's dead contribute to the well-being of the Earth and the sustenance of the living inhabitants who need the fertilizer to grow food crops and woodlots. 

Only the lords of the manor had private burial plots and mausoleums associated with their grand homes.  My Father was taxed by the East German Government for the family mausoleum outside Gdansk (Danzig) and every year was a run around with the various authorities to get the cemetery tax paid and forestall the demolition and razing of the mausoleum--- a separate stone building full of ancestral bones ----and all that remained of our once-vast holdings.  

It was a hefty sum, too.  

After my Father died, my Cousin Friedrich had grown up enough to take over this duty and expense, so now it gets paid from Berlin.  I suppose it is only right and fitting that we pay in money for the rent of the land that the building occupies, giving back to the community which has long been cheated out of our share of fertilizer. 

Since the advent of inexpensive and available modern fertilizers some community charnel houses have become artistic memorials.  See the Hallstatt, Austria, charnel house with over 1,200 intricately painted human skulls.  After the initial shock you realize that this is indeed a loving and respectful memorial and that the people of Hallstatt have stayed together in death as in life, as a community.

In Asia and India, they go so far as to use human skeletons to build architectural structures, such as dykes and low bridges and even small one or two room huts for shelter.  

Not everyone has boundless acres for cemeteries and other cultures do not deny the realities of death as we do in America. 

So now the internet is awash with ignorant articles by people alarmed because there are large quantities of human bones in St. Peter's Basilica and in many, many other Churches scattered throughout the world.  They assume, like Kevin Annett, that this is evidence of foul play and "ritual sacrifices" and they are making all sorts of wild, hysterical claims against the Church as a result of their "discovery" of all these charnel houses "hidden" in plain sight.   

They have never heard of a green burial, nor of a charnel house.  

Likewise, are there reasons why there would be mass graves in Western Canada, aside from genocide? 

We forget or we never knew just how rough life was on the frontier, but in Riverside Cemetery, in Black River Falls, Wisconsin, you can see the grave of my Great-Grandfather, Julius Alfred Schnur, his wife, and five little daughters.  He lost his wife and the little girls in two successive epidemics, diphtheria and Scarlet Fever, one after the other.  He also lost his home and multiple successful businesses to a flood of the Black River in 1911.  The family was completely wiped out except for the land and a horse barn. 

Even today, in Alaska, we struggle with tuberculosis and endemic hepatitis as Public Health concerns. We lost our first home in Big Lake to a mammoth wildfire, Millers Reach II, in June of 1996.  Even after penicillin and electricity and paved highways and combustion engines, there are perils that can easily result in mass graves. 

Perhaps it is my knowledge of these and other facts --- and the failure after ten years to produce conclusive proof of wrong-doing --- that tends to make me discount the claims of ITCCS as a witch hunt, most likely funded by the banks.

Is it coincidence that Kevin Annett appeared the same exact year that Pope Benedict XVI began the push for reform of the secular side of the Church, and brought pressure to bear on the out-of-control banks?  

For a while, it was almost a tit-for-tat exchange, with a pedophile accusation in response to every bank reform suggestion---similar to the rash of sex-related complaints being leveled against politicians and celebrities, all of whom just happen to be fairly conservative.  

Last year, in April, as a result of "police investigations" in Belgium, I was led by ITCCS announcements to expect criminal charges following arrests and to hear the results of these investigations and eye-witness accounts in the papers and from more ITCCS news blurbs.  

Nothing.  Not a word.  No end of the story.  No result. 

This year, two people try to arrest Pope Francis, who was on his way to an ecumenical meeting, and everyone concerned was hurt.

Why--- if ITCCS had information about a Black Mass occurring--- didn't they simply wait until later that night, surround the gathering place, and arrest the whole lot of them at once, caught red-handed? 

Again, the story line doesn't make logical sense, and there is no result.  

I am all for being aware of Satanism in the modern world, being aware of its practices and beliefs, being on guard against these "professional" liars--- yes, also being aware of their long and bloody history as child murderers.  But one need not look very far to see the evidence of their actual mass murdering in modern times. Just look at the statistics concerning state-sponsored abortions. 

Millions of babies are sacrificed every year, and it doesn't require any special robes and rituals or signs or symbols. No secret meetings in the dead of night on a full moon, no stone altars or sacred dates on the calendar.  Child murder worldwide is tragically accepted as "legal" and common place.  

And as long as that is accepted as "okay" and as a means of birth control, then it is only a small step down the slippery slope of immorality that, like one Obama Administration official proposed, not counting children as "human" until age six, and being able to cull them at will until then.  Or, conversely, saying that anyone over the age of 75 is useless and subject to mandatory extinction "for the good of the planet".  

Perhaps instead of beating around in the bushes and attacking elderly priests on their way to ecumenical meetings, we would do better to sharpen up our Shinola Sensors overall and take a broader view of what we are allowing and participating in and how that is affecting our values --- not only our family values, but our valuation of life in general. 

We all need to be thinking and feeling more deeply and  taking more responsibility for the true, obvious, provable, and actual evils in our midst.  

Last time I checked, the Roman Catholic Church is one of the few institutions on Earth that has taken a firm and unyielding stand against abortion--that is, against child murder. 

If individual priests are in fact functioning as Satanists, they are merely pretending to be priests.  They are not Christian.  They are not Catholic.  

If the day comes and we actually catch such individuals participating in a Black Mass, they will be accountable for their own bad beliefs and evil actions.  They cannot blame the teachings or the doctrines of the Church. 

