I found this interesting article on the murder of JFK Jr. The author raises several interesting points about the 15 hours it supposedly took for the Navy to locate the downed plane. He suggests that there was a Certified Flight Instructor on board that night, a fact confirmed by Kennedy cousin-in-law Carole Radziwill. The 15 hour time lag was needed to remove the CFI's body - the plane was found with a seat missing. In addition the flight recorder was missing its battery and the data was "unrecoverable". I disagree with the author's conclusion as to motive. I still think it was about ensuring that Hillary Clinton was successful in obtaining the New York nomination which she wouldn't have been if JFK Jr. had been allowed to live. I've read elsewhere that he was going to shut down his magazine and run for office.
