We cordially invite one and all to visit your Government’s website at its properly named domain and again remind one and all that Confederate Citizenship and Registration is paramount in our endeavor to Restore our Confederate Republic- the same Republic that was Never Surrendered.
Our new website will undergo continuous changes, so please bear with us as ALL costs associated with this endeavor are being funded through private donations thanks to YOU- our Confederate Citizens.
Equally, and because of these private donations, ALL requests for Citizenship are WITHOUT ANY FEES.
We will process Your requests and all that we respectfully ask, is that you include a self-addressed stamped envelope to cover the mailing costs when YOUR Citizenship Certificate is sent to you.
The Executive Council of Your Republic (described on the National Website), is simply preparing the groundwork that is key and paramount in the official re-seating process of the Confederate Republic.
Your Registered Citizenship will allow YOU to elect delegates that will attend a Constitutional Convention where upon an Interim Government will be appointed by them.
At that point, this Executive Council will transfer ALL Confidential Records to them and we will be NO more- for our job will be done.
Because we are in a status of ‘Provisional’, we Cannot make ANY appointments nor do we claim or profess any capacity beyond that.
Said appointments and appropriate delegations can only be made by the Sitting Government that will be chosen by the Delegates.
Our job, quite simply, is to create the foundation and platform to make this a reality.
If Our Confederate Government had been Surrendered long ago, this effort would NOT be possible.
However, and because of the wisdom and foresight of our only President, Jefferson Davis, this Restoration Process is possible.
Only Under God can we ever expect to be Truly represented. It is in that acknowledgement we have pledged ourselves.

So this only covers the southern states, huh? What about the rest of the people? Have the Confederate Republic been published as the de-jure government because there are the republics of each state claiming de-jure governments, which by the way are taking over as and ruling as dictatorship just like the Obama administration.
Congratulations! At least I think I understand that you want to return to the constitutional Republic that you never left. All these states had full status as statehood under the United States of America before the war. You fought a battle waged as a CIVIL war not a foreign war. Should you not only be renouncing the corporate UNITED STATES??
If every state and territory that was so designated before the Civil War renounced the CORPORATE Government now, we would be dumping the bank debt on the banks. There would be thirty-four states that could then ratify seventeen states to bring the entire Union back together under the Republic. The Constitution of the United States of America never left.

This site is a fraud. Craig Maus is a dictator that has done more harm to the confederate movement than Morris Dees. Avoid him at all costs.

www.CSAGovernment.org is a fraudulent website. The gentleman who have established this website were impeached from office within the CSA Provisional government. csagov.org is still the official webpage owned and operated by the registered citizens of The Confederate States of America. The impeachment documents of these individuals can be found at: www.csagov.org on the News and Articles page. These men have sown seeds of division within the restoration movement in order to prevent the restoration of the Founders Confederated Republic. Their number reaches a grand total of five individuals. Their so called Executive council consists of five individuals four of which either are not Native born Confederates, from our thirteen Confederate States, or currently reside outside of our Confederate States clearly a violation of our Confederate States Constitution. The Leader of this group was born and spent the majority of his life in New York.
PLEASE do not be drawn in by this fraudulent attempt to divide our restoration movement. PLEASE VISIT csagov.org and consider joining in the restoration of the Founders Confederated Republic of States.

The assertion that the provisional governmental web site, http://www.CSAgov.org was closed by Mr. Maus and Mr. Patterson is a bald faced lie. They wereimpeached and remove from all leadership positions within the Provisional Government engaged in the restoration effort. The impeachment documentation is available for viewing at this "closed" web site.