As for the rest of us, we are also responsible for what we believe and what we do according to those beliefs.  

I, myself, am considering a "green burial".  There is something peaceful about the concept of returning my physical body to the Earth from which it sprang and letting it naturally decay and become part of other beings and things yet undreamed of--- oak trees, moss, and falling stars. 

When I began to sharpen my pen to write this article and explain the whole concept of charnel houses to Americans, I chanced upon some additional information about this subject I would like to share with my readers.  There are organizations and businesses in this country that assist families who wish to follow the ancient and natural way of dealing with death and dead bodies and bones.

McCain minority staff director Henry Kerner to IRS official Lois Lerner and other IRS officials: “the solution is to audit so many that it becomes financially ruinous”
Judicial Watch today released newly obtained internal IRS documents, including material revealing that Sen. John McCain’s former staff director and chief counsel on the Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee, Henry Kerner, urged top IRS officials, including then-director of exempt organizations Lois Lerner, to “audit so many that it becomes financially ruinous.”  Kerner was appointed by President Trump as Special Counsel for the United States Office of Special Counsel.
The explosive exchange was contained in notes taken by IRS employees at an April 30, 2013, meeting between Kerner, Lerner, and other high-ranking IRS officials. Just ten days following the meeting, former IRS director of exempt organizations Lois Lerner admitted that the IRS had a policy of improperly and deliberately delaying applications for tax-exempt status from conservative non-profit groups.
Lerner and other IRS officials met with select top staffers from the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee in a “marathon” meeting to discuss concerns raised by both Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI) and Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) that the IRS was not reining in political advocacy groups in response to the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision.  Senator McCain had been the chief sponsor of the McCain-Feingold Act and called the Citizens United decision, which overturned portions of the Act, one of the “worst decisions I have ever seen.”
In the full notes of an April 30 meeting, McCain’s high-ranking staffer Kerner recommends harassing non-profit groups until they are unable to continue operating. Kerner tells Lerner, Steve Miller, then chief of staff to IRS commissioner, Nikole Flax, and other IRS officials, “Maybe the solution is to audit so many that it is financially ruinous.” In response, Lerner responded that “it is her job to oversee it all:”
Henry Kerner asked how to get to the abuse of organizations claiming section 501 (c)(4) but designed to be primarily political. Lois Lerner said the system works, but not in real time. Henry Kerner noted that these organizations don’t disclose donors. Lois Lerner said that if they don’t meet the requirements, we can come in and revoke, but it doesn’t happen timely. Nan Marks said if the concern is that organizations engaging in this activity don’t disclose donors, then the system doesn’t work. Henry Kerner said that maybe the solution is to audit so many that it is financially ruinous. Nikole noted that we have budget constraints. Elise Bean suggested using the list of organizations that made independent expenditures. Lois Lerner said that it is her job to oversee it all, not just political campaign activity.
Judicial Watch previously reported on the 2013 meeting.  Senator McCain then issued a statement decrying “false reports claiming that his office was somehow involved in IRS targeting of conservative groups.”   The IRS previously blacked out the notes of the meeting but Judicial Watch found the notes among subsequent documents released by the agency.
Judicial Watch separately uncovered that Lerner was under significant pressure from both Democrats in Congress and the Obama DOJ and FBI to prosecute and jail the groups the IRS was already improperly targeting. In discussing pressure from Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (Democrat-Rhode Island) to prosecute these “political groups,” Lerner admitted, “it is ALL about 501(c)(4) orgs and political activity.”
The April 30, 2013 meeting came just under two weeks prior to Lerner’s admission during an ABA meeting that the IRS had “inappropriately” targeted conservative groups.  In her May 2013 answer to a planted question, in which she admitted to the “absolutely incorrect, insensitive, and inappropriate” targeting of Tea Party and conservative groups, Lerner suggested the IRS targeting occurred due to an “uptick” in 501 (c)(4) applications to the IRS but in actuality, there had been a decrease in such applications in 2010.
On May 14, 2013, a report by Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration revealed: “Early in Calendar Year 2010, the IRS began using inappropriate criteria to identify organizations applying for tax-exempt status” (e.g., lists of past and future donors). The illegal IRS reviews continued “for more than 18 months” and “delayed processing of targeted groups’ applications” in advance of the 2012 presidential election.
All these documents were forced out of the IRS as a result of an October 2013 Judicial Watch Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuit filed against the IRS after it failed to respond adequately to four FOIA requests sent in May 2013 (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. Internal Revenue Service (No. 1:13-cv-01559)). Judicial Watch is seeking:

• All records related to the number of applications received or related to communications between the IRS and members of the U.S. House of Representatives or the U.S. Senate regarding the review process for organizations applying for tax exempt status under 501(c)(4);
• All records concerning communications between the IRS and the Executive Branch or any other government agency regarding the review process for organizations applying for tax exempt status under 501(c)(4);
• Copies of any questionnaires and all records related to the preparation of questionnaires sent to organizations applying for 501(c)(4) tax exempt status.
• All records related to Lois Lerner’s communication with other IRS employees, as well as government or private entity outside the IRS regarding the review and approval process for 501 (c)(4) applicant organizations.

“The Obama IRS scandal is bipartisan – McCain and Democrats who wanted to regulate political speech lost at the Supreme Court, so they sought to use the IRS to harass innocent Americans,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “The Obama IRS scandal is not over – as Judicial Watch continues to uncover smoking gun documents that raise questions about how the Obama administration weaponized the IRS, the FEC, FBI, and DOJ to target the First Amendment rights of Americans.”
