I had to look this up on google, and here is the url: http://alexanderbackman.com/cia_mex_china_ports.htm It then says: THIS DOCUMENT IS PRIVATE AND CAN ONLY BE READ AFTER PAYMENT then I clicked on where it said pdf and this is the website it takes you to: http://www.alexanderbackman.com/ I know nothing about this....whether true or false....it does need to be checked out though.
