This may be exactly what CNN is claiming, since Communist News Network is known to be in the back pocket of the Cabal. However, reality itself tells a very different tale.
Clearly the Military, whom is back under jurisdiction of the American population, has had enough of the Federal Reserve. They aren't even carrying AK-47s which is what they would always have under any "martial law" event. They have normal weapons and standard gear.

Therefore the large squadron of APC carriers is likely used to bring Cabal members into custody. Fox News will report it accurately on the days leading to the "Event".
But Fox News did openly state that it was clear the military exercise was being conducted to crack down on crime. Eg:, Arrest people. So therefore Fox News is being truthful and preparing the public for the Cabals being taken into custody, just as Neil Keenan said.
Arresting the scum of the Earth has nothing to do with preparing for Martial Law. No matter what CNN says, as the head of CNN needs to be arrested as well if he continues to insult the armed forces who are freeing this nation.

I have but just one question with the right answer that will validate in my mind that these men who claim to be Constitutional. HOW MANY INMATES DO THEY HAVE IN THEIR JAIL WHERE THERE WAS NO INJURED PARTY, VICTIM, OR LOSS OF PROPERTY?
I can name a few sheriffs in this dog and pony show that have a warped mind process of what the Constitution really is and what it is all about. Our whole country needs to be re educated of what true freedom is all about. The dumbing down of America has been a total success, but there is about to be change and it sure won't be coming from the district of criminals.
