It must become habitual to use terms such as False islamist fronts, False christian fronts, false whatever ... If you do not, then it does not matter how many times you qualify it by saying "This does not mean genuine good Muslims ... or genuine, good christians etc ...", you have already done incredible damage. Fear porn, proselytism, propaganda, and outright lies aren't always completely fake or false.
They contain at least the seeds of REAL distortions and distractions... and can do REAL damage.
Even benign and innocuous seeming presentations are important to discern, and due diligence is a must. When iron clad proof has been supplied, still, the seeds of delusion are present, and big mistakes are possible.
Beliefs at best are honest, flexible and open to further input. Worst case? Plain ignorant, and we are all susceptible to ignorance.
